一种有气流驱雾功能的骑行防护眼镜,提供了解决较密封的骑行防护眼镜镜片(4)起雾问题并降低眼睛局部空间温度的眼镜结构。在眼镜框(1)的中间位置设有进气槽(W),当佩戴者运动前行时,气流通过进气槽(W)进入由眼镜框(1)、软垫框(2)、鼻托(3)与人的鼻梁之间形成的气室中,气流进入气室造成的压力和鼻梁两侧的自然倾角使得气流通过眼镜框(1)和软垫框(2)之间的分流槽(P)被导向两侧镜片(4)内的较密封空间;开设于软垫框(2)上下的通风槽(F)使得气流形成完整的通路,驱散汽雾,并降低小环境温度;马鞍形鼻托(3)增加了与鼻梁的接触面,减小了气流散逸的通道截面积;马鞍形鼻托(3)与软垫框(2)组合成鼻梁双层保护结构,使得在发生骑行跌落事故时鼻梁部分得到更多的保护。

Description

有气流驱雾功能的骑行防护眼镜 技术领域
本发明属于运动防护领域,涉及一种运动防护眼镜,尤其是有气流驱雾功能的骑行防护眼镜。
背景技术
骑行运动通常指骑摩托车、骑马和骑自行车等活动。随着生活水平的提高,越来越多的人投入到骑行活动中。这些活动的共同特点是较高的速度、明亮的光线、可能有灰尘和细小颗粒物侵入眼睛、可能从较高处跌落。因此在这些运动或活动中都会建议参与者佩戴防护装备例如头盔和防护衣以防止受伤。防护眼镜也是运动者经常会佩戴的一件装备。
目前市场上由许多具有防护功能的眼镜,其中有一种是在眼睛和眼镜框之间增加一层软垫的眼镜。其设计意图是,当人从高处跌落时,软垫可以防止较硬的传统眼镜框对人的脸部造成二次伤害。此种眼镜往往配有可以脱卸的眼镜脚,可以在剧烈运动时换上弹力眼镜箍圈以将眼镜牢牢固定在使用者的眼部,防止眼镜掉落。现有产品的不足是:容易在眼镜片上起雾。由于软垫紧贴于人的眼眶,在镜片和眼睛之间造成了一个几近密封的空间,容易在眼镜片上形成汽雾,使得佩戴者视物模糊。在比较炎热的时候,此密闭的空间由于通风不佳,会造成眼部不适。目前对此问题的解决方案是在软垫框上下开若干通风槽将气流导入。此方法的问题在于,当人的头部处于某些角度,例如垂直于地面,也就是日常行走所具有的姿态时,气流的流入量很小,或者是对冲的。如此,这些通风槽所起到的效用就将大大降低。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种可以有效解决防护眼镜镜片起雾问题并降低眼睛局部空间温度的骑行眼镜结构。
为达到上述目的,采用的技术方案是:针对带软垫框的防护眼镜容易起雾的弊端,本发明所述的具有气流驱雾功能的骑行防护眼镜在眼镜框的中间位置开设了进气槽,将气流导向两侧眼镜片内的空间,使得其中的空气得以快速流动,将汽雾驱散,并降低此空间的温度。其原理是,当佩戴者运动前行时,气流通过眼镜框中间的进气槽进入由眼镜框、软垫框、鼻托与人的鼻梁之间形成的气室中,气流源源不断进入气室造成的压力和鼻梁两侧的自然倾角使得气流通过眼镜框和软垫之间的分流槽被导向两侧镜片内的较密封空间,而开设于软垫框上下的通风槽使得气流形成完整的通路,驱散汽雾,并降低小环境温度。当头部前倾时,气流自然地从上部通风槽进入,并从下部通风槽流出,此时经过眼镜框中间的进气 槽的气流进入气室并分流到两侧眼镜片后,增强了气流的压力,散雾散热效果更加明显。如此,无论人的头部姿态处于何种角度,都将保证足够的气流进入眼镜片与眼睛之间的空间。
为了阻滞气流散逸,本发明使用了一种特殊的软性马鞍形鼻托。马鞍形鼻托增加了与鼻梁的接触面,也就减小了气流散逸的通道截面积。此种效果在骑行者头部前倾时尤其明显。同时,特殊设计的马鞍形鼻托与软垫框组合成鼻梁双层保护结构,使得在发生骑行跌落事故时鼻梁部分得到更多的保护。
本发明的积极效果是:开设在眼镜框中间的进气槽使得此种类型的防护眼镜的眼镜片容易起雾、局部空间温度升高的问题得以改善。马鞍形鼻托与软垫框组合成的双层保护结构可以使鼻梁部分得到更多保护。

具体实施方式
图1-4示出了本发明的一个具体实施例。
图1是本发明具有气流驱雾功能的骑行防护眼镜使用时的气流模拟示意图。由图可以清晰看到,当人的头部处于直立行走时姿态时,气流从位于眼镜框中间位置的进气槽W进入到由眼镜框1、软垫框2、鼻托3和鼻梁之间形成的气室。软垫框2安装于眼睛框1之后,软垫框和眼镜框之间留有分流槽P,气流从分流槽P进入到两侧眼镜片4与眼睛之间的空间,然后从软垫框上的通风槽F流出。
图2是本发明具有气流驱雾的骑行防护眼镜主要组成部分,眼镜框1、软垫框2、鼻托3。软垫框2是可以从眼镜框1上脱卸的。从图中还可见,在眼镜框1的中间位置有进气槽W,在软垫框2的左右上下各开有若干个通风槽F。在本例中,左右框的上下各有3个通风槽。使用时,将软垫框2与眼镜框1相合、固定。马鞍形鼻托3安装于眼镜框1上。眼镜框1、软垫框2和鼻托3一起组合成本发明具有气流驱雾的骑行防护眼镜的主体结构。
图3是本发明的眼镜框1、软垫框2和马鞍形鼻托3之间组合后的剖视图。由图可以看到,软垫框2位于眼镜框1之后,与鼻托3处于同一侧面。图3亦示出了进气槽W的位置。进气槽W位于鼻托主体上方。这样,当气流进入到进气槽W后,即进入由眼镜框1,软垫框2,鼻托3和鼻梁之间形成的气室。由图3还可见,在眼镜框1和软垫框2之间,有一个分流槽P。
图4是本发明的后视图。由图可见,本发明使用了一种柔软的马鞍形鼻托3。鼻托3是软性的,鼻托3的左右两侧部分由同样的材料从上部相连成一体以形成马鞍型。马鞍形鼻托增加了与鼻梁的接触面,减小了气流散逸的通道截面积。此种效果在骑行者头部前倾时尤其明显。同时,特殊设计的马鞍形鼻托与软垫框组合成鼻梁双层保护结构,使得在发生骑行跌落事故时鼻梁部分得到更多的保护。
如可以理解的,本发明可以由其他特定的方式来实施和实现,而不超出其原理和实质特征。例如,可以使用有防雾功能的眼镜片增强驱雾效果等。这里所提及的实施例仅是用于进行说明,而非限制性的。本发明的保护范围由所附的权利要求、而不是前述的具体说明来限定;在权利要求书及其等效的范围内的所有变形、替换和修改都落入本发明的保护范围之内。

Claims (3)

  1. 一种有气流驱雾功能的骑行防护眼镜,其特征是:所述眼镜由眼镜框1、软垫框2、鼻托3、眼镜脚5构成,所述眼镜框1,所述软垫框2,所述鼻托3和使用者的鼻梁形成一气室,所述眼镜框1的中间位置设有进气槽W,所述眼镜框1和所述软垫框2之间设有分流槽P,所述软垫框2上设有通风槽F,气流从所述进气槽W进入所述气室,通过所述分流槽P流向两侧眼镜片,所述进气槽W、所述分流槽P和所述通风槽F构成完整的气流通道。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的骑行防护眼镜,其特征在于:所述鼻托3是软性的,所述鼻托3的左右两侧由同样的材料从上部相连成一体以形成马鞍型。
  3. 如权利要求1所述的骑行防护眼镜,其特征在于:所述眼镜脚5是可脱卸调换的。
