背景技术:
麻醉咽喉镜是全麻诱导和心肺复苏用于气管插管显露声门首选的医疗器械。麻醉咽喉镜的喉镜片大多是重复使用,而目前逐步被一次性可弃喉镜片的麻醉咽喉镜所替代,其目的是因为消毒不彻底防止重复使用给患者造成交叉感染,但现有的一次性可弃喉镜片的麻醉咽喉镜其存在的缺点是:功能单一,无法应对困难气道插管的患者,当遇到高喉头、颈短、上牙前凸、肥胖等疑难困难插管的患者时不能进行通气供氧,易造成脑心肾重要脏器缺氧加重。学术界对呼吸衰竭或呼吸骤停患者插管的完成时间有明确的界定时限(15-20秒),这样的界定时限对于一位训练有素资深的麻醉医师遇到困难气道时,也很难在界定的安全时限内顺利完成,从而危及抢救复苏的成败。
同时现有的一次性可弃喉镜片的麻醉咽喉镜不具有雾化麻醉的功能,它只能检察观察显露声门,在遇到喉痉挛声门紧闭时,不能向声门雾化麻醉,无法使声门松弛和减轻插管的应激反应,处理不好使窒息加重而危及生命;完全不能满足上述明确的界定时限,达不到抢救的目的,往往造成抢救失败。同时在现场心肺复苏过程中遇到静脉穿刺困难无法通过静脉给药的紧急时刻,其现有的一次性可弃喉镜片不具备通过气道向体内雾入心肺复苏药物的功能,如付肾素、阿托品 等急救药物。因此,无法达到通过气道给药抢救危重患者的目的。(气道给药和静脉给药的吸收速率是一致的)。
当遇到患者口内有出血液、呕吐等分泌物遮盖摄像头透明护盖时,现有的一次性可弃喉镜片无法采集到视频图像或无法清晰观察声门,影响插管的顺利完成,贻误抢救。

本发明的第三个目的由如下技术方案实施:其包括喉镜柄和喉镜片,其中所述喉镜片与所述喉镜柄末端的延伸臂活动插接,所述延伸臂置于喉镜片内腔,在所述喉镜片内腔前端的封闭端口的端面上设有透明镜头护盖,在所述透明镜头护盖上设有喷氧通孔;所述供氧管顺着所述喉镜柄顶端从所述喉镜柄内腔至所述延伸臂尾端,所述供氧管又从所述延伸臂尾端至所述延伸臂内腔至所述延伸臂顶端固定,并与所述喷氧通孔密封插拔连接,或所述供氧管顺着所述延伸臂尾端从所述延伸臂内腔至所述延伸臂顶端固定,并与所述喷氧通孔密封插拔连接,所述供氧管另一端与氧源管连通或插接连通;在所述透明镜头护盖上设有除污喷嘴;在所述喉镜柄内设有除污气管,所述除污气管一端与氧源连接,所述除污气管的另一端从所述延伸臂尾端进入所述延伸臂顶端固定,并与所述除污喷嘴密封活动插接,所述除污喷嘴开口对准所述透明镜头护盖镜面端;其还包括有给药管,所述给药管上设有给药控制阀,所述给药控制阀置于所述喉镜柄上,所述给药管一端 与所述喉镜柄内的药液筒连接,所述给药管的另一端顺着所述延伸臂尾端至所述延伸臂顶端固定;在所述透明镜头护盖上设有雾化头,所述雾化头上的进气口和进药口分别与所述延伸臂顶端固定的所述给药管和供氧管密封活动插接。所述给药控制阀与所述供氧电磁阀分别单独控制。
所述一种具有除污功能的可弃性喉镜片的喷药通气喉镜,所述喉镜片包括一次性喉镜片主体、压舌板、所述喉镜片内腔;所述喉镜片主体的形状为直型或弯型;在所述喉镜片主体尾端设有固定耳或卡扣,所述固定耳或卡扣与所述延伸臂尾端卡槽活动卡接;所述压舌板与所述喉镜片主体前端连接,所述喉镜片内腔位于所述喉镜片主体的内部,所述喉镜片内腔尾端的所述端口是开放的,所述喉镜片内腔前端的所述端口是封闭的,在所述喉镜片内腔前端所述封闭端口的端面上设有所述透明镜头护盖。
所述一种具有除污功能的可弃性喉镜片的喷药通气喉镜,在所述延伸臂顶端设有光源,所述光源置于所述透明镜头护盖内侧。
所述一种具有除污功能的可弃性喉镜片的喷药通气喉镜,在所述喉镜柄内的所述供氧管上设有供氧电磁阀;或所述供氧电磁阀的位置设在所述氧源管的任意位置。
所述一种具有除污功能的可弃性喉镜片的喷药通气喉镜,在所述喉镜柄上设有显示屏,在所述延伸臂顶端设有与所述显示屏电连接的摄像头;所述摄像头置于所述透明镜头护盖内侧。
所述一种具有除污功能的可弃性喉镜片的喷药通气喉镜,在所述 除污气管上设有除污控制阀,所述除污控制阀置于所述喉镜柄上;所述除污控制阀与所述供氧电磁阀联锁控制,当所述除污控制阀打开时,所述供氧电磁阀关闭,当所述供氧电磁阀打开时,所述除污控制阀关闭。
本发明的第四个目的在于提供一种一次性可弃喉镜片并在使用麻醉咽喉镜进行气管插管显露声门的同时,并能通过视频采集声门图像,可以向患者体内喷药通气供氧并具有除污功能的一种具有除污功能的可弃性喉镜片的喷药通气视频喉镜。
本发明的目的由如下技术方案实施:一种具有除污功能的可弃性喉镜片的喷药通气视频喉镜,其包括喉镜柄和喉镜片,其中所述喉镜片与所述喉镜柄末端的延伸臂活动插接,所述延伸臂置于喉镜片内腔,在所述喉镜片内腔前端的封闭端口的端面上设有透明镜头护盖,在所述透明镜头护盖上设有喷氧通孔;所述供氧管顺着所述喉镜柄顶端从所述喉镜柄内腔至所述延伸臂尾端,所述供氧管又从所述延伸臂尾端至所述延伸臂内腔至所述延伸臂顶端固定,并与所述喷氧通孔密封插拔连接,或所述供氧管顺着所述延伸臂尾端从所述延伸臂内腔至所述延伸臂顶端固定,并与所述喷氧通孔密封插拔连接,所述供氧管另一端与氧源管连通或插接连通;
在所述透明镜头护盖上设有除污喷嘴;在所述喉镜柄内设有除污气管,所述除污气管一端与氧源连接,所述除污气管的另一端从所述延伸臂尾端进入所述延伸臂顶端固定,并与所述除污喷嘴密封活动插接,所述除污喷嘴开口对准所述透明镜头护盖镜面端;
其还包括有给药管,所述给药管上设有给药控制阀,所述给药控制阀置于所述喉镜柄上,所述给药管一端与所述喉镜柄内的药液筒连接,所述给药管的另一端顺着所述延伸臂尾端至所述延伸臂顶端固定;在所述透明镜头护盖上设有雾化头,所述雾化头上的进气口和进药口分别与所述延伸臂顶端固定的所述给药管和供氧管密封活动插接;所述给药控制阀与所述供氧电磁阀分别单独控制。
在所述喉镜柄上设有显示屏,在所述延伸臂顶端设有与所述显示屏电连接的摄像头;所述摄像头置于所述透明镜头护盖内侧。
所述的一种具有除污功能的可弃性喉镜片的喷药通气视频喉镜,所述喉镜片包括一次性喉镜片主体、压舌板、所述喉镜片内腔;所述喉镜片主体的形状为直型或弯型;在所述喉镜片主体尾端设有固定耳或卡扣,所述固定耳或卡扣与所述延伸臂尾端卡槽活动卡接;所述压舌板与所述喉镜片主体前端连接,所述喉镜片内腔位于所述喉镜片主体的内部,所述喉镜片内腔尾端的所述端口是开放的,所述喉镜片内腔前端的所述端口是封闭的,在所述喉镜片内腔前端所述封闭端口的端面上设有所述透明镜头护盖。
所述的一种具有除污功能的可弃性喉镜片的喷药通气视频喉镜,在所述喉镜柄内的所述供氧管上设有供氧电磁阀;或所述供氧电磁阀的位置设在所述氧源管的任意位置。
所述的一种具有除污功能的可弃性喉镜片的喷药通气视频喉镜,在所述除污气管上设有除污控制阀,所述除污控制阀置于所述喉镜柄上;所述除污控制阀与所述供氧电磁阀联锁控制,当所述除污控制阀 打开时,所述供氧电磁阀关闭,当所述供氧电磁阀打开时,所述除污控制阀关闭。
本发明的优点是:(1)在气管插管过程中可以向体内进行通气供氧,迅速提高氧分压,为防止脑缺氧提高心肺复苏的成功率,提供了安全可靠的保障。(2)对于高喉头、颈短、上牙前凸、舌根后移、肥胖等疑难插管的患者,可实施通气供氧插管,能有效地延长气管插管的安全时限,提高插管的安全性,降低插管的职业风险。(3)在使用直型一种可弃性喉镜片的通气喉镜在抢救新生儿紧急窒息时更显其优势,新生儿的插管难度比成人插管困难度更大,由于新生儿的生理解剖特点,头大、肩薄、会厌呈U型,喉头位置较高,位于3-4颈椎平面,气道呈漏斗状,上述解剖特点增加了新生儿的插管难度。据世界卫生组织统计,每年400多万新生儿死亡中的约1/4死于新生儿窒息,还有100万以上婴儿在分娩窒息后出现脑瘫、学习障碍和其它残疾。新生儿也是我国5岁以下儿童的第二位死因。新生儿插管的安全时限与成人是一致的(15-20秒),这样更增加了新生儿的复苏难度和紧迫感。可弃性喉镜片的通气喉镜可以在新生儿窒息插管的第一时间向体内通气供氧,将无氧插管变为有通气供氧插管,可延长气管插管的安全时限,为防止新生儿脑缺氧奠定了坚实的保障,可有效地降低新生儿的死亡率和脑瘫、智障儿、残疾儿的发病率。
(4)在气管插管的过程中,当遇到患者口内有出血液、呕吐等分泌物遮盖摄像头透明护盖无法采集到视频图像或无法清晰观察声门时,具有除污功能的可弃性喉镜片的通气喉镜,可及时清除摄像头 透明护盖上的分泌物,可清晰地采集到声门图像,便于顺利完成插管,达到及时抢救危重患者的目的。
(5)本发明还具备有通过气道喷入心肺复苏药物和向声门麻醉的功能。在现场心肺复苏抢救危重患者,在遇到静脉穿刺困难无法通过静脉给药时,本发明的喉镜可立刻通过气道将心肺药物如阿托品、肾上腺素等急救物喷入体内,可达到快速给药分秒必争的抢救危重患者的目的;(气道给药和静脉给药的吸收速率是一致的)同时还可针对喉痉挛声门紧闭危及生命的垂危患者可立刻向其声门雾化麻醉,使声门松弛,减轻气管插管的应激反应,便于顺利完成插管,达到及时有效地抢救垂危患者。

具体实施方式:
实施例1:如图1至图4所示,一种可弃性喉镜片的通气喉镜包括喉镜柄1和喉镜片2,其中喉镜片2与喉镜柄1末端的延伸臂3插接,延伸臂3置于喉镜片内腔2.3,在喉镜片内腔2.3前端的封闭端 口的端面上设有透明镜头护盖5,在透明镜头护盖5上设有喷氧通孔6。供氧管4顺着喉镜柄1顶端从喉镜柄内腔至延伸臂尾端3.1,供氧管4又从延伸臂尾端3.1至延伸臂3内腔至延伸臂顶端3.2固定,并与喷氧通孔6密封插拔连接,供氧管4另一端与氧源管8连通或插接连通,在喉镜柄1内供氧管4上设有供氧电磁阀12。
如图5所示,其它结构如上,另一种方案是供氧管4顺着延伸臂尾端3.1从延伸臂内腔至延伸臂顶端3.2固定,并与喷氧通孔6密封插拔连接,供氧管4另一端与氧源管8连通或插接连通,供氧电磁阀12的位置设在供氧管4上的任意位置。
在延伸臂3顶端设有光源9,光源9置于透明镜头护盖5内侧。也可以采用另一种方案,
如图6所示,喉镜片2包括一次性喉镜片主体2.1、压舌板2.2、喉镜片内腔2.3;喉镜片主体2.1的形状为直型或弯型;在喉镜片主体2.1尾端设有固定耳或卡扣2.4,固定耳或卡扣2.4与延伸臂尾端3.1卡槽活动卡接;压舌板2.2与喉镜片主体2.1前端连接,喉镜片内腔2.3位于喉镜片主体2.1的内部,喉镜片内腔2.3尾端的端口2.3.1是开放的,喉镜片内腔2.3前端的端口2.3.2是封闭的,在喉镜片内腔前端封闭端口2.3.2的端面上设有透明镜头护盖5。
实施例2:如图7至9所示,一种具有除污功能的可弃性喉镜片的通气喉镜,其它结构如实施例1所示;在透明镜头护盖5上设有除污喷嘴14;在喉镜柄1内设有除污气管15,除污气管15一端与氧源11连接,除污气管15的另一端从延伸臂尾端3.1进入延伸臂顶端3.2 固定,并与除污喷嘴14密封活动插接,除污喷嘴14开口对准透明镜头护盖5镜面端。在除污气管15上设有除污控制阀13,除污控制阀13置于喉镜柄1上;除污控制阀13与供氧电磁阀12联锁控制,当除污控制阀13打开时,供氧电磁阀12关闭,当供氧电磁阀12打开时,除污控制阀13关闭。
实施例3:如图10至12所示,一种具有除污功能的可弃性喉镜片的喷药通气喉镜,其它结构如实施例2所示,其还包括有给药管16,给药管16上设有给药控制阀17,给药控制阀17置于喉镜柄1上,给药管16一端与喉镜柄1内的药液筒18连接,给药管16的另一端顺着延伸臂3尾端至3延伸臂顶端3.2固定;在透明镜头护盖5上设有雾化头19,雾化头19上的进气口20和进药口21分别与延伸臂顶端3.2固定的给药管16和供氧管4密封活动插接。给药控制阀17与供氧电磁阀12分别单独控制。
实施例4:如图13至17所示,一种具有除污功能的可弃性喉镜片的喷药通气视频喉镜。其它结构如实施例3所示,在喉镜柄1上设有显示屏10,在延伸臂顶端3.2设有与显示屏10电连接的摄像头7;摄像头7置于透明镜头护盖5内侧。

Claims (12)

  1. 一种可弃性喉镜片的通气喉镜,其包括喉镜柄和喉镜片,其特征在于,其中所述喉镜片与所述喉镜柄末端的延伸臂活动插接,所述延伸臂置于喉镜片内腔,在所述喉镜片内腔前端的封闭端口的端面上设有透明镜头护盖,在所述透明镜头护盖上设有喷氧通孔;所述供氧管顺着所述喉镜柄顶端从所述喉镜柄内腔至所述延伸臂尾端,所述供氧管又从所述延伸臂尾端至所述延伸臂内腔至所述延伸臂顶端固定,并与所述喷氧通孔密封插拔连接,或所述供氧管顺着所述延伸臂尾端从所述延伸臂内腔至所述延伸臂顶端固定,并与所述喷氧通孔密封插拔连接,所述供氧管另一端与氧源管连通或插接连通。
  2. 一种具有除污功能的可弃性喉镜片的通气喉镜,其包括喉镜柄和喉镜片,其特征在于,其中所述喉镜片与所述喉镜柄末端的延伸臂活动插接,所述延伸臂置于喉镜片内腔,在所述喉镜片内腔前端的封闭端口的端面上设有透明镜头护盖,在所述透明镜头护盖上设有喷氧通孔;所述供氧管顺着所述喉镜柄顶端从所述喉镜柄内腔至所述延伸臂尾端,所述供氧管又从所述延伸臂尾端至所述延伸臂内腔至所述延伸臂顶端固定,并与所述喷氧通孔密封插拔连接,或所述供氧管顺着所述延伸臂尾端从所述延伸臂内腔至所述延伸臂顶端固定,并与所述喷氧通孔密封插拔连接,所述供氧管另一端与氧源管连通或插接连通;
    在所述透明镜头护盖上设有除污喷嘴;在所述喉镜柄内设有除污气管,所述除污气管一端与氧源连接,所述除污气管的另一端从所述 延伸臂尾端进入所述延伸臂顶端固定,并与所述除污喷嘴密封活动插接,所述除污喷嘴开口对准所述透明镜头护盖镜面端。
  3. 一种具有除污功能的可弃性喉镜片的喷药通气喉镜,其包括喉镜柄和喉镜片,其特征在于,其中所述喉镜片与所述喉镜柄末端的延伸臂活动插接,所述延伸臂置于喉镜片内腔,在所述喉镜片内腔前端的封闭端口的端面上设有透明镜头护盖,在所述透明镜头护盖上设有喷氧通孔;所述供氧管顺着所述喉镜柄顶端从所述喉镜柄内腔至所述延伸臂尾端,所述供氧管又从所述延伸臂尾端至所述延伸臂内腔至所述延伸臂顶端固定,并与所述喷氧通孔密封插拔连接,或所述供氧管顺着所述延伸臂尾端从所述延伸臂内腔至所述延伸臂顶端固定,并与所述喷氧通孔密封插拔连接,所述供氧管另一端与氧源管连通或插接连通;
    在所述透明镜头护盖上设有除污喷嘴;在所述喉镜柄内设有除污气管,所述除污气管一端与氧源连接,所述除污气管的另一端从所述延伸臂尾端进入所述延伸臂顶端固定,并与所述除污喷嘴密封活动插接,所述除污喷嘴开口对准所述透明镜头护盖镜面端;
    其还包括有给药管,所述给药管上设有给药控制阀,所述给药控制阀置于所述喉镜柄上,所述给药管一端与所述喉镜柄内的药液筒连接,所述给药管的另一端顺着所述延伸臂尾端至所述延伸臂顶端固定;在所述透明镜头护盖上设有雾化头,所述雾化头上的进气口和进药口分别与所述延伸臂顶端固定的所述给药管和供氧管密封活动插接。
  4. 一种具有除污功能的可弃性喉镜片的喷药通气视频喉镜,其包括喉镜柄和喉镜片,其特征在于,其中所述喉镜片与所述喉镜柄末端的延伸臂活动插接,所述延伸臂置于喉镜片内腔,在所述喉镜片内腔前端的封闭端口的端面上设有透明镜头护盖,在所述透明镜头护盖上设有喷氧通孔;所述供氧管顺着所述喉镜柄顶端从所述喉镜柄内腔至所述延伸臂尾端,所述供氧管又从所述延伸臂尾端至所述延伸臂内腔至所述延伸臂顶端固定,并与所述喷氧通孔密封插拔连接,或所述供氧管顺着所述延伸臂尾端从所述延伸臂内腔至所述延伸臂顶端固定,并与所述喷氧通孔密封插拔连接,所述供氧管另一端与氧源管连通或插接连通;
    在所述透明镜头护盖上设有除污喷嘴;在所述喉镜柄内设有除污气管,所述除污气管一端与氧源连接,所述除污气管的另一端从所述延伸臂尾端进入所述延伸臂顶端固定,并与所述除污喷嘴密封活动插接,所述除污喷嘴开口对准所述透明镜头护盖镜面端;
    其还包括有给药管,所述给药管上设有给药控制阀,所述给药控制阀置于所述喉镜柄上,所述给药管一端与所述喉镜柄内的药液筒连接,所述给药管的另一端顺着所述延伸臂尾端至所述延伸臂顶端固定;在所述透明镜头护盖上设有雾化头,所述雾化头上的进气口和进药口分别与所述延伸臂顶端固定的所述给药管和供氧管密封活动插接;
    在所述喉镜柄上设有显示屏,在所述延伸臂顶端设有与所述显示屏电连接的摄像头;所述摄像头置于所述透明镜头护盖内侧。
  5. 根据权利要求1-4任意所述的喉镜,其特征在于,所述喉镜片包括一次性喉镜片主体、压舌板、所述喉镜片内腔;所述喉镜片主体的形状为直型或弯型;在所述喉镜片主体尾端设有固定耳或卡扣,所述固定耳或卡扣与所述延伸臂尾端卡槽活动卡接;所述压舌板与所述喉镜片主体前端连接,所述喉镜片内腔位于所述喉镜片主体的内部,所述喉镜片内腔尾端的所述端口是开放的,所述喉镜片内腔前端的所述端口是封闭的,在所述喉镜片内腔前端所述封闭端口的端面上设有所述透明镜头护盖。
  6. 根据权利要求1-3任一所述的一种喉镜,其特征在于,在所述延伸臂顶端设有光源,所述光源置于所述透明镜头护盖内侧。
  7. 根据权利要求1-4任意所述的喉镜,其特征在于,在所述喉镜柄内的所述供氧管上设有供氧电磁阀;或所述供氧电磁阀的位置设在所述氧源管的任意位置。
  8. 根据权利要求1-3任意所述的喉镜,其特征在于,在所述喉镜柄上设有显示屏,在所述延伸臂顶端设有与所述显示屏电连接的摄像头;所述摄像头置于所述透明镜头护盖内侧。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的喉镜,其特征在于,在所述透明镜头护盖上设有除污喷嘴;在所述喉镜柄内设有除污气管,所述除污气管一端与氧源连接,所述除污气管的另一端从所述延伸臂尾端进入所述延伸臂顶端固定,并与所述除污喷嘴密封活动插接,所述除污喷嘴开口对准所述透明镜头护盖镜面端。
  10. 根据权利要求2、3、4或9任意所述的喉镜,其特征在于,
    在所述除污气管上设有除污控制阀,所述除污控制阀置于所述喉镜柄上;所述除污控制阀与所述供氧电磁阀联锁控制,当所述除污控制阀打开时,所述供氧电磁阀关闭,当所述供氧电磁阀打开时,所述除污控制阀关闭。
  11. 根据权利要求1、2任意所述的喉镜,其特征在于,其还包括有给药管,所述给药管上设有给药控制阀,所述给药控制阀置于所述喉镜柄上,所述给药管一端与所述喉镜柄内的药液筒连接,所述给药管的另一端顺着所述延伸臂尾端至所述延伸臂顶端固定;在所述透明镜头护盖上设有雾化头,所述雾化头上的进气口和进药口分别与所述延伸臂顶端固定的所述给药管和供氧管密封活动插接。
  12. 根据权利要求6所述的一种喉镜,其特征在于,其还包括有给药管,所述给药管上设有给药控制阀,所述给药控制阀置于所述喉镜柄上,所述给药管一端与所述喉镜柄内的药液筒连接,所述给药管的另一端顺着所述延伸臂尾端至所述延伸臂顶端固定;在所述透明镜头护盖上设有雾化头,所述雾化头上的进气口和进药口分别与所述延伸臂顶端固定的所述给药管和供氧管密封活动插接。
