인터넷(Internet)은 하루에도 수 많은 호스트 컴퓨터(host computer)가 인터넷에 연결되고 있으며, 이러한 저변에는 이용자의 인터넷 접근과 이용이 쉽도록 멀티미디어 기능을 제공하는 월드 와이드 웹(World Wide Web)의 기여도가 큼을 알 수 있다.
인터넷을 이용하는 이들 서비스는 서비스 제공자(ISP)가 인터넷 사이트(홈 페이지)로 각종 서비스를 제공하고, 정보구축 비용이나 서비스 제공에 따른 비용은 서비스 이용자로부터 받거나 인터넷사이트(홈 페이지)를 통하여 상품이나 서비스업을 광고하는 대가로 광고의뢰자가 지불하는 광고료로 충당한다.
인터넷 산업의 급속한 발전과 응용에 편승하여 여러가지로 다양한 형태의 서비스가 등장하고 있다. 예컨대, 전자상거래(Electronic Commerce, 쇼핑몰), 지리정보시스템에 의한 지도정보(또는 지리정보), 동적이거나 정적인 형태의 각종 전자광고(베너광고) 및 인터넷 전화와 같은 류의 다양한 서비스들이 인터넷으로 제공되고 있으며, 인터넷의 대중화와 사용인구의 저변확대에 큰 기여를 하고 있다.
이에 인터넷을 이용한 거래 수단이 다양하게 제시되고 있다. 그러나 지금까지의 인터넷 거래의 경우 인터넷을 통한 구매, 결제가 이루어지는 수단으로 이용되고 있을 뿐이지, 거래를 성사시키기 위한 다양한 정보를 당사자간에 교류하기 위한 수단이 제공되어 있지 않다.
따라서 사용자간에 필요한 다양한 정보들을 교류할 수 있도록 하는 효율적인 정보 제공 수단의 개발이 필요한 실정이다.
본 발명의 기술적 과제는 소비자 요청에 따른 정보 콘텐츠를 제공해주는 시스템 및 방법을 제공하는데 있다. 또한 본 발명의 기술적 과제는 정보 콘텐츠의 요청을 중계해주는 수단을 제공해주는데 있다.

단말기 통신부(210)는, 정보 콘텐츠 제공 서버와 통신하는 기능을 수행하는 모듈로서, 3G, 4G 등의 이동 통신을 수행하는 경우에는, 무선 송신되는 신호의 주파수를 상승변환 및 증폭하는 RF송신기(미도시)와, 수신되는 무선 신호를 저잡음 증폭하고 주파수를 하강 변환하는 RF수신기(미도시) 등을 포함한다. 또한 모뎀 및 코덱을 가지는 데이터처리기(미도시)를 구비하여, 수신하는 신호를 복조 및 복호화하여 데이터 패킷을 추출하거나 전송할 데이터 패킷을 변조 및 부호화하여 신호로 변환한다. 여기서 코덱은 데이터를 처리하는 데이터 코덱과 음성 패킷 등을 처리하여 음성형태의 아날로그 신호를 출력하는 오디오 코덱을 구비할 수 있다.
표시부(220)는, 질문 검색어와 관련된 답변을 정보 콘텐츠 제공 단말기(300)로부터 수신하여 표시하는 표시창이다. 정보 콘텐츠의 표시 형태는 텍스트 형태, 동영상 형태, 사진, 전자지도 형태 등의 다양한 형태로 표시될 수 있다. 특히 본 발명은 전자지도 상에 다양한 공간 정보를 표시할 수 있다.
입력부(230)는, 질문 검색어를 입력받아 입력된 질문 검색어와 연관된 정보 콘텐츠를 제공해줄 것을 정보 콘텐츠 제공 서버에 전송할 수 있다.

본 발명에서는 정보 콘텐츠 중계 서버(400)가 제작하여 구글 마켓, 애플 스토어 등에 등록한 정보 제공 어플리케이션을 다운로드받아 정보 콘텐츠 제공 단말기(300)에 설치될 수 있으며, 이러한 정보 제공 어플리케이션을 구동하여 사업자 기본 정보를 등록할 수 있다.
정보 콘텐츠 중계 서버(400)는, 정보 콘텐츠 요청 단말기(200)로부터 질문 검색어를 수신한 경우, 수신한 질문 검색어와 매칭되는 사업자 기본 정보를 등록한 정보 콘텐츠 제공 단말기(300)를 추출하여, 추출한 정보 콘텐츠 제공 단말기(300)에게 정보 콘텐츠 요청 단말기(200)의 연락처와 질문 검색어를 전송한다.
이를 위하여 정보 콘텐츠 중계 서버(400)는, 상기한 동작을 구현하기 위해 하드웨어적으로는 통상적인 웹 서버와 동일한 구성을 가지며, 소프트웨어적으로는 C, C++, Jaba, Visual Basic, Visual C 등과 같은 다양한 형태의 언어를 통해 구현되어 여러 가지 기능을 하는 프로그램 모듈을 포함한다. 또한, 일반적인 서버용 하드웨어에 도스(dos), 윈도우(window), 리눅스(linux), 유닉스(unix), 매킨토시(macintosh) 등의 운영 체제에 따라 다양하게 제공되고 있는 웹 서버 프로그램을 이용하여 구현될 수 있으며, 대표적인 것으로는 윈도우 환경에서 사용되는 웹사이트(website), IIS(Internet Information Server)와 유닉스 환경에서 사용되는 CERN, NCSA, APPACH 등이 이용될 수 있다.
정보 콘텐츠 중계 서버(400)는 도 4에 도시한 바와 같이 사업자 데이터베이스(410), 유사 키워드 데이터베이스(420), 사업자 키워드 추출부(430), 및 질문 검색어 중계부(440)를 포함할 수 있다. 이밖에 소통 중계부(450), 금지어 모니터링부(460). 처리부(470), 및 위치 탐색부(480)를 더 포함할 수 있다.

즉, 통합 정보제공 시스템을 통해 배달앱이나 숙박 예약앱과 같은 중개앱의 기능을 저렴한 비용으로 회원사인 정보 콘텐츠 제공자들에게 서비스 할 수 있으며, 배달앱이나 숙박 예약앱과 같은 단일 서비스앱에 비싼 비용(사용료의 10~20%)을 지불하지 않아도 되므로 다양한 업종의 많은 정보 콘텐츠 제공자들을 회원사로 쉽게 확보할 수 있다.

정보 콘텐츠 중계 서버(400)는, 상기 정보 콘텐츠 요청 단말기(200)로부터 수신한 질문 검색어가 미리 설정된 비속어, 장난 검색어를 포함한 금지어인지 모니터링 하는 금지어 모니터링부(460)를 포함한다. 사업자 키워드 추출부(430)는 질문 검색어가 금지어인 경우, 사업자 키워드의 추출을 하지 않고 상기 금지어를 질문 검색어로 전송한 정보 콘텐츠 요청자 단말기를 사용하는 정보 콘텐츠 요청자를 회원 탈퇴시킴을 특징으로 한다. 지속적인 모니터링을 통하여 비건전한 질문 검색어를 전송하는 정보 콘텐츠 요청자를 회원 탈퇴시킴으로써, 비속어 및 장난 검색어로 인한 불필요한 수고를 덜 수 있도록 한다.

정보 콘텐츠의 제공은, 카카오톡, 카카오스토리, 페이스북 등의 소셜네트워크서비스(SNS)나 SMS, MMS 등의 메시지를 이용하여 제공할 수 있지만, 이럴 경우 일일이 답변을 전달해야 하는 불편이 있기 때문에, 편의를 위하여 정보 콘텐츠 요청자와 정보 콘텐츠 제공자간에 1:1 또는 1:다자간 소통이 가능한 메신저 수단, 전화통화 수단, 및 결제 수단을 제공하도록 구현할 수 있다. 아울러 정보 콘텐츠 제공자에게 미니홈피, 광고, 개인쇼핑몰 연동, 쇼핑몰 관리시스템 등을 제공하여 일정액의 수수료를 징수할 수 있도록 한다.
정보 콘텐츠 제공 과정(S790)이 있은 후, 답변을 수신한 정보 콘텐츠 요청 단말기(200)가, 수신한 답변을 표시하는 답변 표시 과정(S795)을 가질 수 있다.
그 후, 정보 콘텐츠 중계서버에서 제공하는 결제 수단을 통해 정보 콘텐츠 요청자와 정보 콘텐츠 제공자간의 결제가 진행(S798)될 수 있다.
한편, 정보 콘텐츠 요청자는 한 번의 개인회원 등록으로 모든 서비스를 이용할 수 있다. 나가가 자신이 원할 때 경매나 할인, 공동구매, 구인구직 등 정보범위(예: 구인=서울,도곡동,아르바이트 / 소셜커머스=영화티켓 공동구매,서울 / 오픈마켓=의류, 여성복 할인 / 경매=자동차, 소나타, 서울)를 설정하여 자신이 원하는 정보만을 정기적으로 메신저 등을 통해 수신할 수 있다.
이를 위해 질문 검색어 전송 과정(S730)은, 원하는 정보 분야를 상기 정보 콘텐츠 중계 서버(400)로 전송하며, 질문 검색어 중계 과정(S770)은, 정보 분야를 정보 콘텐츠 제공 단말기(300)로 중계하며, 정보 콘텐츠 제공 과정(S780)은, 수신한 질문 검색어와 매칭되는 사업자 기본 정보를 등록한 정보 콘텐츠 제공 단말기(300)에게 상기 정보 분야에 속하는 정보 콘텐츠만을 전송한다.
상술한 본 발명의 설명에서의 실시예는 여러가지 실시가능한 예중에서 당업자의 이해를 돕기 위하여 가장 바람직한 예를 선정하여 제시한 것으로, 이 발명의 기술적 사상이 반드시 이 실시예만 의해서 한정되거나 제한되는 것은 아니고, 본 발명의 기술적 사상을 벗어나지 않는 범위내에서 다양한 변화와 변경 및 균등한 타의 실시예가 가능한 것이다.

Claims (11)

  1. 질문 검색어를 입력받아 입력된 질문 검색어와 연관된 정보 콘텐츠를 제공해줄 것을 정보 콘텐츠 제공 서버에 전송하며, 질문 검색어와 관련된 답변을 정보 콘텐츠 제공 단말기로부터 수신하여 표시하는 정보 콘텐츠 요청 단말기;
    인증을 거친 회원 등록이 이루어지도록 하기 위하여 사업자 등록증 파일을 전송하며, 사업 종류, 사업자 이름, 사업자 주소, 사업자 연락처가 포함된 사업자 기본 정보를 상기 정보 콘텐츠 제공 서버에 등록하며, 상기 정보 콘텐츠 요청 단말기에서 요청된 질문 검색어와 관련된 답변을 상기 정보 콘텐츠 요청 단말기에 제공하는 복수의 정보 콘텐츠 제공 단말기;
    상기 정보 콘텐츠 요청 단말기로부터 질문 검색어를 수신한 경우, 수신한 질문 검색어와 매칭되는 사업자 기본 정보를 등록한 정보 콘텐츠 제공 단말기를 추출하여, 추출한 정보 콘텐츠 제공 단말기에게 정보 콘텐츠 요청 단말기의 연락처와 질문 검색어를 전송하는 정보 콘텐츠 중계 서버; 및
    상기 정보 콘텐츠 요청 단말기와 정보 콘텐츠 중계 서버간에 유선 통신 또는 무선 통신을 제공하며, 정보 콘텐츠 제공 단말기와 정보 콘텐츠 중계 서버간에 유선 통신 또는 무선 통신을 제공하는 유무선 통신망;
    을 포함하는 정보 콘텐츠 제공 시스템.
  2. 청구항 1에 있어서, 상기 정보 콘텐츠 중계 서버는,
    사업자별로 각 정보 콘텐츠 제공 단말기가 등록한 사업자 기본 정보와, 사업자 키워드를 등록한 사업자 데이터베이스;
    사업자 키워드의 유사 범주에 속하는 유사 키워드를 사업자 키워드별로 할당하여 등록한 유사 키워드 데이터베이스;
    상기 정보 콘텐츠 요청 단말기로부터 수신한 질문 검색어에 매칭되는 유사 키워드를 가지는 사업자 키워드를 추출하는 사업자 키워드 추출부; 및
    추출한 사업자 키워드를 가지는 사업자 기본 정보를 등록한 정보 콘텐츠 제공 단말기에게 정보 콘텐츠 요청 단말기의 연락처와 수신한 질문 검색어를 전송하는 질문 검색어 중계부;
    를 포함하는 정보 콘텐츠 제공 시스템.
  3. 청구항 2에 있어서,
    상기 사업자 기본 정보 데이터베이스는, 사업자별로 등록된 사업자 기본 정보들을 지역별로 분류하며,
    상기 질문 검색어 중계부는, 정보 콘텐츠 요청 단말기에서 설정된 지역을 사업자 주소로 가지는 사업자 기본 정보를 등록한 정보 콘텐츠 제공 단말기에게만 정보 콘텐츠 요청 단말기의 연락처와 수신한 질문 검색어를 전송하는 정보 콘텐츠 제공 시스템.
  4. 청구항 2에 있어서, 상기 정보 콘텐츠 중계 서버는,
    정보 콘텐츠 요청자와 정보 콘텐츠 제공자간에 1:1 또는 1:다자간 소통이 가능한 메신저 수단, 전화통화 수단, 및 결제수단을 제공하는 소통 중계부;
    를 포함하는 정보 콘텐츠 제공 시스템.
  5. 청구항 2에 있어서, 상기 정보 콘텐츠 중계 서버는,
    상기 정보 콘텐츠 요청 단말기로부터 수신한 질문 검색어가 미리 설정된 비속어, 장난 검색어를 포함한 금지어인지 모니터링 하는 금지어 모니터링부;를 포함하며,
    상기 사업자 키워드 추출부는 상기 질문 검색어가 금지어인 경우 사업자 키워드의 추출을 하지 않고 상기 금지어를 질문 검색어로 전송한 정보 콘텐츠 요청자 단말기를 사용하는 정보 콘텐츠 요청자를 회원 탈퇴시킴을 특징으로 하는 정보 콘텐츠 제공 시스템.
  6. 청구항 1에 있어서,
    상기 정보 콘텐츠 요청 단말기는, 원하는 정보 분야를 상기 정보 콘텐츠 중계 서버로 전송하며,
    상기 정보 콘텐츠 중계 서버는, 상기 정보 분야를 정보 콘텐츠 제공 단말기로 중계하며,
    상기 정보 콘텐츠 제공 단말기는, 수신한 질문 검색어와 매칭되는 사업자 기본 정보를 등록한 정보 콘텐츠 제공 단말기에게 상기 정보 분야에 속하는 정보 콘텐츠만을 전송하는 정보 콘텐츠 제공 시스템.
  7. 청구항 2에 있어서, 상기 정보 콘텐츠 중계 서버는,
    정보 콘텐츠 요청자와 상기 정보 콘텐츠 요청자가 선택한 정보 콘텐츠 제공자간의 1:1 직접 결제할 수 있도록 하는 결제 수단을 제공하거나, 또는 정보 콘텐츠 요청자와 상기 정보 콘텐츠 요청자가 선택한 정보 콘텐츠 제공자간의 거래를 중계하는 결제 중계 수단을 제공하는 결제 처리부;
    를 포함하는 정보 콘텐츠 제공 시스템.
  8. 청구항 2에 있어서,
    상기 정보 콘텐츠 요청 단말기는 현재 위치를 상기 정보 콘텐츠 중계 서버에 전송하며,
    상기 정보 콘텐츠 중계 서버는,
    질문 검색어와 매칭되는 정보 콘텐츠 제공자 중에서 정보 콘텐츠 요청 단말기의 주변에 있는 정보 콘텐츠 제공자의 사업소 위치를 전자 지도상에 표시하여 네비게이션 기능을 제공하는 위치 탐색부;를 포함하는 정보 콘텐츠 제공 시스템.
  9. 인증을 거친 후 회원 등록이 이루어지기 위하여, 정보 콘텐츠 제공 단말기가 사업자 등록증 파일을 전송하는 과정;
    정보 콘텐츠 제공 단말기가, 사업 종류, 사업자 이름, 사업자 주소, 사업자 연락처가 포함된 사업자 기본 정보를 정보 콘텐츠 제공 서버에 등록하는 사업자 기본 정보 등록 과정;
    정보 콘텐츠 요청 단말기가, 질문 검색어를 입력받아 입력된 질문 검색어와 연관된 정보 콘텐츠를 제공해줄 것을 상기 정보 콘텐츠 제공 서버에 전송하는 질문 검색어 전송 과정;
    정보 콘텐츠 제공 서버가, 상기 정보 콘텐츠 요청 단말기로부터 질문 검색어를 수신한 경우, 수신한 질문 검색어와 매칭되는 사업자 기본 정보를 등록한 정보 콘텐츠 제공 단말기를 추출하여, 추출한 정보 콘텐츠 제공 단말기에게 정보 콘텐츠 요청 단말기의 연락처와 질문 검색어를 전송하는 정보 콘텐츠 중계 과정;
    정보 콘텐츠 요청 단말기의 연락처와 질문 검색어를 수신한 정보 콘텐츠 제공 단말기가, 상기 정보 콘텐츠 요청 단말기에서 요청된 질문 검색어와 관련된 답변을 상기 정보 콘텐츠 요청 단말기에 제공하는 정보 콘텐츠 제공 과정; 및
    답변을 수신한 정보 콘텐츠 요청 단말기가, 수신한 답변을 표시하는 답변 표시 과정;
    을 포함하는 정보 콘텐츠 제공 방법.
  10. 청구항 9에 있어서, 상기 정보 콘텐츠 중계 과정은,
    사업자별로 각 정보 콘텐츠 제공 단말기가 등록한 사업자 기본 정보와, 사업자 키워드를 등록하는 과정;
    사업자 키워드의 유사 범주에 속하는 유사 키워드를 사업자 키워드별로 할당하여 등록하는 과정;
    정보 콘텐츠 요청 단말기로부터 수신한 질문 검색어에 매칭되는 유사 키워드를 가지는 사업자 키워드를 추출하는 과정; 및
    추출한 사업자 키워드를 가지는 사업자 기본 정보를 등록한 정보 콘텐츠 제공 단말기에게 정보 콘텐츠 요청 단말기의 연락처와 수신한 질문 검색어를 중계 전송하는 과정;
    을 포함하는 정보 콘텐츠 제공 방법.
  11. 청구항 10에 있어서,
    상기 질문 검색어 전송 과정은, 원하는 정보 분야를 상기 정보 콘텐츠 중계 서버로 전송하며,
    상기 질문 검색어를 중계 전송하는 과정은, 상기 정보 분야를 정보 콘텐츠 제공 단말기로 중계하며,
    상기 정보 콘텐츠 제공 과정은, 수신한 질문 검색어와 매칭되는 사업자 기본 정보를 등록한 정보 콘텐츠 제공 단말기에게 상기 정보 분야에 속하는 정보 콘텐츠만을 전송하는 정보 콘텐츠 제공 방법.
