例如,在获取到步骤301中涉及到的所有业务目标方的业务信息后,可以接着获取业务校验密码。该业务校验密码的作用是,在服务端根据业务处理信息进行业务处理之前,需要先行进行密码校验,以保证业务处理的安全性;而本实施例的业务处理方法中,业务校验密码可以作为步骤301中的分别对应多个业务目标方的业务处理的统一的校验密码,即,从业务请求方只需要输入一次业务校验密码,而且服务端也只要该密码通过校验则可以表示所有业务目标方的业务处理都通过密码校验。
在步骤303中,向服务器发送业务处理请求,所述业务处理请求包括所述业务校验密码和业务处理信息,以使得所述服务器在对业务校验密码校验通过时,根据所述业务信息分别执行对应每个业务目标方的业务处理。
例如,业务请求方的即时通讯客户端在获取步骤301的业务处理信息和步骤302的业务校验密码后,可以在本步骤向即时通讯服务端发送业务处理请求,请求服务端对密码进行校验,并在校验通过时执行上述多个业务。
本实施例的业务处理方法,在由同一业务请求方向多个业务目标方执行多个业务时,可以依据一次密码校验执行多个业务处理,相对于传统方式中的执行多次密码校验来分别执行多个业务处理,将显著提高业务处理效率。
即时通讯客户端在图3所示的流程中,业务处理请求将发送至服务端,作为用于执行业务处理的服务端,例如图1中所示的即时通讯服务端13,在接收到客户端发送的业务处理请求时,可以执行图4所示的流程:
在步骤401中,接收业务请求方发送的业务处理请求,该业务处理请求包括:业务请求方的联系人标识、由所述多个联系人中选择的多个业务目标方的联系人标识、分别对应每个业务目标方的业务信息、以及业务校验密码。
例如,服务端接收到的业务处理请求中,业务请求方例如是转账业务的转出者,比 如小贾转账给小王15元,则小贾即为业务请求方,而小王即为业务目标方,15元即为业务信息。联系人标识是用于标识业务请求方或业务目标方的,比如可以是用户ID。而业务校验密码是用于保证业务处理的安全性,当业务校验密码通过时,才可以执行业务请求方与业务目标方之间的业务。
在步骤402中,在对所述业务校验密码校验通过时,根据所述业务信息分别执行对应的业务请求方与每个业务目标方的业务处理。
例如,本步骤中,服务端只需要进行一次业务校验密码的校验,从即时通讯客户端来看,也是接收了一次业务校验密码。当该业务校验密码校验通过时,则可以执行上述的业务请求方分别至各个业务目标方的多个业务处理。比如,当对业务校验密码校验通过时,服务端可以开始执行小贾向小王转账15元,小贾向小李转账20元等各个转账业务的操作。
此外,在本步骤中,由服务端比如即时通讯服务端在校验密码通过执行业务处理时,可以是即时通讯服务端将业务处理请求转发给支付服务器,由支付服务器根据业务信息分别执行对应的业务请求方与每个业务目标方的业务处理;或者,也可以是即时通讯服务端和支付服务器共同配合完成;或者,如果即时通讯服务器自身具有业务处理能力比如本例子中的转账操作处理的能力时,也可以由即时通讯服务端来实现业务处理。
本实施例的业务处理方法,由服务端来看,通过一次业务校验密码的校验,就可以执行多个业务处理,相对于传统方式中的执行多次密码校验来分别执行多个业务处理,将显著提高业务处理效率。
如下以一个在即时通讯应用中向多人付款的例子为例,来描述本申请的业务处理方法。假设在图1所示的多人会话的场景中,小贾想要向小李、小王和小张进行转账付款,则可以按照图5所示的如下流程进行:
在步骤501中,即时通讯客户端接收用户的输入点击操作。
例如,参见图6所示的操作示意图,用户在即时通讯的多人会话界面中,点击了表示要输入信息的输入框61,此时可以弹出输入键盘,参见图7所示。
在步骤502中,即时通讯客户端检测到用户选择输入键盘上的特定标识。
例如,用户可以点击输入键盘62中的某个预定的特定标识,比如图7中所示的,用户可以点击“¥”,触发步骤503的执行。或者,该特定标识也可以是其他标识,例如,“*”、“#”,或者组合字符等,可以自主设定。
在步骤503中,即时通讯客户端弹出所述多个联系人的列表。
例如,参见图8所示,即时通讯客户端可以弹出当前正在参与多人会话的成员列表,并且可以在该界面提示用户“选择转账的人”。
在步骤504中,即时通讯客户端接收用户从列表中选择的多个业务目标方,以及用户输入的分别对应每个业务目标方的业务信息。
例如,本步骤中,作为业务请求方的小贾,可以从自己的即时通讯客户端上,由图8所示的列表中选择要转账的人。假设选择的转账联系人即业务目标方,可以包括:小张、小李和小王,那么小贾可以分别输入这几个联系人对应的业务信息即转账金额。
如图9所示,当小贾选择业务目标方以输入对应的金额时,比如,小贾可以点击小张,则出现金额输入焦点、弹出数字键盘,用户可以通过该数字键盘输入向小张转账的金额。按照该方法,可以依次输入向每个业务目标方转账的金额。
此外,本步骤中,即时通讯客户端在检测到用户选择业务目标方以输入对应的金额的指示时,除了弹出数字键盘,还可以显示业务处理指示按钮91,参见图9所示。业务处理指示按钮91上可以显示实时的业务目标方的数量、以及总的业务信息;例如图9所示的,两人共转账31元。当用户又选择了一个业务目标方并输入转账金额后,该业务处理指示按钮91显示的人数可以加一,并且总金额也继续增加。这种方式可以方便的提示用户当前人数及总额。
在步骤505中,即时通讯客户端检测到用户点击所述业务处理指示按钮时,确定用户输入业务处理信息结束,则获取用户输入的业务校验密码。
例如,当用户已经选择转账的联系人完毕,并且也输入了对应的转账金额后,用户小贾可以点击图9中所示的业务处理指示按钮91,此时客户端可以获知用户已经输入业务处理信息结束,则可以弹出图10所示的界面,以供用户输入业务校验密码。
在步骤506中,即时通讯客户端向服务器发送业务处理请求,所述业务处理请求包括所述业务校验密码和业务处理信息。
例如,当用户点击图10中的确定按钮时,表明用户已经输入业务校验密码完成,则即时通讯客户端向服务器发送业务处理请求,携带业务校验密码和业务处理信息,该业务处理信息包括用户选择的业务目标方及对应的转账金额,并且,请求中还携带小贾的标识,以使得服务器获知是小贾要向上述的多个业务目标方进行转账。
此外,服务器在接收到业务处理请求后,可以对其中的业务校验密码进行校验。并且在对业务校验密码校验通过时,根据业务信息分别执行对应每个业务目标方的业务处理。例如,进行小贾与小张之间的转账处理,以及小贾与小王之间的转账处理等,转账 的金额即业务处理请求中携带的分别与各个业务目标方对应的业务信息。
在步骤507中,即时通讯客户端接收服务器反馈的处理结果信息,该业务处理结果包括:分别对应每个业务目标方的业务处理成功或失败信息。
例如,服务器在处理各个业务目标方的业务完成后,可以反馈处理结果,参见图11的示例,在作为业务请求方的小贾的即时通讯客户端上,可以显示各个业务目标方的业务处理结果,比如“你向小张转账15元,向小王转账16元……”,这就表明这些向业务目标方的转账已经成功。
当然,转账结果也可能是失败的,比如,当由于某种原因导致服务器向小张转账失败时,服务器可以反馈给客户端显示的结果是“你向小张转账失败,向小王转账16元……”。此外,服务器向小贾的客户端反馈的可以是与某个业务目标方的业务处理是成功或失败的指示,而由客户端根据自身存储的业务目标方对应的业务信息,显示转账成功的金额。在另一个例子中,服务端还可以向各个业务目标方反馈转账结果,但是仅反馈该业务目标方自身对应的转账结果,例如可以向小张的即时通讯客户端反馈“小贾已经向你转账15元”类似的信息。
本实施例的业务处理方法,可以在多人会话的场景中快速选择多个转账联系人并输入对应的金额,然后只需要输入一次业务校验密码就可以完全全部联系人的转账操作,提高了转账业务的效率。
为了实现上述的业务处理方法,本申请实施例还提供了一种业务处理装置。参见图12所示,该图12所示的装置可以应用于即时通讯客户端,例如是业务请求方小贾的智能终端上安装的客户端。该装置可以包括:信息获取模块1201、密码获取模块1202和请求发送模块1203。
信息获取模块1201,用于获取业务处理信息,所述业务处理信息包括:由所述多个联系人中选择的多个业务目标方的联系人标识、以及分别对应每个业务目标方的业务信息;
密码获取模块1202,用于接收业务校验密码;
请求发送模块1203,用于向服务器发送业务处理请求,所述业务处理请求包括所述业务校验密码和业务处理信息,以使得所述服务器在对业务校验密码校验通过时,根据所述业务信息分别执行对应每个业务目标方的业务处理。
进一步的,参见图13,信息获取模块1201,可以包括:触发检测子模块1301和获取信息子模块1302;
触发检测子模块1301,用于检测到用户选择输入键盘上的特定标识;
获取信息子模块1302,用于弹出所述多个联系人的列表,并接收用户从所述列表中选择的所述多个业务目标方,以及用户输入的分别对应每个业务目标方的业务信息。
进一步的,密码获取模块1202,可以包括:
按钮显示子模块1303,用于当检测到用户选择所述业务目标方以输入对应的业务信息的指示时,显示业务处理指示按钮;
密码接收子模块1304,用于当检测到用户点击所述业务处理指示按钮时,确定用户输入所述业务处理信息结束,则获取用户输入的业务校验密码。
进一步的,按钮显示子模块1303,还用于在所述业务处理指示按钮上,显示实时的业务目标方的数量、以及总的业务信息。
进一步的,该装置还可以包括:结果接收模块1204,用于接收所述服务器反馈的处理结果信息,所述业务处理结果包括:分别对应每个业务目标方的业务处理成功或失败信息。
本申请实施例还提供了一种业务处理装置,参见图14所示,该图14所示的装置可以应用于即时通讯服务端,该装置可以包括:
请求接收模块1401,用于接收业务请求方发送的业务处理请求,所述业务处理请求包括:业务请求方的联系人标识、由所述多个联系人中选择的多个业务目标方的联系人标识、分别对应每个业务目标方的业务信息、以及业务校验密码;
业务处理模块1402,用于在对所述业务校验密码校验通过时,根据所述业务信息分别执行对应的业务请求方与每个业务目标方的业务处理。
本实施例的业务处理装置,在由同一业务请求方向多个业务目标方执行多个业务时,可以依据一次密码校验执行多个业务处理,相对于传统方式中的执行多次密码校验来分别执行多个业务处理,将显著提高业务处理效率。

Claims (12)

  1. 一种业务处理方法,其特征在于,所述业务处理方法应用于即时通讯客户端,且应用于即时通讯中的多个联系人参与的会话,所述方法包括:
    获取业务处理信息,所述业务处理信息包括:由所述多个联系人中选择的多个业务目标方的联系人标识、以及分别对应每个业务目标方的业务信息;
    接收业务校验密码;
    向服务器发送业务处理请求,所述业务处理请求包括所述业务校验密码和业务处理信息,以使得所述服务器在对业务校验密码校验通过时,根据所述业务信息分别执行对应每个业务目标方的业务处理。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述获取业务处理信息,包括:
    检测到用户选择输入键盘上的特定标识;
    弹出所述多个联系人的列表,并接收用户从所述列表中选择的所述多个业务目标方,以及用户输入的分别对应每个业务目标方的业务信息。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述接收业务校验密码,包括:
    当检测到用户选择所述业务目标方以输入对应的业务信息的指示时,显示业务处理指示按钮;
    当检测到用户点击所述业务处理指示按钮时,确定用户输入所述业务处理信息结束,则获取用户输入的业务校验密码。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的方法,其特征在于,所述方法还包括:
    在所述业务处理指示按钮上,显示实时的业务目标方的数量、以及总的业务信息。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,在向所述服务器发送业务处理请求之后,还包括:
    接收所述服务器反馈的处理结果信息,所述业务处理结果包括:分别对应每个业务目标方的业务处理成功或失败信息。
  6. 一种业务处理方法,其特征在于,所述业务处理方法应用于即时通讯服务端,且应用于即时通讯中的多个联系人参与的会话,所述方法包括:
    接收业务请求方发送的业务处理请求,所述业务处理请求包括:业务请求方的联系人标识、由所述多个联系人中选择的多个业务目标方的联系人标识、分别对应每个业务目标方的业务信息、以及业务校验密码;
    在对所述业务校验密码校验通过时,根据所述业务信息分别执行对应的业务请求方与每个业务目标方的业务处理。
  7. 一种业务处理装置,其特征在于,所述业务处理装置应用于即时通讯客户端,所述装置包括:
    信息获取模块,用于获取业务处理信息,所述业务处理信息包括:由所述多个联系人中选择的多个业务目标方的联系人标识、以及分别对应每个业务目标方的业务信息;
    密码获取模块,用于接收业务校验密码;
    请求发送模块,用于向服务器发送业务处理请求,所述业务处理请求包括所述业务校验密码和业务处理信息,以使得所述服务器在对业务校验密码校验通过时,根据所述业务信息分别执行对应每个业务目标方的业务处理。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的装置,其特征在于,所述信息获取模块,包括:
    触发检测子模块,用于检测到用户选择输入键盘上的特定标识;
    获取信息子模块,用于弹出所述多个联系人的列表,并接收用户从所述列表中选择的所述多个业务目标方,以及用户输入的分别对应每个业务目标方的业务信息。
  9. 根据权利要求7所述的装置,其特征在于,所述密码获取模块,包括:
    按钮显示子模块,用于当检测到用户选择所述业务目标方以输入对应的业务信息的指示时,显示业务处理指示按钮;
    密码接收子模块,用于当检测到用户点击所述业务处理指示按钮时,确定用户输入所述业务处理信息结束,则获取用户输入的业务校验密码。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的装置,其特征在于,
    所述按钮显示子模块,还用于在所述业务处理指示按钮上,显示实时的业务目标方的数量、以及总的业务信息。
  11. 根据权利要求7所述的装置,其特征在于,还包括:
    结果接收模块,用于接收所述服务器反馈的处理结果信息,所述业务处理结果包括:分别对应每个业务目标方的业务处理成功或失败信息。
  12. 一种业务处理装置,其特征在于,所述业务处理装置应用于即时通讯服务端,所述装置包括:
    请求接收模块,用于接收业务请求方发送的业务处理请求,所述业务处理请求包括:业务请求方的联系人标识、由所述多个联系人中选择的多个业务目标方的联系人标识、分别对应每个业务目标方的业务信息、以及业务校验密码;
    业务处理模块,用于在对所述业务校验密码校验通过时,根据所述业务信息分别执行对应的业务请求方与每个业务目标方的业务处理。
