Description

一种分离式抬头显示器 技术领域
本实用新型涉及HUD领域,特别涉及一种分离式抬头显示器。
背景技术
抬头显示器(Head Up Display),又称为平视显示器,近年来,抬头显示器越来越广泛地应用在汽车上。汽车抬头显示器在市场上可以分为前装产品与后装产品。前装产品在汽车设计阶段就可以将产品设计到汽车仪表台里面去,与汽车结构融为一体。可以按照抬头显示器的尺寸需求修改汽车仪表台的结构尺寸,从而能获得良好的显示效果。而后装抬头显示器是汽车生产出来之后,再根据需要加装上去的,安装的时候不能损坏车内结构,这种安装方式限制抬头显示器结构设计,使得后装抬头显示器难以获得良好的视觉效果。并且现有的后装抬头显示器大多是一体式抬头显示器体积较大,放在驾驶员驾驶视线范围内对视线干扰较大,成像距离近,容易造成眼睛疲劳。
目前,也出现一些分体式抬头显示器,但都是直接投射式,中间不带反射镜,抬头显示器体积还是较大,放在驾驶员驾驶视线范围内对视线干扰较大,影响驾驶安全;且投射主机的安装位置很受限制。
实用新型内容
鉴于上述问题,本实用新型实施例的目的在于提供一种分离式抬头显示器,能够有效减小抬头显示器的体积,提高投射主机安装的灵活性,进一步提高驾驶安全。
本实用新型实施例提供的一种分离式抬头显示器,包括投影主机和分离式反射屏,还包括反射镜组,所述反射镜组设置于所述投影主机的相对位置,所述投影主机将需显示的信息投射到所述反射镜组中的反射镜上,经所述反射镜组反射后投射到所述反射屏上,形成虚像,其中,所述反射镜组为一级反射镜、二级反射镜、或者多级反射镜中的任一种。
可选地,所述投影主机、所述反射镜组中的反射镜、以及所述反射屏均连有用于调整相对角度的旋转轴。
可选地,所述反射镜组中的反射镜可绕旋转轴旋转调整角度。
可选地,所述反射屏为抬头显示器自带的透明反射屏或是前挡风玻璃。
可选地,所述反射镜组被设置于仪表台的左侧,位于左侧方向盘的前方;所述投影主机设置于仪表台的右侧,所述投影主机对准所述仪表台的左侧方向,用于将需显示的信息投射到所述反射镜组上,经所述反射镜组反射后投射到所述反射屏上,形成虚像。
可选地,所述反射镜组被设置于仪表台的右侧,位于右侧方向盘的前方;所述投影主机设置于仪表台的左侧,所述投影主机对准所述仪表台的右侧方向,用于将需显示的信息投射到所述反射镜组上,经所述反射镜组反射后投射到所述反射屏上,形成虚像。
可选地,所述反射镜组安装在驾驶中控台上,所述投影主机设置在前挡风玻璃上,用于将需显示的信息投射到所述反射镜组上,经所述反射镜组反射后投射到所述反射屏 上,形成虚像。
可选地,所述投影主机被固定在内部后视镜上面,或者被固定在驾驶员头枕旁,所述反射镜组设置于所述投影主机的相对位置,所述投影主机将需显示的信息投射到所述反射镜组中的反射镜上,经所述反射镜组反射后投射到所述反射屏上,形成虚像。
由上可见,应用本实施例技术方案,由于采用反射镜,在抬头显示器的体积一定的前提下,可以有效增大驾驶员所看到的带有车载信息图像的尺寸大小和虚像的距离,在虚像尺寸大小和虚像距离一样的前提下,采用反射能有效减小抬头显示器的体积,且提高投射主机安装的灵活性,进一步提高驾驶安全。

具体实施方式
下面将结合本实用新型实施例中的附图,对本实用新型实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本实用新型一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本实用新型中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有作出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本实用新型保护的范围。
实施例:
本实施例提供一种分离式抬头显示器,包括投影主机和分离式反射屏,还包括反射镜组,所述反射镜组设置于所述投影主机的相对位置,所述投影主机将需显示的信息投射到反射镜组上,经反射镜组反射后投射到所述反射屏上,形成虚像,其中,所述反射镜组为一级反射镜、二级反射镜、或者多级反射镜中的任一种。
采用反射镜可以有效增大驾驶员所看到的带有车载信息图像的尺寸大小和投射距离,在投射图像尺寸大小和投射距离一样的前提下,反射能有效减小抬头显示器的体积,提高投射主机安装的灵活性,进一步提高驾驶安全。
如图1所示,所述投影主机10将需显示的信息投射到一级反射镜20上,经一级反射镜20反射后投射到所述反射屏40上,形成虚像50,A为成像系统的体积。从图1可以明显看出,通过采用一级反射镜所述抬头显示器的成像系统体积明显减小。
如图2所示,所述投影主机10将需显示的信息投射到一级反射镜20上,一级反射镜20又将信息进一步投射到反射镜30上,经两级反射镜反射后投射到所述反射屏40上,形成虚像50,B为成像系统的体积。
从图1和图2可以明显看出,在虚像50的尺寸大小和投射的虚像50距离一样的前提下,通过采用二级反射镜成像系统的体积还可以比采用一级反射镜进一步减小,放在驾驶员驾驶视线范围内对视线干扰较小,不影响驾驶安全。在成像系统体积一样的前提下, 采用二级反射镜的成像系统的虚像50的尺寸大小和投射的虚像50的距离明显比一级反射镜的成像系统要大,可以看的更清晰,成像距离远,不易造成眼睛疲劳,进一步提高了行车安全。同理反射镜组还可以采用三级或四级反射,根据需要设计多级反射。
可以但不限于,所述反射镜组被设置于仪表台的左侧,位于左侧方向盘的前方;所述投影主机设置于仪表台的右侧,所述投影主机对准所述仪表台的左侧方向,用于将需显示的信息投射到所述反射镜组上,经反射镜组反射后投射到所述反射屏上,形成虚像。或者,所述反射镜组被设置于仪表台的右侧,位于右侧方向盘的前方;所述投影主机设置于仪表台的左侧,所述投影主机对准所述仪表台的右侧方向,用于将需显示的信息投射到所述反射镜组上,经反射镜组反射后投射到所述反射屏上,形成虚像。或者,所述反射镜组安装在驾驶中控台上,所述投影主机设置在前挡风玻璃上,用于将需显示的信息投射到所述反射镜组上,经反射镜组反射后投射到所述反射屏上,形成虚像。或者,所述投影主机被固定在内部后视镜上面,或者被固定在驾驶员头枕旁,所述反射镜组设置于所述投影主机的相对位置,所述投影主机将需显示的信息投射到反射镜组上,经反射镜组反射后投射到所述反射屏上,形成虚像。
所述投影主机、所述反射镜组中的反射镜、以及所述反射屏均连有用于调整相对角度的旋转轴,可以通过调节所述投影主机、所述反射镜组中反射镜、或所述反射屏的角度,让驾驶员看到抬头显示器投影主机的反射虚像。譬如所述反射镜被设置为可绕垂直轴和水平轴旋转360°,因此反射镜的镜面可以面向任何方向。将反射镜的角度调到刚好能让驾驶员的眼睛看到抬头显示器投影主机的反射虚像。所述反射屏为抬头显示器自带的透明反射屏或是前挡风玻璃。所述反射镜为玻璃或有机玻璃。所述反射镜的表面设置有增强可见光反射的一层或多层镀层、镀膜、涂层或贴膜。

Claims (8)

  1. 一种分离式抬头显示器,包括投影主机和分离式反射屏,其特征在于,还包括反射镜组,所述反射镜组设置于所述投影主机的相对位置,所述投影主机将需显示的信息投射到所述反射镜组中的反射镜上,经所述反射镜组反射后投射到所述反射屏上,形成虚像,其中,所述反射镜组为一级反射镜、二级反射镜、或者多级反射镜中的任一种。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的一种分离式抬头显示器,其特征在于,所述投影主机、所述反射镜组中的反射镜、以及所述反射屏均连有用于调整相对角度的旋转轴。
  3. 如权利要求2所述的一种分离式抬头显示器,其特征在于,所述反射镜组中的反射镜可绕旋转轴旋转调整角度。
  4. 如权利要求3所述的一种分离式抬头显示器,其特征在于,所述反射屏为抬头显示器自带的透明反射屏或是前挡风玻璃。
  5. 如权利要求1至4中任一所述的一种分离式抬头显示器,其特征在于,所述反射镜组被设置于仪表台的左侧,位于左侧方向盘的前方;所述投影主机设置于仪表台的右侧,所述投影主机对准所述仪表台的左侧方向,用于将需显示的信息投射到所述反射镜组上,经所述反射镜组反射后投射到所述反射屏上,形成虚像。
  6. 如权利要求1至4中任一所述的一种分离式抬头显示器,其特征在于,所述反射镜组被设置于仪表台的右侧,位于右侧方向盘的前方;所述投影主机设置于仪表台的左侧,所述投影主机对准所述仪表台的右侧方向,用于将需显示的信息投射到所述反射镜组上,经所述反射镜组反射后投射到所述反射屏上,形成虚像。
  7. 如权利要求1至4中任一所述的一种分离式抬头显示器,其特征在于,所述反射镜组安装在驾驶中控台上,所述投影主机设置在前挡风玻璃上,用于将需显示的信息投射到所述反射镜组上,经所述反射镜组反射后投射到所述反射屏上,形成虚像。
