图2是本发明可投影广告的汽车实施方式中广告画面投影至汽车本体所在位置附近的地面的示意图;

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和实施方式对本发明进行详细说明。
请参阅图1~图3,可投影广告的汽车20包括汽车本体21、后视镜22、投影模块23和处理器24。
后视镜22固定于汽车本体21上,投影模块23可拆卸地固定于后视镜22的底面或者侧面,并且投影模块23的投影镜头对应于汽车本体21的侧面或者汽车本体21所在位置的地面,以使投影模块23向所述汽车本体21的侧面或者汽车本体21所在位置的地面投影广告画面。具体的,将投影模块23设置于后视镜22内,在后视镜22的外壳221设置镜头孔212,投影模块23的投影镜头穿过镜头孔212裸露在外面,如图4所示,又或者,镜头孔212设置后视镜22的镜片213上,投影模块23的投影镜头穿过镜头孔裸露在外面,如图5所示。当然,后视镜22 的数量可以为两个,分别为左后视镜和右后视镜,其中,左后视镜和右后视镜分别安装于汽车本体21的左右两则,投影模块23的数量也可以为两个,分别可拆卸地固定于左后视镜和右后视镜。
处理器24固定于汽车本体21或者后视镜22上,并且处理器24与投影模块23连接。处理器24获取广告内容,并将广告内容推送至投影模块23,投影模块23在汽车本体21的侧面或者汽车本体21所在位置的地面投影广告画面。相比于传统的在汽车本体21的侧面喷涂广告的方式,本发明通过投影在汽车本体21的侧面形成广告,不会改变汽车本体21的物理结构,不会损伤汽车本体21,并且广告容易更换。当然,为了提高投影的广告画面的清晰度,也可以在汽车本体21的侧面悬挂投影幕,广告画面直接投影在投影幕上。在本实施方式中,投影模块23采用短焦/超短焦投影,相比于普通标准或长焦投影模块23,其大大缩短了投影模块23的投影距离,并且其投影效果好适用于汽车。
需要说明的是:处理器24还可以运行有操作系统,例如:安卓系统或者Linux系统或IOS系统。通过设置操作系统,可以方便扩展软功能。
汽车还包括图像采集模块25。图像采集模块25可拆卸地固定于后视镜22的底面或者侧面,其中,图像采集模块25的取景方向与投影模块23的投影方向相同,并且图像采集模块25的取景区域包含投影模块23的投影区域。图像采集模块25与处理器24连接,图像采集模块25用于采集包含投影区域的图像,处理器24根据采集到包含投影区域的图像调整投影模块23。具体的,处理器24识别图像采集模块25所采集到的图像中投影区域的颜色、凹凸、纹理和亮度,调整投影模块23所投影广告画面的颜色、条线和亮度,以使广告画面与投影区域区别开来,以提高广告画面显示的清晰度,例如:投影区域为白色时,则广告画面选择黑色、红色等等其他与白色有区别的颜色进行显示。
为了方便调节图像采集模块25的取景角度和投影模块23的投影角度,汽车包括转动装置26。转动装置26固定于后视镜22。图像采集模块25的取景镜头和投影模块23的投影镜头均固定于转动装置26,转动装置26用于驱动取景镜头和投影镜头转动,以调节投影镜头的投影角 度和取景镜头的取景角度。转动装置26与处理器24连接,处理器24用于控制转动装置26。其中,转动装置26在调节取景镜头和投影镜头的角度可以同时控制,也可以逐一控制。当然,也可以设置调焦装置,调焦装置用于对投影镜头进行调焦,或者将调焦功能集成至转动装置26中。在本实施方式中,转动装置26优选为马达。
汽车20还包括通信模块27和存储模块28。通信模块27固定于后视镜22或者汽车本体21,并且通信模块27与处理器24连接。处理器24用于通过通信模块27接收广告内容,并将广告内容传输至投影模块23,由投影模块23将广告内容投影成广告画面。其中,通信模块27可以为无线通信器,例如:WIFI通信器、蓝牙通信器、3G无线通信器、4G无线通信器等等,通信模块27也可以有线通信器。
存储模块28固定于汽车本体21或者后视镜22上,并且存储模块28与处理器24连接。存储模块28用于存储广告内容,处理器24用于从存储模块28提取广告内容,并将广告内容传输至投影模块23,由投影模块23将广告内容投影成广告画面。处理器24接收到广告内容后,可以预先将广告内容存储至存储模块28,当需要投影广告时,再从存储模块28提取广告内容进行投影。
为了提高广告投放的精度,汽车还包括定位模块29。定位模块29固定于汽车本体21或者后视镜22上,并且定位模块29与处理器24连接。定位模块29用于定位汽车当前所在位置,处理器24结合汽车当前所在位置选择广告内容,并将所选择的广告内容推送至投影模块23,由投影模块23进行投影。具体的,广告内容中通常携带产品销售地址,处理器24识别广告内容所携带的产品销售地址,计算汽车当前所在位置与所述产品销售地址之间距离,并判断计算得到的距离是否小于预定阈值,若小于预定阈值,则选定该广告内容,若大于或者等于预定阈值,则放弃该广告内容。结合汽车当前所在位置进行筛选广告,能够有效地提高了广告投放的精准度,满足所处位置的目标人群的需求。例如:当处于步行街等商业区时,投影显示附近餐饮等广告内容;当处于机场或火车站等地方时,投影显示酒店旅游景点等广告内容。在本实施方式中, 广告内容可以为视频、图片、文字或者游等,其中,广告内容可以预先存储在存储模块28或者通信模块27所接收到的广告内容。
汽车还包括充电电池30和无线充电模块31。充电电池30和无线充电模块31均固定于汽车本体21或者后视镜22,并且充电电池30分别与投影模块23和处理器24连接,用于给投影模块23和处理器24供电,当然,充电电池30也可以分别与定位模块29、转动装置和图像采集模块25连接,用于向定位模块29、转动装置和图像采集模块25供电。无线充电模块31与充电电池30连接。无线充电模块31用于向充电电池30进行无线充电。在其它替代实施方式中,汽车也可以包括转换装置,转换装置的第一电源输入口与汽车本体21的电源输出连接,第二电源输入口与充电电池30连接,输出口与分别与投影模块23、处理器24、定位模块29、转动装置和图像采集模块25连接。转换装置检测到第一电源输入口有电源输入时,切断第二电源输入口,当第一电源输入口没有电源输入时,则接上第二电源输入口,实现使汽车本体21停止工作时,仍然可以进行投影显示。通过无线充电的方式进行充电,可以避免线缆的牵绊。
进一步,汽车还包括传感控制模块(图未示),传感控制模块固定于后视镜22或者汽车本体21上,模块传感控制模块与处理器24连接,处理器24根据传感控制模块采集的数据控制投影模块23进行投影,实现智能化地投影广告画面。
值得说明的是:汽车还可以包括壳体,投影模块23、处理器24、定位模块29、转动装置、图像采集模块25和传感控制模块也可以封装在壳体内,当投影模块23、处理器24、定位模块29、转动装置、图像采集模块25和传感控制模块封装在壳体内,则投影模块23、处理器24、定位模块29、转动装置、图像采集模块25和传感控制模块均固定于后视镜。
在本发明实施方式中,将投影模块设置于后视镜的底面或者侧面,并使投影模块的投影镜头对应于汽车本体的侧面或者汽车本体所在位置附近的地面,处理器与投影模块连接,处理器控制投影模块向汽车本 体的侧面或者汽车本体所在位置的地面投影广告画面,实现在汽车本体的侧面或者汽车本体所在位置附近的地面投放广告,并且其投放的广告可以动态变化。
本发明又提供汽车投影广告方法实施方式。请参阅图6,方法包括:
步骤S301:将投影模块安装于汽车的后视镜上,并使投影模块的投影镜头对应于汽车本体的侧面或者汽车本体所在位置附近的地面;
汽车本体所在位置附近的地面可以为投影模块垂直对应的地面。投影镜头对应的区域为投影模块投影画面所在的区域。
步骤S302:获取广告内容,并将广告内容推送至投影模块,以使投影模块根据广告内容向汽车本体的侧面或者汽车本体所在位置的地面投影广告画面;
广告内容可以预先存储在安装于汽车上的存储模块内,则获取广告内容可以为从存储模块中提取。广告内容也可以由发送设备实时发送的,则获取广告内容是指接收广告内容。
为了提高广告投放的精度,在本实施方式中,可以进行就近投放广告,则如图7所示,步骤S302又包括:
步骤S3021:定位汽车当前所在位置;
定位汽车的位置可以通过全球卫星定位系统进行定位,也可以通过北斗定位系统进行定位。
步骤S3022:识别广告内容所携带的产品销售地址;
步骤S3023:计算汽车当前所在位置与产品销售地址之间距离;
步骤S3024:判断计算得到的距离是否小于预定阈值,若小于,则进入步骤S3025,否则进入步骤S3026;
步骤S3025:将广告内容传输至投影模块;
步骤S3026:放弃该广告内容;
值得说明的是:步骤S3026中放弃该广告内容是指不向投影模块推送该广告内容。通过投影与汽车当前位置附近的广告内容,实现就近推送,可以提高广告投放的精度,例如:当处于步行街等商业区时,投影显示附近餐饮等广告内容;当处于机场或火车站等地方时,投影显示酒 店旅游景点等广告内容。
在本发明实施方式中,将投影模块设置于后视镜的底面或者侧面,并使投影模块的投影镜头对应于汽车本体的侧面或者汽车本体所在位置附近的地面,处理器与投影模块连接,处理器控制投影模块向投影模块向汽车本体的侧面或者汽车本体所在位置的地面投影广告画面,实现在汽车本体的侧面或者汽车本体所在位置附近的地面投放广告,并且其投放的广告可以动态变化。

Claims (2)

  1. 将投影模块安装于所述汽车的后视镜上,并使所述投影模块的投影镜头对应于所述汽车本体的侧面或者所述汽车本体所在位置的地面;
    获取广告内容,并将所述广告内容推送至投影模块,以使所述投影模块根据所述广告内容向所述汽车本体的侧面或者汽车本体所在位置的地面投影广告画面。
  2. 根据权利要求9所述的汽车投影广告方法,其特征在于,所述将所述广告内容传输至投影模块的步骤包括:
    定位所述汽车当前所在位置;
    识别所述广告内容所携带的产品销售地址;
    计算所述汽车当前所在位置与所述产品销售地址之间距离;
    判断所述计算得到的距离是否小于预定阈值;
    若小于预定阈值,则将所述广告内容传输至投影模块。
