Description

可自动站立的踏板 技术领域
本发明涉及一种踏板,尤其涉及一种可自动站立的踏板。
背景技术
如中国台湾专利M305001所示的踏板,包括一底座部及一脚踏部,该底座部向上延伸有二支撑架,该脚踏部设于该二支撑架。该脚踏部可供双脚踩踏,且该脚踏部具有符合人体工学的倾斜角度及高度,使双脚可较舒适地放置于踏板上。
然而此种踏板于使用完毕后须另作收纳,欲使用时又须再次取出,此种使用方式费时费力,并不便利。
因此,有必要提供一种新颖且具有进步性的可自动站立的踏板,以解决上述问题。
发明内容
本发明的主要目的在于提供一种可自动站立的踏板,于使用完毕后,仅需将双脚从踏板移走或减少施力,踏板就会自动立起,即可达到收纳的效果,完全无须另行收纳,十分便利。
并且,该踏板具有防滑部,可使踏板稳定地立于平面上而不滑动。
为达到上述目的,本发明的技术方案是这样实现的:
一种可自动站立的踏板,该可自动站立的踏板包括一本体及一配重部。该本体具有相邻的一第一侧部及一第二侧部,该第一侧部包括一供与一平面相抵接的弧形曲面,该第一侧部另具有一第一防滑部;该配重部设于该本体的该第一侧部处、并使该踏板的重心接近于该第一侧部处;该本体可沿该弧形曲面于该平面摆动,而使该第一防滑部或该第二侧部抵接该平面。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图及本发明的实施例对本发明可自动站立的踏板作进一步详细的说明。
以下仅以实施例说明本发明可能的实施态样,然并非用以限制本发明所欲保护的范畴,合先叙明。
请参考图1至7,其显示本发明的一较佳实施例,本发明的可自动站立的踏板1包括一本体10及一配重部20。
该本体10具有相邻的一第一侧部11及一第二侧部12,该第一侧部11包括一供与一平面2相抵接的弧形曲面,该第一侧部11另具有一第一防滑部111。该配重部20设于该本体10的该第一侧部11处、并使该踏板1的重心接近于该第一侧部11处。该本体10可沿该弧形曲面110于该平面2摆动,而使该第一防滑部111或该第二侧部12抵接该平面。要说明的是,当双脚踩踏于该踏板1时,该第二侧部12会抵接该平面;当双脚从该踏板1移走或减少施力时,该本体10即会因为重心集中于该第一侧部11处而造成滚动,使该第一防滑部111抵接该平面2。可理解的是,该第二侧部12亦可具有一第二防滑部121,当该本体10沿该弧形曲面110摆动而使该第二防滑部121抵接该平面2时,可防止该踏板1滑动。
更详细地说,该踏板1可例如与马桶(或普通座椅、沙发等)搭配使用,当使用者于马桶上排便时,双脚有该踏板1支撑,可让使用者的姿势倾向于蹲姿,进而增加肠胃蠕动并放松臀部肌肉,使排便更顺利。进一步说,该第一防滑部111及该第二防滑部121系为相连接的防滑软垫,除了 具有防滑作用,亦可减少该本体10及该平面2的表面磨损。
该本体10另包括一相对于该第一侧部11的一第三侧部13及相对于该第二侧部12的一第四侧部14。该第四侧部14于靠近该第一侧部11处凸设有一按摩粒部141,使双脚踩踏于该第四侧部14时,具有按摩及刺激穴位的效果。较佳地,该第四侧部14与该第一侧部11可形成符合人体工学的平滑曲面,于踩踏时可使双脚更加舒适,并可于该踏板1摆动过头而使该第四侧部14抵接该平面2时,能够自行滚动回来。
该本体10还包括一控制单元30,且该本体10于该第四侧部14处设有一加热单元31,该加热单元31与该控制单元30电性连接。如此一来,该踏板1于该第四侧部14处即可具有热敷效果,并可增加双脚的气血循环;于其它实施例,亦可于按摩粒部处另设有与控制单元电性连接的震动单元,进而增加按摩效果。除此之外,该本体10还包括一与该控制单元30电性连接的充电电源32,透过该充电电源32能够提供该踏板1独立使用时所需的电力;可理解的是,亦可不设有充电电源,而使控制单元直接连接电源供应端(例如电源插座或电池等)。
于本实施例中,该本体10内部凸伸一凸肋部15,该凸肋部15供与该配重部20相卡抵,而使该配重部20定位于该本体10内部;可理解的是,配重部亦可以黏着的方式定位于本体中。
于本实施例,该第二侧部12形成有一延伸于该第一侧部11与该第三侧部13之间的贯槽122、而使该第二侧部12形成有二脚部123。该二脚部123各包括一供与该平面2抵接的平贴面,且该二脚部123形成有该由该第一防滑部111延伸的第二防滑部121,该第一防滑部111及该第二防滑部121概呈鞍部状。更明确地说,该配重部20的底部抵接该贯槽122的壁面而使该配重部20设于该本体10的该第一侧部11且靠近该第四侧部14处,可使该配重部20远离该平贴面,进而增加杠杆作用所需的力臂、并增加该配 重部20所产生的力矩,使滚动时可更加稳定与快速。
于本实施例,该踏板1于该第三侧部13与该第四侧部14之间凹设有一凹弧部142,该凹弧部142具有一防滑凹面143,因此,于欲倾倒该踏板时1,使用者仅需利用脚掌踩踏该防滑凹面143即可倾倒该踏板1,而不须弯腰或用手扳动。除此之外,该第一侧部11、第三侧部13及第四侧部14与该凹弧部142之表面共同形成一连续的平滑曲面,可避免使用者踩踏时碰触到不平滑处而产生不舒适感。
综上,本发明可自动站立的踏板于使用完毕后,仅需将双脚从踏板移走或减少施力,踏板就会自动立起,即可达到收纳的效果,完全无须另行收纳,十分便利。
并且,当踏板立起时,第一防滑部可避免踏板滑动。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种可自动站立的踏板,其特征在于,包括:
    一本体,具有相邻的一第一侧部及一第二侧部,该第一侧部包括一供与一平面相抵接的弧形曲面,该第一侧部另具有一第一防滑部;
    一配重部,设于该本体的该第一侧部处、并使该踏板的重心接近于该第一侧部处;
    其中,该本体可沿该弧形曲面于该平面摆动,而使该第一防滑部或该第二侧部抵接该平面。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的可自动站立的踏板,其特征在于,其中该第二侧部另具有一第二防滑部,该第二防滑部可抵接该平面。
  3. 如权利要求2所述的可自动站立的踏板,其特征在于,其中该第一及第二防滑部系为相连接的防滑软垫。
  4. 如权利要求1所述的可自动站立的踏板,其特征在于,其中该本体另包括一相对于该第一侧部的第三侧部及一相对于该第二侧部的第四侧部,该第二侧部形成有一延伸于该第一与第三侧部之间的贯槽、而使该第二侧部形成有二脚部,该配重部设于该本体的该第一侧部且靠近该第四侧部处。
  5. 如权利要求4所述的可自动站立的踏板,其特征在于,其中该二脚部各包括一供与该平面抵接的平贴面,且该二脚部形成有一由该第一防滑部延伸的第二防滑部,该第一及第二防滑部概呈鞍部状。
  6. 如权利要求1所述的可自动站立的踏板,其特征在于,其中该本体另包括一相对于该第二侧部的第四侧部,该第四侧部于靠近该第一侧部处凸设有一按摩粒部。
  7. 如权利要求1所述的可自动站立的踏板,其特征在于,其中该本体另包括一相对于该第一侧部的一第三侧部及相对于该第二侧部的第四侧部、且于该第三与该第四侧部之间凹设有一凹弧部,该凹弧部具有一防滑凹面, 该第一、第三及第四侧部与该凹弧部的表面共同形成一连续的曲面。
  8. 如权利要求1所述的可自动站立的踏板,其特征在于,其中该本体内部凸伸一凸肋部,该凸肋部供与该配重部相卡抵。
  9. 如权利要求1所述的可自动站立的踏板,其特征在于,其中该本体还包括相对于该第二侧部的第四侧部及一控制单元,且该本体于该第四侧部处设有一加热单元,该加热单元与该控制单元电性连接。
  10. 如权利要求9所述的可自动站立的踏板,其特征在于,其中该本体还包括一与该控制单元电性连接的充电电源。
