Abstract
The present patent is invention is a water spray apparatus, with application in the refrigeration field, comprising a dispersion system using metal diaphragms vibrate at ultrasonic frequency to create water droplets, producing a cool mist to be launched the external environment This is a: device (Figure 2) in which the water eliminated by the air conditioner, now drained in liquid form to the external environment by a drain (item 2.a) is kept in a tank (item 2.d), driving a magnetic floater sensor on-off (item 2.f), which activates the ultrasonic sensors (item 2.e) on this device, turned off in the absence of water, which through vibration in ultrasonic frequency produces a cool mist (item 2.g), allowing the release of same to the external environment thus eliminating the dripping and water accumulation in inappropriate locations.
Description
WATER DISPERSING APPARATUS IN THE FORM OF COOL MIST TO THE
EXTERNAL ENVIRONMENT
Descriptive report for patent application which is a water disperser apparatus, with application in the refrigeration field, which integrates a dispersion system using metal diaphragms vibrate at ultrasonic frequency to create water droplets and thereby, produce a cool mist that will be released in the external environment.
Currently, the split type air conditioners have evaporators and condensing units (Figure 1) united by copper tubing that leads the coolant, its operation ensures an ambient temperature exchange through the air passage through the coif that is inside the evaporator (item 1.a) which, by contact, breaks down to temperature increase, depending on the used cycle, lowering the relative humidity. When the desired temperature is reached takes a reading by a sensor (item 1.b) located in the evaporator which turns off the compressor (item 1.c), causing the equipment to maintain the temperature, any variation in temperature triggers stipulated again the compressor that is responsible for circulating coolant within the system.
The atmospheric air cooling when crossing the evaporator coil fins makes the overheating water vapor present in the air sucked in the room is condensed. The higher the atmospheric humidity, the greater the amount of produced liquid water, becoming liters per day, causing problems such as water accumulation in inappropriate places, which bring several drawbacks to society as the spread of dengue fever; reducing the relative humidity in the indoor environment, causing difficulty breathing and allergies; and especially distilled water waste, since, according to United Nations (UN), the water reserves of the world can reduce 40% by 2030, it is necessary, therefore, a better management of this resource, creating measures to return this water to the environment.
In order to help solve these problems and contribute to reducing the environmental impact, developed the present patent of lnvention that consists of a disperser apparatus of water with built-in system in its structure, whose main function is to return the water was removed the internal and external environment for the air conditioning, making the same returns in the form of cool mist by disperser to the external environment through ultrasonic humidification process currently used in portable humidifiers.
The patent may be better understood from the detailed description, in accordance with the attached figures.
Figure 2 represents a dispersing water, where liquid water is currently removed by the air conditioner by a drain (item 2.a) is retained in a tank (item 2.d) present inside the disperser which is connected the external wall and bottom of the condensing unit. The disperser contains a dispersion system used in current ultrasonic humidifiers using metal diaphragms that vibrate in frequency to create a cool mist silently. The system has a magnetic float sensor
on-off (item 2.f), in which the device is triggered when entering water (item 2.c) in the tank, this is the fioat up by gravity and activates the ultrasonic sensors (item 2.e), turn them off automatically when there is a shortage of water in the reservoir. The cool mist (item 2.g) produced with the aid of fans (item 2b), is released to the externa! environment through the duct cool mist conductor (item
2. h), completely removing the existing drip in the state of current technique.
In figure 3 illustrates the result of the patent invention mounted coupled on the outer wall (item 3. a), which can be seen the drain (Item 3.c) which leads liquid water eliminated by the evaporating unit for the apparatus disperser (item
3, e), which returns the water-shaped cold mist (item 3.d) to the environment. The spray device is connected to the condensing unit air conditioner (item 3 b) by a power cord (item 3.f).
