- FIG. 2 is an enlarged cross-sectional view illustrating a configuration of a main part of the light emitting device 10 illustrated in FIG.
- the light emitting device 10 includes a light source substrate 2 provided with a plurality of light sources 1 and a reflector 3 placed on the surface 2S1 of the light source substrate 2, for example.
- the light source 1, the light source substrate 2, and the reflection plate 3 are accommodated in a rear housing (back chassis) 124.
- a combination of the light source substrate 2 and the rear housing 124 is a specific example corresponding to the “base” of the present disclosure.
- the light emitting device 10 further includes, for example, an optical sheet 4, a stud 5, a drive circuit 6, and the like.
- the drive circuit 6 drives the light source 1, for example, and is provided on the back surface 2S2 of the light source substrate 2, for example.
- the distance direction connecting the light source substrate 2 and the optical sheet 4 is the Z direction (front-rear direction), the left-right direction on the main surface (widest surface) of the light source substrate 2 and the optical sheet 4 is the X direction, and the vertical direction. Is the Y direction.
- the plurality of light sources 1 are respectively mounted on the surface 2S1 of the light source substrate 2, for example, and are arranged in a matrix, for example.
- the light source 1 is a point light source, and specifically includes an LED (Light Emitting Diode) that emits white light.
- the plurality of light sources 1 are arranged one by one at positions corresponding to the plurality of openings 3K formed in the reflection plate 3, for example.
- the reflector 3 has a function of exerting optical effects such as reflection, diffusion, and scattering on incident light.
- the reflector 3 includes, for example, a bottom surface portion 33 in which an opening 3K into which the light source 1 is inserted is formed, an inclined portion 31 having an inclined surface 31S that surrounds the opening 3K and is inclined with respect to the light source substrate 2, and an inclined portion.
- 31 has a top surface portion 32 connected to the upper end of 31.
- the top surface portion 32 is separated from the light source substrate 2 and extends, for example, along the surface 2S1.
- the light source 1 includes a light emitting point LP at the upper end on the optical axis CL.
- the reflecting plate 3 may be formed by integrally molding the bottom surface portion 33, the inclined portion 31, and the top surface portion 32, for example, by cutting out from a plate-like member, or by injection molding or hot press molding.
- the constituent material of the reflector 3 for example, polycarbonate resin, acrylic resin such as PMMA (polymethyl methacrylate resin), polyester resin such as polyethylene terephthalate, and amorphous copolymer such as MS (copolymer of methyl methacrylate and styrene).
- examples include polyester resin, polystyrene resin, and polyvinyl chloride resin.
- the reflection plate 3 since the reflection plate 3 is provided, the light emitted from the light source 1 is reflected on the surface 31 ⁇ / b> S of the inclined portion 31 toward the optical sheet 4, or emitted from the light source 1 to the optical sheet 4. After returning to the optical sheet 4, the light returning from the optical sheet 4 is reflected, diffused or scattered by the inclined portion 31, the top surface portion 32, or the bottom surface portion 33, and travels toward the optical sheet 4.
- the light from the light source 1 can be efficiently used to increase the front luminance while concentrating the light on the area to be lit. Improvement can be realized. Further, the luminance distribution in the XY plane is flattened so that the boundary with the light from the other adjacent light sources 1 does not appear clearly.
- the optical sheet 4 is placed on the tops 5T of the plurality of studs 5 standing on the upper surface 32S of the top surface 32 of the reflector 3, for example, as shown in FIG.
- the stud 5 may be provided directly on the surface 2S1 of the light source substrate 2.
- the top 5T is provided so as to be in contact with the inner surface 4S2 of the optical sheet 4 or in contact with the inner surface 4S2 of the optical sheet 4.
- the optical sheet 4 is disposed to face the light source 1 and the reflector 3 so as to cover the plurality of light sources 1 in common.
- the upper surface 32 ⁇ / b> S and the inner surface 4 ⁇ / b> S ⁇ b> 2 of the optical sheet 4 are held at a constant interval L ⁇ b> 1 by a plurality of studs 5. Therefore, the distance L2 between the surface 2S1 of the light source substrate 2 and the inner surface 4S2 of the optical sheet 4 is also kept constant.
- the optical sheet 4 is formed by laminating a plurality of sheet-like members such as a diffusion plate, a diffusion sheet, a lens film, and a polarization separation sheet. Or the optical sheet 4 may consist only of any one of the above sheet-like members. In FIG. 1, these several sheet-like members are collectively described as one laminated structure.
- light emitted in an oblique direction from the light source 1 and light emitted in an oblique direction from the reflecting plate 3 can be raised in the front direction, and the front luminance can be further increased. It becomes.
- the light incident on the inner surface 4S2 of the optical sheet 4 from the light source 1 is finally emitted from the outer surface 4S1 of the optical sheet 4.
- the optical sheet 4 is provided with one or a plurality of through holes 4K.
- the light emitting device 10 further includes a mooring member 7 that connects the rear housing 124 and the optical sheet 4.
- the anchoring member 7 exhibits elasticity at least at a part thereof, and includes an engaging portion 71 that engages with the through hole 4K and a pulling portion 72 that is connected to the engaging portion 71 at one end.
- the engaging portion 71 includes a tapered portion 71A whose outer diameter gradually decreases from the outer surface 4S1 to the inner surface 4S2 of the optical sheet 4, and a columnar portion 71B having a constant outer diameter. It is out.
- the columnar portion 71B is located between the tapered portion 71A and the traction portion 72, and is connected to both the tapered portion 71A and the traction portion 72.
- the maximum outer diameter D71 of the engaging portion 71 is larger than the minimum inner diameter D4K of the through hole 4K. Therefore, even if the engaging portion 71 is pulled toward the light source substrate 2 by the pulling portion 72, the engaging portion 71 does not pass through the through hole 4K.
- the shape of the engagement portion 71 is not limited to that shown in FIG. 2A, and various modifications can be made.
- the entire engaging portion 71 may have a tapered shape.
- the engaging portion 71 may have a T-shaped cross section in which a flat plate portion 71C is attached to the tip of the columnar portion 71B, or as shown in FIG. 2D. Thus, it may have a cross section including a portion 71D bent at an acute angle.
- the pulling portion 72 since the maximum outer diameter of the pulling portion 72 is smaller than the minimum inner diameter D4K of the through hole 4K, the pulling portion 72 can pass through the through hole 4K. Therefore, when the light emitting device 10 is manufactured or repaired, the anchoring member 7 can be attached to the optical sheet 4 by inserting the anchoring member 7 from the outer surface 4S1 of the optical sheet 4 toward the inner surface 4S2. Further, the pulling portion 72 may be made of a flexible material.
- the light source substrate 2 and the rear housing 124 are provided with through holes 124K at positions corresponding to the through holes 4K.
- the pulling portion 72 is inserted through the through hole 124 ⁇ / b> K and includes the other end elastically attached to the bracket 8 fixed to the back surface 124 ⁇ / b> S of the rear housing 124.
- the other end of the pulling portion 72 is attached to the bracket 8 via an elastic member 83 such as a coil spring.
- the bracket 8 is provided with a pass line 81 including a curved portion 81R and a locking portion 82 that contacts the front end 83A of the elastic member 83 to lock the elastic member 83.
- the other end of the pulling portion 72 is fixed to the rear end 83B of the elastic member 83 by, for example, a fixture 84.
- the light source 1 is a point light source
- the light emitted from the light source 1 spreads in all directions of 360 ° from the light emission point LP of the light source 1 and finally passes through the optical sheet 4 to the outside of the optical sheet 4 ( It is observed as light emission on the side opposite to the light source 1).
- the optical sheet 4 may expand when the heat reaches the optical sheet 4. Even when the light is turned off, the optical sheet 4 may be bent by its own weight when the optical device 10 is placed so that its light emitting surface (main surface) is along the vertical direction.
- the stud 5 is provided between the light source substrate 2 (or the rear casing 124) and the optical sheet 4 that are disposed to face each other.
- the rear casing 124 and the optical sheet 4 are connected by the mooring member 7, the optical sheet 4 is prevented from being displaced (bent) in a direction away from the light source substrate 2 (or the rear casing 124).
- the anchoring member 7 since the anchoring member 7 exhibits elasticity in at least a part of itself, the anchoring member 7 expands or contracts in accordance with the displacement amount (deflection amount) of the optical sheet 4, and the dimension in the longitudinal direction changes.
- the anchoring member 7 can stabilize the tension applied to the anchoring member 7 and the optical sheet 4 excessively (tension) positively and dynamically with respect to the displacement (deflection) of the optical sheet. ) Is avoided. Therefore, mooring is possible even when vibration due to various factors is applied, such as when the light emitting device 10 is assembled, when the light emitting device 10 is completed, or when an earthquake occurs after the light emitting device 10 is installed. Damage to the member 7 and the optical sheet 4 can be avoided. Further, by providing the anchoring member 7 having excellent followability to the displacement (deflection) of the optical sheet, it is possible to appropriately form the light source 1 provided on the light source substrate 2 and the optical sheet 4 facing the light source 1. The interval is easily maintained stably over time. In addition, since the followable
