众所周知诸如产品说明书、产品技术规格书、技术手册等规格文档主要是对产品的功能、性能以及应用要求等特性进行描述。这种规格文档的撰写要求很高,要求措辞的意思表达的准确无二,指标合理、精确。规格文档基本以条款、需求、指标等内容为主,其中部分内容已经规范化即固化,部分些内容则需要编者手动录入或修改。其中编者手动录入的部分内容是依据用户需求录入的,部分内容是根据业务标准或行业基线要求录入的。
相关技术中一般采用如下方式生成规格文档:根据请求调出相应的规格文档模板;然后为规格文档模板中每个标签依次导入相应的数据,从而得到规格文档。这种规格文档生成的方式,当需要导入行业标准或行业规范时,用户需要通过手动方式从标准数据库或通用规范数据库相关数据中逐个查找合适的数据信息,然后再将查找到数据信息导入到规格文档模板中相应的标签中。相关技术的这种规格文档生成方式,流程复杂、时间长、效率低。

本申请提供一种文档生成方法。参照图1,图1为本申请的文档生成方法在其一个实施例中的流程图。在一实施例中,所述文档生成方法包括:
步骤S10、根据接收的模版选择指令,从预设模版库选择相应的文档模版,从预设应用界面中选择与所选文档模版对应的应用界面。
在本申请中,预先建立有模版库,该模版库中设置有多个文档模版,并为每个文档模版设置一个对应的应用界面。所述文档模版类型包括:Word类型、PDF类型、WPS类型、Excel类型。
步骤S20、根据接收的填写触发指令,确定在所选应用界面中当前需填写的信息填写处,并从与所述信息填写处建立对应关系的素材库中获取相关信息,以展示所述相关信息,为用户输入填写确定指令提供依据。
本申请中,预先设置有素材库,所述素材库包括:至少一个器件数据库、至少一个通用规范数据库、至少一个产品规格数据库、至少一个标准数据库。并预先根据实际需要从所述素材库中选择一个器件数据库、一个通用规范数据库、一个产品规格数据库、一个标准数据库与每一个文档模版建立对应关系。每个文档模版预先设置有待填信息的内容填写处;每个应用界面为对应 的文档模版中的每个内容填写处分别设置有对应的信息填写处,建立内容填写处与对应的信息填写处的第一对应关系。同时根据应用界面每个信息填写处的属性,从与所述文档模版建立对应关系的素材库中选择至少一个素材库与每个信息填写处建立对应关系。

可选地,步骤S30中,若所述相关信息为多项选择信息,则所述根据用户输入的填写确定指令,在所述信息填写处生成相应的填写信息的步骤,包括:将与接收的用户输入的填写确定指令对应的多项选择信息中的一项信息填写至所述信息填写处。当所述信息填写处预先设置有相应的子信息填写处,则还需从所述素材库中提取所选信息对应的信息,将提取的每个信息填分别写至所述信息填写处对应的每个子信息填写处。参见图2,图2示出了本申请中的一部分的应用界面。若应用界面当前需填写的信息填写处为工作环境条件信息填写处,与该工作环境条件信息填写处建立对应关系的素材库为一通用规范数据库。参见图3,图3示出了在本申请中的应用界面中显示的一通用规范数据库部分数据表。从该通用规范数据库中提取的相关信息为多项选择信息:机房等场所;弱电井等部分温控场所;车库、农村出租房等无温控场所;棚屋、阁楼等局部恶劣场所;室外、落地机柜。用户可以从展示的所述多项选择信息,选择一项符合实际需求的信息填写至信息填写处,然后从所述通用规范数据库中提取所选信息的具体信息填写至对应的子信息填写处。参见图4,图4示出了本申请中的另一部分的应用界面。当选择机房等场所作为环境条件信息填写处的填写信息,则从所述通用规范数据库中获取所选机房等场所的具体信息,如最小温度值-5、典型温度值25、最大温度值45,并分别填写至相应的最小值子信息填写处、典型值子信息填写处、最大值子信息填写处。
步骤S40、根据接收的文档生成指令、预设的文档模版的内容填写处与应用界面的信息填写处的第一对应关系,将所选应用界面中每个信息填写处生成的填写信息,分别填写至所选文档模版中对应的内容填写处,生成文档。
可选地,参见图5,图5为图1中步骤S40的具体步骤的流程图。本实施例中,所述步骤S40包括:

本申请还提供一种文档生成装置。参照图9,图9为本申请的文档生成装置在其一个实施例中的框图。在一实施例中,该文档生成装置100包括:选择模块110、获取模块120、填写模块130、生成模块140。其中,所述选择模块110设置成根据接收的模版选择指令,从预设模版库选择相应的文档模版,并从预设应用界面中选择与所选文档模版对应的应用界面。所述获取模块120设置成根据接收的填写触发指令,确定在所选应用界面中当前需填写的信息填写处,并从与所述信息填写处建立对应关系的素材库中获取相关信息,以展示所述相关信息,为用户输入填写确定指令提供依据。所述填写模块130设置成根据用户输入的填写确定指令,在所述信息填写处生成相应的填写信息。所述生成模块140设置成根据接收的文档生成指令、预设的文档模版的内容填写处与应用界面的信息填写处的第一对应关系,将所选应用界面中每个信息填写处生成的填写信息,分别填写至所选文档模版中对应的 内容填写处,生成文档。
本申请中,预先建立有模版库,该模版库中设置有多个文档模版,并为每个文档模版设置一个对应的应用界面。所述文档模版类型包括:Word类型、PDF类型、WPS类型、Excel类型。
本申请中,预先设置有素材库,所述素材库包括:至少一个器件数据库、至少一个通用规范数据库、至少一个产品规格数据库、至少一个标准数据库。并预先根据实际需要从所述素材库中选择一个器件数据库、一个通用规范数据库、一个产品规格数据库、一个标准数据库与每一个文档模版建立对应关系。每个文档模版预先设置有待填信息的内容填写处;每个应用界面为对应的文档模版中的每个内容填写处分别设置有对应的信息填写处,建立内容填写处与对应的信息填写处的第一对应关系。同时根据应用界面每个信息填写处的属性,从与所述文档模版建立对应关系的素材库中选择至少一个素材库与每个信息填写处建立对应关系。
可选地,本实施例中所述相关信息为:帮助提示信息、多项选择信息、或者单项选择信息。所述多项选择信息为:多项表格选择信息、多项文本选择信息、或者多项附件选择信息。所述单项选择信息为:单项表格选择信息、单项文本选择信息、单项附件选择信息。可选地,当所述相关信息为多项选择信息,则所述填写模块130是设置成将与接收的用户输入的填写确定指令对应的多项选择信息中的一项信息填写至所述信息填写处。当所述信息填写处预先设置有相应的子信息填写处,则所述填写模块130还需从所述素材库中提取所选信息对应的信息,将提取的每个信息填分别写至所述信息填写处对应的每个子信息填写处。参见图2,若应用界面当前需填写的信息填写处为工作环境条件信息填写处,与该工作环境条件信息填写处建立对应关系的素材库为一通用规范数据库。参见图3,从该通用规范数据库中提取的相关信息为多项选择信息:机房等场所;弱电井等部分温控场所;车库、农村出租房等无温控场所;棚屋、阁楼等局部恶劣场所;室外、落地机柜。用户可以从展示的所述多项选择信息,选择一项符合实际需求的信息填写至信息填写处,然后从所述通用规范数据库中提取所选信息的具体信息填写至对应的子信息填写处。参见图4,当选择机房等场所作为环境条件信息填写处的填 写信息,则从所述通用规范数据库中获取所选机房等场所的具体信息,如最小温度值-5、典型温度值25、最大温度值45,并分别填写至相应的最小值子信息填写处、典型值子信息填写处、最大值子信息填写处。
参见图10,图10为本申请的文档生成装置在其一个实施例中的框图。本实施例中所述文档生成装置100还包括:实时信息存储模块150;所述生成模块140是设置成根据预设的文档模版的内容填写处与应用界面的信息填写处的第一对应关系,确定在所选应用界面中每个信息填写处生成的填写信息与所选文档模板中每个内容填写处的第二对应关系;根据接收的文档生成指令,提取所述填写信息;根据所述第二对应关系,将提取的每个填写信息填写至所选文档模版中对应的内容填写处,生成文档。所述实时信息存储模块150设置成存储对应的所选应用界面的每个信息填写处生成的填写信息,以及所选应用界面中每个信息填写处生成的填写信息与所选文档模板中每个内容填写处的第二对应关系。本实施例中,还可以在每个文档模版中每个内容填写处设置一个标签,以每个标签代替相应的内容填写处与对应的应用界面信息填写处建立所述第一对应关系。并以每个标签代替对应的内容填写处与所选应用界面中对应的信息填写处的填写信息建立所述第二对应关系。当接收到文档生成指令,从所选应用界面对应的实时信息存储模块150中提取每个填写信息,并根据所述第二对应关系,将提取的每个填写信息替换所选文档模版中对应的标签,生成文档。
可选地,上述实施例中根据预设规则,每个文档模版中被确定为关键填写处的信息填写处设有关键标识。所述生成模块140,还设置成在生成文档之后,根据用户输入的关键信息文档生成指令,新建第一空白文档;从生成的文档中设有关键标识的信息填写处提取填写信息;将所提取的填写信息输入至所述第一空白文档中,生成关键信息文档。
参见图11,图11为本申请的文档生成装置的一个实施例的框图。所述文档生成装置100还包括第一统计模块160,所述第一统计模块160设置成在生成文档之后,根据用户输入的关键信息统计指令,计算生成的文档中设有关键标识的内容填写处的个数、未设有关键标识的内容填写处的个数、以及二者间的比例。
上述实施例中所述统计模块160,所述装置还包括第二统计模块,第二统计模块设置成在生成文档之后,根据用户输入的填写信息统计指令,计算生成的文档中已输入填写信息的内容填写处的个数、未输入填写信息的内容填写处的个数、以及二者间的比例。
参见图12,图12为本申请的文档生成装置的一个实施例的框图。本实施例中所述文档生成装置100还包括:删除模块170。其中,所述填写模块130,还设置成在所述实时信息存储模块150存储对应的所选应用界面的每个信息填写处生成的填写信息和所述第二对应关系之后,当所选应用界面与其中的所述填写信息已存储的应用界面相同,则提取所述其中的所述填写信息已存储的应用界面的信息填写处按照所述第一对应关系和所述第二对应关系对应的所有填写信息,将提取的填写信息填写至所选应用界面对应的信息填写处;以及根据用户输入的填写确定指令,在所选应用界面当前需修改的信息填写处填写相应的填写信息;所述删除模块170设置成接收用户输入的修改指令,确定所选应用界面中需修改的信息填写处,删除在所述需修改的信息填写处的填写信息;所述获取模块120还设置成从与所述需修改的信息填写处建立对应关系的素材库中获取相关信息,展示所述相关信息,为用户后续填写确定指令提供依据;所述生成模块140还设置成根据接收的修改文档生成指令、预设的文档模版的内容填写处与应用界面的信息填写处的第一对应关系,将所选应用界面中每个信息填写处的填写信息,分别填写至所选文档模版中对应的内容填写处,生成修改文档。
参见图13,图13为本申请的文档生成装置的一个实施例的框图。本实施例中所述文档生成装置100还包括:还包括记录模块180;所述记录模块180设置成在所述需修改的信息填写处填写相应的填写信息之后,记录并存储所述需修改的信息填写处的原始填写信息和修改后的填写信息;所述生成模块140还设置成在生成修改文档之后,根据用户输入的修改记录文档生成指令,新建第二空白文档;针对所选应用界面,获取所存储的所述需修改的信息填写处的原始填写信息和修改后的填写信息;将所提取的每个需修改的信息填写处的原始填写信息和修改后的填写信息输入至所述第二空白文档,生成修改记录文档。
上述实施例提供了文档生成装置100,其中,选择模块110根据接收的模版选择指令,从预设模版库选择相应的文档模版,并从预设应用界面中选择与所选文档模版对应的应用界面;获取模块120根据接收的填写触发指令,确定在所选应用界面中当前需填写的信息填写处,并从与所述信息填写处建立对应关系的素材库中获取相关信息,以展示所述相关信息,为用户输入填写确定指令提供依据;填写模块130根据用户输入的填写确定指令,在所述信息填写处生成相应的填写信息;生成模块140根据接收的文档生成指令、预设的文档模版的内容填写处与应用界面的信息填写处的第一对应关系,将所选应用界面中每个信息填写处生成的填写信息,分别填写至所选文档模版中对应的内容填写处,生成文档,用户无需手动查找合适的素材库或从所选的素材库逐个查找合适的信息填写至相应的信息填写处,简化了文档生成的操作流程,缩短了文档生成的时间,提高了文档生成效率,提高了用户体验。
本领域普通技术人员可以理解上述方法中的全部或部分步骤可通过程序来指令相关硬件(例如处理器)完成,所述程序可以存储于计算机可读存储介质中,如只读存储器、磁盘或光盘等。可选地,上述实施例的全部或部分步骤也可以使用一个或多个集成电路来实现。相应地,上述实施例中的各模块/单元可以采用硬件的形式实现,例如通过集成电路来实现其相应功能,也可以采用软件功能模块的形式实现,例如通过处理器执行存储于存储器中的程序/指令来实现其相应功能。本发明实施例不限制于任何特定形式的硬件和软件的结合。

公开了文档生成方法和装置,所述方法包括:根据接收的模版选择指令,从预设模版库选择相应的文档模版,并从预设应用界面中选择与所选文档模版对应的应用界面;根据接收的填写触发指令,确定在所选应用界面中当前需填写的信息填写处,并从与所述信息填写处建立对应关系的素材库中获取 相关信息,以展示所述相关信息;根据用户输入的填写确定指令,在所述信息填写处生成相应的填写信息;根据接收的文档生成指令、预设的文档模版的内容填写处与应用界的面信息填写处的第一对应关系,将所选应用界面中每个信息填写处生成的填写信息,分别填写至所选文档模版中对应的内容填写处,生成文档,因此用户无需手动查找合适的素材库或从所选的素材库逐个查找合适的信息填写至相应的信息填写处,简化了文档生成的操作流程,缩短了文档生成的时间,提高了文档生成效率,提高了用户体验。

Claims (18)

  1. 一种文档生成方法,包括:
    根据接收的模版选择指令,从预设模版库选择相应的文档模版,并从预设应用界面中选择与所选文档模版对应的应用界面;
    根据接收的填写触发指令,确定在所选应用界面中当前需填写的信息填写处,并从与所述信息填写处建立对应关系的素材库中获取相关信息,以展示所述相关信息,为用户输入填写确定指令提供依据;
    根据用户输入的填写确定指令,在所述信息填写处生成相应的填写信息;
    根据接收的文档生成指令、预设的文档模版的内容填写处与应用界面的信息填写处的第一对应关系,将所选应用界面中每个信息填写处生成的填写信息,分别填写至所选文档模版中对应的内容填写处,生成文档。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的文档生成方法,其中,所述相关信息为:帮助提示信息、多项选择信息、或者单项选择信息;
    所述多项选择信息为:多项表格选择信息、多项文本选择信息、或者多项附件选择信息;
    所述单项选择信息为:单项表格选择信息、单项文本选择信息、单项附件选择信息。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的文档生成方法,其中,若所述相关信息为多项选择信息,则所述根据用户输入的填写确定指令,在所述信息填写处生成相应的填写信息的步骤,包括:
    将与接收的用户输入的填写确定指令对应的多项选择信息中的一项信息填写至所述信息填写处。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的文档生成方法,其中,
    所述根据接收的文档生成指令、预设的文档模版的内容填写处与应用界面的信息填写处的第一对应关系,将所选应用界面中每个信息填写处生成的填写信息,分别填写至所选文档模版中对应的内容填写处以生成文档的步骤,包括:
    根据预设的文档模版的内容填写处与应用界面的信息填写处的第一对应关系,确定在所选应用界面中每个信息填写处生成的填写信息与所选文档模板中每个内容填写处的第二对应关系;
    存储所述填写信息和所述第二对应关系;
    根据接收的文档生成指令,提取所述填写信息;根据所述第二对应关系,将提取的每个填写信息填写至所选文档模版中对应的内容填写处,生成文档。
  5. 根据权利要求1至4任一项所述的文档生成方法,其中,每个文档模版中根据预设规则被确定为关键填写处的信息填写处设有关键标识;
    在生成文档的步骤之后,所述方法还包括:
    根据用户输入的关键信息文档生成指令,新建第一空白文档;
    从生成的文档中设有关键标识的信息填写处提取填写信息;
    将所提取的填写信息输入至所述第一空白文档中,生成关键信息文档。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的文档生成方法,在所述生成文档的步骤之后,所述文档生成方法还包括:
    根据用户输入的关键信息统计指令,计算生成的文档中设有关键标识的内容填写处的个数、未设有关键标识的内容填写处的个数、以及二者间的比例。
  7. 根据权利要求1至4任一项所述的文档生成方法,在所述生成文档的步骤之后,所述方法还包括:
    根据用户输入的填写信息统计指令,计算生成的文档中已输入填写信息的内容填写处的个数、未输入填写信息的内容填写处的个数、以及二者间的比例。
  8. 根据权利要求4所述的文档生成方法,在所述存储所述填写信息和所述第二对应关系的步骤之后,所述方法还包括:
    当所选应用界面与其中的所述填写信息已存储的应用界面相同,则提取所述其中的所述填写信息已存储的应用界面的信息填写处按照所述第一对应关系和所述第二对应关系对应的所有填写信息,将提取的填写信息填写至所 选应用界面对应的信息填写处;
    接收用户输入的修改指令,确定所选应用界面中需修改的信息填写处,删除在所述需修改的信息填写处的填写信息;
    从与所述需修改的信息填写处建立对应关系的素材库中获取相关信息,以展示所述相关信息,为用户输入填写确定指令提供依据;
    根据用户输入的填写确定指令,在所述需修改的信息填写处填写相应的填写信息;
    根据接收的修改文档生成指令、预设的文档模版的内容填写处与应用界面的信息填写处的第一对应关系,将所选应用界面中每个信息填写处的填写信息,分别填写至所选文档模版中对应的内容填写处,生成修改文档。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的文档生成方法,在所述需修改的信息填写处填写相应的填写信息的步骤之后,所述方法还包括:
    记录并存储所述需修改的信息填写处的原始填写信息和修改后的填写信息;
    在所述生成修改文档的步骤之后,所述方法还包括:
    根据用户输入的修改记录文档生成指令,新建第二空白文档;
    针对所选应用界面,获取所存储的所述需修改的信息填写处的原始填写信息和修改后的填写信息;
    将所提取的每个需修改的信息填写处的原始填写信息和修改后的填写信息输入至所述第二空白文档,生成修改记录文档。
  10. 一种文档生成装置,包括:
    选择模块,设置成根据接收的模版选择指令,从预设模版库选择相应的文档模版,并从预设应用界面中选择与所选文档模版对应的应用界面;
    获取模块,设置成根据接收的填写触发指令,确定在所选应用界面中当前需填写的信息填写处,并从与所述信息填写处建立对应关系的素材库中获取相关信息,以展示所述相关信息,为用户输入填写确定指令提供依据;
    填写模块,设置成根据用户输入的填写确定指令,在所述信息填写处生 成相应的填写信息;
    生成模块,设置成根据接收的文档生成指令、预设的文档模版的内容填写处与应用界面的信息填写处的第一对应关系,将所选应用界面中每个信息填写处生成的填写信息,分别填写至所选文档模版中对应的内容填写处,生成文档。
  11. 根据权利要求10所述的文档生成装置,其中,所述相关信息为:帮助提示信息、多项选择信息、或者单项选择信息;
    所述多项选择信息为:多项表格选择信息、多项文本选择信息、或者多项附件选择信息;
    所述单项选择信息为:单项表格选择信息、单项文本选择信息、单项附件选择信息。
  12. 根据权利要求11所述的文档生成装置,其中,若所述相关信息为多项选择信息,则所述填写模块是设置成将与接收的用户输入的填写确定指令对应的多项选择信息中的一项信息填写至所述信息填写处。
  13. 根据权利要求10所述的文档生成装置,所述装置还包括:实时信息存储模块;
    所述生成模块是设置成根据预设的文档模版的内容填写处与应用界面的信息填写处的第一对应关系,确定在所选应用界面中每个信息填写处生成的填写信息与所选文档模板中每个内容填写处的第二对应关系;根据接收的文档生成指令,提取所述填写信息;根据所述第二对应关系,将提取的每个填写信息填写至所选文档模版中对应的内容填写处,生成文档;
    所述实时信息存储模块设置成存储对应的所选应用界面的每个信息填写处生成的填写信息,以及所选应用界面中每个信息填写处生成的填写信息与所选文档模板中每个内容填写处的第二对应关系。
  14. 根据权利要求10至13任一项所述的文档生成装置,其中,每个文档模版中根据预设规则被确定为关键填写处的信息填写处设有关键标识;
    所述生成模块,还设置成在生成文档之后,根据用户输入的关键信息文档生成指令,新建第一空白文档;从生成的文档中设有关键标识的信息填写 处提取填写信息;将所提取的填写信息输入至所述第一空白文档中,生成关键信息文档。
  15. 根据权利要求14所述的文档生成装置,所述装置还包括第一统计模块;
    所述第一统计模块,设置成在生成文档之后,根据用户输入的关键信息统计指令,计算生成的文档中设有关键标识的内容填写处的个数、未设有关键标识的内容填写处的个数、以及二者间的比例。
  16. 根据权利要求10至13任一项所述的文档生成装置,所述装置还包括第二统计模块,
    所述第二统计模块设置成在生成文档之后,根据用户输入的填写信息统计指令,计算生成的文档中已输入填写信息的内容填写处的个数、未输入填写信息的内容填写处的个数、以及二者间的比例。
  17. 根据权利要求13所述的文档生成装置,所述装置还包括:删除模块;
    所述填写模块,还设置成在所述实时信息存储模块存储对应的所选应用界面的每个信息填写处生成的填写信息和所述第二对应关系之后,当所选应用界面与其中的所述填写信息已存储的应用界面相同,则提取所述其中的所述填写信息已存储的应用界面的信息填写处按照所述第一对应关系和所述第二对应关系对应的所有填写信息,将提取的填写信息填写至所选应用界面对应的信息填写处;以及根据用户输入的填写确定指令,在所选应用界面当前需修改的信息填写处填写相应的填写信息;
    所述删除模块,设置成接收用户输入的修改指令,确定所选应用界面中需修改的信息填写处,删除在所述需修改的信息填写处的填写信息;
    所述获取模块,还设置成从与所述需修改的信息填写处建立对应关系的素材库中获取相关信息,以展示所述相关信息,为用户输入填写确定指令提供依据;
    所述生成模块,还设置成根据接收的修改文档生成指令、预设的文档模版的内容填写处与应用界面的信息填写处的第一对应关系,将所选应用界面中每个信息填写处的填写信息,分别填写至所选文档模版中对应的内容填写 处,生成修改文档。
  18. 根据权利要求17所述的文档生成装置,所述装置还包括记录模块;
    所述记录模块设置成在所述需修改的信息填写处填写相应的填写信息之后,记录并存储所述需修改的信息填写处的原始填写信息和修改后的填写信息;
    所述生成模块,还设置成在生成修改文档之后,根据用户输入的修改记录文档生成指令,新建第二空白文档;针对所选应用界面,获取所存储的所述需修改的信息填写处的原始填写信息和修改后的填写信息;将所提取的每个需修改的信息填写处的原始填写信息和修改后的填写信息输入至所述第二空白文档,生成修改记录文档。
