滤芯装置及加湿器
技术领域
本发明涉及加湿器技术领域,尤其涉及一种滤芯装置及加湿器。
背景技术
随着人们生活质量的提高和大气污染越发严重,人对加湿器的洁净度和技术水平有着越来越高的要求,然而现有的加湿器大部分直接使用未作净化处理的自来水或使用通过其它在外部净化装置净化后的水进行加湿,这样的加湿器本身并不具备净化功能。没有经净化处理的水中含有许多杂质,特别是钙镁离子,时间一长会在加湿器中形成污垢层,这些未处理的水也会对加湿系统进行侵蚀,减短加湿器的使用寿命。为解决这一问题,市面上出现了一些在加湿器内部增设简易过滤装置的产品,可这类产品使用的净化装置过于简单,而且并未对加湿器进行整体而系统的设计,该类产品并不能起到很好的净化作用。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是:提供一种可防止水垢生成、延长加湿器使用寿命的滤芯装置,另外,还提供一种安装有该滤芯装置的加湿器。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的技术方案为:提供一种滤芯装置,包括壳体,所述壳体包括相对的第一端及第二端,所述第一端开放,所述第二端开设泄水孔,所述壳体内设置树脂层。
进一步地,所述壳体内由第一端到第二端还依次设置镂空盖板、第一过滤层及镂空挡片层,所述树脂层位于第一过滤层及镂空挡片层之间,所述镂空挡片层的孔径小于树脂层树脂的粒径。
进一步地,还包括沸石层,所述沸石层设置在镂空挡片层下方。
进一步地,所述镂空挡片层与沸石层之间还设置有第二过滤层。
进一步地,所述沸石层的下部的壳体内还设置第三过滤层。
进一步地,所述第三过滤层与沸石层之间还设置有杀菌片层。
进一步地,所述壳体包括座体及设置在座体上的筒体,所述壳体呈圆柱形且所述由座体至筒体的直径逐渐变小。
进一步地,所述筒体螺接于座体上,且所述筒体的外壁面上设置防滑件。
进一步地,所述防滑件为设置在筒体外壁面上的凹槽。
基于同一思路,提供一种加湿器,包括水箱本体,还包括上一技术方案中所述的滤芯装置,所述滤芯装置设置在水箱本体内腔中,其第一端在上、第二端在下。
本发明的有益效果在于:本发明的滤芯装置包括树脂层,当含有钙、镁离子等的原水通过滤芯装置的树脂层时,水中的钙、镁离子与树脂层内的钠离子发生置换,使树脂层吸附钙、镁离子,这样从滤芯内流出的水就成为去掉了硬度离子的软化水,可防止钙、镁离子在加湿器中形成污垢层,也可避免钙、镁离子对加湿系统的侵蚀,有效增加加湿器的使用寿命。

为详细说明本发明的技术内容、所实现目的及效果,以下结合实施方式并配合附图详予说明。
本发明最关键的构思在于:本发明滤芯装置包括镂空盖板 2 、第一过滤层 3 、树脂层 4 及镂空挡片层 5 ,本发明可有效防止水垢形成,延长加湿器的使用寿命。

从上述描述可知,本发明的有益效果在于:本发明的滤芯装置包括树脂层 4 ,当含有钙、镁离子等的原水通过滤芯装置的树脂层 4 时,水中的钙、镁离子与树脂层 4 内的钠离子发生置换,使树脂层 4 吸附钙、镁离子,这样从滤芯内流出的水就成为去掉了硬度离子的软化水,可防止钙、镁离子在加湿器中形成污垢层,也可避免钙、镁离子对加湿系统的侵蚀,有效增加加湿器的使用寿命。
进一步地,所述壳体内由第一端到第二端还依次设置镂空盖板 2 、第一过滤层 3 及镂空挡片层 5 ,所述树脂层 4 位于第一过滤层 3 及镂空挡片层 5 之间,所述镂空挡片层 5 的孔径小于树脂层 4 树脂的粒径。
由上述描述可知,镂空挡片层 5 进行了小孔状透水性设计,镂空直径与树脂层 4 的树脂粒径相适配,阻挡树脂颗粒的下渗并支撑树脂层 4
进一步地,还包括沸石层 6 ,所述沸石层 6 设置在镂空挡片层 5 下方。
由上述描述可知,该沸石层 6 会释放银离子起到杀菌的作用,该层沸石可有效吸附水体中的悬浮物,此外沸石还具有独特的吸附性、催化性、离子交换性,离子的选择性、耐酸性、热稳定性、多成份性及很高的生物活性和抗毒性等。沸石孔穴和通道中的阳离子还有较强的选择性离子交换性能。可将对动物有害的重金属离子和氰化物除掉。使有益的金属离子被释放出来。可去除水中 95% 的氨氮,净化水质,缓解转水现象。
进一步地,所述镂空挡片层 5 与沸石层 6 之间还设置有第二过滤层 7
进一步地,所述沸石层 6 的下部的壳体 1 内还设置第三过滤层 8
进一步地,所述第三过滤层 8 与沸石层 6 之间还设置有杀菌片层 9
由上述描述可知,该杀菌片层 9 对上方过滤下来的水体进行杀菌,祛除水体中的有害细菌,有效增强加湿器的杀菌性能。
进一步地,所述壳体 1 包括座体 11 及设置在座体 11 上的筒体 12 ,所述壳体 1 呈圆柱形且所述由座体 11 至筒体 12 的直径逐渐变小。
由上述描述可知,第一端设置在筒体 12 上,第二端设置在座体 11 上,采用该种的结构设置,可有效加强滤芯装置的过滤速度。
进一步地,所述筒体 12 螺接于座体 11 上,且所述筒体 12 的外壁面上设置防滑件 13
由上述描述可知,采用可拆卸连接会便于更换壳体 1 及其内部的各层构件。
进一步地,所述防滑件 13 为设置在筒体 12 外壁面上的凹槽。
由上述描述可知,该筒体 12 的外壁具有凸槽,其作用在于增加摩擦力,容易取出滤芯。
还提供一种加湿器,参阅图 3 ,包括水箱本体 10 ,还包括所述的滤芯装置,所述滤芯装置设置在水箱本体 10 内腔中其第一端在上、第二端在下。
从上述描述可知,本发明的有益效果在于:本发明的加湿器包括滤芯装置,该滤芯装置包括树脂层 4 ,当含有钙、镁离子等的原水通过滤芯装置的树脂层 4 时,水中的钙、镁离子与树脂层 4 内的钠离子发生置换,使树脂层 4 吸附钙,这样从滤芯内流出的水就成为去掉了硬度离子的软化水,进而可防止在加湿器中形成污垢层,也可避免对加湿系统进行侵蚀,有效增加加湿器的使用寿命。
请参照图 3 ,本发明的实施例一为:本实施例加湿器,该加湿器包括水箱本体 10 及滤芯装置,滤芯装置设置在水箱本体 10 内腔中。
该滤芯装置,包括壳体 1 ,该壳体 1 包括相对的第一端及第二端,在第一端开放,第二端开设泄水孔,壳体 1 内由第一端到第二端依次设置镂空盖板 2 、第一过滤层 3 、树脂层 4 、镂空挡片层 5 、第二过滤层 7 、沸石层 6 、杀菌片层 9 及第三过滤层 8
该壳体 1 包括座体 11 及筒体 12 ,筒体 12 螺接于座体 11 上,且所述筒体 12 的外壁面上设置防滑件 13 ,壳体 1 呈圆柱形且由座体 11 至筒体 12 的直径逐渐变小,其中,壳体 1 、镂空盖板 2 、第一过滤层 3 、树脂层 4 及镂空挡片层 5 位于筒体 12 内,第二过滤层 7 、沸石层 6 、杀菌片层 9 及第三过滤层 8 位于座体 11 内。
综上所述,本发明提供的滤芯装置,可有效杜绝水垢的形成,结构简单,也可避免对加湿系统的侵蚀,有效增加加湿器的使用寿命,同时,消毒杀菌功能大大提高。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种滤芯装置,包括壳体,其特征在于,所述壳体包括相对的第一端及第二端,所述第一端开放,所述第二端开设泄水孔,所述壳体内设置树脂层。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的滤芯装置,其特征在于,所述壳体内由第一端到第二端还依次设置镂空盖板、第一过滤层及镂空挡片层,所述树脂层位于第一过滤层及镂空挡片层之间,所述镂空挡片层的孔径小于树脂层树脂的粒径。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的滤芯装置,其特征在于,还包括沸石层,所述沸石层设置在所述镂空挡片层下方。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的滤芯装置,其特征在于,所述镂空挡片层与沸石层之间还设置有第二过滤层。
  5. 根据权利要求3所述的滤芯装置,其特征在于,所述沸石层的下部的壳体内还设置第三过滤层。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的滤芯装置,其特征在于,所述第三过滤层与沸石层之间还设置有杀菌片层。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的滤芯装置,其特征在于,所述壳体包括座体及设置在座体上的筒体,所述壳体呈圆柱形且由所述座体至筒体的直径逐渐变小。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的滤芯装置,其特征在于,所述筒体螺接于座体上,且所述筒体的外壁面上设置防滑件。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的滤芯装置,其特征在于,所述防滑件为设置在筒体外壁面上的凹槽。
  10. 一种加湿器,包括水箱本体,其特征在于,还包括如权利要求1-9任一项所述的滤芯装置,所述滤芯装置设置在水箱本体内腔中,其第一端在上、第二端在下。
