Abstract

一种净水用球形活性炭棒装置,其包括圆柱形且带有中空腔体的壳体,壳体的两端部分分别设有进水口和出水口,在壳体的内部腔体内对应于进水口和出水口均设有过滤膜或过滤棉,在两处过滤膜和过滤棉之间的内部腔体内填充有至少一级具有不同吸附孔径的球形活性炭炭层。所述球形活性炭由于制造工艺上可控制活性炭的吸附孔径,其吸附峰窄,能够定向清除某一些分子量的物质,达到滤除有害的物质,保留有益物质的目的。并且采用多级吸附过滤,能够有效滤除水中对人体有害的物质,完全净化水质,使净化后的水达到饮用水的标准。

Description

本发明涉及水净化技术领域,特别是涉及一种净水用球形活性炭炭棒 装置。 背景技术
水是生命之源, 饮用水水盾的好坏直接影响到人们的身体健康, 随着 人们生活水平的提高, 对饮用水的要求也越来越高, 人们更渴望喝到既有 营养又符合卫生标准的水。 但是目前的自来水系统一般都会受到自然或者 人为因素的破坏或污染, 这些被污染的水质不再适宜于直接饮用, 并且还 会含有很多超标物质。 目前利用净水装置对自来水进行进一步净化处理,是 获得良好水质的饮用水的一种行之有效的方法。
当前市场上出售的各种净水装置, 其净化水的主要原理都是利用活性 炭的吸附能力进行过滤, 质量最好的为柱状活性炭炭棒。 但是柱状活性炭 炭棒水经过时的流体力学差, 对水的净化能力有限, 无法获得高质量的饮 用水。 发明内容
本发明的目的在于, 克服现有技术存在的不足, 提供一种新型结构的 净水用球形活性炭炭棒装置, 所要解决的技术问题是其利用球形活性炭作 为净水装置, 由于球形活性炭在水经过时的流体力学最好,并且与水的接触 面广,因此能够获得非常好的净化效果;并且这种球形活性炭由于制造工艺 上可控制活性炭的吸附孔径,其吸附峰窄,能够定向清除某一些分子量的物 质, 达到清除有害物质, 保存有益物质的目的。
本发明另一的目的在于, 克服现有技术存在的不足, 提供一种新型结 构的净水用球形活性炭炭棒装置 , 所要解决的技术问题是使其采用多级吸 附过滤,能够有效滤除水中对人体有害的物质,完全净化水质,使自来水、 深 井及河流湖泊的水经过净化后达到饮用水的标准, 方便实用。
本发明的目的及解决其技术问题是采用以下的技术方案来实现的。 依 据本发明提出的一种净水用球形活性炭炭棒装置, 包括圆柱形且带有中空 腔体的壳体, 所述壳体的两端部分别设有进水口和出水口, 其中在所述壳 体的内部腔体内对应于所述进水口和所述出水口处均设有过滤膜或过滤 棉, 在两处所述过滤膜或过滤棉之间的所述内部腔体内填充有至少一级具 有不同吸附孔径的球形活性炭炭层。
本发明的目的以及解决其技术问题还可以采用以下的技术措施来进一 步实现。

本发明与现有技术相比具有明显的优点和有益效果。 借由上述技术方 案, 本发明净水用球形活性炭炭棒装置至少具有下列优点及有益效果: 一、 本发明由于使用了具有高吸附功能的球形活性炭作为净化水的核 心技术, 利用这种球形活性炭可控制活性炭的吸附孔径, 其吸附峰窄的特 点, 能够实现定向清除某一些分子量的物质, 因此能够达到滤除水中对人 体有害的物质, 并且保留水中对人体有益的矿物质的目的。

在本实施例中, 壳体 1 可以是由无毒无味的塑料制作而成, 也可以是 由不锈钢材质制成。
本实施例与实施例一相同,都是使用具有高吸附功能的球形活性炭炭 层作为净化水的核心技术,利用这种球形活性炭可控制活性炭的吸附孔径, 其吸附峰窄的特点,实现定向清除某一分子量的物质,从而能够达到滤除水 中对人体有害的物质, 而保留对人体有益的矿物质的目的。并且通过过滤罩 14、 初过滤棉 10、 炭球直径为 0. 7mm的一级球形活性炭炭层 6、 炭球直径为 0. 6mm的二级球形活性炭炭层 7、炭球直径为 0. 5瞧的三级球形活性炭炭层 8、 炭球直径为 0. 4ram的四级球形活性炭炭层 12以及精过滤棉 11的多级吸附 过滤, 利用不同炭层的吸附孔径不同清除水中不同的有害物质, 使经过该 装置的水中的有害物质能够被完全除去, 从而获得符合饮用水要求, 洁净 卫生, 并有益于人体健康的高品质的机能水。

Claims

权 利 要 求
1、 一种净水用球形活性炭炭棒装置, 包括圆柱形且带有中空腔体的壳 体,所述壳体的两端部分别设有进水口和出水口,其特征在于:在所述壳体 的内部腔体内对应于所述进水口和所述出水口处均设有过滤膜或过滤棉,在 两处所述过滤膜或过滤棉之间的所述内部腔体内填充有至少一级具有不同 吸附孔径的球形活性炭炭层。
2、 根据权利要求 1所述的净水用球形活性炭炭棒装置,其特征在于:设 置于所述进水口处的所述过滤膜或过滤棉为初过滤膜或过滤棉, 设置于所 述出水口处的所述过滤膜或过滤棉为精过滤膜或过滤棉, 在所述内部腔体 内从所述进水口至所述出水口之间依次设有炭球直径为 0. 7mm的一级球形 活性炭炭层、炭球直径为 0. 6mm的二级球形活性炭炭层及炭球直径为 0. 5mm 的三级球形活性炭炭层。
3、 根据权利要求 2所述的净水用球形活性炭炭棒装置,其特征在于:在 所述壳体的所述进水口处还设有进行粗过滤的过滤筛。
4、 根据权利要求 1所述的净水用球形活性炭炭棒装置,其特征在于:设 置于所述进水口处的所述过滤膜或过滤棉为初过滤膜或过滤棉, 设置于所 述出水口处的所述过滤膜或过滤棉为精过滤膜或过滤棉, 在所述内部腔体 内从所述进水口至出水口之间依次设有炭球直径为 0. 7mm的一级球形活性 炭炭层、 炭球直径为 0. 6mm的二级球形活性炭炭层、 炭球直径为 0. 5mm的 三级球形活性炭炭层及炭球直径为 0. 4mm的四级球形活性炭炭层。
5、 根据权利要求 4所述的净水用球形活性炭炭棒装置,其特征在于:在 所述内部腔体内的所述初过滤膜或过滤棉、 所述炭球直径为 0. 7mm的一级 球形活性炭炭层、 所述炭球直径为 0. 6瞧的二级球形活性炭炭层、 所述炭 球直径为 0. 5mm的三级球形活性炭炭层、 所述炭球直径为 0. 4mm的四级球 形活性炭炭层及所述精过滤膜或过滤棉中, 相邻两者之间设有带有若干过 滤孔的挡板, 并由所述挡板将各自分隔开。
6、 根据权利要求 5所述的净水用球形活性炭炭棒装置,其特征在于:在 所述壳体的所述进水口处还设置有粗过滤的过滤罩。
7、 根据权利要求 1所述的净水用球形活性炭炭棒装置,其特征在于:在 所述壳体的所述进水口处还外接有与水龙头连接的万能接头。
8、 根据权利要求 7所述的净水用球形活性炭炭棒装置,其特征在于:所 述壳体是由不锈钢材质制成。
9、 根据权利要求 1至 8中任一权利要求所述的净水用球形活性炭炭棒 装置,其特征在于:所述球形活性炭是树脂球形超级活性炭。
