本发明涉及终端领域,具体涉及一种在线购物方法及相关设备。
背景技术
在线购物已然成为一种潮流,用户可以直接在客户端上购买商品,从而省去了去实体店购买商品的麻烦。
目前,用户只能在提供商品的的客户端上购买商品。例如有时在某客户端(例如:京东)上购买,有时在某客户端(例如:亚马逊)上购买。这样用户需要逐个登录每个客户端购买商品,购买过程复杂,影响用户体验。
发明内容
本发明实施例公开了一种在线购物方法及相关设备,用于解决现有技术中需要逐个登录每个客户端进行购买商品时所导致的购买过程复杂的问题,提高用户体验。
本发明第一方面提供一种在线购物方法,包括:
终端根据购物清单获取所述购物清单上的商品对应的商品信息,所述购物清单包括至少两种商品,其中,每种商品对应的商品信息包括至少两个目标客户端提供的商品信息;
所述终端根据第一购物条件和所述购物清单上的商品对应的商品信息确定满足所述第一购物条件的第一商品信息,所述第一商品信息包括至少一个目标客户端提供的商品信息;
所述终端显示所述第一商品信息。
结合第一方面,在第一种可能的实现方式中,所述终端根据购物清单获取所述购物清单上的商品对应的商品信息包括:
所述终端获取购物清单;

本发明实施例提供的在线购物方法具体包括如下步骤:
步骤101、终端根据购物清单获取所述购物清单上的商品对应的商品信息。
其中,所述购物清单可以包括至少两种商品,每种商品对应的商品信息可以包括至少两个目标客户端提供的商品信息。其中,所述目标客户端为在所述终端上安装的购物客户端,比如天猫客户端,京东客户端等。
例如:购物清单上包括美素佳儿儿童奶粉4段900克,黑人双重薄荷牙膏225克等,所述至少两种商品可以是不同类型的商品,也可以是同一类型的不同商品,此处不做具体限定。例如:购物清单上包括美素佳儿儿童奶粉4段900克,惠氏启赋幼儿配方奶粉3段900克等不同牌子的奶粉。
在本发明的实施例中,终端根据购物清单获取至少两个目标客户端提供的商品信息,具体可以为终端根据购物清单获取提供每一种商品的至少两个目标客户端的商品信息。例如以上面的购物清单为例:购物清单中包括两种商品:美素佳儿儿童奶粉4段900克和黑人双重薄荷牙膏225克,则终端分别获取天猫,京东两个客户端提供的美素佳儿儿童奶粉4段900克和黑人双重薄荷牙膏225克商品信息。其中,商品信息可以包括商品的单价、运费信息、评价信息、送货信息以及优惠信息等,具体可根据实际情况而定,此处不做具体限定。
在本发明的实施例中,终端可以获取天猫,京东两个客户端提供的美素佳儿儿童奶粉4段900克的商品信息,以及苏宁易购,亚马逊两个客户端提供的黑人双重薄荷牙膏225克商品信息,本发明实施例中并没有限定提供不同商品的客户端必须一致,也就是说,提供不同商品的客户端可以是一致的,也可以是不一致的。
需要说明的是,多个客户端预先对终端进行授权后,终端可接收多个客户端提供的商品信息。
在本发明实施例中,步骤所述终端根据购物清单获取所述购物清单上的商品对应的商品信息具体可以包括:

在本发明实施例中,终端可以设置默认的多个购物条件或者终端接收用户设置的多个购物条件。例如,购物条件具体可以包括:总价低,免运费,尽量一起打包,优惠多,送货快,或好评多等,此处不做具体限定,当然,第一购物条件可以是所有购物条件中的至少一个,该第一购物条件可以是终端通过预设的购物条件进行优先级排序后所确定的购物条件或者是终端接收用户自行选择的购物条件。例如:终端设置默认的购物条件优先级从高到低的顺序可以为:总价低>免运费>尽量一起打包购物。第一购物条件可以灵活设置为总价低,或者第一购物条件可以包括总价低和免运费。
在本发明实施例中,终端根据第一购物条件和所述购物清单上的商品对应的商品信息确定满足所述第一购物条件的第一商品信息后,第一商品信息包括至少一个目标客户端提供的商品信息。例如:终端根据购物清单获取天猫客户端和京东客户端提供的商品A的商品信息,以及天猫客户端和亚马逊客户端提供的商品B的商品信息。第一购物条件为:尽量一起打包,则终端只能从能提供商品A和商品B的天猫客户端上确定第一商品信息。
例如:终端根据购物清单获取天猫和京东这两个客户端提供的美素佳儿儿童奶粉4段900克和黑人双重薄荷牙膏225克这两种商品的商品信息,当第一购物条件为总价低,例如:终端通过计算确定京东上的美素佳儿儿童奶粉4段900克和天猫上的黑人双重薄荷牙膏225克这两种商品的总价最低,那么,京东上的美素佳儿儿童奶粉4段900克和天猫上的黑人双重薄荷牙膏225克这两种商品的商品信息都被确定为第一商品信息。
例如:终端根据购物清单获取天猫和京东这两个客户端提供的美素佳儿儿童奶粉4段900克和黑人双重薄荷牙膏225克这两种商品的商品信息,当第一购物条件为免运费,例如,天猫客户端上的美素佳儿儿童奶粉4段900克和黑人双重薄荷牙膏225克这两种商品免运费,而京东客户端上的美素佳儿儿童奶粉4段900克和黑人双重薄荷牙膏225克这两种商品不免运费,则确定天猫客户端上的美素佳儿儿童奶粉4段900克和黑人双重薄荷牙膏225克这两种商品的商品信息为第一商品信息。
需要说明的是,在本发明实施例中,第一购物条件可以根据用户的选择而不同,可以得到不同的第一商品信息,具体可根据实际情况而定,此处不做具体限定。
步骤103、所述终端显示所述第一商品信息。
当终端确定第一商品信息后,终端显示所述第一商品信息,当然,所述终端可以根据所述第一商品信息生成第一显示界面,并在所述第一显示界面上显示所述第一商品信息。其中,第一显示界面上除了包括第一商品信息外,还可以包括用于下单的选择图标。在实际应用中,用户可根据实际需要确定是否下单,例如:用户确定下单时,可通过点击或者轻按用于下单的选择图标实施购买商品。
本发明实施例中,终端根据购物清单获取所述购物清单上的商品对应的商品信息,所述购物清单包括至少两种商品,其中,每种商品对应的商品信息包括至少两个目标客户端提供的商品信息;所述终端根据第一购物条件和所述购物清单上的商品对应的商品信息确定满足所述第一购物条件的第一商品信息,所述第一商品信息包括至少一个目标客户端提供的商品信息;所述终端显示所述第一商品信息。可见,用户可以根据终端预先设置购物条件,处理购物清单 上的批量商品,可以方便的进行比价、打包和下单,而无需逐个登录每个客户端购买商品,提高了购物效率,并且有效提高了用户体验。

例如:购物清单上包括商品A和商品B的预设购买日期,那么购物清单上的商品A和商品B对应的商品信息包括在该预设购买日期对应的单价,从而增加了用户获知商品信息的时效性,有效提高用户体验,例如:在10月1号是国庆节,很多商品打折,那么用户想购买10月1号的商品A和商品B,从中获知10月1号对应的商品A和商品B的单价,用户可以从中确定是否购买10月1号对应的商品A和商品B。

结合上述在线购物方法的实施例,下面提供具体应用场景的实施例:
本发明的技术方案应用于任何终端,以智能手机为例,提供用户使用智能手机购买多种商品的场景,其中,在用户的智能手机上安装有多个客户端(例如天猫,亚马逊,京东等),且每个客户端在云端都有其对应的服务器,智能手机通过智能手机上的购物应用程序(英文全称:Application,缩写:APP)接口获取用户拟制的购物清单,并将获取的购物清单发送给各客户端对应的服务器进行搜索,服务器将搜索到的结果发送给各自的客户端,智能手机接收并显示客户端返回的购物清单上的商品对应的商品信息,并且,智能手机提供多个购物条件给用户选择,并根据用户的选择,智能手机实时刷新建议的购买方案,当用户确定了某购买方案时,可通过智能手机一键下单通知客户端实施购买,具体过程如下:
用户将拟制的购物清单上传至智能手机上安装的购物APP上,如图3-a所示,该购物清单包括多个商品的商品身份标识码(英文全称:Identity,缩写:ID),也可以包括购买日期、商品数量等信息,该购物APP为智能手机自身配置或者通过下载获取的APP,并在购物清单界面提供配置接口。当用户选择进入配置界面后,如图3-b所示,智能手机获取并显示所述智能手机上安装的客户端信息,用户可在其中选择一个或多个客户端。以智能手机上安装有亚马逊、京东和天猫这3个客户端为例,例如:用户选择了亚马逊和京东这两个客户端。
当用户选定亚马逊和京东这两个客户端并上传购物清单后,智能手机将购物清单分别上传至亚马逊客户端和京东客户端,由亚马逊客户端和京东客户端将该购物清单分别上传给各自对应的服务器,服务器将搜索到的结果发送给各自的客户端,智能手机接收与显示由客户端返回的购物清单上的多个商品对应的商品信息,商品信息包括多个商品的商品ID、客户端ID和商品的单价,还可以包括商品的总价(单价*数量,或者有额外的满减/买赠信息)、运费信息、送货日期、好评度等信息。其中,以显示的商品信息包括多个商品的商品ID、客户端ID、商品的单价和运费信息为例,如图3-c所示。
进一步参阅图3-c,智能手机提供了三种购物条件供用户选择,包括免运费、总价低和尽量一起打包购买。其中,智能手机默认的购物条件的优先级为:总价低>免运费>尽量一起打包购买,但是购物条件的优先级随着用户的选 择而变化,当用户选择“尽量一起打包购买”的购物条件时,“尽量一起打包购买”的优先级最高,其余购物条件按原先默认的由高至低的优先级顺序排在“尽量一起打包购买”之后。
当用户选择“尽量一起打包购买”的购物条件时,智能手机分析接收到的商品信息,首先确认京东客户端和亚马逊客户端是否都满足“尽量一起打包购买”的购物条件,即京东客户端和亚马逊客户端是否都能提供购物清单上的所有商品;若否,则智能手机选中能提供购物清单上的所有商品的京东客户端,并给出购买建议,如图3-c所示,智能手机选中了京东客户端上的商品条目,并建议选择京东购买。若京东客户端和亚马逊客户端都能提供购物清单上的所有商品,如图3-d所示,则根据购物条件的优先级顺序确认下一个购物条件,由于智能手机默认的购物条件的优先级顺序为:总价低>免运费>尽量一起打包购买,当用户选择了“尽量一起打包购买”时,该条件优先级最高,动态调整优先级为:尽量一起打包购买>总价低>免运费,当“尽量一起打包购买”都被满足时,确认下一个购物条件为“总价低”,并按所述下一个购物条件给出购买建议。
当然,用户也可以手动调整智能手机给出的建议,例如,用户可以在图3-d的基础上,手动将京东的选项全部改为亚马逊购物。
当然,智能手机给出的建议不限于在一个客户端购买,如图3-e所示,当用户选择“总价低”的购物条件时,智能手机建议用户在京东客户端上购买购物清单中的一个商品,在亚马逊客户端上购买购物清单中的剩余商品。
当用户接受购买建议(如图3-e所示)或者手动调整商品条目选项并确认下单(图3-e未示出,可在图3-e所示的界面上添加“确认下单”)后,可通过界面的选项实现一键下单,则智能手机会根据用户的选择通知客户端直接下单购买。
通过本发明的技术方案,在智能手机上实现一键下单可购买多个客户端上的商品,但是,需要用户在智能手机上安装的客户端侧预先设置用户购物资料,用户购物资料至少包括:收货人地址、收货人姓名、收货人电话、付款方式,还可以包括发票信息、预置留言信息等。
通过本发明的技术方案,用户只需要在智能手机的购物APP上上传一份购 物清单,不需要挨个输入关键词,各个客户端与相对应的服务器连接,获取到的都是最新的商品信息,不存在滞后,由于智能手机提供了多种购买方案,且能根据用户选择实时刷新建议的购买方案,并能根据选定的购买方案,直接一键下单通知客户端实施购买,能很好地实现一次性打包购买,有效提高用户体验。
为便于更好的实施本发明实施例的上述相关方法,下面还提供用于配合上述方法的相关装置。

在本发明另一实施例中,如果终端没有安装提供商品的客户端,则可以通过预先设置好提供商品的服务器,例如京东、天猫等提供商品的服务器。所述接口603可以根据预先设置的提供商品的目标服务器,将所述购物清单发送至所述目标服务器,以使得所述目标服务端根据所述购物清单查询到所述购物清单上的商品对应的商品信息,并将所述购物清单上的商品对应的商品信息通过所述接口603发送至所述终端上。可见,终端上可以不安装购物客户端,通过本发明的实施例也可以直接与目标服务器进行信息交互,从而在很大程度上节约了信息交互所耗费的资源。
在本发明的实施例中,所述购物清单还可以包括所述至少两种商品的预设购买日期。
在本发明的实施例中,所述购物清单上的商品对应的商品信息还可以包括:所述至少两种商品的在所述预设购买日期上对应的单价。

作为分离部件说明的单元可以是或者也可以不是物理上分开的,作为单元显示的部件可以是或者也可以不是物理单元,即可以位于一个地方,或者也可以分布到多个网络单元上。可以根据实际的需要选择其中的部分或者全部单元来实现本实施例方案的目的。
另外,在本发明各个实施例中的各功能单元可以集成在一个处理单元中,也可以是各个单元单独物理存在,也可以两个或两个以上单元集成在一个单元中。上述集成的单元既可以采用硬件的形式实现,也可以采用软件功能单元的形式实现。
集成的单元如果以软件功能单元的形式实现并作为独立的产品销售或使 用时,可以存储在一个计算机可读取存储介质中。基于这样的理解,本发明的技术方案本质上或者说对现有技术做出贡献的部分或者该技术方案的全部或部分可以以软件产品的形式体现出来,该计算机软件产品存储在一个存储介质中,包括若干指令用以使得一台计算机设备(可以是个人计算机,服务器,或者网络设备等)执行本发明各个实施例方法的全部或部分步骤。而前述的存储介质包括:U盘、移动硬盘、只读存储器(ROM,Read-Only Memory)、随机存取存储器(RAM,Random Access Memory)、磁碟或者光盘等各种可以存储程序代码的介质。
以上对本发明所提供的一种终端、服务器、用户识别的系统及方法进行了详细介绍,本文中应用了具体个例对本发明的原理及实施方式进行了阐述,以上实施例的说明只是用于帮助理解本发明的方法及其核心思想;同时,对于本领域的一般技术人员,依据本发明的思想,在具体实施方式及应用范围上均会有改变之处,综上,本说明书内容不应理解为对本发明的限制。

Claims (22)

  1. 一种在线购物方法,其特征在于,包括:
    终端根据购物清单获取所述购物清单上的商品对应的商品信息,所述购物清单包括至少两种商品,其中,每种商品对应的商品信息包括至少两个目标客户端提供的商品信息;
    所述终端根据第一购物条件和所述购物清单上的商品对应的商品信息确定满足所述第一购物条件的第一商品信息,所述第一商品信息包括至少一个目标客户端提供的商品信息;
    所述终端显示所述第一商品信息。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述终端根据购物清单获取所述购物清单上的商品对应的商品信息包括:
    所述终端获取购物清单;
    所述终端将所述购物清单发送给所述至少两个目标客户端,以使得所述至少两个目标客户端根据所述购物清单从对应的目标服务器获取所述购物清单上的商品对应的商品信息,并将所述购物清单上的商品对应的商品信息发送给所述终端;
    所述终端接收所述至少两个目标客户端发送的所述购物清单上的商品对应的商品信息。
  3. 根据权利要求1或2所述的方法,其特征在于,所述第一商品包括至少两个目标客户端提供的商品信息,所述方法还包括:
    所述终端根据第二购物条件和所述第一商品信息确定满足所述第二购物条件的第二商品信息,所述第二商品信息包括至少一个目标客户端提供的商品信息;
    所述终端将所述第二商品信息生成第二显示界面。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的方法,其特征在于,在所述终端根据所述第二购物条件和所述第一商品信息确定满足所述第二购物条件的第二商品信息之后,所述方法还包括:
    所述终端根据第三购物条件和所述第二商品信息确定满足所述第三购物条件的第三商品信息,所述第三商品信息包括至少一个目标客户端提供的商品 信息;
    所述终端将所述第三商品信息生成第三显示界面,所述第三显示界面用于向所述终端发送下单指令。
  5. 根据权利要求1至4任一项所述的方法,其特征在于,所述终端显示所述第一商品信息包括:
    所述终端根据所述第一商品信息生成第一显示界面;
    所述终端显示所述第一显示界面。
  6. 根据权利要求1至5任一项所述的方法,其特征在于,所述购物清单还包括所述至少两种商品的预设购买日期。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的方法,其特征在于,所述购物清单上的商品对应的商品信息包括:所述至少两种商品的在所述预设购买日期上对应的单价。
  8. 一种代理购物客户端,其特征在于,包括:
    获取模块,用于根据购物清单获取所述购物清单上的商品对应的商品信息,所述购物清单包括至少两种商品,其中,每种商品对应的商品信息包括至少两个目标客户端提供的商品信息;
    确定模块,用于根据第一购物条件和所述获取模块获取的所述购物清单上的商品对应的商品信息确定满足所述第一购物条件的第一商品信息,所述第一商品信息包括至少一个目标客户端提供的商品信息;
    显示模块,用于显示所述确定模块确定的所述第一商品信息。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的代理购物客户端,其特征在于,
    所述获取模块,具体用于获取购物清单,将所述购物清单发送给至少两个目标客户端,以使得所述至少两个目标客户端根据所述购物清单从对应的目标服务器获取所述购物清单上的商品对应的商品信息,并将所述购物清单上的商品对应的商品信息发送给所述获取模块,接收所述至少两个目标客户端发送的所述购物清单上的商品对应的商品信息。
  10. 根据权利要求8或9所述的代理购物客户端,其特征在于,所述代理购物客户端还包括:
    所述确定模块,还用于根据第二购物条件和所述确定模块确定的第一商品信息确定满足所述第二购物条件的第二商品信息,所述第二商品信息包括至少 一个目标客户端提供的商品信息;
    生成模块,用于将所述第二商品信息生成第二显示界面;
    所述显示模块,还用于显示所述第二显示界面。
  11. 根据权利要求10所述的代理购物客户端,其特征在于,
    所述确定模块,还用于在所述确定模块根据第二购物条件和所述确定模块确定的第一商品信息确定满足所述第二购物条件的第二商品信息之后,根据第三购物条件和所述确定模块确定的第二商品信息确定满足所述第三购物条件的第三商品信息,所述第三商品信息包括至少一个目标客户端提供的商品信息;
    所述生成模块,还用于将所述第三商品信息生成第三显示界面,所述第三显示界面包括标识下单指令的选项。
  12. 根据权利要求8至11任一项所述的代理购物客户端,其特征在于,
    所述生成模块还用于根据所述第一商品信息生成所述第一显示界面;
    所述显示模块,用于显示所述第一显示界面。
  13. 根据权利要求8至11任一项所述的代理购物客户端,其特征在于,所述购物清单还包括所述至少两种商品的预设购买日期。
  14. 根据权利要求13所述的代理购物客户端,其特征在于,所述购物清单上的商品对应的商品信息包括:所述至少两种商品的在所述预设购买日期上对应的单价。
  15. 一种在线购物终端,其特征在于,所述终端包括:代理购物客户端和至少两个目标客户端,所述代理购物客户端如权利要求8至14任一项所述的代理购物客户端。
  16. 一种在线购物终端,其特征在于,所述终端包括:存储器,处理器,接口,显示器,以及总线;
    其中,所述存储器与所述处理器通过所述总线连接,所述处理器与所述接口以及所述显示器通过所述总线连接;
    所述处理器用于根据购物清单获取所述购物清单上的商品对应的商品信息,所述购物清单包括至少两种商品,其中,每种商品对应的商品信息包括至少两个目标客户端提供的商品信息;
    所述处理器还用于根据第一购物条件和所述购物清单上的商品对应的商品信息确定满足所述第一购物条件的第一商品信息,所述第一商品信息包括至少一个目标客户端提供的商品信息;
    所述显示器用于显示所述购物清单上的商品信息以及所述第一商品信息。
  17. 根据权利要求16所述的终端,其特征在于,所述处理器还用于指令所述接口向目标客户端获取购物清单上的商品对应的商品信息;
    所述接口用于将所述购物清单发送到至少两个目标客户端对应的目标服务器,以使得所述目标服务器根据所述购物清单查询到所述购物清单上的商品对应的商品信息,接收所述目标服务器返回的商品信息。
  18. 根据权利要求16或17所述的终端,其特征在于,所述处理器还用于根据第二购物条件和所述第一商品信息确定满足所述第二购物条件的第二商品信息,所述第二商品信息包括至少一个目标客户端提供的商品信息;
    所述处理器还用于将所述第二商品信息生成第二显示界面;
    所述显示器用于显示所述第二显示界面。
  19. 根据权利要求16或17所述的终端,其特征在于,
    所述处理器还用于根据所述第一商品信息生成第一显示界面;
    所述显示器还用于显示所述第一显示界面。
  20. 根据权利要求16至19任一项所述的终端,其特征在于,所述购物清单还包括所述至少两种商品的预设购买日期。
  21. 根据权利要求20所述的终端,其特征在于,所述购物清单上的商品对应的商品信息包括:所述至少两种商品的在所述预设购买日期上对应的单价。
  22. 一种便携式电子设备上的图形用户界面,其特征在于,所述便携式电子设备包括显示器、存储器、多个应用程序、用于执行存储在所述存储器中的一个或多个程序的一个或多个处理器以及总线,其中,所述显示器包括触敏表面和显示屏;
    所述图形用户界面包括用于显示应用接口元素的初始显示界面,用于显示调整后的应用接口元素的显示界面;
    其中,所述初始显示界面包括第一显示区域,第二显示区域以及第三显示区 域,其中,
    所述第一显示区域用于显示第一应用接口元素和第二应用接口元素,所述第一应用接口元素对应第一应用程序,所述第二应用接口元素对应第二应用程序,所述第一应用程序提供第一商品对应的第一商品信息,所述第二应用程序提供第一商品对应的第二商品信息;
    所述第二显示区域用于显示第三应用接口元素和第四应用接口元素,所述第三应用接口元素对应第三应用程序,第四应用接口元素对应第四应用程序,所述第三应用程序用于提供第二商品对应的第一商品信息,所述第四应用程序用于提供第二商品对应的第二商品信息;
    所述第三显示区域用于显示第五应用接口元素,所述第五应用接口元素包括至少一个应用选项,所述至少一个应用选项用于调整所述第一显示区域和所述第二显示区域的应用接口元素的显示;
    在所述触敏表面检测到选择至少一个应用选项的输入指令,响应所述输入指令;
    停止显示所述初始显示界面;
    根据所述输入指令调整所述初始显示界面,显示调整后的应用接口元素的显示界面;
    所述调整后的应用接口元素的显示界面包括第四显示区域和第五显示区域,其中,所述第四显示区域用于显示第六应用接口元素,所述第六应用接口元素对应所述第一应用程序和所述第二应用程序中的至少一个应用程序,所述第五显示区域用于显示第七应用接口元素,所述第七应用接口元素对应所述第三应用程序和所述第四应用程序中的至少一个应用程序。
