[실험예 1] 미세먼지와 황사 표준물질의 제타전위 분석 및 미세먼지 대체물질 선별 Experimental Example 1 Zeta Potential Analysis of Fine Dust and Yellow Dust Standards and Selection of Substitutes for Fine Dust
상기 실시예에서 제조한 방진용 조성물의 방진 효과 확인에 사용할 먼지 대체물질을 선별하기 위하여, 미세먼지와 황사, 먼지 대체물질 후보군의 제타전위를 분석하였다. 제타전위는 업계에 일반적으로 알려져 있는 방법을 통하여 측정하였으며, 그 결과를 하기 표 3에 나타내었다. In order to select the dust substitute material to be used for confirming the dustproof effect of the dustproof composition prepared in the above examples, the zeta potential of the fine dust, yellow dust, and the dust substitute candidate group was analyzed. 미세먼지는 일반적으로 유기 탄소화합물 22%, 탄소원소 8%, 질산염 22%, 황산염 15%, 토양지각성분 15%, 기타 18%로 구성되어 있으므로(국립과학원), 본 발명에서는 미세먼지 구성 성분 중 약 30%(유기탄소 화합물 및 탄소원소)를 차지하며, 미세먼지와 유사한 제타전위를 갖는 카본블랙을 미세물질의 대체물질로 선별하였다.Since fine dust is generally composed of 22% of organic carbon compounds, 8% of carbon elements, 22% of nitrates, 15% of sulfates, 15% of soil crust components, and other 18% (National Institute of Science), It occupies about 30% (organic carbon compound and carbon element), and carbon black having a zeta potential similar to fine dust was selected as a substitute for fine material.
[실험예 2] 피부 흡착 시스템 미믹(mimic) 모델 in-vitro Experimental Example 2 Mimic Model for Skin Adsorption System in-vitro
피부 흡착 시스템 미믹(mimic) 모델을 이용하여 상기 실시예에서 제조한 방진용 조성물의 방진 효과를 확인하였다. 구체적으로, 3X5cm의 인공 피혁에 상기 실시예에서 제조한 음성 대조군, 양성 대조군, 실시예 1 및 2를 각각 5g씩 도포한 후 카본블랙 3.125g(이는, 한국 기상철의 미세먼지 경보 수준의 500000배 수준이다)이 들어 있는 대류박스에 넣고, 대류박스 내의 공기를 대류순환장치로 충분히 대류 시켜준 후, 인공 피혁 상에 남아 있는 카본블랙을 육안으로 확인하였으며, 그 결과는 도 1과 같다. 도 1에 나타난 바와 같이, 본 발명의 방진용 조성물인 실시예 1 또는 2를 도포한 피혁에서 카본 블랙이 적게 관찰되었다.

상기 실시예에서 제조한 실시예 2의 방진 효과를 확인하기 위해 각질층 테이프-스트리핑 테스트를 수행하였다. 구체적으로, 피부를 세안하고, 팔 전박 위 2x2cm2 에 상기 실시예 2를, 2ul/cm2
로 도포하고, 5분간 건조 후, 그 위에 5 중량%의 카본블랙을 포함하는 조성물을 5 ul 도포한 후 10분간 건조시켰다. 이 피부를 광학 카메라(VISIA-CR)로 이미지 평가를 하였다. 그 후, 흐르는 물에 5초간 세안 후 앞서 평가한 피부에 대하여 다시 광학 카메라로 이미지 평가를 하였다. 또한, 테이프 스트리핑 테스트를 통해, 피부에 D-Squame®테이프를 붙였다가 떼어내는 동작 10회 후, 피부 위 잔존하는 카본 블랙의 양을 광학카메라를 통해 측정하였다. 이를 이미지 분석 프로그램 (Image Pro plus)을 사용하여 색상과 강도(intensity)를 기준으로 분리 및 합산하여 수치화하였고 이를 그래프로 표현하였다 (도 2 및 도 3).The stratum corneum tape-striping test was performed to confirm the anti-vibration effect of Example 2 prepared in the above examples.
