  • Covering 5 further comprises a domed protrusion 7 that mates with a recess (not shown) formed on the internal wall of domed base 2 so as to releasably retain covering 5 in its first position.
  • Domed base 2, upper surface 3 and covering 5 are all formed of a plastics material.
  • Upper surface 3 may have printed thereon one or more indicia, which may be promotional images and text or other markings.

The egress of container 8 is therefore formed between upper surface 10 and domed base 9.
  • notch 16 is formed in the exterior wall of domed base 9. Notch 16 is positioned diametrically opposite hinge 17. Many variations are possible without departing from the scope of the present invention as defined in the appended claims.

Abstract

L'invention concerne un récipient pour confiseries (1) comprenant une chambre de stockage destinée à contenir des confiseries, qui est définie par une base bombée (2) et une surface supérieure sensiblement plate (3). Le récipient selon l'invention comporte une sortie (4) pouvant être ouverte de sorte à permettre le retrait de confiseries du récipient, et pouvant être refermée de sorte à empêcher le retrait de confiseries du récipient. La sortie est formée soit entre la surface supérieure et la base bombée soit sur la base bombée. La base bombée du récipient permet de faire tourner le récipient, ce qui permet de jouer à des jeux avec le récipient.
