发明内容
为了克服现有技术的不足,本发明提供一种新型带刹车脚轮。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:
一种新型带刹车脚轮,包括支架及转动设置在支架上的滚轮,所述支架上设置有滑槽,所述支架上枢接有一刹车踏板,所述滚轮上设置有一穿设在滑槽并能沿滑槽滑动的转轴,下压或上移刹车踏板能够带动转轴及滚轮沿滑槽滑动,所述支架上还配置有一刹车件,所述刹车件通过转臂枢接在支架上,当所述滚轮移动至刹车件处时,所述刹车件被推压转动至挤压在支架与滚轮之间,通过刹车件限制滚轮的转动。
所述刹车踏板上开设有驱动滑槽,所述转轴分别穿设在滑槽及驱动滑槽内,下压或上移刹车踏板时,所述驱动滑槽能够带动转轴沿滑槽移动。
所述滑槽为横向设置在支架上的长形滑槽,所述支架通过一转动机构设置有一连接件,所述长形滑槽两端分别为刹车位和释放位,当转轴移动至释放位时,转轴的轴线偏离转动机构的轴线;当转轴移动至刹车位时,转轴的轴线与转动机构的轴线大致对齐。
所述转轴移动至刹车位时,所述刹车件被挤压在滚轮与转动机构之间,从而限制滚轮与转动机构的转动。

  7. 根据权利要求5所述的一种新型带刹车脚轮,其特征在于:转轴(21)位于滑槽(11)的释放位时,所述滚轮(2)的轴心偏离连接柱(5)的轴线;转轴(21)移动至滑槽(11)的刹车位时,所述连接柱(5)的轴线穿过滚轮(2)的轴心。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的一种新型带刹车脚轮,其特征在于:所述刹车件(4)为U型结构,所述刹车件(4)的两侧端部枢接在支架(1)的内侧。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的一种新型带刹车脚轮,其特征在于:所述支架(1)的内侧设置有一内凸型阶梯结构(10),以限制刹车件(4)的向下转动范围。
  10. 根据权利要求1所述的一种新型带刹车脚轮,其特征在于:所述刹车踏板(3)中部枢接在支架(1)上,其两端分别设置有刹车控制踏板(32)、释放控制踏板(33)。
