电磁炉 技术领域
本申请涉及家用电器领域,尤其涉及一种电磁炉。
背景技术
目前,随着节能环保概念的逐渐普及,电磁炉作为一种利用电能烹饪食物的家用电器,其受到广大群众的喜爱。目前,电磁炉一般采用壳体上的多个通风孔进行通风,从而将其中电磁线盘及线路板所产生的热量排出,保护电磁炉不会因集热而导致烧坏。但是,仅靠通风孔排热,其排热效率仍然不高,无法满足产热量较大的电磁炉的排热要求。
发明内容
本申请旨在至少在一定程度上解决上述技术问题之一。
本申请提供一种电磁炉,包括:壳体、容置于该壳体内的电磁线盘,以及与该电磁线盘相连的电路板,所述壳体开设有若干通风孔,所述壳体内设置有导风通道,该导风通道一端与所述电磁线盘与所述电路板位置相对,另一端与至少一个所述通风孔相对,所述导风通道中设置有将风从所述通风孔引入或排出的风扇。
进一步地,所述导风通道一端设置有多个导通口,其中,第一导通口与所述电磁线盘位置相对,第二导通口与所述电路板位置相对。
进一步地,所述导风通道另一端同时设置有多个导通口,其中,第三导通口与第一通风孔位置相对,第四导通口与第二通风孔位置相对。
进一步地,所述通风孔为设置于所述壳体一侧板上的多孔结构。
本申请的有益效果是:
通过提供一种电磁炉,在壳体内设置有导风通道,导风通道一端对接电路板与电磁线盘,另一端对接通风孔,并设置有提供空气流通动力的风扇,从而使电路板与电磁线盘产生的热量可通过导风通道及通风孔与外界加速进行热传导,加速散热,提高了排热效率。

请参考图1,本实施例提供了一种电磁炉,包括:壳体1、容置于该壳体1内的电磁线盘2,以及与该电磁线盘2相连的电路板3。壳体1开设有若干通风孔11,壳体1内设置有导风通道4,该导风通道4一端与电磁线盘2与电路板3位置相对,另一端与至少一个通风孔11相对,导风通道4中设置有将风从通风孔11引入或排出的风扇5。具体地,导风通道4一端设置有多个导通口41,其中,第一导通口与电磁线盘2位置相对,第二导通口与电路板3位置相对。导风通道4另一端同时设置有多个导通口,其中,第三导通口与第一通风孔位置相对,第四导通口与第二通风孔位置相对。通风孔11为设置于壳体1一侧板上的多孔结构。
这样,在壳体内设置有导风通道,导风通道一端对接电路板与电磁线盘,另一端对 接通风孔,并设置有提供空气流通动力的风扇,从而使电路板与电磁线盘产生的热量可通过导风通道及通风孔与外界加速进行热传导,加速散热,提高了排热效率。

Claims (4)

  1. 一种电磁炉,包括:壳体、容置于该壳体内的电磁线盘,以及与该电磁线盘相连的电路板,其特征在于,所述壳体开设有若干通风孔,所述壳体内设置有导风通道,该导风通道一端与所述电磁线盘与所述电路板位置相对,另一端与至少一个所述通风孔相对,所述导风通道中设置有将风从所述通风孔引入或排出的风扇。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的电磁炉,其特征在于,所述导风通道一端设置有多个导通口,其中,第一导通口与所述电磁线盘位置相对,第二导通口与所述电路板位置相对。
  3. 如权利要求2所述的电磁炉,其特征在于,所述导风通道另一端同时设置有多个导通口,其中,第三导通口与第一通风孔位置相对,第四导通口与第二通风孔位置相对。
  4. 如权利要求1所述的电磁炉,其特征在于,所述通风孔为设置于所述壳体一侧板上的多孔结构。
