Abstract

L'invention concerne une orthèse articulaire dynamique comprenant une première attelle (1) et une deuxième attelle (2). Dans cette orthèse se trouve un mécanisme de blocage de force qui comporte un cliquet d'arrêt (40) monté rotatif à l'intérieur d'un logement (48) et se présentant sous la forme d'une bascule, ainsi qu'un dispositif d'actionnement de cliquet d'arrêt (73, 74) qui peut être actionné manuellement et qui permet à une zone terminale (71) de la bascule d'entrer en prise avec un disque d'accouplement (31) et de s'en dégager. Lorsque la bascule et le disque d'accouplement (31) sont en prise l'un avec l'autre, les mouvements de rotation du disque d'accouplement (31) sont bloqués de sorte que la force d'un ressort ne soit plus appliquée sur la première attelle (1).
