背景技术
蛙泳是游泳项目之一,锻炼其腿部力量非常重要,以下是蛙泳腿动作技术方法:
收腿:收腿阶段双膝的间距,不论收腿时双膝的间距应该窄还是宽,收腿的原则是:收腿应该在尽量减少迎面阻力的原则下,将腿收至最有利于打水的位置,翻掌后做到小腿内侧和脚掌内侧对水,这样才能使对水的面积最大,从而发挥最大的打水(打腿)效率。为了达到这样的技术状态,在收腿过程中双膝间距不能大,在收腿结束进行翻掌时双膝间距必须小于双踝间距。双膝大开是难以形成小腿内侧和脚掌内侧对水的有利状态的如图6所示,收腿结束翻掌时双膝间距必须小于双踝间距。
收腿动作要快:收腿动作产生阻力,因此收腿应以较快的速度完成,但比打腿(打水)的速度稍慢。一般情况,在收手结束双手接触时才开始收腿,在余下短短的伸手时间区间内做完收腿和打腿全部动作。
收腿结束时的相位:在收腿结束时,双踝外分,双膝间距必须小于双踝间距,此时翻掌已经开始,大腿与腹部的夹角为120度左右,小腿尽可能向大腿收紧脚紧靠臀部蓄力(如图7和8所示)。图7和8中大腿与腹部的夹角为120度左右,脚紧靠臀部。
翻脚掌:蛙泳打水效果的好坏,很大程度上取决于翻脚掌的技术。在收腿将要结束时,两脚就开始做外翻动作:两脚外前转,双脚跟外分并尽量分开,脚趾指向左右,膝关节稍向内转,最终使脚掌和小腿内侧形成最有利的(向后的)对水面(图10)。
在脚外翻动作未完成到位时就应该开始打腿(打水)动作,最终的外翻对水姿势是在打腿动作开始不久时完成的,而不能等完成翻掌摆出对水姿势后再开始打腿。
打腿:打腿的方向,现代蛙泳腿部打腿(打水)的方向是径直地向下向后而不是水平地向两旁蹬。以脚掌和小腿内侧形成最大的对水面,直接向池底打去,产生最大的动力。这样的打腿方式,在打腿完成双腿合并时,借助反弹力,使臀部和腿部上升檫近水面平行,减少了迎面阻力。水平地往两旁蹬腿的动作,不但效果较差,而且产生较大的迎面阻力,动作完成后臀部和腿部容易下沉。
打腿路线:垂直俯视,在打腿过程中双脚运动轨迹是对称的、弧度很小的两条曲线,接近直线(图9),而向两旁蹬夹的路线像三角形。
目前,对蛙泳腿部力量的训练,通常是对蛙泳腿部动作所参与的肌肉群分别进行训练, 例如:利用负重深蹲、蛙跳、跳台阶等辅助练习方法来发达臀部(臀大肌、臀中肌、臀圆肌)、腿部肌肉(股四头肌、股二头肌、腓肠肌等),对于“夹水”动作过程中,起到至关重要的大腿内侧“缝匠肌”的训练,还要用重锤或皮条专门练习单独训练,训练步骤繁杂。
发明内容
本发明为克服现有技术的不足,提供了一种蛙泳腿部力量训练装置。

(5)当双脚紧贴脚踏板中轴的底部收过来,在脚后跟接近臀部时练习者做勾脚尖儿翻脚动作;
(6)翻完脚后,使足弓内侧正对脚踏板中轴的底部;
(7)以足弓内侧与小腿所对的方向,向后做蹬夹水动作(此时,脚踏板中轴会沿狭缝向后方移动);
(8)在弹性条带纵向部分的拉力作用下,给练习者的向后“蹬腿”动作所需肌群带来一定负荷(此负荷,根据练习者力量大小、训练负荷要求,通过增减弹性条带来实现负荷大小的变化需求),起到发达专项力量的作用;
(9)练习者继续向后蹬腿,当脚两个脚踏板中轴被蹬踏至狭缝后半程(做“夹水”动作时),纵向弹性条带拉力依然存在,但随着脚踏板中轴沿狭缝向中间移动,该拉力被“面板承受”;
(10)衔接上述蹬腿,“夹水”动作开始,弹性条带的横向部分开始发挥作用,产生向外的反作用力,给练习者参与“夹水”动作的肌群以负荷(此负荷,也可根据练习者力量大 小、训练负荷要求,通过增减弹性条带来实现负荷大小的变化需求),起到锻炼夹水肌群力量的作用;
(11)夹水动作完成(此时,两个脚踏板中轴都处于狭缝最末端),练习者加紧双腿,并稍向下方做伸脚尖动作,使自己的双脚分别沿着脚踏板向下移动,当伸脚动作完成时,双脚的垂直位置已经移动至脚踏板中轴的最底部(与脚踏板中轴分开),释放脚踏板中轴;
(12)练习者继续做下一个“收腿”动作,此时,被“释放”脚踏板中轴,会在横向弹性条带与纵向弹性条带牵引力的作用下回位(迅速返回至狭缝前端)。
一个流程结束,循环往复,按照训练计划要求的组数、每组的个数、每组的负荷变化进行便捷的体统训练。
本发明结构设计巧妙,训练者通过本发明,可以全面地训练到参与蛙泳腿部动作的所有肌群,连贯、高效,而且能对练习者的蛙泳腿部动作起到规范与矫正作用,使得蛙泳腿部力量的训练步骤简化且高效。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和实施例对本发明进一步说明。
实施例1
如图1所示,一种蛙泳腿部力量训练装置,包括下面板4,
和通过弹性条带1与下面板4相连接的、且位于下面板4一侧下方的俯卧台2,练习时,练习者俯卧在俯卧台2上。
如图3所示,所述俯卧台2由水平面板2-1和斜面板2-2组成,斜面板2-2靠近下面板 4一侧,水平面板2-1和斜面板2-2两者所在平面呈130°,所述水平面板2-1上设有一根固定梁13,在练习时,俯卧台2供练习者俯卧,双手抓握固定梁13,练习者的躯干位于水平面板2-1上,大腿位于斜面板2-2上,使得练习者的躯干与大腿所在平面呈130°,规范练习者收大腿的角度。
所述下面板4的材料为钢质材料。
所述下面板4上设有与蛙泳脚运动轨迹相一致的弧形狭缝5,所述弧形狭缝5的两侧且位于下面板4上各设有一根弹性条带附着柱6;
所述下面板4的弧形狭缝5内设有在该弧形狭缝5内来回移动的两个脚踏板中轴7,并延伸至下面板4的下方;所述脚踏板中轴7的底部设有脚踏板8,练习者将脚踏在脚踏板8上,更加舒适地练习蛙泳腿部动作。俯卧后,练习者的脚部能与脚踏板较好的贴合。
如图5所示,所述脚踏板中轴7上设有与下面板4相配合的滚动凹槽滑轮9,滚动凹槽滑轮9与脚踏板中轴7同轴且牢固固定,滚动凹槽滑轮9的凹槽(能卡住下面板4),宽度、深度与弧形狭缝5相匹配,将脚踏板中轴7垂直固定在下面板4上,在滚动凹槽滑轮9的固定与滚动作用下,脚踏板中轴7可在外力作用下,在弧形狭缝5内来回移动。
如图4所示,下面板4上的弧形狭缝5的前端(靠近斜面板2-2一侧)两侧设有若干限位块10和两个能移动的条型钢11,限位块10与条型钢11配合使用可调整脚踏板中轴7的起始位置,将条型钢11在限位块10中任意改变放置位置,将脚踏板中轴7卡在弧形狭缝5的外侧,满足不同肩宽、体长练习者使用。
所述固定梁13和两个脚踏板中轴7均设有孔隙,所述弹性条带1通过固定梁和两个脚踏板中轴的孔隙与弹性条带附着柱6相连接,脚踏板中轴7在弧形狭缝5中来回移动时,使弹性条带1产生纵向和横向拉力。以上仅仅作为一种优选的方式,当固定梁13和两个脚踏板中轴7不设有用来穿过弹性条带1孔隙时,只需将弹性条带1绕过固定梁13和两个脚踏板中轴7,即可满足使弹性条带1产生纵向和横向拉力。
所述下面板4由支柱12支撑,但不仅仅限于采用支柱12将下面板支撑起来。
所述的俯卧台2由伸缩式支架支撑,通过调整伸缩式支架可以调节俯卧台2的高度。
实施例2
如图1和2所示,一种蛙泳腿部力量训练装置,包括双层板,
和通过弹性条带1与双层板相连接的、且位于双层板一侧下方的俯卧台2,练习时,练习者俯卧在俯卧台2上。
如图3所示,所述俯卧台2由水平面板2-1和斜面板2-2组成,斜面板2-2靠近双层板一侧,水平面板2-1和斜面板2-2两者所在平面呈130°,所述水平面板2-1上设有一根固定 梁13,在练习时,俯卧台2供练习者俯卧,双手抓握固定梁13,练习者的躯干位于水平面板2-1上,大腿位于斜面板2-2上,使得练习者的躯干与大腿所在平面呈130°,规范练习者收大腿的角度。
所述双层板是由与水平面相互平行且按照设定间距排列的上面板3和下面板4组成,所述上面板3和下面板4的材料为钢质材料;
所述上面板3和下面板4上均设有与蛙泳脚运动轨迹相一致的弧形狭缝5,上下两个面板3、4上的弧形狭缝5上下互相对应;所述弧形狭缝5的两侧且位于上面板3和下面板4之间各设有一根弹性条带附着柱6;
所述上面板3和下面板4的弧形狭缝5内设有在该弧形狭缝5内来回移动的两个脚踏板中轴7,并延伸至下面板4的下方;所述脚踏板中轴7的底部设有脚踏板8,练习者将脚踏在脚踏板8上,更加舒适地练习蛙泳腿部动作。俯卧后,练习者的脚部能与脚踏板较好的贴合。
如图5所示,所述脚踏板中轴7的上、下部分各设有分别与上、下面板3、4相配合的滚动凹槽滑轮9,滚动凹槽滑轮9与脚踏板中轴7同轴且牢固固定,滚动凹槽滑轮9的凹槽(能卡住上、下面板3、4),宽度、深度与弧形狭缝5相匹配,将脚踏板中轴7垂直固定在上面板3和下面板4之间,在滚动凹槽滑轮9的固定与滚动作用下,脚踏板中轴7可在外力作用下,在弧形狭缝5内来回移动。
如图4所示,下面板4上的弧形狭缝5的前端(靠近斜面板2-2一侧)两侧设有若干限位块10和两个能移动的条型钢11,限位块10与条型钢11配合使用可调整脚踏板中轴7的起始位置,将条型钢11在限位块10中任意改变放置位置,将脚踏板中轴7卡在弧形狭缝5的外侧,满足不同肩宽、体长练习者使用。
所述固定梁13和两个脚踏板中轴7均设有孔隙,所述弹性条带1通过固定梁和两个脚踏板中轴的孔隙与弹性条带附着柱6相连接,脚踏板中轴7在弧形狭缝5中来回移动时,使弹性条带1产生纵向和横向拉力。以上仅仅作为一种优选的方式,当固定梁13和两个脚踏板中轴7不设有用来穿过弹性条带1孔隙时,只需将弹性条带1绕过固定梁13和两个脚踏板中轴7,即可满足使弹性条带1产生纵向和横向拉力。
所述双层板由支柱12支撑,但不仅仅限于采用支柱12将双层板支撑起来。
所述双层板上设有与固定梁13连接的横梁14,用来纵向加固固定梁13,使固定梁13更加稳固。
所述的俯卧台2由伸缩式支架支撑,通过调整伸缩式支架可以调节俯卧台2的高度。
练习者在使用本实施例练习蛙泳腿部力量时,具体步骤如下:
(1)调整条型钢11的位置,使两个脚踏板中轴7的距离,略宽于练习者的肩宽(规范技术要求:收腿结束时,练习者的双膝盖内侧与练习者肩部外沿保持一致)。
(2)反复调整俯卧台2高度及与双层板的相对位置,满足练习者收腿结束时,脚后跟与臀部靠拢。
(3)练习者俯卧在俯卧台2上;双手抓握俯卧台2前部的固定梁13,做蛙泳腿“收翻蹬夹”动作。
(4)如图7和8所示,收大腿,在120度斜板的阻止下,练习者的大腿与躯干的角度为120度之间。
(5)当双脚紧贴脚踏板8内侧收过来,脚后跟尽可能的接近臀部时练习者做勾脚尖儿翻脚动作。
(6)如图9所示,翻完脚后,使足弓内侧正对脚踏板8。
(7)如图10所示,以足弓内侧与小腿所对的方向,向后做蹬夹水动作(此时,脚踏板中轴会沿弧形狭缝5向后方移动)。
(8)在弹性条带1纵向部分的拉力作用下,给练习者的向后“蹬腿”动作所需肌群带来一定负荷(此负荷,根据练习者力量大小、训练负荷要求,通过增减弹性条带1来实现负荷大小的变化需求),起到发达专项力量的作用。
(9)练习者继续向后蹬腿,当脚两个脚踏板中轴7被蹬踏至弧形狭缝5后半程(该做“夹水”动作时),纵向弹性条带1拉力依然存在,但随着脚踏板中轴7沿弧形狭缝5向中间移动,该拉力被“面板承受”。
(10)衔接上述蹬腿,“夹水”动作开始,两个横向弹性条带1开始发挥作用,产生向外的反作用力,给练习者参与“夹水”动作的肌群以负荷(此负荷,也可根据练习者力量大小、训练负荷要求,通过增减弹性条带1来实现负荷大小的变化需求),起到锻炼夹水肌群力量的作用。
(11)夹水动作完成(此时,两个脚踏板中轴7都处于弧形狭缝5最末端),练习者加紧双腿,并稍向下方做伸脚尖动作,使自己的双脚分别沿着脚踏板8向下移动,当伸脚动作完成时,双脚的垂直位置已经移动至脚踏板8下方(与脚踏板8分开),释放脚踏板8。
(12)练习者继续做下一个“收腿”动作,此时,被“释放”脚踏板中轴7,会在横向弹性条带1与纵向弹性条带1牵引力的作用下回位(迅速返回至弧形狭缝5前端)。
一个流程结束,循环往复,按照训练计划要求的组数、每组的个数、每组的负荷变化进行便捷的体统训练。
文中,弧形狭缝5的前端是指靠近斜面板2-2一侧的一端。
上述虽然结合附图对本发明的具体实施方式进行了描述,但并非对本发明保护范围的限制,所属领域技术人员应该明白,在本发明的技术方案的基础上,本领域技术人员不需要付出创造性劳动即可做出的各种修改或变形仍在本发明的保护范围以内。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种蛙泳腿部力量训练装置,其特征是:包括下面板,
    和通过弹性条带与下面板相连接的、且位于下面板一侧下方的俯卧台;
    所述下面板上设有与蛙泳脚运动轨迹相一致的狭缝,所述狭缝的两侧且位于下面板上各设有一根弹性条带附着柱;
    所述下面板的狭缝内设有在该狭缝内来回移动的两个脚踏板中轴,并延伸至下面板的下方;
    所述弹性条带通过固定在俯卧台上的固定梁和两个脚踏板中轴与弹性条带附着柱相连接。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的蛙泳腿部力量训练装置,其特征是:所述下面板上设有与其相互平行且具有设定间距的上面板,所述上面板具有与下面板互相对应的狭缝,所述两个脚踏板中轴的上部延伸至上面板的上方。
  3. 如权利要求1所述的蛙泳腿部力量训练装置,其特征是:所述俯卧台由水平面板和斜面板组成,两平面呈120—130°。
  4. 如权利要求2所述的蛙泳腿部力量训练装置,其特征是:所述脚踏板中轴的上、下部分各设有分别与上、下面板相配合的滚动凹槽滑轮,滑轮与脚踏板中轴同轴且牢固固定,滚动凹槽滑轮将脚踏板中轴垂直固定在上面板和下面板之间。
  5. 如权利要求1所述的蛙泳腿部力量训练装置,其特征是:下面板上的狭缝的两侧设有若干限位块和能移动条型钢,限位块与条型钢配合使用调整脚踏板中轴的起始位置。
  6. 如权利要求1所述的蛙泳腿部力量训练装置,其特征是:所述脚踏板中轴的底部设有脚踏板。
  7. 如权利要求1所述的蛙泳腿部力量训练装置,其特征是:所述下面板由支柱支撑。
  8. 如权利要求2所述的蛙泳腿部力量训练装置,其特征是:所述上面板上设有与固定梁连接的横梁。
  9. 如权利要求1所述的蛙泳腿部力量训练装置,其特征是:所述的俯卧台由伸缩式支架支撑。
  10. 如权利要求2所述的蛙泳腿部力量训练装置,其特征是:所述上面板和下面板之间的距离能调节。
