Description

一种便携式缝隙喷水坐便器 技术领域
本发明涉及卫生洁具技术领域,具体的说是一种带有手动加压活塞泵和电动泵的利用缝隙式喷头进行冲水的座便器。
背景技术
冲水座便器以及便携式冲水座便器在市场中越来越多,一方面常见的冲水方式是管状的单头、双头以及水平喷出的形式,水源是通过伸缩气压泵或手提升式的水泵供给,工作时需要等待恢复或需要往复很多次形成负压才能出水。并且出水压力无法通过人为用力而增加,另有一种电动冲水是整体电池组和泵体代替手动泵体的位置,不能实现多种形式并存,并且电源为电池供电,来源单一,无法满足使用者的不同需求。
再一方面,与之相配合的污水箱因为传统的旋转安装密封阀安装于污水箱外部,而无法实现空间的集约化,另一种阀门部件全部安装在污水箱内部,任何部件的损坏都无法进行更换。
再一方面,传统污水箱的固定是由四周护耳或底部安装配置的复杂的部件来实现的,定位复杂。
再一方面,传统吹塑污水箱所配置的可旋转排污管由于排污管的一部分是伸入至污水箱中的,所以无法完全倾倒干净。
发明内容
本发明旨在解决上述问题,提供了一种便携式缝隙喷水坐便器,它一方面实现了手动活塞加压泵和电动泵两种冲水系统并存在座便池上的配置,一方面通过内设阻流分流棱的缝隙式冲水喷头和渐变式环状水流平台实现水流的二次均化,真正实现节水、高效的冲洗,一方面通过沉入式密封阀安装和嵌块式边扣的成型方法实现了在利用相同空间下容量的最大化,给生产、贮存、使用等各环节带来效率、集约,一方面通过污水箱底部吹塑成型的长缝定位槽,实现了简单、可靠的固定安装整体座便器。再一方面本发明的泵体、阀体彻底实现了方便使用、方便更换与维修的目的,延长了整体的使用寿命,节约了资源,其采用的技术方案如下:
一种便携式缝隙喷水坐便器,包括:具有用于容置清水的容置腔的座便池,其特征在于:所述座便池具有由上至下渐缩的座池,所述座池的底部为排放口,所述座池的顶部为渐变环形平台,所述渐变环形平台由宽部和窄部组成,所述渐变环形平台上方设置有用于将水流进行分流的缝隙式冲水喷头,由缝隙式冲水喷头实现的分流在渐变环形平台的引导下在座池的表面上均匀散布,所述座便池中还配置有可将容置腔中的清水供给缝隙式冲水喷头的清水供给手段。
在上述技术方案基础上,所述缝隙式冲水喷头上形成有将喷头入水口的水流进行分流的第一阻流分流棱和第二阻流分流棱,由第一阻流分流棱分流出的第一分流的一部分沿第一横向方向由渐变环形平台的宽部流至渐变环形平台的窄部,另一部分沿向下的方向呈扇面沿座池的表面流下;由第二阻流分流棱分流出的第二分流的一部分沿第二横向方向由渐变环形平台的宽部流至渐变环形平台的窄部,另一部分沿向下的方向呈扇面沿座池的表面流下;所述第一横向方向与第二横向方向相反。
在上述技术方案基础上,所述缝隙式冲水喷头上还形成有第三分流棱,所述第三分流棱位于第一阻流分流棱和第二阻流分流棱之间将由第一阻流分流棱和第二阻流分流棱分流出的向下的水流进行再次分流,分流分第一斜向方向和第二斜向方向两个斜下方向的水流。
在上述技术方案基础上,所述清水供给手段为手动供给手段或电动供给手段或手动供给手段与电动供给手段的集成,所述手动供给手段包括:第一管道和活塞加压泵,所述活塞加压泵安装于座便池上,所述活塞加压泵通过活塞加压泵的进水口吸取容置腔中的清水并借助于与活塞加压泵的出水口相连接的第一管道为缝隙式冲水喷头供给清水,所述进水口中设置有单向进水阀;
所述电动供给手段包括:用于抽取容置腔中清水的潜水泵、过渡体和第二管道,所述潜水泵的上出水口与过渡体相连接,所述潜水泵借助于过渡体及与过渡体的出水接头相连接的第二管道为缝隙式冲水喷头供给清水。
在上述技术方案基础上,所述手动供给手段还包括螺母,所述座便池上形成有第一凹槽,所述螺母相应位置处形成有第一凸起,所述座便池与螺母通过第一凹槽和第一凸起的相互扣合转动连接于一起,所述活塞加压泵的缸筒的外壁面上形成有外螺纹,所述缸筒与螺母螺纹连接,所述螺母和座便池之间设置有第一密封圈,所述缸筒和螺母之间设置有第二密封圈。
在上述技术方案基础上,所述手动供给手段还包括用于防止螺母松脱的第一防松脱手段和用于防止缸筒转动的定位手段,所述第一防松脱手段连接螺母和座便池,所述定位手段主要由定位楔和连接臂组成,所述定位楔通过连接臂与缸筒相固接,所述座便池上形成有与定位楔相配适的凹坑,所述定位楔穿入凹坑中。
在上述技术方案基础上,所述座便池上设置有用于向容置腔内补充水的加水 口,所述加水口中设置有具有腔室的过渡连接体,所述过渡连接体的顶部外侧面向下凹陷形成一用于加水的加水通道,所述加水通道连通加水口顶部敞口和容置腔,所述加水口顶部内侧形成有加水口内环,所述过渡连接体具有与加水口内环相配适的凹夹口,通过加水口内环与凹夹口的配合定位,过渡连接体与加水口可拆卸相连接,所述潜水泵的出水接头与过渡连接体的入水端相连接,所述第二管道的一端与过渡连接体的出水端相连接,所述加水通道与腔室不连通,所述过渡连接体的入水端及出水端与腔室相连通。
在上述技术方案基础上,该便携式缝隙喷水坐便器还包括用于容纳污水的污水箱,所述污水箱顶部安装有与污水箱转动连接的嵌入式阀锁螺母及与嵌入式阀锁螺母螺纹连接的螺纹式密封阀,所述螺纹式密封阀与排放口相连通,所述污水箱上形成有第二凹槽,所述嵌入式阀锁螺母相应位置处形成有第二凸起,所述嵌入式阀锁螺母与污水箱通过第二凹槽和第二凸起的相互扣合连接于一起,所述嵌入式阀锁螺母和污水箱之间设置有第三密封圈,所述螺纹式密封阀和嵌入式阀锁螺母之间设置有第四密封圈,所述污水箱与嵌入式阀锁螺母相结合处向污水箱的内腔方向凹陷地形成从而使螺纹式密封阀沉入污水箱中,所述污水箱上设置有固定的排污口和/或与污水箱转动连接的排污管。
在上述技术方案基础上,所述嵌入式阀锁螺母与污水箱之间设置有用于防止嵌入式阀锁螺母松脱的第二防松脱手段。
在上述技术方案基础上,所述污水箱上形成有第三凹槽,所述排污管的外壁面上相应位置处形成有第三凸起,所述排污管与污水箱通过第三凹槽和第三凸起的相互扣合连接于一起,排污管和污水箱之间设置有第五密封圈,所述排污管的一部分伸入至污水箱中,在污水箱的内壁面上靠近排污管的进口位置处设有斜面 结构,所述斜面结构的最高点与排污管的进口齐平。
在上述技术方案基础上,所述污水箱底部具有长缝定位槽,所述长缝定位槽内部设有用于夹紧任何可插入长缝定位槽中的片状固定板或U字形钢筋的夹紧结构。
本发明具有如下优点:一方面实现了手动活塞加压泵和电动泵两种冲水系统并存在座便池上的配置,一方面通过内设阻流分流棱的缝隙式冲水喷头和渐变式环状水流平台实现水流的二次均化,真正实现节水、高效的冲洗,一方面通过沉入式密封阀安装和嵌块式边扣的成型方法实现了在利用相同空间下容量的最大化,给生产、贮存、使用等各环节带来效率、集约,一方面通过污水箱底部吹塑成型的长缝定位槽,实现了简单、可靠的固定安装整体座便器。再一方面本发明的泵体、阀体彻底实现了方便使用、方便更换与维修的目的,延长了整体的使用寿命,节约了资源。本发明与目前市场中的相关产品相比通用性强,用部分本发明的结构即可改造目前市场上产品中的相关部位,使产品升级换代,提高其使用价值。

如图2所示,优选的,所述缝隙式冲水喷头111上形成有将喷头入水口112的水流进行分流的第一阻流分流棱118和第二阻流分流棱114,由第一阻流分流棱118分流出的第一分流的一部分沿第一横向方向119由渐变环形平台12的宽部121流至渐变环形平台12的窄部123,另一部分沿向下的方向呈扇面沿座池11的表面流下;由第二阻流分流棱114分流出的第二分流的一部分沿第二横向方向113由渐变环形平台12的宽部121流至渐变环形平台12的窄部123,另一部分沿向下的方向呈扇面沿座池11的表面流下;且在此过程中沿渐变环形平台12横向流动的水流若水流量大于渐变环形平台12的承载能力时则会溢出,从渐变环形平台12上流下,故此过程是边沿渐变环形平台12流动边从渐变环形平台12上流下的过程,如此完成水流在座池11表面上的散布,所述第一横向方向119与第二横向方向113相反。
优选的,所述缝隙式冲水喷头111上还形成有第三分流棱116,所述第三分流棱116位于第一阻流分流棱118和第二阻流分流棱114之间将由第一阻流分流 棱118和第二阻流分流棱114分流出的向下的水流进行再次分流,分流分第一斜向方向117和第二斜向方向115两个斜下方向的水流。
如图3所示,优选的,所述清水供给手段为手动供给手段或电动供给手段或手动供给手段与电动供给手段的集成,所述手动供给手段包括:第一管道153和活塞加压泵154,所述活塞加压泵154安装于座便池1上,所述活塞加压泵通过活塞加压泵的进水口157吸取容置腔10中的清水并借助于与活塞加压泵的出水口158相连接的第一管道153为缝隙式冲水喷头111供给清水,所述进水口157中设置有单向进水阀;
本实施例在此列举一种具体的活塞加压泵,所述活塞加压泵主要由缸筒151、把手154、活塞155和缸筒端盖15组成,所述缸筒端盖15可拆卸连接于缸筒151的开口端处,所述活塞155位于缸筒151中,所述把手154穿过缸筒端盖15且其底端与活塞155相固接,宜选的,所述活塞155的周向面上形成有用于容置O型圈156的环形槽,可理解的是本申请的保护范围不应仅限于本实施例列举的此一种活塞加压泵;
如图4所示,所述电动供给手段包括:用于抽取容置腔10中清水的潜水泵18和第二管道178,所述潜水泵18借助于第二管道178为缝隙式冲水喷头111供给清水。
如图3所示,优选的,所述手动供给手段还包括螺母16,所述座便池1上形成有第一凹槽116,所述螺母16相应位置处形成有第一凸起,所述座便池1与螺母16通过第一凹槽116和第一凸起的相互扣合转动连接于一起,所述活塞加压泵的缸筒151的外壁面上形成有外螺纹,所述缸筒151与螺母16螺纹连接,所述螺母16和座便池1之间设置有第一密封圈161,所述缸筒151和螺母16之间 设置有第二密封圈168。
可选的,第一密封圈161宜设于第一凹槽116的下方,所述第二密封圈168宜设于缸筒151与螺母16螺纹连接部的上方。
如图3所示,优选的,所述手动供给手段还包括用于防止螺母16松脱的第一防松脱手段和用于防止缸筒151转动的定位手段,所述第一防松脱手段连接螺母16和座便池1,所述定位手段主要由定位楔169和连接臂159组成,所述定位楔169通过连接臂159与缸筒151相固接,所述座便池1上形成有与定位楔169相配适的凹坑109,所述定位楔169穿入凹坑109中。
宜选的,第一防松脱手段可采用如下构成实现:所述第一防松脱手段由固接于螺母16周向面上的棘轮163和安装于座便池1上的棘爪103组成,所述棘爪103与棘轮163组成棘轮机构,所述棘轮机构使螺母16仅能向旋紧的方向转动,从而可防止螺母16旋紧后在使用过程中逐渐松脱;进一步,采用人工手动的方式可使棘爪103与棘轮163完全脱离连接,这种可使棘爪103与棘轮163完全脱离的手段可采用现有的一些实现手段(如棘爪103可通人工拉拔相对棘轮163升降从而与棘轮163完全脱离),故本发明实施例对此不做限定。如此设计的目的是便于螺母16的拆卸同时保证了螺母16在无人工干预的情况下不松脱。可理解的是本申请的保护范围不应仅限于本实施例列举的此一种第一防松脱手段。通过旋转螺母16即可将活塞加压泵牢固地与座便池1相固定。
如图4和图12所示,优选的,所述座便池1上设置有用于向容置腔10内补充水的加水口17,所述加水口17中设置有具有腔室172的过渡连接体170,所述过渡连接体170的顶部外侧面向下凹陷形成一用于加水的加水通道173,所述加水通道173连通加水口17顶部敞口和容置腔10,相当于过渡连接体170堵住 加水口17顶部敞口的一部分,另一部分未堵上的即为加水通道173的顶部,所述加水口17顶部内侧形成有加水口内环171,所述过渡连接体170具有与加水口内环171相配适的凹夹口174,通过加水口内环171与凹夹口174的配合定位,过渡连接体170与加水口17可拆卸相连接,所述潜水泵18的出水接头181与过渡连接体170的入水端176相连接,所述第二管道178的一端与过渡连接体170的出水端175相连接,所述加水通道173与腔室172不连通,所述过渡连接体170的入水端176及出水端175与腔室172相连通。
第二管道178可通过如三通阀等与第一管道178相连通,第一管道178的末端处可连接有弯头152,通过弯头152为缝隙式冲水喷头111供水。
如图5和图6所示,优选的,该便携式缝隙喷水坐便器还包括用于容纳污水的污水箱2,所述污水箱2顶部安装有与污水箱2转动连接的嵌入式阀锁螺母7及与嵌入式阀锁螺母7螺纹连接的螺纹式密封阀6,所述螺纹式密封阀6与排放口14相连通,所述污水箱2上形成有第二凹槽,所述嵌入式阀锁螺母7相应位置处形成有第二凸起,所述嵌入式阀锁螺母7与污水箱2通过第二凹槽和第二凸起的相互扣合连接于一起,所述嵌入式阀锁螺母7和污水箱2之间设置有第三密封圈701,所述螺纹式密封阀6和嵌入式阀锁螺母7之间设置有第四密封圈602,所述污水箱2与嵌入式阀锁螺母7相结合处向污水箱2的内腔方向凹陷地形成从而使螺纹式密封阀6沉入污水箱2中,所述污水箱2上设置有固定的排污口202和/或与污水箱2转动连接的排污管8。
可理解的是:排污管8的末端处可拆卸连接有的盖体801,螺纹式密封阀6上具有专用的自下垂把手601。此处需要说明的是螺纹式密封阀6沉入污水箱2中是指螺纹式密封阀6的顶面与污水箱2的顶面基本齐平,如此的好处是更好地 利用空间,使整体结构更加集约,在整体利用相同空间下实现容量的最大化。
进一步,所述嵌入式阀锁螺母7与污水箱2之间设置有用于防止嵌入式阀锁螺母7松脱的第二防松脱手段。
宜选的,第二防松脱手段可采用如下构成实现:所述第二防松脱手段由固接于嵌入式阀锁螺母7周向面上的外齿轮704和安装于污水箱2上的内齿轮204组成,所述外齿轮704与内齿轮204相啮合且可相互脱离。如此设计的目的是便于嵌入式阀锁螺母7的拆卸同时保证了嵌入式阀锁螺母7在无人工干预的情况下不松脱。可理解的是本申请的保护范围不应仅限于本实施例列举的此一种第二防松脱手段。第二防松脱手段也可采用如第一防松脱手段的构成,同理第一防松脱手段也可采用如第二防松脱手段的构成。
如图7和图8所示,进一步,所述污水箱2上形成有第三凹槽303,所述排污管8的外壁面上相应位置处形成有第三凸起803,所述排污管8与污水箱2通过第三凹槽303和第三凸起803的相互扣合连接于一起,排污管8和污水箱2之间设置有第五密封圈802,所述排污管8的一部分伸入至污水箱2中,在污水箱2的内壁面上靠近排污管8的进口位置处设有斜面结构310,所述斜面结构310的最高点与排污管8的进口齐平,所述齐平可理解的是指基本齐平,允许适量的略高或略低。如图8所示,若无斜面结构310则由于排污管的一部分是伸入至污水箱中的,排污管的伸入部分与污水箱之间所夹的区域总是会存积污水,无法完全排净,而通过斜面结构310,如图8所示,先将污水箱逆时针转动90度,排出大部分的污水后,再逆时针转动90度,通过斜面结构310可将污水全部排出,避免了污水存积。
如图9所示,所述污水箱2底部具有长缝定位槽220,所述长缝定位槽220 内部设有用于夹紧任何可插入长缝定位槽220中的片状固定板或U字形钢筋的夹紧结构,片状固定板、U字形钢筋固定于固定基体上,从而方便污水箱2的固定。
可理解的是,如图10和图11所示,根据实际需要该便携式缝隙喷水坐便器还可以包括:座圈907、座盖908和边扣902,所述污水箱2和座便池1通过定位楔909为定位基准并通过边扣902可拆卸连接于一起,所述污水箱2上可设置有吹塑一次成型的固定把手201,310,所述加水口17处设置有盖帽903。
宜选的,所述污水箱2上设置有为了增加容量而采用的嵌块结构305。
宜选的,所述污水箱2上设置有扩展的排气按钮和液位显示装置901。
如图13所示,可选配置的:所述污水箱2可为矮式污水箱,其上可设置有污水箱盖800、固定把头310,其底部设置有长缝定位槽220。

  1. 一种便携式缝隙喷水坐便器,包括:具有用于容置清水的容置腔(10)的座便池(1),其特征在于:所述座便池(1)具有由上至下渐缩的座池(11),所述座池(11)的底部为排放口(14),所述座池(11)的顶部为渐变环形平台(12),所述渐变环形平台(12)由宽部(121)和窄部(123)组成,所述渐变环形平台(12)上方设置有用于将水流进行分流的缝隙式冲水喷头(111),由缝隙式冲水喷头(111)实现的分流在渐变环形平台(12)的引导下在座池(11)的表面上均匀散布,所述座便池(1)中还配置有可将容置腔(10)中的清水供给缝隙式冲水喷头(111)的清水供给手段。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述一种便携式缝隙喷水坐便器,其特征在于:所述缝隙式冲水喷头(111)上形成有将喷头入水口(112)的水流进行分流的第一阻流分流棱(118)和第二阻流分流棱(114),由第一阻流分流棱(118)分流出的第一分流的一部分沿第一横向方向(119)由渐变环形平台(12)的宽部(121)流至渐变环形平台(12)的窄部(123),另一部分沿向下的方向呈扇面沿座池(11)的表面流下;由第二阻流分流棱(114)分流出的第二分流的一部分沿第二横向方向(113)由渐变环形平台(12)的宽部(121)流至渐变环形平台(12)的窄部(123),另一部分沿向下的方向呈扇面沿座池(11)的表面流下;所述第一横向方向(119)与第二横向方向(113)相反。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述一种便携式缝隙喷水坐便器,其特征在于:所述缝隙式冲水喷头(111)上还形成有第三分流棱(116),所述第三分流棱(116)位于第一阻流分流棱(118)和第二阻流分流棱(114)之间将由第一阻流分流棱(118)和第二阻流分流棱(114)分流出的向下的水流进行再次分流,分流分第一斜向方向(117)和第二斜向方向(115)两个斜下方向的水流。
  4. 根据权利要求1或2或3所述一种便携式缝隙喷水坐便器,其特征在于:所述清水供给手段为手动供给手段或电动供给手段或手动供给手段与电动供给手段的集成,所述手动供给手段包括:第一管道(153)和活塞加压泵(154),所述活塞加压泵(154)安装于座便池(1)上,所述活塞加压泵通过活塞加压泵的进水口(157)吸取容置腔(10)中的清水并借助于与活塞加压泵的出水口(158)相连接的第一管道(153)为缝隙式冲水喷头(111)供给清水,所述进水口(157)中设置有单向进水阀;
    所述电动供给手段包括:用于抽取容置腔(10)中清水的潜水泵(18)和第二管道(178),所述潜水泵(18)借助于第二管道(178)为缝隙式冲水喷头(111)供给清水。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述一种便携式缝隙喷水坐便器,其特征在于:所述手动供给手段还包括螺母(16),所述座便池(1)上形成有第一凹槽(116),所述螺母(16)相应位置处形成有第一凸起,所述座便池(1)与螺母(16)通过第一凹槽(116)和第一凸起的相互扣合转动连接于一起,所述活塞加压泵的缸筒(151)的外壁面上形成有外螺纹,所述缸筒(151)与螺母(16)螺纹连接,所述螺母(16)和座便池(1)之间设置有第一密封圈(161),所述缸筒(151)和螺母(16)之间设置有第二密封圈(168)。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述一种便携式缝隙喷水坐便器,其特征在于:所述手动供给手段还包括用于防止螺母(16)松脱的第一防松脱手段和用于防止缸筒(151)转动的定位手段,所述第一防松脱手段连接螺母(16)和座便池(1),所述定位手段主要由定位楔(169)和连接臂(159)组成,所述定位楔(169)通过连接臂(159)与缸筒(151)相固接,所述座便池(1)上形成有与定位楔(169)相 配适的凹坑(109),所述定位楔(169)穿入凹坑(109)中。
  7. 根据权利要求4所述一种便携式缝隙喷水坐便器,其特征在于:所述座便池(1)上设置有用于向容置腔(10)内补充水的加水口(17),所述加水口(17)中设置有具有腔室(172)的过渡连接体(170),所述过渡连接体(170)的顶部外侧面向下凹陷形成一用于加水的加水通道(173),所述加水通道(173)连通加水口(17)顶部敞口和容置腔(10),所述加水口(17)顶部内侧形成有加水口内环(171),所述过渡连接体(170)具有与加水口内环(171)相配适的凹夹口(174),通过加水口内环(171)与凹夹口(174)的配合定位,过渡连接体(170)与加水口(17)可拆卸相连接,所述潜水泵(18)的出水接头(181)与过渡连接体(170)的入水端(176)相连接,所述第二管道(178)的一端与过渡连接体(170)的出水端(175)相连接,所述加水通道(173)与腔室(172)不连通,所述过渡连接体(170)的入水端(176)及出水端(175)与腔室(172)相连通。
  8. 根据权利要求1或2或3所述一种便携式缝隙喷水坐便器,其特征在于:该便携式缝隙喷水坐便器还包括用于容纳污水的污水箱(2),所述污水箱(2)顶部安装有与污水箱(2)转动连接的嵌入式阀锁螺母(7)及与嵌入式阀锁螺母(7)螺纹连接的螺纹式密封阀(6),所述螺纹式密封阀(6)与排放口(14)相连通,所述污水箱(2)上形成有第二凹槽,所述嵌入式阀锁螺母(7)相应位置处形成有第二凸起,所述嵌入式阀锁螺母(7)与污水箱(2)通过第二凹槽和第二凸起的相互扣合连接于一起,所述嵌入式阀锁螺母(7)和污水箱(2)之间设置有第三密封圈(701),所述螺纹式密封阀(6)和嵌入式阀锁螺母(7)之间设置有第四密封圈(602),所述污水箱(2)与嵌入式阀锁螺母(7)相结合处向污水箱(2)的内腔方向凹陷地形成从而使螺纹式密封阀(6)沉入污水箱(2)中, 所述污水箱(2)上设置有固定的排污口(202)和/或与污水箱(2)转动连接的排污管(8)。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述一种便携式缝隙喷水坐便器,其特征在于:所述嵌入式阀锁螺母(7)与污水箱(2)之间设置有用于防止嵌入式阀锁螺母(7)松脱的第二防松脱手段。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述一种便携式缝隙喷水坐便器,其特征在于:所述污水箱(2)上形成有第三凹槽(303),所述排污管(8)的外壁面上相应位置处形成有第三凸起(803),所述排污管(8)与污水箱(2)通过第三凹槽(303)和第三凸起(803)的相互扣合连接于一起,排污管(8)和污水箱(2)之间设置有第五密封圈(802),所述排污管(8)的一部分伸入至污水箱(2)中,在污水箱(2)的内壁面上靠近排污管(8)的进口位置处设有斜面结构(310),所述斜面结构(310)的最高点与排污管(8)的进口齐平。
  11. 根据权利要求1所述一种便携式缝隙喷水坐便器,其特征在于:所述污水箱(2)底部具有长缝定位槽(220),所述长缝定位槽(220)内部设有用于夹紧任何可插入长缝定位槽(220)中的片状固定板或U字形钢筋的夹紧结构。
