Description
本实用新型涉及宠物用品技术领域，尤其涉及一种新型的可提高宠物舒适度的宠物颈圈。
随着经济的发展、人们生活水平的提高以及文明程度的提高，越来越多的人们开始豢养宠物，常见的宠物为狗。人们遛狗的时候，需要通过套在狗颈部的颈圈来控制狗的行走方向和速度，这样就产生了宠物颈圈。而为了使宠物颈部舒适，则需要在颈圈的内侧表面设置弹性层，例如：发泡棉。
当下市面上最流行最常见的宠物颈圈均为单层结构的织带，一端折叠成为可调节长度的部分，形成的新的一端和原来的另一端通过卡扣固定或插头插孔配合固定，类似包袋(书包或斜挎包)的带子。
通常有以下几种结构的颈圈：
一、所述单层织带的一部分内侧表面设有发泡棉，而用于折叠的另一部分的内外表面均不设置发泡棉，这是为了避免调节颈圈的直径大小时，设有发泡棉导致织带增厚，难以穿过传统的扣环，就会导致无论怎样调节，最后形成的颈圈内侧表面总有一部分是没有发泡棉的。
二、在整个单层结构的织带的内侧表面设有发泡棉，那么，一端折叠后，折叠部分与宠物颈部接触的表面织带的另一面，是没有设置发泡棉的，这样，也会导致无论怎样调节，最后形成的颈圈内侧表面总有一部分是没有发泡棉的。
还有一种传统的颈圈，为了制作和调节的方便，其没有设置折叠部分来调节长度，而是直接通过设置于一端的插头和另一端的多个插孔调节长度，只在单层织带的不设置插孔的部分设有发泡棉，而在设置插孔的部分均不设置发泡棉，只有调到最小一个孔，才可以感受到比较多的发泡棉，但是调到其他孔位位置上，狗狗脖子仍然有一部分无法感受到发泡，具有很大的局限性。
实用新型内容
有鉴于背景技术所述，本实用新型的目的是提供一种调节到任意长度均可以使颈圈内侧表面布满发泡棉，从而提高宠物颈部的舒适程度的新型设计。
本实用新型的目的是通过以下技术方案实现的：
一种新型宠物颈圈，其由长条形的主体和调节部件构成；所述主体的内侧表面设有弹性接触层，且所述主体的一端设有插头，另一端设有可供所述一端通过的套环；所述调节部件的长度小于所述主体的长度，其一端固定于所述主体外侧表面上距离所述套环一定距离处，其另一端为自由端，延伸至所述主体的套环处或邻近所述套环处；所述调节部件上沿其长度设有多个用于与所述插头对应连接的插孔；使用时，所述主体的所述一端穿过所述套环，所述插头插入所述调节部件的某一个插孔固定。
优选的，所述主体为织带。
优选的，所述弹性接触层与所述主体缝合固定或粘合固定。
可选的，所述弹性接触层的两端和所述主体的两端缝合固定，其余部分重叠设置但不粘连。
优选的，所述调节部件也为长条形织带。
优选的，所述调节部件的宽度不大于其所覆盖的所述主体的宽度，以保证在使用过程中其两侧边缘与宠物颈部接触。
优选的，所述弹性接触层为发泡棉层。
优选的，所述套环还设有一个系带穿孔，用于使牵拉宠物颈圈的带子穿过。
相对于现有技术，本实用新型的优点包括：
本实用新型之新型宠物颈圈可以调节到任何长度，狗狗的脖子始终被发泡棉包围，能使狗狗360度脖围感受到发泡棉带来的舒服，而且，将牵拉力分散，进一步提高了宠物颈部的舒适度，打破传统产品和当前市面产品的缺陷性，而且可以自由旋转，永远不会勒到狗狗脖子，适于推广，具有广泛的市场前景。

本实施例提供一种新型宠物颈圈，如图1及图2所示，其由长条形的织带主体10和调节部件20构成；所述主体10的内侧表面设有发泡棉层30；所述主体10的一端设有插头11，另一端设有可供所述一端(即插头11和其组件)通过的套环12；所述调节部件20的长度小于所述主体10的长度，其宽度不大于所述主体的宽度，其一端固定于所述主体11外侧表面上距离所述套环一定距离处，例如：主体外侧表面的中间位置或略靠近所述套环12的位置，具体位置由需要调节的范围确定，其另一端为自由端，延伸至所述主体的套环12处(即所述自由端和所述主体10的所述另一端平齐)或邻近所述套环12处(但不能超出所述主体10的所述另一端太多)；所述调节部件20上沿其长度设有多个用于与所述插头11对应连接的插孔21；使用时，将主体10的带有插头11的所述一端穿过所述套环12，根据长度需要将所述插头11插入所述调节部件20的某一个插孔21固定，这样，如图2所示，形成的颈圈内侧表面全部覆盖有发泡棉层30，没有设置发泡棉层的调节部件20位于颈圈的外表面，不会影响宠物的颈部舒适度。
所述调节部件20的材质可以有多种选择，只要其柔韧度可以保证颈圈的自由弯折即可，可以采用和主体10同样的织带材质，也可以采用其他材质。
所述发泡棉层30与所述主体10二者的结合，可以整体缝合固定，或粘合固定，也可以在二者的两端缝合或粘合，其余部分分离重叠，还可以间隔一定长度缝合或粘合，其余部分分离重叠，只需保证在使用时发泡棉层30始终位于颈圈的内侧表面即可。
所述套环12的边缘还可以设置有一个通孔用于使牵拉宠物颈圈的带子穿过。
所述主体10的所述一端还套设有一个卡套13，起作用在于，当形成为颈圈后，将所述调节部件20的所述自由端穿过，从而将所述自由端固定。
所述套环12的最重要的作用是：当主体10的插头11和调节部件20的某个插孔21相互插接固定后，套环12与主体10的中间的某个位置相互接触，而
且，由于调节部件20的另一端与主体10固定，这样在成型的颈圈上，形成多个着力点，当通过套环12或套环12边缘的通孔牵拉宠物时，牵拉力分散到整个颈圈上，而不是由一个点来承担，使得颈圈更牢固、宠物颈部感觉更舒适。
应当指出的是，对于本领域的普通技术人员来说，在不脱离本实用新型构思的前提下，还可以做出若干变形和改进，这些都属于本实用新型的保护范围。因此，本实用新型专利的保护范围应以所附权利要求为准。

- 一种新型宠物颈圈，其特征在于：其由长条形的主体和调节部件构成；所述主体的内侧表面设有弹性接触层，且所述主体的一端设有插头，另一端设有可供所述一端通过的套环；所述调节部件的长度小于所述主体的长度，其一端固定于所述主体外侧表面上距离所述套环一定距离处，其另一端为自由端，延伸至所述主体的套环处或邻近所述套环处；所述调节部件上沿其长度设有多个用于与所述插头对应连接的插孔；使用时，所述主体的所述一端穿过所述套环，所述插头插入所述调节部件的某一个插孔固定。
- 根据权利要求1所述的新型宠物颈圈，其特征在于：所述主体为织带。
- 根据权利要求1所述的新型宠物颈圈，其特征在于：所述弹性接触层与所述主体缝合固定或粘合固定。
- 根据权利要求1所述的新型宠物颈圈，其特征在于：所述弹性接触层的两端和所述主体的两端缝合固定，其余部分重叠设置但不粘连。
- 根据权利要求1所述的新型宠物颈圈，其特征在于：所述调节部件为长条形织带。
- 根据权利要求1所述的新型宠物颈圈，其特征在于：所述调节部件的宽度不大于其所覆盖的所述主体的宽度。
- 根据权利要求1所述的新型宠物颈圈，其特征在于：所述弹性接触层为发泡棉层。
