DESCRIPTION
A CABINET EMBODIMENT COMPRISING A PLURALITY IF ROTARY
SHELVES
The Related Art The invention relates to a cabinet embodiment comprising shelves on which products are placed and a drive centre applying rotational motion on these shelves via manual or automatic impact.
The Prior Art
In the prior art, fixed shelves in various dimensions are used in parallel to each other in refrigerators.
In the fixed shelf systems that are used in the prior art, access problems are encountered; for instance, products and goods may stay behind or on the top or bottom shelf and then the goods and products are left and become useless due to timeout which is among the classic technical problems. Another problem in the prior art is that a ladder or something to step up on is needed to reach the top shelves, and one needs to bend down to use the bottom shelves, so they cause ergonomic health problems or home accidents like falling down.
In the prior art, fixed shelf systems are used in refrigerators and back side of deep cabinet shelves and top shelves of high cabinets are not ergonomic, so depth and height of cabinets are restricted.
In the patent research with respect to the prior art, an application with sort code A47B 49/00 and numbered TR2010/07669 is found. In summary page of this application, the invention, multi-purpose cabinet, is designed to rotate around its own axis infinitely. The main body and the subbase that is located on the bottom of the cabinet is designed in shapes such as square, circle or rectangle in a manner to fit to the body section, and rotation is ensured by means of the connecting piece to be positioned between said main body and the subbase. The said cabinet can also make infinite rotation by connecting the rotary table to the subbase through the main body. The body fitted on it can also make uninterrupted and infinite full turn through the iron balls positioned on said rotary table. The damping member is associated with a step-up or step-down gearing for the dynamic control of the damping force exerted by the damping member. 2009/04073 The invention relates to a prism cabinet that is capable of rotating 360 degrees, all four surfaces available for use and takes up space as much as its diagonal by saving up space; wherein, it comprises two (both-sided) showcase sections that have 90-degree convertible glass cover, a small compartment under the showcase section, one or more drawers under a small compartment, a moving handle mechanism under the drawers and a large compartment (laundry or towel cabinet) that has 90-degree convertible cover fitted with hinges on the one side, a two-faced wood where towel rack and tall dressing mirror or hanger can be fitted, one fixed stand that is made of durable materials such as metal or plastic derivative, comprise a moving ball mechanism that enables the body to rotate 360 degrees.
Above said inventions comprise cabinets that can rotate around their own axes. However, these rotary cabinets do not provide a permanent solution for reaching the products and goods that are left behind the shelf. Description of the Invention
The purpose of the invention is to provide a system that has different technical characteristics than the prior art refrigerators having fixed shelves on which products and goods are placed and brings an initiative to the related technical field.
A purpose of the invention is to introduce a shelf system that is rotatable to provide easy access to products and goods behind the shelf or on top or bottom shelves.
Another purpose of the invention is to introduce a shelf system that does not rotate around its own axis, but rotates bottom-up or top to bottom.
Another purpose of the invention is to introduce a system that aims to eliminate the restrictions of cabinet length due to difficulty of use in refrigerators through the rotary shelf system.
Another purpose of the invention is to prevent food being forgotten and eliminate difficulty of access through rotary shelf mechanism with rotary cabinet system.
Another purpose of the invention is to increase cabinet depth as the shelf depth is divided into two through the system and its back shelves can be brought to front. Another purpose of the invention is to increase cabinet height as the shelf on the top or bottom moves by rotation system; the uppermost shelf can be taken to the accessible level without the need for a ladder, and the bottom shelves can be taken to the accessible level without bending down through the system.
In order to achieve the above said purposes, the invention is a movable shelf system comprising a base frame having a plurality of shelves on which products and goods are placed, and it comprises: - rail frame comprising rail slots having rotation line that allows movements of shelves and returning said shelves from the starting point to the same starting point,
- a plurality of shelves moving on said rail slots by means of wheels, and

Detailed Description of the Invention
Figures 1 and 2 show a movable shelf system (100) comprising a base frame (200) having a plurality of shelves (300) on which products and goods are placed, and can be integrated to refrigerators especially. The invention comprises rail frame (201 ) comprising rail slots (202) having rotation line (600) that allows movements of shelves (300) and returning said shelves (300) from the starting point to the same starting point, a plurality of shelves (300) moving on said rail slots (202) by means of wheels (301 ), and a drive group (400) allowing movement of said shelves (300) on said rail slots (202) via automatic or manual impact.
The drive group (400) used in the system comprises a servo motor (401 ). Figure 4 shows a transmission component (402), by which the drive generated by means of said motor (401 ) is transferred. This transmission component (402) is preferably a chain, belt, timing belt, or reducer. The invention comprises a main drive gear (403), to which the motion is transferred by means of said transmission component (402). On the other hand, it comprises a main motion transmitter (404) connected to the drive gear (403) and extending from the central point of the drive gear (403) to the region close to the top peak point (T) of the frame structure, along hi distance. Yet, this main motion transmitter (404) preferably comprises a chain, belt, or timing belt. A product inlet direction (304) of the shelves (300) is formed on the side of the base frame (200) facing the outer edge (500).
As can be seen in Figure 3, a free moving gear (405) is connected to the main motion transmitter (404) and positioned from the central point of the drive gear (403) to the region close to the top peak point (T) of the frame structure, along hi distance. Yet, in Figure 5, a plurality of connection arms (406) are shown, one end of which is connected to the main motion transmitter (404), while the other end is connected to the shelves (300). Said connection arms (406) have a triangular shape, in which the single connection point (4061 ) is connected to the shelves (300) and the double connection point (4062) is connected to the main motion transmitter (404). Said single connection point (4061 ) has a free rotating bearing (4063). A plurality of wheels (301 ) is formed at the outer edge surfaces
(302) of said shelves (300). The invention also comprises a motion extension
(303) providing an operating distance between the outer edge surface (302) of said shelves (300) and the rail frame (201 ). The rail frame (201 ) comprises radiused surfaces (203) with rounded four corners extending in a rectangular form from the base (Z) on which they are positioned.
The way of operation of the movable shelf system (1 00) is as follows. The first drive impact is formed by means of the motor (401 ) fixed on the base frame structure. This drive impact can preferably be guided via a manual lever, electric switch, remote control, or touch screen. The initial drive impact coming from the motor (401 ) is transmitted to the main drive gear (403) via a belt and pulley type transmission component (402). The rotational motion is transmitted to the main motion transmitter (404) by means of the drive gear (403). The main motion transmitter (404) is preferably a chain, and a plurality of connection arms (406) are mounted on this chain. The other end of the connection arms (406) is connected to the shelves (300). With the rotation of the main motion transmitter (404), the connection arms (406) found thereon also rotate, and thus rotate the shelves (300) to which they are connected, in a-direction or b-direction. This rotational motion operates with the logic of a Ferris wheel. Advancement of the shelves (300) on a line and within desired limits is ensured by means of wheels (301 ) and rail frame (201 ) and rail slots (202) in which the wheels (301 ) are guided. By means of placement of each wheel (301 ) in the rail slot (202), their movement is restricted within these limits along the rail frame (201 ) line.
Figure 7 shows a two-dimensional view of the bearing shaft (4064) positioned among the drive groups (400). The drive gear (403) is configured at both side areas of the movable shelf system (100). They are fixed by means of a bearing shaft (4064) in order to ensure rigid bearing and centering between both drive gears (403).
