本发明提出的基于智能电视的音频播放方法及装置,在播放电视节目的过程中,当同时接收来自多个终端发送的多个音频数据时,提取出音频数据及其对应的格式信息并进行存储,然后,将当前的电视节目调整为静音,将上述多个音频数据按照由小至大的顺序依次播放,本发明在依次播放同时接收到的多个音频时,将电视节目静音,解决了智能电视上同时接收到的多个音频播放时发生声音覆盖,导致电视端音频输出混乱的问题。

本发明提供一种基于智能电视的音频播放方法。
参照图1所示,为本发明基于智能电视的音频播放方法第一实施例的流程图。
在第一实施例中,该基于智能电视的音频播放方法包括:
步骤S10,当在播放电视节目的过程中,若同时接收到多个终端发送的语音文件,则从接收到的所述语音文件中提取音频数据及所述音频数据对应的格式信息并存储。
用户可以将手机或者平板电脑等移动终端通过蓝牙或者Wi-Fi与智能电视建立近场无线连接,在观看电视节目的过程中,可以将自己想要说的话通过手机录下来后,发送至电视端进行播放,当有多人在使用同一台电视端观看节目时,会出现在同一时间点或者在很短的时间间隔内将多个音频发送至电视端进行播放的情况。在本实施例中,将电视端同一时间点接收到或者在很短的时间间隔内接收到多个语音文件都认为是同时接收到,优选地,在0-3秒的时间间隔内接收到多个语音文件时,认为是同时接收到。
对于移动终端来说,设置有用于触发发送语音命令的控件,该控件有对应的状态开关存储器,当用户基于该控件触发发送语音命令,以向电视端发送语音文件时,状态开关存储器发送与该终端相对应的有效标识至电视端,电视端在接收到该有效标识后,可以根据该有效标识确定接收到的语音文件来自于建立近场无线连接的移动终端,并根据该有效标识确定接收到的语音文件是由于用户触发相应的控件发送的,用于在电视端进行播放的语音文件。该有效标识可以用于将其他发送至终端的语音文件进行区分。
在播放电视节目的过程中,同时接收到多个终端发送的语音文件时,从接收到的所述语音文件中提取音频数据及所述音频数据对应的格式信息并存储。用户在移动终端进行录音,并发送至电视端的语音文件中包含有具体的PCM(Pulse
Code
Modulation,脉冲编码调制)数字音频数据,以及声道模式、采样率等格式信息,当接收到语音文件后,从上述数据中提取音频数据。由于用户使用的移动终端不同,因此录制的音频文件的格式信息可能不同,例如单声道、双声道等。
步骤S20,将所述电视节目调整为静音模式。
由于用户在观看的电视节目本身就有声音输出,因此在播放音频数据时,先将电视节目调整为静音模式,本实施例中,电视端可以在获取到音频数据之后,直接将当前节目调整为静音模式,在其他实施例中,可以在一定的时间间隔内将当前节目的音量逐渐衰减为零。
步骤S30,按照所述音频数据由小至大的顺序,根据所述格式信息依次播放所述多个音频数据。
按照从各个语音文件中,提取出的音频数据的大小,由小至大依次将音频数据进行播放,以避免发送了较小数据的用户等待语音播放的时间过长。在其他实施例中,也可以当在预设时间间隔内接收到的多个语音文件的接收时间不同时,可以按照接收时间顺序进行播放,可以理解的是,在播放音频数据时,按照其对应的声道模式等格式信息进行播放。
进一步地,在步骤S30之前,该基于智能电视的音频播放方法还包括:
检测所述格式信息中是否均包含有所述音频数据对应的播放时长;
当检测到有所述格式信息未包含所述音频数据对应的播放时长时,执行所述按照所述音频数据由小至大的顺序,根据所述格式信息依次播放所述多个音频数据的步骤;
步骤S30之后,该基于智能电视的音频播放方法还包括:
当检测到所述格式信息中均包含有所述音频数据对应的播放时长时,按照所述音频数据的播放时长由短至长的顺序,根据所述格式信息依次播放所述多个音频数据。
从接收到的多个语音文件中提取出音频数据后,检测是否包含有对应的播放时长信息,不同移动终端录制的音频数据的格式不同,导致其播放时长与数据的大小并不是对应关系,而且根据终端的不同,有的语音文件的格式信息中可能没有包含播放时长,当检测到均包含有所述音频数据对应的播放时长时,按照音频数据由小至大的顺序播放。
本实施例提出的基于智能电视的音频播放方法,在播放电视节目的过程中,当同时接收来自多个终端发送的多个音频数据时,提取出音频数据及其对应的格式信息并进行存储,然后,将当前的电视节目调整为静音,将上述多个音频数据按照由小至大的顺序依次播放,本发明在依次播放同时接收到的多个音频时,将电视节目静音,解决了智能电视上接收到的多个音频播放时发生声音覆盖,导致电视端音频输出混乱的问题。
参照图2所示,基于发明基于智能电视的音频播放方法的第一实施例提出本发明基于智能电视的音频播放方法的第二实施例。在本实施例中,在步骤S10之后,该基于智能电视的音频播放方法还包括:
步骤S40,检测当前是否有所述终端发送的所述音频数据正在播放;
步骤S50,在检测到当前有所述终端发送的所述音频数据正在播放时,继续播放所述音频数据;
由于用户在观看电视节目的过程中,可能会多次向电视端发送语音文件,因此,在播放本次接收到的语音文件之前,可以先检测上次接收到的一个或者多个音频数据是否已经播放完成,如果正在播放,那么可以继续播放该音频文件。
当所述音频数据播放完成之后,执行步骤S30。
进一步地,执行步骤S30之前,该基于智能电视的音频播放方法还包括:
当所述音频数据播放完成之后,检测在同时接收到多个终端发送的语音文件的时间点之前是否存储有待播放音频数据;
当检测到存储有所述待播放音频数据时,播放接收到多个终端发送的语音文件的时间点之前存储的所述待播放音频数据;
在所述待播放音频数据播放完成之后,执行按照所述音频数据由小至大的顺序,根据所述格式信息依次播放所述多个音频数据的步骤。
其中,在上述当检测到存储有待播放音频数据时,播放存储的所述待播放音频数据的步骤中,如果检测到存储的待播放音频数据为同时接收到的多个语音文件中包含的音频数据时,播放存储的所述待播放音频数据的方法按照步骤S30执行。如果存储有多个不同时间点接收到的所述待播放音频数据时,按照存储的时间顺序依次播放所述待播放音频数据,在检测到上一时间点存储的待播放音频数据播放完成之后,播放下一个时间点存储的待播放音频数据,其中,将同时接收到的多个语音数据作为一个整体的音频数据组,在这个音频数据组的内部,按照音频数据的大小顺序进行播放,在该音频数据组全部播放完成之后,播放下一个时间点存储的待播放音频数据。
本实施例的方法,在一次只接受到一个终端发送的语音文件时,根据接收到的时间按照时间顺序,在播放完成一个音频数据之后再播放下一个音频数据,对于一次同时接收到多个语音文件的情况,可以将该多个语音文件视为一个整体的音频数据组,在该音频数据组内,将多个提取的音频数据按照音频数据由小至大的顺序或者音频数据的播放时长由短至长的顺序播放。这样,在用户观看电视节目的过程中,无论何时向电视端发送语音文件,都不会出现音频覆盖而导致声音输出出现混乱的现象。
基于发明基于智能电视的音频播放方法的第一实施例提出本发明基于智能电视的音频播放方法的第三实施例。在本实施例中,步骤S20包括:
获取静音调整的调整时长;在所述调整时长内,将所述电视节目的音量等比衰减至静音。
当用户正在观看电视节目时,如果突然将音量调至静音,会给观众造成不好的观看体验,因此,在进行音量调整时,可以缓慢地将音量调节至静音,本实施例中,调整时长可以由用户根据自己的需求提前设置,或者在电视机出厂之前设置一个默认的调整时长,例如2-5秒。在调节音量时,按照等比衰减的方式将当前节目的音量调节至静音。根据调整时长及当前音量计算等比系数,按照计算的到的等比系数将音量调节至静音。在其他实施例中,可以按照其他衰减方法,在调整时长内将音量调节至零。
进一步地,在步骤S30之后,该基于智能电视的音频播放方法还包括步骤:
当检测到所述多个音频数据播放结束之后,在所述调整时长内,将所述电视节目的音量从静音恢复至原始播放音量。
在其他实施例中,当检测到所述多个语音文件的格式信息中均包含有所述音频数据对应的播放时长时,将所述多个语音文件中播放时长最长或者播放时长最短的音频数据的播放时长作为所述电视节目进行静音调整的调整时长;在所述调整时长内,将所述电视节目的音量等比衰减至静音。
本实施例的方法,在进行当前节目的音量调整时,设置一定的调整时长,避免直接调至静音,给用户带来良好的观看体验。
本发明还提出一种基于智能电视的音频播放装置。
参照图3所示,为本发明基于智能电视的音频播放装置第一实施例的功能模块示意图。
在该实施例中,该基于智能电视的音频播放装置包括:
数据存储模块10,用于当在播放电视节目的过程中,若同时接收到多个终端发送的语音文件,则从接收到的所述语音文件中提取音频数据及所述音频数据对应的格式信息并存储。

对于移动终端来说,设置有用于触发发送语音命令的控件,该控件有对应的状态开关存储器,当用户基于该控件触发发送语音命令,以向电视端发送语音文件时,状态开关存储器发送与该终端相对应的有效标识至电视端,电视端在接收到该有效标识后,可以根据该有效标识确定接收到的语音文件来自于建立近场无线连接的移动终端,并根据该有效标识确定接收到的语音文件是由于用户触发相应的控件发送的,用于在电视端进行播放的语音文件。该有效标识可以用于将其他发送至终端的语音文件进行区分。
在播放电视节目的过程中,同时接收到多个终端发送的语音文件时,数据存储模块10从接收到的所述语音文件中提取音频数据及所述音频数据对应的格式信息并存储。用户在移动终端进行录音,并发送至电视端的语音文件中包含有具体的PCM(Pulse
Code
Modulation,脉冲编码调制)数字音频数据,以及声道模式、采样率等格式信息,当接收到语音文件后,从上述数据中提取音频数据。由于用户使用的移动终端不同,因此录制的音频文件的格式信息可能不同,例如单声道、双声道等。
静音调整模块20,用于将所述电视节目调整为静音模式。
由于用户在观看的电视节目本身就有声音输出,因此在播放音频数据时,静音调整模块20先将电视节目调整为静音模式,本实施例中,电视端可以在获取到音频数据之后,静音调整模块20直接将当前节目调整为静音模式,在其他实施例中,静音调整模块20也可以在一定的时间间隔内将当前节目的音量逐渐衰减为零。
音频播放模块30,用于当检测到有所述格式信息没有包含所述音频数据对应的播放时长时,按照所述音频数据由小至大的顺序,根据所述格式信息依次播放所述多个音频数据。
音频播放模块30按照从各个语音文件中,提取出的音频数据的大小,由小至大依次将音频数据进行播放,以避免发送了较小数据的用户等待语音播放的时间过长。在其他实施例中,也可以当在预设时间间隔内接收到的多个语音文件的接收时间不同时,可以按照接收时间顺序进行播放,可以理解的是,在播放音频数据时,按照其对应的声道模式等格式信息进行播放。

从接收到的多个语音文件中提取出音频数据后,时长检测模块检测是否包含有对应的播放时长信息,不同移动终端录制的音频数据的格式不同,导致其播放时长与数据的大小并不是对应关系,而且根据终端的不同,有的语音文件的格式信息中可能没有包含播放时长,当检测到均包含有所述音频数据对应的播放时长时,音频播放模块30按照音频数据由小至大的顺序播放。
本实施例提出的基于智能电视的音频播放装置,在播放电视节目的过程中,当同时接收来自多个终端发送的多个音频数据时,提取出音频数据及其对应的格式信息并进行存储,然后,将当前的电视节目调整为静音,将上述多个音频数据按照由小至大的顺序依次播放,本发明在依次播放同时接收到的多个音频时,将电视节目静音,解决了智能电视上接收到的多个音频播放时发生声音覆盖,导致电视端音频输出混乱的问题。
参照图4所示,基于发明基于智能电视的音频播放装置的第一实施例提出本发明基于智能电视的音频播放装置的第二实施例。在本实施例中,该基于智能电视的音频播放装置还包括:
音频检测模块40,用于检测当前是否有所述终端发送的所述音频数据正在播放。
音频播放模块30,还用于在检测到当前有所述终端发送的所述音频数据正在播放时,继续播放所述音频数据。
由于用户在观看电视节目的过程中,会多次向电视端发送语音文件,因此,在播放本次接收到的语音文件之前,可以先检测上次接收到的一个或者多个音频数据是否已经播放完成,如果正在播放,那么可以继续播放该音频文件。
音频播放模块30,还用于在所述待播放音频数据播放完成之后,按照所述音频数据由小至大的顺序,根据所述格式信息依次播放所述多个音频数据。

其中,在文件检测模块检测到存储有待播放音频数据时,如果检测到存储的待播放音频数据为同时接收到的多个语音文件中包含的音频数据时,按照音频数据由小至大的顺序播放所述待播放音频数据。如果存储有多个不同时间点接收到的所述待播放音频数据时,按照存储的时间顺序依次播放所述待播放音频数据,在检测到上一时间点存储的待播放音频数据播放完成之后,音频播放模块30播放下一个时间点存储的待播放音频数据,其中,将同时接收到的多个语音数据作为一个整体的音频数据组,在这个音频数据组的内部,按照音频数据的大小顺序进行播放,在该音频数据组全部播放完成之后,播放下一个时间点存储的待播放音频数据。
本实施例的装置,在一次只接受到一个终端发送的语音文件时,根据接收到的时间按照时间顺序,在播放完成一个音频数据之后再播放下一个音频数据,对于一次同时接收到多个语音文件的情况,可以将该多个语音文件视为一个整体的音频数据组,在该音频数据组内,将多个提取的音频数据按照音频数据由小至大的顺序或者音频数据的播放时长由短至长的顺序播放。这样,在用户观看电视节目的过程中,无论何时向电视端发送语音文件,都不会出现音频覆盖而导致声音输出出现混乱的现象。
基于发明基于智能电视的音频播放装置的第一实施例提出本发明基于智能电视的音频播放装置的第三实施例。在本实施例中,静音调整模块20,还用于获取静音调整的调整时长;在所述调整时长内,将所述电视节目的音量等比衰减至静音。

在其他实施例中,静音调整模块20,还用于当检测到所述多个语音文件的格式信息中均包含有所述音频数据对应的播放时长时,将所述多个语音文件中播放时长最长或者播放时长最短的音频数据的播放时长作为所述电视节目进行静音调整的调整时长;在所述调整时长内,将所述电视节目的音量等比衰减至静音。
本实施例的装置,在进行当前节目的音量调整时,设置一定的调整时长,避免直接调至静音,给用户带来良好的观看体验。

- 一种基于智能电视的音频播放方法,其特征在于,所述基于智能电视的音频播放方法包括:当在播放电视节目的过程中,若同时接收到多个终端发送的语音文件,则从接收到的所述语音文件中提取音频数据及所述音频数据对应的格式信息并存储;将所述电视节目调整为静音模式;检测当前是否有所述终端发送的所述音频数据正在播放;在检测到当前有所述终端发送的所述音频数据正在播放时,继续播放所述音频数据;当所述音频数据播放完成之后,检测在同时接收到多个终端发送的语音文件的时间点之前是否存储有待播放音频数据;当检测到存储有所述待播放音频数据时,播放接收到多个终端发送的语音文件的时间点之前存储的所述待播放音频数据;在所述待播放音频数据播放完成之后,检测所述格式信息中是否均包含有所述音频数据对应的播放时长;当检测到有所述格式信息未包含所述音频数据对应的播放时长时,按照所述音频数据由小至大的顺序,根据所述格式信息依次播放所述多个音频数据;当检测到所述格式信息中均包含有所述音频数据对应的播放时长时,按照所述音频数据的播放时长由短至长的顺序,根据所述格式信息依次播放所述多个音频数据。

- 一种基于智能电视的音频播放方法,其特征在于,所述基于智能电视的音频播放方法包括:当在播放电视节目的过程中,若同时接收到多个终端发送的语音文件,则从接收到的所述语音文件中提取音频数据及所述音频数据对应的格式信息并存储;将所述电视节目调整为静音模式;按照所述音频数据由小至大的顺序,根据所述格式信息依次播放所述多个音频数据。
- 根据权利要求3所述的基于智能电视的音频播放方法,其特征在于,所述按照所述音频数据由小至大的顺序,根据所述格式信息依次播放所述多个音频数据的步骤之前,所述基于智能电视的音频播放方法还包括:检测所述格式信息中是否均包含有所述音频数据对应的播放时长;当检测到有所述格式信息未包含所述音频数据对应的播放时长时,执行所述按照所述音频数据由小至大的顺序,根据所述格式信息依次播放所述多个音频数据的步骤;所述检测所述格式信息中是否都包含有所述音频数据对应的播放时长的步骤之后,所述基于智能电视的音频播放方法还包括:当检测到所述格式信息中均包含有所述音频数据对应的播放时长时,按照所述音频数据的播放时长由短至长的顺序,根据所述格式信息依次播放所述多个音频数据。
- 根据权利要求3所述的基于智能电视的音频播放方法,其特征在于,所述当在播放电视节目的过程中,若同时接收到多个终端发送的语音文件,则从接收到的所述语音文件中提取音频数据及所述音频数据对应的格式信息并存储的步骤之后,所述基于智能电视的音频播放方法还包括步骤:检测当前是否有所述终端发送的所述音频数据正在播放;在检测到当前有所述终端发送的所述音频数据正在播放时,继续播放所述音频数据;当所述音频数据播放完成之后,执行按照所述音频数据由小至大的顺序,根据所述格式信息依次播放所述多个音频数据的步骤。
- 根据权利要求5所述的基于智能电视的音频播放方法,其特征在于,所述按照所述音频数据由小至大的顺序,根据所述格式信息依次播放所述多个音频数据的步骤之前,所述基于智能电视的音频播放方法还包括步骤:当所述音频数据播放完成之后,检测在同时接收到多个终端发送的语音文件的时间点之前是否存储有待播放音频数据;当检测到存储有所述待播放音频数据时,播放接收到多个终端发送的语音文件的时间点之前存储的所述待播放音频数据;在所述待播放音频数据播放完成之后,执行按照所述音频数据由小至大的顺序,根据所述格式信息依次播放所述多个音频数据的步骤。
- 根据权利要求3所述的基于智能电视的音频播放方法,其特征在于,所述将电视节目调整为静音模式的步骤包括:获取静音调整的调整时长;在所述调整时长内,将所述电视节目的音量等比衰减至静音。
- 根据权利要求4所述的基于智能电视的音频播放方法,其特征在于,所述将电视节目调整为静音模式的步骤包括:获取静音调整的调整时长;在所述调整时长内,将所述电视节目的音量等比衰减至静音。
- 根据权利要求3所述的基于智能电视的音频播放方法,其特征在于,所述按照所述音频数据由小至大的顺序,根据所述格式信息依次播放所述多个音频数据的步骤之后,所述智能电视的音频播放方法还包括步骤:当检测到所述多个音频数据播放结束之后,在所述调整时长内,将所述电视节目的音量从静音恢复至原始播放音量。
- 根据权利要求7所述的基于智能电视的音频播放方法,其特征在于,所述按照所述音频数据由小至大的顺序,根据所述格式信息依次播放所述多个音频数据的步骤之后,所述智能电视的音频播放方法还包括步骤:当检测到所述多个音频数据播放结束之后,在所述调整时长内,将所述电视节目的音量从静音恢复至原始播放音量。
- 一种基于智能电视的音频播放装置,其特征在于,所述基于智能电视的音频播放装置包括:数据存储模块,用于当在播放电视节目的过程中,若同时接收到多个终端发送的语音文件,则从接收到的所述语音文件中提取音频数据及所述音频数据对应的格式信息并存储;静音调整模块,用于将所述电视节目调整为静音模式;音频播放模块,用于按照所述音频数据由小至大的顺序,根据所述格式信息依次播放所述多个音频数据。
- 根据权利要求11所述的基于智能电视的音频播放装置,其特征在于,所述基于智能电视的音频播放装置还包括:时长检测模块,用于检测所述格式信息中是否均包含有所述音频数据对应的播放时长;所述音频播放模块,还用于当检测到有所述格式信息未包含所述音频数据对应的播放时长时,所述按照所述音频数据由小至大的顺序,根据所述格式信息依次播放所述多个音频数据;所述音频播放模块,还用于当检测到所述格式信息中均包含有所述音频数据对应的播放时长时,按照所述音频数据的播放时长由短至长的顺序,根据所述格式信息依次播放所述多个音频数据。
- 根据权利要求11所述的基于智能电视的音频播放装置,其特征在于,所述基于智能电视的音频播放装置还包括:音频检测模块,用于检测当前是否有所述终端发送的所述音频数据正在播放;所述音频播放模块,还用于在检测到当前有所述终端发送的所述音频数据正在播放时,继续播放所述音频数据;所述音频播放模块,还用于当所述音频数据播放完成之后,按照所述音频数据由小至大的顺序,根据所述格式信息依次播放所述多个音频数据。
- 根据权利要求13所述的基于智能电视的音频播放装置,其特征在于,所述基于智能电视的音频播放装置还包括:文件检测模块,用于当所述音频数据播放完成之后,检测在同时接收到多个终端发送的语音文件的时间点之前是否存储有待播放音频数据;所述音频播放模块,还用于当检测到存储有所述待播放音频数据时,播放接收到多个终端发送的语音文件的时间点之前存储的所述待播放音频数据;所述音频播放模块,还用于在所述待播放音频数据播放完成之后,按照所述音频数据由小至大的顺序,根据所述格式信息依次播放所述多个音频数据。
- 根据权利要求13所述的基于智能电视的音频播放装置,其特征在于,所述静音调整模块还用于在预设的调整时长内,将所述电视节目的音量等比衰减至静音。
- 根据权利要求14所述的基于智能电视的音频播放装置,其特征在于,所述静音调整模块还用于在预设的调整时长内,将所述电视节目的音量等比衰减至静音。
- 根据权利要求11所述的基于智能电视的音频播放装置,其特征在于,所述静音调整模块,还用于当检测到所述多个音频数据播放结束之后,在所述调整时长内,将所述电视节目的音量从静音恢复至原始播放音量。
