Description

本发明涉及一种医用缝合钉,具体是一种用于包皮环切的缝合钉。
背景技术
国家知识产权局于2015年7月8日公开了公开号为104758018A,专利名称为缝合钉的专利,该专利涉及一种缝合钉,包括第一钉体及第二钉体,第一钉体与第二钉体相互缠绕形成螺旋部;第一钉体及第二钉体位于螺旋部同一侧的一端分别沿与螺旋部垂直的方向相向延伸形成第一钉冠部及第二钉冠部;第一钉体及第二钉体位于螺旋部同一侧的另一端分别沿与螺旋部平行的方向间隔延伸形成第一钉腿部及第二钉腿部。上述缝合钉具有缝合组织紧密、成型优良,并且还适用于相对较厚的组织和器官的外科缝合中等特点。上述专利与本专利的结构完全不同。
国家知识产权局于2013年11月27日公开了公开号为103405264A,专利名称为用于包皮环切的特征缝合钉的专利,它包括钉脚和连接梁,其结构特点是钉脚为细长结构,若干个钉脚连接在特征形状的连接梁上,所述的连接梁特征形状包括椭圆形、半椭圆形、矩形、半矩形或其它特征形状结构;本发明主要作用是将包皮环切后的术口一次性进行缝合,在被推向前行过程中可稳定方向,受力均匀,缝合精准,术后可防止组织包裹,同时面下组织对梁面的长时间缓推作用可促进整个缝合钉的自行脱落。还以利于术口止血、对合整齐和加快愈合。
上述专利是本公司研发的,上述专利的连接梁的特征形状包括椭圆形、半椭圆形、矩形、半矩形或其它特征形状结构,故在防止组织包裹方面有一定的作用,但影响了缝合效果;另外,上述专利的钉脚与连接梁是垂直的,而不是一个扩口,故在穿入皮肤,且没有接触到钉砧时,就发生了变形弯曲,从而影响了缝合的成功率。本专利是对上述的专利的改进。

发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种有助于钉体的脱落并且能大大提高了缝合手术的成功率的带有钉体助脱板的外扩式医用缝合钉。
为实现上述目的,本发明所采用的技术方案是:
一种带有钉体助脱板的外扩式医用缝合钉,包括杆状钉角和钉梁,杆状钉角和钉梁的截面都是长方形结构,两个杆状钉角和一个钉梁构成“П”结构,所述杆状钉角和钉梁连接处的拐角为圆弧角;所述钉梁上设有钉体助脱板,所述钉体助脱板的侧面与钉梁的上侧面或下侧面对接,并且钉体助脱板的前后板面分别与钉梁的前后侧面平齐。
进一步地,所述两个杆状钉角、一个钉梁和钉体助脱板一体成型。
进一步地,所述杆状钉角和钉梁连接处的拐角的外侧的圆弧角的半径为0.45mm,内侧的圆弧角的半径为0.3mm。
进一步地,使两个杆状钉角向外倾斜呈外扩状,且两个杆状钉角的端部外侧的角被切除形成角尖,并使杆状钉角的端部外侧形成一个斜面。
进一步地,角尖的夹角为42°。
进一步地,所述两个杆状钉角和一个钉梁的夹角为91°~100°。
进一步地,所述钉体助脱板上的两个拐角为圆弧角,所述圆弧角的半径为0.2mm。

进一步地,所述两个杆状钉角、一个钉梁和钉体助脱板都是由316L不锈钢材料制成。
本发明的有益效果:
由于增设了钉体助脱板,从而增加了钉梁与人体皮肤的接触面积,从而有效防止了人体的皮将钉梁包裹的情况,有助于钉体的脱落;
由于将两个杆状钉角向外倾斜呈外扩状,能防止钉角扎入皮肤的过程中向内折弯;并且两个杆状钉角的端部外侧的角被切除形成角尖,使杆状钉角的端部外侧形成一个斜面,当杆状钉角触及到钉砧上的弧形槽时,就会有一个向内的推力,从而使外扩的两个杆状钉角向内折弯,这种设计保证钉角只有遇到钉砧时才向内折弯,否则不会向内折弯,从而大大提高了缝合手术的成功率;
由于将所有拐角都设计成圆弧角的形式,以免伤皮肤,使缝合钉更加安全可靠;
另外,值得强调的是,钉梁和钉体助脱板的尺寸,是经过多次实验而得到的最佳数据,如果钉体助脱板尺寸过小,则会不起使用,如果过大,则会影响缝合效果。

如图1、2、3所示,一种带有钉体助脱板的外扩式医用缝合钉,包括杆状钉角1、钉梁2和杆状钉角3,杆状钉角1和钉梁2的截面都是长方形结构,两个杆状钉角1和一个钉梁2构成“П”结构,所述杆状钉角1和杆状钉角3分别与钉梁2连接处的拐角的外侧的圆弧角4的半径为0.45mm,内侧的圆弧角5的半径为0.3mm;所述钉梁2上设有钉体助脱板6,所述钉体助脱板6的侧面与钉梁2的上侧面或下侧面对接,并且钉体助脱板6的前后板面分别与钉梁2的前后侧面平齐,也就是说,钉体助脱板6和钉梁2的厚度相同。
杆状钉角1、钉梁2、杆状钉角3和钉体助脱板6都是由316L不锈钢材料制成,加工时,杆状钉角1、钉梁2、杆状钉角3和钉体助脱板6一体成型。
杆状钉角1和杆状钉角3分别与钉梁2的夹角为91°~100°,使杆状钉角1和杆状钉角3向外倾斜呈外扩状,并且杆状钉角1和杆状钉角3的端部外侧7的角被切除形成角尖,角尖的夹角A为42°,并使杆状钉角的端部外侧形成一个斜面,当杆状钉角触及到钉砧上的弧形槽时,就会有一个向内的推力,从而使外扩的两个杆状钉角向内折弯。
钉体助脱板的长度为2±0.02mm,宽度为0.83±0.02mm,厚度为0.15mm,钉体助脱板上的两个拐角8为圆弧角,圆弧角的半径为0.2mm;所述钉梁的长度为3.46mm,宽度为0.4±0.03mm,厚度为0.15mm。

  1. 一种带有钉体助脱板的外扩式医用缝合钉,包括杆状钉角和钉梁,杆状钉角和钉梁的截面都是长方形结构,两个杆状钉角和一个钉梁构成“П”结构,其特征在于:所述杆状钉角和钉梁连接处的拐角为圆弧角;所述钉梁上设有钉体助脱板,所述钉体助脱板的侧面与钉梁的上侧面或下侧面对接,并且钉体助脱板的前后板面分别与钉梁的前后侧面平齐。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的带有钉体助脱板的外扩式医用缝合钉,其特征在于:所述两个杆状钉角、一个钉梁和钉体助脱板一体成型。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的带有钉体助脱板的外扩式医用缝合钉,其特征在于:所述杆状钉角和钉梁连接处的拐角的外侧的圆弧角的半径为0.45mm,内侧的圆弧角的半径为0.3mm。
  4. 根据权利要求1至3任一项所述的带有钉体助脱板的外扩式医用缝合钉,其特征在于:两个杆状钉角向外倾斜呈外扩状,且两个杆状钉角的端部外侧的角被切除形成角尖,并使杆状钉角的端部外侧形成一个斜面。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的带有钉体助脱板的外扩式医用缝合钉,其特征在于:所述两个杆状钉角和一个钉梁的夹角为91°~100°。
