背景技术
冰箱的门体一般通过铰链连接于箱体,铰链通常包括铰链板和和连接在铰链板上的铰链轴。铰链板一般通过螺钉固定在箱体上,门体可枢转地连接在铰链轴上,可实现枢转运动。
现有技术通常在铰链板上设置一组铰链孔,以便于螺钉固定。为使铰链板的位置稳固不出现偏斜,通常使铰链孔的孔径设置为与螺钉孔的公称直径相匹配。但这样会使铰链板的位置不可调,一旦铰链孔的加工误差较大或在冰箱售后使用时出现意外情况使门体偏斜,很难通过调整铰链板的位置来校正门体。
发明内容
本发明的一个目的是要提供一种用于冰箱的铰链组件,以使铰链板能够稳固地连接于箱体,且便于在门体出现偏斜时通过调整铰链板的位置来校正门体。
本发明的另一个目的是要提供一种包括上述铰链组件的冰箱。
本发明的第三个目的是要提供一种冰箱的装配方法。
一方面,本发明提供了一种用于冰箱的铰链组件,冰箱包括箱体和门体,铰链组件包括:铰链轴,可转动地连接于门体;和铰链板,连接铰链轴,并通过多个螺钉可拆卸地安装于箱体,铰链板具有多个预装铰链孔和多个调节铰链孔,其中,调节铰链孔的孔径大于预装铰链孔的孔径,以使螺钉通过预装铰链孔紧固于箱体后,发生门体与箱体出现偏斜时将至少部分螺钉改由通过调节铰链孔紧固于箱体,以便调节铰链板与箱体之间的位置关系。

图1是根据本发明一个实施例的用于冰箱的铰链组件的结构示意图,图2是根据本发明一个实施例的冰箱的示意性俯视图,图3是图2所示冰箱的示意性爆炸图。如图1至图3所示,铰链组件100包括铰链轴110和铰链板120,铰链板120为板状,可通过多个螺钉(未图示)可拆卸地安装于箱体200,具体可安装箱体200的顶部外壁或底部外壁。铰链轴110沿竖直方向设置在铰链板120的一端,用于可转动地连接于门体300,具体可设置在门体300的顶部或底部的枢转孔310内,以便门体300枢转运动从而打开或关闭箱体200。
为便于螺钉固定,铰链板120设置有两组铰链孔,分别包括多个预装铰链孔121和多个调节铰链孔122,其中调节铰链孔122的孔径大于预装铰链孔121的孔径。在冰箱101的装配过程中,优先将螺钉通过预装铰链孔121紧固于箱体200(箱体200上可开设对应的螺纹孔),因为孔径较小,螺钉锁紧后铰链板120十分稳固,不易移动,使门体300不易出现偏斜。而在一些情况下,如预装铰链孔121出现了较大的加工误差或冰箱101使用过程造成门体300意外偏斜时,可将至少部分螺钉由预装铰链孔121处拆卸,改由通过调节铰链孔122紧固于箱体200,因为调节铰链孔122的孔径较大,便于通过调整铰链板120与箱体200之间的位置关系来校正门体300。
在具体的调节过程中,可根据门体300的偏斜程度来选择需拆卸的螺钉的数量。例如在门体300偏斜较严重时,可将所有装配在预装铰链孔121上的螺钉拆卸,并全部改装在调节铰链孔122处。如门体300偏斜较轻,可只将预装铰链孔121上一部分螺钉拆卸下来并改装至调节铰链孔122处,剩余一部分不拆卸(可优选剩余一个),也可满足调整铰链板120位置的要求。
本发明人发现,为使铰链板120的位置可调,本领域技术人员通常着眼于改进现有的铰链孔,包括增大铰链孔的孔径或将铰链孔设置为多种形状(如椭圆孔、长条孔);或者增大铰链轴110与门体300的枢转孔310的配合间隙,以在便对门体300的偏斜进行校正。但是本发明人特别发现,直接增大现有铰链孔或枢转孔310的孔径虽然便于调节,但因为其与螺钉配合间隙加大,在冰箱101的运输过程中,门体300受到较大振动后极易出现偏斜,其发 生概率甚至大于在装配过程中出现门体偏斜的概率。
鉴于以上原因,本实施例特别使预装铰链孔121维持在较小孔径,以便铰链板120稳固地固定,从而尽量避免在冰箱101运输过程中出现门体偏斜。同时增设较大孔径的调节铰链孔122,以在冰箱101的装配或售后使用期间,方便对门体300可能出现的意外偏斜进行校正。
预装铰链孔121可为圆孔,其孔径与螺钉的公称直径相匹配,以使铰链板120稳固固定。调节铰链孔122可为圆孔或腰型孔或其他多种形状,其大小设置为应使铰链板120具有合理的调节空间,例如孔径设置为螺钉的公称直径的1.2倍以上。例如使用M4螺钉时,可将预装铰链孔121的孔径设置为4.4mm,将调节铰链孔122的孔径设置为6mm。预装铰链孔121的数量可为3个,并在铰链板120上呈三角形分布,以使铰链板120稳固固定。同理,调节铰链孔122的数量也可为3个,并在铰链板120上呈三角形分布。
铰链板120固定在箱体200时,可使其连接有铰链轴110的部分伸出在箱体200的前侧形成悬臂结构,因此铰链板120需承担门体300的部分重力,所以可使铰链板120上形成有多个加强筋126,以增强其刚度。
图4是图3所示冰箱中的加强件的结构示意图。如图3和图4所示,在部分实施例中,箱体200的壁厚较薄时,将螺钉直接拧紧在箱体200上可能无法达到强度要求,因此可使铰链组件100还包括加强件130,加强件130与铰链板120分别设置于箱体200的内壁和外壁。加强件130可具有较大刚度,如采用金属材料制作,其上开设有多个螺纹孔(如螺纹孔131和螺纹孔132),以便允许螺钉穿透箱体200拧紧在螺纹孔中,从而将铰链板120稳固地固定于箱体200。同时,在箱体200的对应位置需开设多个通孔(如通孔210和通孔220)以允许螺钉穿过。
优选地,加强件130上可形成有多个朝铰链板120的方向延伸的定位柱133,分别嵌设在箱体200开设的多个开孔内,以使加强件130定位于箱体200,防止加强件130相对与箱体200移动。定位柱133的端部与铰链板120无接触,以避免影响到铰链板120的位置调节过程。多个定位柱133可分别与多个预装铰链孔121的位置相对应,此时定位柱133嵌设在通孔210内,且定位柱133上开设有与螺钉配合的螺纹孔131,以使螺纹孔131的长度增加,增强螺纹紧固的可靠性。
本发明实施例还提供了一种冰箱101。如图2和图3所示,冰箱101包括箱体200、至少一个门体300和至少一个上述的铰链组件100。其中,铰链组件100的铰链板120通过多个预装铰链孔121或多个调节铰链孔122固定于箱体200,门体300可枢转地连接在铰链轴 110上,以便于转动打开或关闭箱体200。
图5是根据本发明一个实施例的冰箱的装配方法的示意图,如图所示,本发明实施例还提供了一种冰箱的装配方法,用于装配上述的冰箱101,该装配方法包括以下步骤:
步骤S502:门体预装步骤,将铰链轴110连接于门体300,并将螺钉通过预装铰链孔121旋入箱体200,调整门体300至正确位置后锁紧螺钉;
步骤S504:门体检测步骤,检测门体300相对于箱体200的位置,确定其是否出现偏斜;
步骤S506:位置调节步骤,如经检测发现门体300的位置出现偏斜,将至少部分螺钉由预装铰链孔121处拆卸,改为通过调节铰链孔122旋入箱体200,在螺钉拧紧过程中调整门体300至正确位置后将螺钉锁紧。
至此,本领域技术人员应认识到,虽然本文已详尽示出和描述了本发明的多个示例性实施例,但是,在不脱离本发明精神和范围的情况下,仍可根据本发明公开的内容直接确定或推导出符合本发明原理的许多其他变型或修改。因此,本发明的范围应被理解和认定为覆盖了所有这些其他变型或修改。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种用于冰箱的铰链组件,所述冰箱包括箱体和门体,其特征在于,所述铰链组件包括:
    铰链轴,可转动地连接于所述门体;和
    铰链板,连接所述铰链轴,并通过多个螺钉可拆卸地安装于所述箱体,所述铰链板具有:
    多个预装铰链孔和多个调节铰链孔,
    其中,所述调节铰链孔的孔径大于所述预装铰链孔的孔径,以使所述螺钉通过所述预装铰链孔紧固于所述箱体后,所述门体与所述箱体出现偏斜时将至少部分所述螺钉改由通过所述调节铰链孔紧固于所述箱体,以便调节所述铰链板与所述箱体之间的位置关系。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的铰链组件,其特征在于,
    所述预装铰链孔为圆孔,孔径与所述螺钉的公称直径相匹配,且
    所述调节铰链孔为圆孔或腰型孔,孔径为所述螺钉的公称直径的1.2倍以上。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的铰链组件,其特征在于,
    所述预装铰链孔的数量为3个,在所述铰链板上呈三角形分布。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的铰链组件,其特征在于,
    所述调节铰链孔的数量为3个,在所述铰链板上呈三角形分布。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的铰链组件,其特征在于,
    所述铰链板上形成有多个加强筋。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的铰链组件,其特征在于,还包括:
    加强件,与所述铰链板分别设置于所述箱体的内壁和外壁,其上开设有多个螺纹孔,以便允许所述螺钉穿透所述箱体拧紧在所述螺纹孔中,从而将所述铰链板固定于所述箱体。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的铰链组件,其特征在于,
    所述加强件上形成有多个朝所述铰链板的方向延伸的定位柱,多个所述定位柱分别嵌设在所述箱体开设的多个开孔内,以使所述加强件定位于所述箱体。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的铰链组件,其特征在于,
    多个所述定位柱分别与多个所述预装铰链孔的位置相对应,且所述定位柱上开设有与所述螺钉配合的螺纹孔。
  9. 一种冰箱,包括箱体和至少一个门体,其特征在于,还包括:
    至少一个根据权利要求1-8中任一项所述的铰链组件,
    所述铰链板通过所述多个预装铰链孔或所述多个调节铰链孔固定于所述箱体,所述门体可枢转地连接在所述铰链轴上。
  10. 一种冰箱的装配方法,用于装配根据权利要求9所述的冰箱,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
    门体预装步骤,将所述铰链轴连接于所述门体,并将所述螺钉通过所述预装铰链孔旋入所述箱体,调整所述门体至正确位置后锁紧;
    门体检测步骤,检测所述门体相对于所述箱体的位置,确定其是否出现偏斜;
    位置调节步骤,如经检测发现所述门体的位置出现偏斜,将至少部分所述螺钉拆卸,改为通过所述调节铰链孔旋入所述箱体,在所述螺钉拧紧过程中调整所述门体至正确位置后,将所述螺钉锁紧。
