Abstract

本发明公开了一种电视频道的识别方法，包括：在进入频道识别模式后，监测是否存在频道按键操作；当监测到频道按键操作时，判断预设频道按键表中是否存在频道按键操作所对应的按键值；当频道按键表中存在频道按键操作所对应的按键值时，根据按键值，查询频道按键表以获得与按键值相对应的频道号；根据频道号，查询本地电视频道列表以将频道号所对应的电视频道作为识别结果。本发明还公开了一种电视频道的识别装置。本发明可以减少通过识别台标来识别电视频道的识别动作，从而提高对电视频道的识别速度，通过识别电视频道以进行用户行为习惯的收集与统计，从而快速为用户提供相应智能服务，提高用户对产品的满意度。

电视频道的识别方法及装置
技术领域
本发明涉及电视机领域，尤其涉及电视频道的识别方法及装置。
背景技术
目前智能电视机为了更加智能的预测用户的使用习惯，智能电视系统将会相应收集用户的一些操作行为习惯，以用于如分析并统计用户观看的节目、频道、时间等，从而便于有针对性的开展一些广告推送、消息提醒和新闻动态发布等功能。但在某些情况下，智能电视机却并不知道当前播放节目的频道信息，比如智能电视机接收模拟信号或者接收机顶盒传输的信号时。因此需要通过某些方式来识别当前的电视频道。由于不同电视频道所使用的台标不同，因此可通过识别电视视频画面中的台标来识别电视频道。但目前的台标识别主要存在有两方面的问题：
一是台标识别的方式。目前主要是通过截取视频画面或屏幕图像，然后再通过图像分析并与相近的电视台标进行对比，从而判断当前用户所观看的电视频道并获得与其相对应的台标。但由于电视背景画面的存在，且同时这些背景画面是不断变化的，从而导致在通过图像分析识别而获取台标时往往需要进行多次对比，并待结果一致后才能做出判断，因此耗时较长；
二是台标识别的开始时间。目前主要是在黑屏、声音切换、停顿等情况下开始进行台标识别。而在用户没任何操作时，对上述各情况的识别动作将增大系统资源、功耗开销。
上述通过识别台标来电视频道的识别方式对于用户行为的收集效率不高，从而影响进行如节目推荐、新闻动态发布等服务，进而影响用户使用体验。
发明内容
本发明的主要目的在于提供一种电视频道的识别方法及装置，旨在提高电视频道的识别效率并减少电视系统的资源及功耗开销。
为实现上述目的，本发明提供一种电视频道的识别方法，所述电视频道的识别方法包括：
在进入频道识别模式后，监测是否存在频道按键操作；
当监测到频道按键操作时，判断预设频道按键表中是否存在所述频道按键操作所对应的按键值；
当所述频道按键表中不存在所述频道按键操作所对应的按键值时，启动台标识别模式并截取当前节目的画面图像进行台标识别；
当识别到当前节目所对应的台标时，将所述台标所对应的电视频道作为识别结果；
当所述频道按键表中存在所述频道按键操作所对应的按键值时，根据所述按键值，查询所述频道按键表以获得与所述按键值相对应的频道号；
根据所述频道号，查询本地电视频道列表以将所述频道号所对应的电视频道作为识别结果。
优选地，所述当识别到当前节目画面所对应的台标时，将所述台标所对应的电视频道作为识别结果之后包括：
根据所述台标所对应的电视频道，查询本地电视频道列表以获得与所述台标所对应的电视频道相对应的频道号；
将所述按键值及与所述台标所对应的电视频道相对应的频道号添加到所述频道按键表中。
优选地，在查询本地电视频道列表之前包括：
检测是否存在本地电视频道列表；
若不存在，则从电视网络中重新获取本地电视频道列表。

为实现上述目的，本发明提供的一种电视频道的识别方法，所述电视频道的识别方法包括：
在进入频道识别模式后，监测是否存在频道按键操作；
当监测到频道按键操作时，判断预设频道按键表中是否存在所述频道按键操作所对应的按键值；
当所述频道按键表中存在所述频道按键操作所对应的按键值时，根据所述按键值，查询所述频道按键表以获得与所述按键值相对应的频道号；
根据所述频道号，查询本地电视频道列表以将所述频道号所对应的电视频道作为识别结果。
优选地，所述当监测到频道按键操作时，判断预设频道按键表中是否存在所述频道按键操作所对应的按键值之后包括：
当所述频道按键表中不存在所述频道按键操作所对应的按键值时，启动台标识别模式并截取当前节目的画面图像进行台标识别；
当识别到当前节目所对应的台标时，将所述台标所对应的电视频道作为识别结果。
优选地，所述当识别到当前节目画面所对应的台标时，将所述台标所对应的电视频道作为识别结果之后包括：
根据所述台标所对应的电视频道，查询本地电视频道列表以获得与所述台标所对应的电视频道相对应的频道号；
将所述按键值及与所述台标所对应的电视频道相对应的频道号添加到所述频道按键表中。
优选地，在查询本地电视频道列表之前包括：
检测是否存在本地电视频道列表；
若不存在，则从电视网络中重新获取本地电视频道列表。
进一步地，为实现上述目的，本发明还提供一种电视频道的识别装置，所述电视频道的识别装置包括：
监测模块，用于在进入频道识别模式后，监测是否存在频道按键操作；
判断模块，用于当监测到频道按键操作时，判断预设频道按键表中是否存在所述频道按键操作所对应的按键值；
第一查询模块，用于当所述频道按键表中存在所述频道按键操作所对应的按键值时，根据所述按键值，查询所述频道按键表以获得与所述按键值相对应的频道号；
第二查询模块，用于根据所述频道号，查询本地电视频道列表以将所述频道号所对应的电视频道作为识别结果。
优选地，所述电视频道的识别装置还包括：
台标识别模块，用于当所述频道按键表中不存在所述频道按键操作所对应的按键值时，启动台标识别模式并截取当前节目的画面图像进行台标识别；以及当识别到当前节目所对应的台标时，将所述台标所对应的电视频道作为识别结果。
优选地，所述电视频道的识别装置还包括：
第三查询模块，用于根据所述台标所对应的电视频道，查询本地电视频道列表以获得与所述台标所对应的电视频道相对应的频道号；
添加模块，用于将所述按键值及与所述台标所对应的电视频道相对应的频道号添加到所述频道按键表中。
优选地，所述电视频道的识别装置还包括：
记录模块，用于当识别到当前节目所对应的台标时，记录所述按键值；
清除模块，用于当所述按键值添加到所述频道按键表中后，清除所述按键值。
优选地，所述电视频道的识别装置还包括：
检测模块，用于检测是否存在本地电视频道列表；
获取模块，用于当不存在本地电视频道列表时，从电视网络中重新获取本地电视频道列表。
为实现上述目的，本发明还提供一种电视机，所述电视机包括上述任一项所述的电视频道的识别装置。
本发明通过查询预设的频道按键列表，从而获得用户按键操作所相应的频道号；同时，由于同一频道号所对应的电视频道可能不同，因此，需要通过查询本地电视频道列表，从而获得与频道号相对应的电视频道。上述电视频道的识别方式并不需要进行台标的识别，也即减少了通过识别台标来识别电视频道的识别动作，从而提高对电视频道的识别速度，通过识别电视频道以进行用户行为习惯的收集与统计，从而快速为用户提供相应智能服务，提升用户对产品的满意度。此外，进一步地，若用户的按键操作并没有被预先保存在频道按键列表中，则需要通过现有的识别台标的方式进行电视频道的识别，并将识别到的电视频道所对应的频道号与用户按键操作所对应的按键值保存在频道按键列表中，从而减少了需要进行台标识别的动作，进一步保证了本发明方法的实用性。

具体实施方式
应当理解，此处所描述的具体实施例仅用以解释本发明，并不用于限定本发明。
参照图1，图1为本发明电视频道的识别方法第一实施例的流程示意图。本实施例中，所述电视频道的识别方法包括：
步骤S110，在进入频道识别模式后，监测是否存在频道按键操作；
本实施例中，在频道识别模式下可以进行对当前节目所对应的频道的识别。此外，进入频道识别模式的方式很多，比如由用户启动进入，或者由电视系统启动进入。但一般情况下，电视系统都不会告知用户对用户的行为习惯进行收集，也即一般都由电视系统启动进入，具体方式根据实际需要进行设置。比如电视系统初始化启动的同时，自动启动频道识别模式；或者在电视系统完成启动后，由电视系统调用启动等。
同时，在启动并进入到频道识别模式后，电视系统将实时监测是否存在用户的频道按键操作。需要说明的是，本实施例中的频道按键操作是指选择频道的按键操作，比如操作数字按键0-9、切换按键、频道加减按键。其中，对于切换按键及频道加减按键所对应的按键值具体是指电视系统所接收到的指令所对应的按键值，比如，当前频道对应的遥控按键为9，而前一频道所对应的遥控按键为7，则用户当前按下的切换按键所对应的按键值为遥控按键7所对应的按键值，若用户再次按下切换按键时所对应的按键值为遥控按键9所对应的按键值。频道加减按键所对应的按键值具体与切换按键的类似，因此不做过多赘述。
步骤S120，当监测到频道按键操作时，判断预设频道按键表中是否存在所述频道按键操作所对应的按键值；
步骤S130，当所述频道按键表中存在所述频道按键操作所对应的按键值时，根据所述按键值，查询所述频道按键表以获得与所述按键值相对应的频道号；
频道按键表是本实施例中预先设置的频道号与按键值的映射关系表，需要说明的是频道按键表中的映射关系可以预先设置，比如预先设置用户最常用的几个频道号，如频道号1-10，需要说明的是，若进行预先设置，则需保证电视系统与遥控器对应配套（也即由同一厂商提供），从而可以将遥控器的频道按键值与频道号进行映射保存。
由于不同电视厂商对于遥控按键值的设置标准不一定相同，因此必须要根据实际使用情况进行设置，也即在用户使用的同时自动完成频道号与按键值的映射保存，从而方便后续查询使用。此时即可保证频道的按键值与频道号的一一对应。此外，频道按键表的具体设置形式不限。如表1所示。

当电视系统监测到频道按键操作时，先获取该按键操作所对应的按键值，例如用户按键为3，则对应的按键值为0x03；例如用户按键为3和7，则对应的按键值为0x03和0x07。然后再根据按键值查找频道按键表，并判断预设频道按键表中是否存在所述频道按键操作所对应的按键值。也即通过遍历频道按键表，确定该按键值是否存在，若存在，则可获得与该按键值相对应的频道号。如表1所示，若用户输入的按键所对应的按键值为0x07，同时存在于频道按键表中，从而可获得对应的频道号为7。
步骤S140，根据所述频道号，查询本地电视频道列表以将所述频道号所对应的电视频道作为识别结果。
电视频道列表是电视节目运营商为方便用户选择相应频道而提供的一种频道选择服务，如表2所示。一般不同地区的电视节目运营商所提供的电视频道列表中，频道号与电视频道的对应关系不一致。例如，本地电视节目运营商一般都将本地的电视节目放在前面几个频道号。比如，深圳的本地电视频道列表中频道号0对应为深圳卫视，而广州本地电视频道列表中频道号0对应为广东卫视。

根据查找频道按键表获得的频道号，对应查找本地电视频道列表即可获得与该频道号相对应的电视频道，也即完成了对电视频道的识别。
本实施例中，通过查询预设的频道按键列表，从而获得用户按键操作所相应的频道号；同时，由于同一频道号所对应的电视频道可能不同，因此，需要通过查询本地电视频道列表，从而获得与频道号相对应的电视频道。上述电视频道的识别方式并不需要进行台标的识别，也即减少了通过识别台标来识别电视频道的识别动作，从而提高对电视频道的识别速度，通过识别电视频道以进行用户行为习惯的收集与统计，从而快速为用户提供相应智能服务，提升用户对产品的满意度。
参照图2，图2为本发明电视频道的识别方法第二实施例的流程示意图。本实施例中，步骤S120之后包括：
步骤S210，当所述频道按键表中不存在所述频道按键操作所对应的按键值时，启动台标识别模式并截取当前节目的画面图像进行台标识别；
步骤S220，当识别到当前节目所对应的台标时，将所述台标所对应的电视频道作为识别结果。
考虑到可能存在某些频道按键所对应的按键值并没有被保存到频道按键表中的情况，因此，在频道识别模式下，当在频道按键表中查询不到当前用户操作的频道按键所对应的按键值时，电视系统将自动启动台标识别模式，通过截取当前节目的画面图像以进行台标识别。例如通过截取电视视频图像中的台标，然后与预存的台标图像进行匹配，从而将匹配成功的台标图像作为识别出的台标，进而将该匹配到的台标图像所对应的电视频道作为识别结果。
本实施例中，考虑到可能存在某些频道按键所对应的按键值并没有被保存到频道按键表中的情况，因而针对这类情况优选采用通过识别台标的方式，对应间接识别电视频道。因此，本实施例中，通过优先查询频道按键表，以及同时结合直接识别台标来识别电视频道的方式，从而进一步提高了本发明识别电视频道的适用范围以及实用性。
参照图3，图3为本发明电视频道的识别方法第三实施例的流程示意图。本实施例中，步骤S220之后包括：
步骤S310，根据所述台标所对应的电视频道，查询本地电视频道列表以获得与所述台标所对应的电视频道相对应的频道号；
步骤S320，将所述按键值及与所述台标所对应的电视频道相对应的频道号添加到所述频道按键表中。
当通过识别台标而识别到与台标相对应的电视频道后，电视系统根据识别到的电视频道，查询本地电视频道列表，从而获得与识别到的电视频道相对应的频道号。然后，将用户操作的遥控按键值与从本地电视频道列表中获得的频道号添加到频道按键表中，需要说明的是，每次添加到频道按键表中的按键值与频道号是相互一一对应的。例如，用户的遥控按键值为0x02、0x00，通过截取节目画面图像而识别到的台标为湖南卫视台标，也即当前电视频道为湖南卫视时，通过查询本地电视频道列表从而获得本地电视频道列表中湖南卫视所对应的频道号为20，则将用户的遥控按键值与频道号20添加到频道按键表中，如表3所示。

本实施例中，考虑到预先设置所有频道号与按键值的频道按键表可能会存在一定的局限性，比如该电视频道识别方法必须与遥控器绑定，也即若更换其他遥控器则无法进行电视频道的识别。因此，本实施例中，在用户操作的同时，即可完成频道号与按键值的映射保存，从而不限制于是否需要使用配套的遥控器。此外，若频道按键表中频道号与按键值没有进行预先设置，则可通过后续用户的操作来逐渐完成频道号与按键值的映射保存，且随着频道号与按键值映射保存次数的增多，频道按键表中频道号与按键值的保存项也越多，从而直接通过频道按键表及本地电视频道列表即可快速完成对当前电视频道的识别，也即减少了通过识别台标来识别电视频道的识别动作，从而提高对电视频道的识别速度。
参照图4，图4为本发明电视频道的识别方法第四实施例的流程示意图。本实施例中，在步骤S310之前包括：
步骤S410，检测是否存在本地电视频道列表；
步骤S420，若不存在，则从电视网络中重新获取本地电视频道列表。
本实施例中，考虑到电视系统实际运行过程中，可能会存在电视网络断开的情况，此时电视系统将无法获取本地电视频道列表，因此，在频道识别模式下，当需要通过本地电视频道列表查找频道号或电视频道时，需要先检测是否存在本地电视频道列表，若不存在，则从电视网络中重新获取本地电视频道列表。另外，步骤S410与S420也可以在在步骤S140之前执行，如图5所示。
本实施例进一步保证电视系统能够查询本地电视频道列表，从而获得相应频道号或电视频道，进而实现对电视频道的识别或者对按键值所对应频道号的识别，从而保证本发明电视频道的识别方法的实用性。
参照图6，图6为本发明电视频道的识别装置第一实施例的功能模块示意图。本实施例中，所述电视频道的识别装置包括：
监测模块10，用于在进入频道识别模式后，监测是否存在频道按键操作；
本实施例中，在频道识别模式下可以进行对当前节目所对应的频道的识别。此外，进入频道识别模式的方式很多，比如由用户启动进入，或者由电视系统启动进入。但一般情况下，电视系统都不会告知用户对用户的行为习惯进行收集，也即一般都由电视系统启动进入，具体方式根据实际需要进行设置。比如电视系统初始化启动的同时，自动启动频道识别模式；或者在电视系统完成启动后，由电视系统调用启动等。
同时，在启动并进入到频道识别模式后，监测模块10将实时监测是否存在用户的频道按键操作。需要说明的是，本实施例中的频道按键操作是指选择频道的按键操作，比如数字按键0-9，切换按键，频道加减按键。其中，对于切换按键及频道加减按键所对应的按键值具体是指电视系统所接收到的指令所对应的按键值，比如，当前频道对应的遥控按键为9，而前一频道所对应的遥控按键为7，则用户当前按下的切换按键所对应的按键值为遥控按键7所对应的按键值，若用户再次按下切换按键时所对应的按键值为遥控按键9所对应的按键值。频道加减按键所对应的按键值具体与切换按键的类似，因此不做过多赘述。
判断模块20，用于当监测到频道按键操作时，判断预设频道按键表中是否存在所述频道按键操作所对应的按键值；
第一查询模块30，用于当所述频道按键表中存在所述频道按键操作所对应的按键值时，根据所述按键值，查询所述频道按键表以获得与所述按键值相对应的频道号；
频道按键表是本实施例中预先设置的频道号与按键值的映射关系表，需要说明的是频道按键表中的映射关系可以预先设置，比如预先设置用户最常用的几个频道号，如频道号1-10，需要说明的是，若进行预先设置，则需保证电视系统与遥控器对应配套（也即由同一厂商提供），从而可以将遥控器的频道按键值与频道号进行映射保存。
由于不同电视厂商对于遥控按键值的设置标准不一定相同，因此必须要根据实际使用情况进行设置，也即在用户使用的同时自动完成频道号与按键值的映射保存，从而方便后续查询使用。此时即可保证频道的按键值与频道号的一一对应。此外，频道按键表的具体设置形式不限。如上述表1所示。
当监测模块10监测到频道按键操作时，先获取该按键操作所对应的按键值，例如用户按键为3，则对应的按键值为0x03；例如用户按键为3和7，则对应的按键值为0x03和0x07。然后再根据按键值查找频道按键表，并通过判断模块20判断预设频道按键表中是否存在所述频道按键操作所对应的按键值。也即通过遍历频道按键表，确定该按键值是否存在，若存在，则通过第一查询模块30查询频道按键表即可获得与该按键值相对应的频道号。如上述表1所示，若用户输入的按键所对应的按键值为0x07，同时存在于频道按键表中，从而可获得对应的频道号为7。
第二查询模块40，用于根据所述频道号，查询本地电视频道列表以将所述频道号所对应的电视频道作为识别结果。
电视频道列表是电视节目运营商为方便用户选择相应频道而提供的一种频道选择服务，如上述表2所示。一般不同地区的电视节目运营商所提供的电视频道列表中，频道号与电视频道的对应关系不一致。例如，本地电视节目运营商一般都将本地的电视节目放在前面几个频道号。比如，深圳的本地电视频道列表中频道号0对应为深圳卫视，而广州本地电视频道列表中频道号0对应为广东卫视。

本实施例中，通过第一查询模块30查询预设的频道按键列表，从而获得用户按键操作所相应的频道号；同时，由于同一频道号所对应的电视频道可能不同，因此，需要通过第二查询模块40查询本地电视频道列表，从而获得与频道号相对应的电视频道。上述电视频道的识别方式并不需要进行台标的识别，也即减少了通过识别台标来识别电视频道的识别动作，从而提高对电视频道的识别速度，通过识别电视频道以进行用户行为习惯的收集与统计，从而快速为用户提供相应智能服务，提升用户对产品的满意度。
参照图7，图7为本发明电视频道的识别装置第二实施例的功能模块示意图。本实施例中，所述电视频道的识别装置还包括：
台标识别模块50，用于当所述频道按键表中不存在所述频道按键操作所对应的按键值时，启动台标识别模式并截取当前节目的画面图像进行台标识别；以及当识别到当前节目所对应的台标时，将所述台标所对应的电视频道作为识别结果。
考虑到可能存在某些频道按键所对应的按键值并没有被保存到频道按键表中的情况，因此，在频道识别模式下，当在频道按键表中查询不到当前用户操作的频道按键所对应的按键值时，台标识别模块50将自动启动台标识别模式，通过截取当前节目的画面图像以进行台标识别。例如台标识别模块50通过截取电视视频图像中的台标，然后与预存的台标图像进行匹配，从而将匹配成功的台标图像作为识别出的台标，进而将该匹配到的台标图像所对应的电视频道作为识别结果。

第三查询模块60，用于根据所述台标所对应的电视频道，查询本地电视频道列表以获得与所述台标所对应的电视频道相对应的频道号；
添加模块70，用于将所述按键值及与所述台标所对应的电视频道相对应的频道号添加到所述频道按键表中。
当通过识别台标而识别到与台标相对应的电视频道后，第三查询模块60根据识别到的电视频道，查询本地电视频道列表，从而获得与识别到的电视频道相对应的频道号。然后，添加模块70将用户操作的遥控按键值与从本地电视频道列表中获得的频道号添加到频道按键表中，需要说明的是，每次添加到频道按键表中的按键值与频道号是相互一一对应的。例如，用户的遥控按键值为0x02、0x00，通过截取节目画面图像而识别到的台标为湖南卫视台标，也即当前电视频道为湖南卫视时，通过查询本地电视频道列表从而获得本地电视频道列表中湖南卫视所对应的频道号为20，则将用户的遥控按键值与频道号20添加到频道按键表中，如上述表3所示。
本实施例中，考虑到预先设置所有频道号与按键值的频道按键表可能会存在一定的局限性，比如该电视频道识别方法必须与遥控器绑定，也即若更换其他遥控器则无法进行电视频道的识别。因此，本实施例中，在用户操作的同时，即可完成频道号与按键值的映射保存，从而不限制于是否需要使用配套的遥控器。此外，若频道按键表中频道号与按键值没有进行预先设置，则可通过后续用户的操作来逐渐完成频道号与按键值的映射保存，且随着频道号与按键值映射保存次数的增多，频道按键表中频道号与按键值的保存项也越多，从而直接通过频道按键表及本地电视频道列表即可快速完成对当前电视频道的识别，也即减少了通过识别台标来识别电视频道的识别动作，从而提高对电视频道的识别速度。
参照图9，图9为本发明电视频道的识别装置第四实施例的功能模块示意图。基于上述实施例，本实施例中，所述电视频道的识别装置还包括：
记录模块80，用于当识别到当前节目所对应的台标时，记录所述按键值；
清除模块90，用于当所述按键值添加到所述频道按键表中后，清除所述按键值。
本实施例中，当识别到当前节目所对应的台标时，记录模块80记录用户操作按键所对应的按键值，该按键值用于实现与频道号的映射关系，并用于添加到频道按键表中，从而方便通过该按键值快速查找到对应的频道号，从而最终实现对电视频道的识别。此外，为便于对按键值进行管理，当按键值添加到所述频道按键表中后，清除模块90将自动清除记录模块80所记录的按键值。
参照图10，图10为本发明电视频道的识别装置第五实施例的功能模块示意图。基于上述实施例，本实施例中，所述电视频道的识别装置还包括：
检测模块100，用于检测是否存在本地电视频道列表；
获取模块110，用于当不存在本地电视频道列表时，从电视网络中重新获取本地电视频道列表。
本实施例中，考虑到电视系统实际运行过程中，可能会存在电视网络断开的情况，此时电视系统将无法获取本地电视频道列表，因此，在频道识别模式下，当需要通过本地电视频道列表查找频道号或电视频道时，需要检测模块100先检测是否存在本地电视频道列表，若不存在，则获取模块110从电视网络中重新获取本地电视频道列表。
本实施例进一步保证电视系统能够查询本地电视频道列表，从而获得相应频道号或电视频道，进而实现对电视频道的识别或者对按键值所对应频道号的识别，从而保证本发明电视频道的识别方法的实用性。
参照图11，图11为本发明电视机一实施例的功能模块示意图。本实施例中，电视机包括电视频道的识别装置210。
本实施例中，电视机通过电视频道的识别装置210监测用户的按键操作，同时从频道按键表中获取与该频道按键操作所对应的按键值相对应的频道号，并根据该频道号查找本地电视频道列表，从而识别到相应电视频道。此外，电视机还通过电视频道的识别装置210对电视台标进行识别，从而间接实现对与台标相对应的电视频道的识别。另外，为快速实现对电视频道的识别，同时减少进行台标识别动作，电视机还通过电视频道的识别装置210将用户操作的遥控按键值与从本地电视频道列表中获得的频道号添加到频道按键表中，从而通过不断扩大频道按键表中按键值与频道号的对应项数量，提高对电视频道的识别速度，并通过识别电视频道以进行用户行为习惯的收集与统计，从而快速为用户提供相应智能服务，提升用户对产品的满意度。

Claims (14)

  1. 一种电视频道的识别方法，其特征在于，所述电视频道的识别方法包括：
    在进入频道识别模式后，监测是否存在频道按键操作；
    当监测到频道按键操作时，判断预设频道按键表中是否存在所述频道按键操作所对应的按键值；
    当所述频道按键表中不存在所述频道按键操作所对应的按键值时，启动台标识别模式并截取当前节目的画面图像进行台标识别；
    当识别到当前节目所对应的台标时，将所述台标所对应的电视频道作为识别结果；
    当所述频道按键表中存在所述频道按键操作所对应的按键值时，根据所述按键值，查询所述频道按键表以获得与所述按键值相对应的频道号；
    根据所述频道号，查询本地电视频道列表以将所述频道号所对应的电视频道作为识别结果。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的电视频道的识别方法，其特征在于，所述当识别到当前节目画面所对应的台标时，将所述台标所对应的电视频道作为识别结果之后包括：
    根据所述台标所对应的电视频道，查询本地电视频道列表以获得与所述台标所对应的电视频道相对应的频道号；
    将所述按键值及与所述台标所对应的电视频道相对应的频道号添加到所述频道按键表中。
  3. 如权利要求1所述的电视频道的识别方法，其特征在于，在查询本地电视频道列表之前包括：
    检测是否存在本地电视频道列表；
    若不存在，则从电视网络中重新获取本地电视频道列表。
  4. 如权利要求2所述的电视频道的识别方法，其特征在于，在查询本地电视频道列表之前包括：
    检测是否存在本地电视频道列表；
    若不存在，则从电视网络中重新获取本地电视频道列表。
  5. 一种电视频道的识别方法，其特征在于，所述电视频道的识别方法包括：
    在进入频道识别模式后，监测是否存在频道按键操作；
    当监测到频道按键操作时，判断预设频道按键表中是否存在所述频道按键操作所对应的按键值；
    当所述频道按键表中存在所述频道按键操作所对应的按键值时，根据所述按键值，查询所述频道按键表以获得与所述按键值相对应的频道号；
    根据所述频道号，查询本地电视频道列表以将所述频道号所对应的电视频道作为识别结果。
  6. 如权利要求5所述的电视频道的识别方法，其特征在于，所述当识别到当前节目画面所对应的台标时，将所述台标所对应的电视频道作为识别结果之后包括：
    根据所述台标所对应的电视频道，查询本地电视频道列表以获得与所述台标所对应的电视频道相对应的频道号；
    将所述按键值及与所述台标所对应的电视频道相对应的频道号添加到所述频道按键表中。
  7. 如权利要求5所述的电视频道的识别方法，其特征在于，在查询本地电视频道列表之前包括：
    检测是否存在本地电视频道列表；
    若不存在，则从电视网络中重新获取本地电视频道列表。
  8. 如权利要求6所述的电视频道的识别方法，其特征在于，在查询本地电视频道列表之前包括：
    检测是否存在本地电视频道列表；
    若不存在，则从电视网络中重新获取本地电视频道列表。
  9. 一种电视频道的识别装置，其特征在于，所述电视频道的识别装置包括：
    监测模块，用于在进入频道识别模式后，监测是否存在频道按键操作；
    判断模块，用于当监测到频道按键操作时，判断预设频道按键表中是否存在所述频道按键操作所对应的按键值；
    第一查询模块，用于当所述频道按键表中存在所述频道按键操作所对应的按键值时，根据所述按键值，查询所述频道按键表以获得与所述按键值相对应的频道号；
    第二查询模块，用于根据所述频道号，查询本地电视频道列表以将所述频道号所对应的电视频道作为识别结果。
  10. 如权利要求9所述的电视频道的识别装置，其特征在于，所述电视频道的识别装置还包括：
    台标识别模块，用于当所述频道按键表中不存在所述频道按键操作所对应的按键值时，启动台标识别模式并截取当前节目的画面图像进行台标识别；以及当识别到当前节目所对应的台标时，将所述台标所对应的电视频道作为识别结果。
  11. 如权利要求10所述的电视频道的识别装置，其特征在于，所述电视频道的识别装置还包括：
    第三查询模块，用于根据所述台标所对应的电视频道，查询本地电视频道列表以获得与所述台标所对应的电视频道相对应的频道号；
    添加模块，用于将所述按键值及与所述台标所对应的电视频道相对应的频道号添加到所述频道按键表中。
  12. 如权利要求11所述的电视频道的识别装置，其特征在于，所述电视频道的识别装置还包括：
    记录模块，用于当识别到当前节目所对应的台标时，记录所述按键值；
    清除模块，用于当所述按键值添加到所述频道按键表中后，清除所述按键值。
  13. 如权利要求9所述的电视频道的识别装置，其特征在于，所述电视频道的识别装置还包括：
    检测模块，用于检测是否存在本地电视频道列表；
    获取模块，用于当不存在本地电视频道列表时，从电视网络中重新获取本地电视频道列表。
  14. 如权利要求11所述的电视频道的识别装置，其特征在于，所述电视频道的识别装置还包括：
    检测模块，用于检测是否存在本地电视频道列表；
    获取模块，用于当不存在本地电视频道列表时，从电视网络中重新获取本地电视频道列表。
