Abstract

Description
本发明涉及液晶显示技术领域,尤其涉及一种背光模组与显示装置。
随着液晶显示装置在各个领域的广泛应用,人们对于液晶显示装置的薄型化和窄边框化提出了更高的要求,要求液晶显示模块的厚度尽可能薄、边框尽可能窄。然而,为了对液晶显示装置内的各种零部件进行固定,通常需要在各个零部件上预留用于设计定位结构的空间,难以避免地增加液晶显示装置整体的厚度和宽度。因此,如何对显示装置进行固定的同时不影响其厚度和边框宽度非常重要。
发明内容
鉴于现有技术存在的不足,本发明提供了一种固定可靠的同时有利于实现薄型化和窄边框化的背光模组与显示装置。
为了实现上述的目的,本发明采用了如下的技术方案:
一种背光模组,包括上下堆叠的导光板和光学膜片组以及多个限位块,所述导光板的周缘凸设有与所述限位块数量相同的卡合部,所述限位块固定在所述光学膜片组背部,并卡合于所述卡合部内。
其中,所述卡合部成对设置在所述导光板至少两个相对的侧壁上。
其中,所述卡合部上开设有与所述限位块形状一致的缺口,所述限位块插设并卡持于所述缺口内。
其中,所述限位块为矩形。
或者,所述限位块为梯形。
其中,越远离所述导光板的中部,所述缺口的开口越大。
或者,越远离所述导光板的中部,所述缺口的开口越小。
其中,所述限位块的高度高于所述卡合部。

本发明通过在背光模组的边缘设置多个限位块和与之配合的卡合部,利用限位块对导光板和光学膜片组进行限位,有利于减少反射片、导光板、光学膜片组的定位机构占用的空间,有利于显示装置的超薄、超窄边框设计,提高了产品的组装效率。

为了使本发明的目的、技术方案及优点更加清楚明白,以下结合附图及实施例,对本发明进一步详细说明。应当理解,此处所描述的具体实施例仅仅用以解释本发明,并不用于限定本发明。
实施例1
参阅图1,本发明的显示装置包括胶框100、前框200、显示面板300、背板10、反射片20、导光板30和光学膜片组40,胶框100和胶框100内的背板10、反射片20、导光板30和光学膜片组40构成背光模组的一部分,显示面板300贴合在胶框100上,前框200罩设于显示面板300外表面起保护和限位作用。
结合图2~图4所示,背光模组中,背板10上依次堆叠有反射片20、导光板30和光学膜片组40,多个限位块1固定在光学膜片组40的背面,导光板30
的周缘凸设有与限位块1数量相同的卡合部31,限位块1卡合于对应的卡合部31内。
为了保证背光模组内零部件的受力一致,卡合部31成对且对称地凸出于导光板30的两个相对的侧壁上。卡合部31上开设有与限位块1形状一致的缺口310,限位块1插设并卡持于缺口310内。本实施例中,限位块1为规则的矩形块。
在光学膜片组40的周缘凸设有与限位块1数量相同的挂耳41,限位块1粘贴于挂耳41表面。进一步地,限位块1的高度高于卡合部31的厚度,使得限位块1插设在卡合部31内后不会轻易脱出,可以实现光学膜片组40与导光板30的良好贴合。
具体组装时,首先将限位块1粘贴到光学膜片组40的挂耳41背面,然后使光学膜片组40的挂耳41与导光板30上的卡合部31位置对应,向下按压挂耳41,使其背面的各个限位块1插入相应的缺口310内进行卡持,由于卡合部31成对设置,光学膜片组40组装完成后承受一定的张力,保证了光学膜片组40在水平方向的限位和张紧度。
由于仅在光学膜片组40和导光板30的周缘分别凸设便于固定的挂耳41和卡合部31,二者可以设计得非常小,并不会明显增加显示装置的边框宽度,而且完全不会影响显示装置的厚度,因此,有利于显示装置的进一步窄边框化和薄型化。
实施例2
如图5所示,与实施例1不同的是,本实施例的限位块1为梯形,相应地,导光板30的缺口310也为梯形,且越远离导光板30的中部,缺口310的开口越小。与实施例1中矩形的限位块1相比,本实施例的限位块1与导光板30的缺口310卡合程度更高,限位块1不易脱出。
实施例3
如图6所示,本实施例的限位块1也为梯形,但越远离导光板30的中部,导光板30的缺口310的开口越大,同样可以起到与限位块1的卡合效果。
本发明通过在背光模组的边缘设置多个限位块和与之配合的卡合部,利用限位块对导光板和光学膜片组进行限位,有利于减少反射片、导光板、光学膜片组的定位机构占用的空间,与现有技术单独设置固定机构相比,本发明的限
位块及导光板和光学膜片组上与之配合的结构的尺寸可以进一步缩小,有利于显示装置的超薄、超窄边框设计,提高了产品的组装效率以及固定可靠性。

- 根据权利要求2所述的背光模组,其中,所述光学膜片组的周缘凸设有与所述限位块数量相同的挂耳,所述限位块粘贴于所述挂耳表面。
- 一种显示装置,其中,包括显示面板和背光模组,所述显示面板设于所述背光模组上;所述背光模组包括上下堆叠的导光板和光学膜片组以及多个限位块,所述导光板的周缘凸设有与所述限位块数量相同的卡合部,所述限位块固定在所述光学膜片组背部,并卡合于所述卡合部内。
- 根据权利要求11所述的显示装置,其中,所述卡合部成对设置在所述导光板至少两个相对的侧壁上。
- 根据权利要求12所述的显示装置,其中,所述卡合部上开设有与所述限位块形状一致的缺口,所述限位块插设并卡持于所述缺口内。
- 根据权利要求13所述的显示装置,其中,所述限位块为矩形。
- 根据权利要求13所述的显示装置,其中,所述限位块为梯形。
- 根据权利要求15所述的显示装置,其中,越远离所述导光板的中部,所述缺口的开口越大。
- 根据权利要求15所述的显示装置,其中,越远离所述导光板的中部,所述缺口的开口越小。
- 根据权利要求11所述的显示装置,其中,所述限位块的高度高于所述卡合部。
- 根据权利要求11所述的显示装置,其中,所述光学膜片组的周缘凸设有与所述限位块数量相同的挂耳,所述限位块粘贴于所述挂耳表面。
- 一种显示装置,其中,包括显示面板和背光模组,所述显示面板设于所述背光模组上;所述背光模组包括上下堆叠的导光板和光学膜片组以及多个限位块,所述导光板的周缘凸设有与所述限位块数量相同的卡合部,所述限位块为梯形,固定在所述光学膜片组背部,所述卡合部上开设有与所述限位块形状一致的缺口,且越远离所述导光板的中部,所述缺口的开口越小,所述限位块插设并卡持于所述缺口内。
