Description

Terminal insertion guiding device, wire harness manufacturing jig, and terminal insertion method
The present invention relates to a terminal insertion guiding device, a wire harness manufacturing jig, and a terminal insertion method.
A variety of electronic devices are mounted on a vehicle as a moving body. These electronic devices are connected by a wire harness in order to transmit electric power, a control signal, etc. between each other. In general, a wire harness is formed by bundling a plurality of electric wires, and a connector is attached to a terminal of the plurality of electric wires. The connector includes a housing provided with a plurality of terminal accommodating chambers, and terminals fixed to the ends of the electric wires and accommodated in the terminal accommodating chambers.
When manufacturing a wire harness, the operation | work which inserts and accommodates the terminal fixed to the edge part of an electric wire in a corresponding terminal storage chamber is performed. At this time, it has been proposed to display an image for inducing the insertion of the terminal on the monitor in order to suppress the erroneous insertion of the terminal inadvertently inserted into the terminal accommodating chamber different from the corresponding one ( For example, see Patent Document 1.) In the technique described in Patent Document 1, a front view of a connector as viewed from the insertion port side of a terminal accommodating chamber is displayed on a monitor, and when a terminal is inserted, a terminal accommodating chamber corresponding to the terminal is accommodated in another terminal accommodating chamber. It blinks on the monitor so that it can be identified as a room. By this blinking display, the operator is guided to insert the terminal to be inserted into the terminal accommodating chamber to be inserted, and performs the insertion work.
Here, even if it is guided by the image on the monitor as in the above technique, the greater the number of terminals, the higher the possibility of erroneous insertion due to misunderstanding of the operator. On the other hand, as vehicle-mounted devices have become more sophisticated and the number of terminals in a connector has been increasing, it is required to suppress the erroneous insertion of terminals with higher accuracy.
The present invention pays attention to the above-described demand, and an object thereof is to provide a terminal insertion guiding device, a wire harness manufacturing jig, and a terminal insertion method capable of suppressing occurrence of erroneous terminal insertion with high accuracy. .
In order to achieve the above object, the terminal insertion guiding device of the present invention should be inserted into a terminal accommodating chamber to be inserted among a plurality of terminal accommodating chambers provided through the housing of the connector. Further, a barcode 122a-2 for identifying the housing 221a held by the holding portion 122a is printed on a side surface of one long side of the holding portion 122a. As described above, in the present embodiment, the three holding portions 122 that hold the three housings 221a, 222a, and 223a shown in FIG. Since the overall shape of the three housings 221a, 222a, and 223a is the same except for the position and number of the terminal accommodating chambers to be retrofitted, the three holding portions 122 have their outer shapes and holding holes. The shape is common. The three holding portions 122 have different barcodes printed on the side surfaces. In this example, it is assumed that the holding portion 122a on which the barcode 122a-2 for identifying one housing 221a as a representative example is printed is fixed to the fixed wall 123e.
Then, the terminal insertion guiding device 12 in which the mounting frame 123 with the holding unit 122 a is mounted on the smartphone 121 is held by the terminal insertion guiding device holding unit 114 provided on the substrate 111 of the wiring board 11. In the terminal insertion guiding device holding portion 114, a columnar portion 114a erected on the substrate 111 and a part of the mounting frame 123 on the side of the stop wall 123d are slid and inserted as indicated by an arrow D3 in FIG. Receiving portion 114b. The receiving portion 114b includes a rectangular bottom wall 114b-1 and a pair of side walls 114b-2 rising from the bottom wall 114b-1. The side wall 114b-2 is formed to be slightly higher than the height of the side wall 123b of the mounting frame 123, and an overhanging wall 114b-3 projects from the edge opposite to the bottom wall 114b-1. This overhanging wall 114b-3 is formed slightly narrower than the width of the overhanging wall 123c of the mounting frame 123. A stop wall 114b-4 rises from the front edge of the bottom wall 114b-1 in the direction of arrow D3 at the same height as the side wall 114b-2.
As shown by the arrow D3, the terminal insertion guiding device 12 is formed on the receiving portion 114b from the side opposite to the stop wall 114b-4 to the space between the pair of overhanging walls 114b-3 and the bottom wall 114b-1. And slide until it comes into contact with the stop wall 114b-4. The terminal insertion guiding device 12 is held by the terminal insertion guiding device holding portion 114 by the insertion into the receiving portion 114b. Further, the overhanging wall 114 b-3 in the receiving portion 114 b is in a state of hanging only on the overhanging wall 123 c of the mounting frame 123, and is configured not to hinder the visual recognition of the display screen 121 a of the smartphone 121.
1 is configured in the same shape as the receiving portion 114b of the terminal insertion guiding device holding unit 114. The terminal insertion guiding device temporary placement unit 115 shown in FIG. However, it does not have a configuration corresponding to the columnar portion 114 a of the terminal insertion guiding device holding portion 114, and its bottom wall is directly fixed to the substrate 111 of the wiring board 11.
In the present embodiment, the housing 221a of the small connector 221 to be fitted back is inserted into the holding hole 122a-1 of the holding portion 122a of the terminal insertion guiding device 12 in the state of being held by the terminal insertion guiding device holding portion 114 as described above. Inserted. The housing 221a is inserted into the holding hole 122a-1 with the insertion port of the terminal accommodating chamber 221a-1 facing away from the display screen 121a of the smartphone 121. The terminal accommodating chamber 221a-1 is provided through the housing 221a. For this reason, the display screen 121a of the smartphone 121 is visually recognized through the terminal accommodating chamber 221a-1 that is not pre-fitted, that is, the terminal accommodating chamber 221a-1 that is some of the terminal accommodating chambers.
Then, on the display screen 121a of the smartphone 121, a guide image 124 that guides the insertion of the terminal 212 into the terminal accommodating chamber 221a-1 to be fitted later is displayed.
The guide image 124 includes a main guide image 124a, an auxiliary image 124b, and a switch image 124c as an instruction switch.
The main guide image 124a includes a first frame 124a-1 simulating the outline of the holding part 122a and a second frame 124a-2 simulating the outline of the housing 221a held by the holding part 122a. One point image 124a-3 that emits light is displayed in the second frame 124a-2.
In the present embodiment, there are a plurality of terminal accommodating chambers 221a-1 to be rear-fitted in the housing 221a. The point image 124a-3 is displayed at a position that is visually recognized through any one of the plurality of terminal accommodating chambers 221a-1. For this reason, when the housing 221a held by the holding part 122a is viewed so as to look down on the display screen 121a of the smartphone 121, the point image 124a-3 is visually recognized through the one terminal accommodating chamber 221a-1. Further, since the point image 124a-3 is a light emission image, the inside of the terminal accommodating chamber 221a-1 is illuminated. The operator Y can insert the terminal 212 into which the terminal 212 to be inserted is inserted into one terminal accommodating chamber 221a-1 in which the point image 124a-3 is visually recognized in this way and the interior is illuminated by the point image 124a-3. Will be recognized as. That is, the guide image 124 is an image that guides the insertion of the terminal 212 to be inserted by the point image 124a-3. Further, as will be described in detail later, the guide image 124 is displayed on the terminal so that the point images 124a-3 are sequentially displayed at positions visually recognized through the terminal accommodating chambers 221a-1 that are a plurality of post-fit terminals. It changes every time one 212 is inserted.
Further, the auxiliary image 124b is an image that assists the guiding by the point image 124a-3 of the main guiding image 124a. The auxiliary image 124b schematically represents an enlarged plan view image when the housing 221a held by the holding unit 122a is viewed from the side opposite to the display screen 121a side. That is, the auxiliary image 124b is an image in which a simulated accommodation room image 124b-2 representing the terminal accommodation room 221a-1 is displayed in the schematic outline 124b-1 of the housing 221a in the above-described planar view. ing. In the housing 221a, a plurality of terminal accommodating chambers 221a-1 are arranged in two stages, and in the auxiliary image 124b, a plurality of simulated accommodating chamber images 124b-2 are arranged in two stages. Of the plurality of simulated storage room images 124b-2 arranged in this manner, the simulated storage room image 124b-2a corresponding to the pre-fit terminal storage room 221a-1 is displayed in black. Then, among the terminal accommodating chambers 221a-1 to be fitted later, a simulated accommodating chamber image 124b-2b corresponding to the terminal accommodating chamber 221a-1 in which the insertion of the terminal 212 is guided by the point image 124a-3 is another simulated. The outline is drawn thicker than the storage room image 124b-2 and is highlighted.
Here, in the present embodiment, the electric wire 211 that forms the wire harness 2 and is fixed to each terminal 212 is selected from a plurality of color electric wires 211 whose resin coating is colored according to the application. Yes. In the auxiliary image 124b, a simulated storage chamber image 124b-2b corresponding to the terminal storage chamber 221a-1 in which the insertion of the terminal 212 is guided by the point image 124a-3 is represented as follows. In other words, the simulated storage room image 124b-2b is represented by being filled with the color of the electric wire 211 to which the terminal 212 to be inserted is fixed.
In addition, in this auxiliary image 124b, when the display position of the point image 124a-3 is sequentially switched every time one terminal 212 is inserted, the simulated storage room image 124b-2b highlighted is the point image 124a-3. The display is sequentially switched according to the change in the display position.
The switch image 124c is an image simulating a switch that is displayed next to the main guidance image 124a on the display screen 121a at a position where it can be operated by the operator Y outside the holding unit 122. Each time one terminal 212 is inserted, the change in the guidance image 124 including the display position of the point image 124a-3 and the switching of the simulated storage room image 124b-2b to be highlighted is changed by the operator Y with respect to the switch image 124c. Performed in response to an operation.
Here, between the three housings 221a, 222a, and 223a shown in FIG. 1, the position and number of terminal accommodating chambers to be fitted back are different. The smartphone 121 stores three guide images corresponding to the three housings 221a, 222a, and 223a, and any of the guide images can be displayed on the display screen 121a. In this example, the holding unit 122a holds one housing 221a as a representative example, and a guide image 124 corresponding to the housing 221a is displayed on the display screen 121a.
At this time, which of the three housings 221a, 222a, and 223a is held by the holding portion 122a can be determined by the barcode 122a-2 printed on the side surface of the holding portion 122a. In this embodiment, the housing 221a held by the holding unit 122a is recognized by reading the barcode 122a-2 of the holding unit 122a with the smartphone 121 prior to the mounting of the mounting frame 123. Then, a guidance image 124 corresponding to the recognized housing 221a is displayed on the display screen 121. When the other housings 222a and 223a are to be fitted later, the holding portion 122a is replaced with another holding portion 122 corresponding to the housing to be fitted thereafter. Then, the guide image corresponding to the rear fitting target housing is displayed by reading the barcode of the holding unit 122 after the replacement.
The display of the guidance image according to the reading of the barcode and the change of the displayed guidance image due to the operation on the switch image are performed by the following functional blocks in the smartphone 121.
FIG. 3 is a block diagram showing functional blocks related to the display of the guidance image in the smartphone shown in FIGS. 1 and 2 together with a display screen and a touch sensor as hardware blocks.
First, the smartphone 121 includes the display screen 121a and a touch sensor 121b that detects a touch position when the operator Y touches the display screen 121a as hardware blocks. And the smart phone 121 is provided with the control part 121c, the memory | storage part 121d, and the information acquisition part 121e as a functional block regarding the display of a guidance image. In the control unit 121c, a CPU (not shown) mounted on the smartphone 121 plays the role. The memory unit 121d plays a role of a memory (not shown) mounted on the smartphone 121. In addition, the information acquisition unit 121e plays a role of an imaging unit (not shown) or a CPU mounted on the smartphone 121. In the following description, unless otherwise specified, each functional block will be described with reference to one housing 221a as a representative example shown in FIG. 2 and a guide image 124 corresponding to the housing 221a.
The control unit 121c controls image display on the display screen 121a. The control unit 121c displays a guide image 124 that guides the insertion of the terminal 212 into the terminal accommodating chamber 221a-1 with a point image 124a-3 that is visually recognized through the terminal accommodating chamber 221a-1 to be inserted on the display screen 121a. Display.
Here, the following correspondence table is stored in the storage unit 121d.
FIG. 4 is a schematic diagram showing a correspondence table stored in the storage unit shown in FIG. The correspondence table 121d-1 stored in the storage unit 121d includes the following three pieces of identification information AAA, BBB, and CCC and three pieces of image data A ***, B ***, and C ***, respectively. Are associated one-to-one. The three pieces of identification information AAA, BBB, and CCC are information for identifying each of the three housings 221a, 222a, and 223a to be rear-fitted as shown in FIG. The three image data A ***, B ***, and C *** are image data representing three guide images for each of the three housings 221a, 222a, and 223a. Bar codes representing identification information AAA, BBB, and CCC of the respective housings 221a, 222a, and 223a are printed on the holding portion 122 that holds the three housings 221a, 222a, and 223a.
3 acquires the identification information for identifying the housing held by the holding unit 122 attached to the mounting frame 123. The information acquisition unit 121e shown in FIG. In this example, the mounting frame 123 is provided with a holding portion 122a that holds one housing 221a as a representative example. The information acquisition unit 121e acquires the identification information AAA for identifying the housing 221a by reading the barcode 122a-2 of the holding unit 122a.
Based on the image data A *** associated with the identification information AAA acquired by the information acquisition unit 121e in the correspondence table 121d-1 of the storage unit 121d, the control unit 121c stores the image data A ***. The induced image 124 to be displayed is displayed on the display screen 121a.
Further, in the present embodiment, after the guidance image 124 is displayed on the display screen 121a, the operator is guided by the point image 124a-3 of the guidance image 124 or the auxiliary image 124b and inserts one terminal 212 each time. Y touches the switch image 124c to instruct a change of the guide image 124. The control unit 121c recognizes that an operation for instructing a change in the guidance image is performed by detecting the display position of the switch image 124c as the touch position by the touch sensor 121b. Then, the control unit 121c changes the guide image 124 to an image that guides the insertion of the terminal 212 into the next terminal accommodating chamber 221a-1. In the induced image 124 after the change, the point image 124a-3 is displayed at the display position corresponding to the next terminal accommodating chamber 221a-1. In addition, in the auxiliary image 124b, the simulated storage room image 124b-2 corresponding to the terminal storage room 221a-1 is painted and highlighted with a wire color. Such a change of the guide image 124 due to the switch operation is repeatedly performed until the terminal 212 is inserted into all the terminal accommodating chambers 221a-1 to be retrofitted.
When the insertion of the terminal 212 into all the terminal fitting chambers 221a-1 to be retrofitted is completed, the housing 221a is removed from the holding portion 122a and returned to the small connector holding portion 113a shown in FIG. Further, the terminal insertion guiding device 12 is removed from the terminal insertion guiding device holding unit 114. The removed terminal insertion guiding device 12 or the mounting frame 123 with the holding portion 122a from which the smartphone 121 has been removed from the terminal insertion guiding device 12 is temporarily placed on the terminal insertion guiding device temporary placement portion 115. Further, when the rear fitting with respect to the other housings 222a and 223a is performed, the holding portion 122a is replaced with one corresponding to the housings 222a and 223a.
Here, in this embodiment, the terminal insertion guiding device holding part 114 from which the terminal insertion guiding device 12 is removed does not interfere with work such as tape winding on the wire bundle 21 on the wiring board 11, for example. It is handled as follows.
FIG. 5 is a schematic diagram showing how the terminal insertion guiding device holding unit shown in FIG. 1 is handled after the terminal insertion guiding device is removed.
The columnar part 114a in the terminal insertion guiding device holding part 114 is configured to be able to sink in the standing direction D4 with respect to the substrate 111 of the wiring board 11. After the terminal insertion guiding device 12 is removed, the receiving portion 114b is pushed in from above by the operator Y, and the columnar portion 114a sinks. Thereby, the height of the receiving part 114b on the board | substrate 111 is lowered | hung to the height which does not interfere with the operation | work on the wiring board 11. FIG.
Next, the terminal insertion method to the housing 221a performed by the wire harness manufacturing jig 1 described with reference to FIGS. 1 to 5 by using the terminal insertion guiding device 12 is slightly overlapped with the description so far. Will be described with reference to FIGS.
In the terminal insertion method into the housing 221a, first, the above-described barcode 122a-2 reading process by the smartphone 121 is performed.
FIG. 6 is a schematic diagram showing a barcode reading process by a smartphone. FIG. 6A shows how the barcode 122a-2 is read, and FIG. 6B shows the display screen 121a of the smartphone 121 immediately after reading.
As shown in FIG. 6 (A), the reading of the barcode 122a-2 of the holding portion 122a is performed when the mounting portion 123 with the holding portion 122a is attached to the operator Y before the housing 221a is attached to the holding portion 122a. Is performed in a state that can be handled freely. When the reading of the barcode 122a-2 is completed, an initial image 124 'of the guide image 124 corresponding to the barcode 122a-2 is first displayed on the display screen 121a under the control of the control unit 121c.
As shown in FIG. 6B, the initial image 124 ′ includes a main guide image 124a ′ in which the point image 124a-3 is not displayed and an auxiliary image 124b ′ in which the simulated storage room image 124b-2 is not displayed. And a switch image 124c. The worker Y mounts the mounting frame 123 on the smartphone 121 on which the initial image 124 ′ is displayed, configures the terminal insertion guiding device 12, and holds the terminal insertion guiding device holding unit 114. Thereafter, a connector holding step is performed in which the holding portion 122a of the terminal insertion guiding device 12 holds the housing 221a to be fitted back.
7 is a schematic view showing the connector holding step being performed in the wire harness manufacturing jig shown in FIG. 1, and FIG. 8 is a wire harness manufacturing jig shown in FIG. It is a schematic diagram which shows the state immediately after performing the connector holding process in FIG.
As shown in FIGS. 7 and 8, in the connector holding process, the housing 221a to be fitted back is removed from the small connector holding portion 113a, and the electric wire 211 to which the terminal 212 to be fitted later is fixed is also provided. The temporary holder 113a-1 is removed. Then, the branch wire bundle 21a made of the electric wire 211 fitted in the housing 221a is removed from the branch wire holding portion 112a, and the housing 221a and the terminal 212 to be fitted later are fixed together with the branch wire bundle 21a. 211 is carried to the vicinity of the terminal insertion guiding device 12. Thereafter, the housing 221a holds the terminal 212 insertion port side in the terminal accommodating chamber 221a-1 facing away from the display screen 121a of the smartphone 121, as indicated by the arrow D2 in FIG. It is inserted and held in the hole 122a-1.
Following this connector holding step, the initial image 124 ′ that has been displayed on the display screen 121 a of the smartphone 121 is changed so far, and a guidance image 124 corresponding to the housing 221 a that is to be fitted back is displayed on the display screen 121 a. A process is performed.
FIG. 9 is a schematic diagram showing a display process for displaying the guidance image on the display screen. FIG. 9A shows a state in which the initial image 124 ′ is displayed on the display screen 121 a of the smartphone 121, and FIG. 9B shows the guidance image 124 on the display screen 121 a of the smartphone 121. The state is shown.
As described above, since the point image 124a-3 is not displayed in the initial image 124 ′, as shown in FIG. 9A, the display screen 121a of the smartphone 121 is simply displayed from the terminal accommodating chamber 221a-1 of the housing 221a. Is only visible. Further, the simulated storage room image 124b-2 is not displayed.
In the display process, the operator Y operates the switch image 124c in the initial image 124 'in FIG. Then, as shown in FIG. 9B, the point image 124a-3 is displayed at a position that can be seen through the terminal accommodating chamber 221a-1 in which the terminal 212 is to be inserted first, by the control unit 121c that has recognized this operation. Is done. In addition, a simulated storage room image 124b-2 is displayed in the auxiliary image 124b. In addition, the simulated accommodation room image 124b-2a corresponding to the terminal fitting room 221a-1 that has been fitted is displayed in black. Furthermore, a simulated storage chamber image 124b-2b corresponding to the terminal storage chamber 221a-1 in which the insertion of the terminal 212 is guided by the point image 124a-3 is a terminal 212 guided to the terminal storage chamber 221a-1 to be inserted. Are filled with the color of the fixed electric wire 211 and displayed. Such display of the point image 124a-3 and the simulated storage room image 124b-2 is performed by displaying the image data A * corresponding to the identification information AAA obtained in the barcode 122a-2 reading process described with reference to FIG. Based on **.
Subsequent to this display step, an insertion step is performed in which the terminal 212 is inserted into the terminal storage chamber 221a-1 to be inserted, which is guided to be inserted by the guide image 124. Further, following the insertion step, an image changing step is performed in which the guide image 124 is changed to an image for guiding the insertion of the terminal 212 to be inserted next into the terminal receiving chamber 221a-1 to be inserted next.
FIG. 10 is a diagram schematically showing a terminal insertion process performed subsequent to the display process and an image change process of the induced image performed subsequent to the insertion process. FIG. 10A shows a terminal insertion process, and FIG. 10B shows a guide image changing process.
First, as shown in FIG. 10A, in the insertion process, the terminal accommodating chamber 221a- guided by the point image 124a-3 and the simulated accommodating chamber image 124b-2b highlighted in the auxiliary image 124b. 1 terminal 212 is inserted. At the time of this insertion, the operator Y selects the electric wire 211 having the same electric wire color as the display color of the highlighted simulated accommodation room image 124b-2b, and accommodates the terminal 212 fixed to the electric wire 211 into the terminal. Insert into chamber 221a-1.
Following this insertion process, an image changing process shown in FIG. 10B is performed. In the image changing process, first, the operator Y operates the switch image 124c. Then, the point image 124a-3 moves to a position that can be seen through the terminal insertion chamber 221a-1 to be inserted next. In the auxiliary image 124b, a simulated storage room image 124b-2c corresponding to the terminal storage room 221a-1 to be inserted next is highlighted. Further, the simulated accommodation room image 124b-2c is displayed by being painted with the color of the electric wire 211 to which the terminal 212 guided to the terminal accommodation room 221a-1 to be inserted is fixed. At this time, the display color of the simulated accommodation room image 124b-2b corresponding to the terminal accommodation room 221a-1 into which the terminal 212 has been inserted in the previous insertion step is kept as it is. The change of the guide image 124 due to the change of the point image 124a-3 and the auxiliary image 124b is also image data corresponding to the identification information AAA obtained in the barcode 122a-2 reading process described with reference to FIG. Performed based on A ***.
Thereafter, the insertion process and the image changing process are repeated until the terminals 212 are inserted into all the terminal accommodating chambers 221a-1 to be fitted later. Further, when the rear fitting to the other housings 222a and 223a is performed, the holding portion 122 is replaced as described above. Then, the reading process, the connector holding process, the display process, the inserting process, and the image changing process described with reference to FIGS. 6 to 10 are performed on the other housings 222a and 223a.
According to the terminal insertion guide device 12 in the embodiment described above, the point image 124a-3 in the guide image 124 is visually recognized through the terminal accommodating chamber 221a-1 to be inserted. The terminal accommodating chamber 221a-1 to be inserted can be directly recognized. In addition, the guide image 124 changes so that the point images 124a-3 are sequentially displayed at positions that are visually recognized through each of the terminal storage chambers 221a-1 to be inserted. Thus, the operator Y can directly and individually recognize the plurality of terminal storage chambers 221a-1 to be inserted. Since the operator Y can insert the terminal 212 to be inserted under such direct recognition, occurrence of erroneous insertion of the terminal 212 can be suppressed with high accuracy. Thus, according to the terminal insertion guiding device 12 of the present embodiment, the occurrence of erroneous insertion of the terminal 212 can be suppressed with high accuracy.
Further, the terminal insertion guiding device 12 of the present embodiment includes a mounting frame 123 that exposes the display screen 121 a and is detachably mounted on the smartphone 121, and the holding portion 122 a is attached to the mounting frame 123. By adopting the mounting frame 123 with such a holding part 122a, it is realized that the highly versatile smartphone 121 is adopted as the image display part of the guidance image 124. As a result, the terminal insertion guidance device 12 itself Versatility is enhanced.
Further, in the terminal insertion guiding device 12 of the present embodiment, the guide image 124 is an image including an auxiliary image 124b that assists the guide with the point image 124a-3. The auxiliary image 124b represents a planar view image of the housing 221a held by the holding unit 122a. In the auxiliary image 124b, the simulated accommodation room image 124b-2 of the terminal accommodation room 221a-1 in which the insertion of the terminal 212 is guided by the point image 124a-3 is emphasized over the other simulated accommodation room images 124b-2. It is represented. Accordingly, since the insertion of the terminal 212 is guided to the terminal accommodating chamber 221a-1 to be inserted by the point image 124a-3 while being assisted by the auxiliary image 124b, the accuracy of suppressing the erroneous insertion of the terminal 212 is suppressed. Has been increased.
In the terminal insertion guiding device 12 of the present embodiment, the auxiliary image 124b is a simulated storage room image 124b-2 of the terminal storage room 221a-1 in which the insertion of the terminal 212 to be inserted is guided by the point image 124a-3. The color of the electric wire 211 to which the terminal 212 is fixed is displayed. Thereby, it is possible to suppress the occurrence of erroneous insertion such that the terminal 212 fixed to the electric wire 211 of a different color is erroneously inserted. Also in this point, in the terminal insertion guiding device 12 of the present embodiment, the accuracy of suppressing the erroneous insertion of the terminal 212 is increased.
Further, in the terminal insertion guiding device 12 of the present embodiment, a switch image 124c that receives an operation for instructing a change of the guidance image 124 from the worker Y is displayed on the display screen 121a. Then, when recognizing an operation on the switch image 124c, the control unit 121c changes the guide image 124. Thus, the operator Y can change the guide image 124 to the one corresponding to the next terminal 212 by operating the switch image 124c after the insertion of the terminal 212. Thus, the terminal insertion guiding device 12 of this embodiment has improved workability.
Also, in the terminal insertion guiding device 12 of the present embodiment, the switch image 124c is displayed on the display screen 121a as described above. Then, the control unit 121c recognizes that the touch sensor 121b has received an operation by detecting the display position of the switch image 124c as the touch position. Thereby, a switch for operation is arranged on the display screen 121a that is easily caught by the operator Y during work. In this respect, the terminal insertion guiding device 12 of this embodiment can improve workability. It has been.
Further, in the terminal insertion guiding device 12 of the present embodiment, the smartphone 121 includes a storage unit 121d. The storage unit 121d stores three pieces of identification information AAA, BBB, and CCC and three pieces of image data A ***, B ***, and C *** in a one-to-one correspondence.
