根据本发明的一些实施例,如图3-图5所示,洗衣机100进一步包括温度传感器4。温度传感器4设在加热装置3上,温度传感器4具有温度探头41,温度探头41伸入外桶1内(如图4所示),由此温度探头41可以检测加热装置3附近的洗涤水的温度并通过温度传感器4将温度信息反馈到洗衣机100的操作界面(图未示出)上,此时用户可以根据温度传感器4反馈的温度信息判断洗衣机100内洗涤水的温度是否达到需要的温度,若洗涤水的温度达到需要的温度可以使加热装置3停止加热。
根据本发明的一些实施例,如图3和图5所示,洗衣机100还包括密封件5。密封件5设在加热装置3上以密封加热装置3和外桶1之间的间隙,由此可以防止外桶1内的洗涤水渗漏出去。
根据本发明的进一步实施例,洗衣机100的加热装置3进一步包括至少一个第三加热管(图未示出)。第三加热管连接在第一加热管31和第二加热管32之间,其中,第三加热管的长度可以介于第一加热管31和第二加热管32之间。第三加热管可以与第一加热管31和第二加热管32的形状相同,例如,第一加热管31、第二加热管32与第三加热管均可以为U形管,但不限于上述形状。
如图1-图6所示,根据本发明第二方面实施例的洗衣机100,包括外桶1和加热装置3。
具体而言,加热装置3设在外桶1上,加热装置3包括彼此相连且并排设置的第一加热管31和第二加热管32,第一加热管31和第二加热管32均为U形管,由此可以使加热装置3结构紧凑,节约加热装置3占用的空间。外桶1的底壁11上形成有容纳槽12,第一加热管31和第二加热管32位于容纳槽12内,由此,加热装置3不占用外桶1的底壁11以上的空间,从而可以使洗衣机100的结构更为紧凑。
在图2和图4的示例中,外桶1的底壁11一部分向下凹入形成容纳槽12,加热装 置3中的第一加热管31和第二加热管32均伸入容纳槽12内,由此,加工简单且成本低,而且可以使容纳槽12处于洗衣机100的很低的位置,从而可以节约用水同时可以避免由于洗衣机100内水位不高时导致加热装置3处于干烧状态。
如图4和图5所示,第一加热管31的长度大于第二加热管32的长度,第一加热管31和第二加热管32分别被构造成从外向内相对于外桶1的径向方向偏离(“外”是指远离外桶1的中心的方向,“内”是指朝向外桶1的中心的方向),且第二加热管32位于第一加热管31的邻近所述外桶1的中心的一侧。由此,第一加热管31和第二加热管32的长度可以设置的较长,从而提高了加热效率,同时可以在保证加热装置3的第一加热管31与第二加热管32均与洗衣机100的其他部件保持足够的安全距离的同时,可以充分利用洗衣机100的内部结构空间。
需要说明的是,对于洗衣机100的加热装置3的工作原理及工作过程,上述已进行详细说明,在这里不再赘述。
根据本发明实施例的洗衣机100,通过使设有的加热装置3中的第一加热管31的长度大于第二加热管32的长度,由此可以使上述加热装置3在满足洗衣机100的加热功率要求的同时,可以适应于洗衣机100的内部结构,使洗衣机100的内部结构更加紧凑并且安装维修方便。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种洗衣机,其特征在于,包括:
    外桶;和
    加热装置,所述加热装置设在所述外桶上,所述加热装置包括彼此相连的第一加热管和第二加热管,所述第一加热管和所述第二加热管均位于所述外桶内,所述第一加热管的长度大于所述第二加热管的长度。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的洗衣机,其特征在于,所述第一加热管和所述第二加热管均为U形管且并排设置,所述第二加热管位于所述第一加热管的邻近所述外桶的中心的一侧。
  3. 根据权利要求1或2所述的洗衣机,其特征在于,所述第一加热管和所述第二加热管分别被构造成从外向内相对于所述外桶的径向方向偏离。
  4. 根据权利要求1-3中任一项所述的洗衣机,其特征在于,所述外桶的底壁上形成有容纳槽,所述第一加热管和所述第二加热管均容纳在所述容纳槽内。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的洗衣机,其特征在于,所述容纳槽由所述外桶的底壁的一部分向下凹入形成。
  6. 根据权利要求4所述的洗衣机,其特征在于,所述容纳槽形成为与所述第一加热管和所述第二加热管的形状相适配的形状。
  7. 根据权利要求1-6中任一项所述的洗衣机,其特征在于,进一步包括:
    温度传感器,所述温度传感器设在所述加热装置上,所述温度传感器具有温度探头,所述温度探头伸入所述外桶内。
  8. 根据权利要求1-7中任一项所述的洗衣机,其特征在于,还包括:
    密封件,所述密封件设在所述加热装置上以密封所述加热装置和所述外桶之间的间隙。
  9. 根据权利要求1-8中任一项所述的洗衣机,其特征在于,所述加热装置进一步包括:
    至少一个第三加热管,所述第三加热管连接在所述第一加热管和所述第二加热管之间。
  10. 一种洗衣机,其特征在于,包括:
    外桶,所述外桶的底壁上形成有容纳槽;和
    加热装置,所述加热装置设在所述外桶上,所述加热装置包括彼此相连且并排设置的第一加热管和第二加热管,所述第一加热管和所述第二加热管均为U形管,所述第一加热管和所述第二加热管位于所述容纳槽内,所述第一加热管的长度大于所述第二加热管的长度,所述第一加热管和所述第二加热管分别被构造成从外向内相对于所述外桶的径向方向偏离,且所述第二加热管位于所述第一加热管的邻近所述外桶的中心的一侧。
