本发明涉及家电技术领域,尤其是涉及一种洗衣机。
背景技术
相关技术中,洗衣机由溢水通道、溢水管和普通排水阀共同构成溢水结构,普通排水阀整体高度较高。新开发的洗衣机结构紧凑,对加热功能有刚性需求,可用排水高度空间较小,无法安装普通排水阀和溢水管。
发明内容
本发明旨在至少解决现有技术中存在的技术问题之一。为此,本发明的一个目的在于提出一种洗衣机,该洗衣机的结构紧凑。

具体而言,外桶2设在机体1内,外桶2具有溢水通道21,洗衣机100内溢出的洗涤水可以流入溢水通道21。排水阀3设在机体1上,排水阀3包括阀体31,阀体31上形成有进水口32、排水口33和溢水口352。其中,洗衣机100内溢出的洗涤水可以通过溢水口352排出去。进水口32与外桶2内部连通,即外桶2内的洗涤水可以流入进水口32。排水口33形成在阀体31的侧壁上,由此可以减小排水阀3在上下方向上的占用空间。当排水阀3打开时,进水口32与排水口33连通,外桶2内的洗涤水通过进水口32进入阀体31内,然后从排水口33排出;当排水阀3关闭时,进水口32 与排水口33隔断。

需要说明的是,与传统洗衣机相比,洗衣机100取消了传统洗衣机中连接在溢水管35与溢水通道21之间的连接管,由此避免了传统洗衣机中的连接管与洗衣机100的机体1存在的磨损风险,从而可以提高洗衣机100的可靠性。
根据本发明实施例的洗衣机100,通过将溢水管35竖直设置且将溢水管35上的溢水口352的开口设置为向上,由此可以降低排水阀3的整体高度,从而可以使排水阀3适应于洗衣机100的内部空间结构,进而可以使洗衣机100的结构更加紧凑。

Claims (6)

  1. 一种洗衣机,其特征在于,包括:
    机体;
    外桶,所述外桶设在所述机体内;以及
    排水阀,所述排水阀设在所述机体上,所述排水阀包括阀体,所述阀体上形成有进水口、排水口和溢水口,所述进水口与所述外桶内部连通,所述溢水口的开口向上。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的洗衣机,其特征在于,所述外桶具有溢水通道,所述溢水口与所述溢水通道直接连通。
  3. 根据权利要求1或2所述的洗衣机,其特征在于,所述排水口处设有排水管,所述排水管水平设置或倾斜设置。
  4. 根据权利要求1-3中任一项所述的洗衣机,其特征在于,所述排水口形成在所述阀体的侧壁上。
  5. 根据权利要求1-4中任一项所述的洗衣机,其特征在于,所述排水阀上设有溢水管,所述溢水管的自由端具有所述溢水口。
  6. 一种洗衣机,其特征在于,包括:
    机体;
    外桶,所述外桶设在所述机体内,所述外桶具有溢水通道;以及
    排水阀,所述排水阀设在所述机体上,所述排水阀包括阀体,所述阀体上形成有进水口、排水口和溢水口,所述进水口与所述外桶内部连通,所述排水口形成在所述阀体的侧壁上,所述排水口处设有排水管,所述排水管水平设置或倾斜设置,所述排水管上设有溢水管,所述溢水管的自由端具有所述溢水口,所述溢水管竖直设置且自由端的开口向上,所述溢水管与所述溢水通道直接连通。
