三角板通过底座放置在水平面上,并采用反光板警示。通过使用铰链, 上基板、左基板和右基板折叠,使三角板形成一长方形结构,结构简单、稳定,便于收纳和携带,有效防止运输时造成损坏。
第二实施例
如图3所示,在第一实施例的基础上增加:三角板1的前面上还设置有发光源6,发光源6位于反光板8的内。
该发光源与反光板配合使用,实现自主发光,有效防止光线较暗的环境下,影响反光板的使用效果。
进一步地,发光源6设置在主基板11上,发光源6的数量为两个,且对称设置。
进一步地,发光源6呈直角梯形。占据三角形反光片8的内的大部分面积,发光源还可以是长方形、正方形或圆形等,或者相互组合排列,数量可以是一个或多个。
进一步地,发光源6为多个LED警示灯排列组成。
进一步地,三角板1的背面设置有充电接口7,充电接口7与发光源6电连接。
进一步地,三角板1的前面设置有开关5,用于控制发光源6的开闭;还用于控制左基板13、右基板14和上基板12展开或闭合。给用户带来很大的便利。
具体地,左基板13、右基板14和上基板12分别与主基板11通过转轴连接,并安装有扭力弹簧,按下开关5,松开卡口后,三角板12通过弹簧扭力自动展开;同时,磁力开关将电路连通,点亮发光源6。
鉴于此,三角板上的发光板可单独使用,或者与发光源配合使用,实现被动或主动发光,根据现场使用情况调节,大大提高了警示效果。
第三实施例
如图1至图4所示,在第一实施例的基础上增加:底座2的两侧分别铰接有两支撑杆3,底座2前面和背面上分别设置有固定座4,固定座4上设置有固定支撑杆的固定槽41。
在铰链的作用下,展开支撑杆,三角板放置在水平面上更加稳固。收起支撑杆,将支撑杆固定在固定槽内,便于收纳,有效防止支撑杆损坏。防雨淋、抗风能力强、耐热,环境适应性好。
进一步地,固定座4位于底座2的中间,固定座4上设置有两个固定槽41。支撑杆的一端与底座铰接,支撑杆的中端固定在固定槽内。
进一步地,底座2呈M型。
该可折叠的警示三角架待机时间长,为三年。电池安全性能高,采用铁锂电池,充放电保护电路。警示灯闪烁效果明显,夜晚300米外可见。满电使用时间为3~4小时,电量用完后还保留有被动反光的功能,不至于失效。
进一步的技术方案为,如图5所示,还包括MCU控制器,用于控制LED警示灯闪烁,和用于检测电池电压,用于检测电压并通过LED指示电池电量;
储能模块,储能模块选用锂电池,可通过充电接口对电池进行充电;
控制开关模块,由开关K1和开关K2并联组成,K2通过磁性霍尔传感器驱动闭合,使MCU控制器控制LED警示灯闪烁,驱动模块,用于升压再驱动LED警示灯闪烁;开关K1通过充电电压驱动闭合导通,使储能模块向MCU控制器供电,并通过指示灯显示电量,此时LED警示灯不闪烁;
MCU控制器、储能模块、控制开关模块和驱动模块分别设置在底座2内。
更进一步地,储能模块包括储能电池、DCDC降压模块、超压保护模块、充电管理模块和充电保护电路,电源经DCDC降压模块降压,然后通过超压 保护模块后,给充电管理模块,再经充电保护电路后通过储能电池进行充电;
控制开关模块包括开关K1、开关K2、霍尔感应模块和磁铁,霍尔感应模块设置在底座2内部,磁铁设置在支撑杆3上,展开支撑杆3,磁铁移动,霍尔感应模块检测磁场发生变化,控制开关K2,充电电压控制开关K1;
驱动模块包括DCDC升压模块,DCDC升压模块升压电路通过MCU控制器控制LED警示灯闪烁。
MCU是系统的核心控制部分,其作用是电量估计与显示、以及控制LED警示灯的闪烁方式。
系统的供电有两种触发方式,一种是充电,另一种是放电。充电时,闭合开关K2,给MCU控制器供电,此时MCU控制器驱动电量指示灯,并通过电量指示灯显示。在三角架工作时,磁性霍尔传感器驱动开关K2,MCU控制器控制LED警示灯闪烁。MCU控制器供电后,使能DCDC升压电路,并控制LED警示灯的闪烁,同时,根据电池电压估计电池的当前电量,并通过电量指示灯提示用户。
开关K1与开关K2开关是通过向单一MOSFET开关管提供两路电压驱动实现的,一路是充电电压,另一路是霍尔器件提供的电压。
储能电池为锂电池,汽车电源12V或24V电压,经DCDC降压模块变换器降压为5V,然后通过超压保护模块后,给充电管理模块,经充电保护电路后才能给储能电池充电。也可以直接接上手机充电器提供的5伏电压给锂电池充电。原则上,只要充电管理模块的电压不超过5V,充电管模块坏掉的可能性就能降到最低。DCDC降压模块是系统保护的第一道关口,它将外界电压降到5伏,如果DCDC降压模块失效,较高的电压将被超压保护模块吸收掉,如果电流过大,则超压保护模块就会发热,当温度超过焊锡的熔点后, 超压保护模块将会断开,从而终止充电,此保护不可逆转。在5伏供电的情况下,充电管理模块可以独立对锂电池充电,即便是充电保护模块失效,它也能保证给锂电池安全充电。如若充电管理模块失效,5伏电压直接加到充放电保护模块,它也能完成对锂电池的安全充电,只有在充电管理芯片与充放电保护模块同时失效时,对储能电池的充电才能出现危险。
放电保护是系统的功能之一,它的重要性仅次于充电。放电保护具有过流保护功能,当电流大于某一数值时,将关断供电。充放电保护电路的另一功能是欠压保护,当电压低于某一电压值时,供电将关闭,直到下次充电才能恢复供电。
在DC/DC降压模块和充放电管理保护模块之间有一级超压保护模块,其实施方法是在正极连接的印刷线路板中间设置有一个断点VIN91和VOUT92,如图6所示,一个过压保护器件93设置在断点和负极之间,过压保护器件93的管脚在断点处通过焊锡将断点连通,在过压保护器件93与电路板之间设置有一个弹簧96或弹片。当DC/DC降压模块的输出电压超出过压保护器件93额定值时,电压将被钳制,电流将流经保护器,如果电源供电能力较强,管脚的大电流将断点焊锡融化,弹片将过压保护器件93顶开并脱落,同时断点断开,当断点断开后充电中断,从而保护了电池,实施例中的过压保护器件93可以是稳压管、TVS管中的一种。
具体地,输入电压与输出电压通过2个焊盘94实现,在线路板95上过压保护器件93下留一小孔,将弹性片顶住该器件,使其受到一个远离线路板的力。当过压时,过压保护器件93将会发热,从而使焊盘94上的焊锡熔化,在力F的作用下,过压保护器件93将会离开焊盘94而被弹出去,VIN91与VOUT92断开,线路永久切断。
以上所述的实施例仅用于说明本发明的技术思想及特点,其目的在于使本领域内的技术人员能够了解本发明的内容并据以实施,不能仅以本实施例来限定本发明的专利范围采用,即凡依本发明所揭示的精神所作的同等变化或修饰,仍落在本发明的专利范围内。

Claims (8)

  1. 一种可折叠的警示三角架,包括:三角板(1)和底座(2),所述三角板(1)设置在所述底座(2)上,所述三角板(1)的前面上设置有反光板(8),所述反光板(8)呈三角形,其特征在于:
    所述三角板(1)包括主基板(11)、左基板(13)、右基板(14)和上基板(12),所述左基板(13)和所述右基板(14)分别设置在所述主基板(11)的两侧,所述上基板(12)和所述底座(2)分别设置在所述主基板(11)的上下两端,所述左基板(13)、所述右基板(14)和所述上基板(12)分别与所述主基板(11)铰链连接,所述主基板(11)、所述左基板(13)、所述右基板(14)和所述上基板(12)通过铰链展开形成三角形;
    所述三角板(1)的前面上还设置有发光源(6),所述发光源(6)位于反光板(8)的内,所述发光源(6)设置在所述主基板(11)上,所述发光源(6)为多个LED警示灯排列组成;
    所述三角板(1)的前面设置有开关(5),用于控制所述发光源(6)的开闭;还用于控制所述左基板(13)、所述右基板(14)和所述上基板(12)展开或闭合;
    所述底座(2)的两侧分别铰接有两支撑杆(3),所述底座(2)前面和背面上分别设置有固定座(4),所述固定座(4)上设置有固定所述支撑杆的固定槽(41)。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的可折叠的警示三角架,其特征在于:所述主基板(11)呈长方形,所述左基板(13)和所述右基板(14)分别呈直角三角形,且对称设置,所述上基板(12)呈等腰三角形,所述左基板(13)、所述右基板(14)和所述上基板(12)通过铰链折叠收纳在所述主基板(11)区域内。
  3. 如权利要求1所述的可折叠的警示三角架,其特征在于:所述发光源(6)呈直角梯形。
  4. 如权利要求1所述的可折叠的警示三角架,其特征在于:所述三角板(1)的背面设置有充电接口(7),所述充电接口(7)与所述发光源(6)电连接。
  5. 如权利要求1所述的可折叠的警示三角架,其特征在于:所述固定座(4)位于所述底座(2)的中间,所述固定座(4)上设置有两个所述固定槽(41)。
  6. 如权利要求1所述的可折叠的警示三角架,其特征在于:所述底座(2)呈M型。
  7. 如权利要求1所述的可折叠的警示三角架,其特征在于:还包括MCU控制器,用于控制LED警示灯闪烁,和用于检测电池电压,通过电量指示灯显示;
    储能模块,用于将外接电源进行存储;
    控制开关模块,由开关K1和开关K2并联组成,开关K1通过充电电压驱动闭合,使MCU控制器控制LED警示灯闪烁,开关K2通过磁性霍尔传感器驱动闭合,使储能模块向MCU控制器供电,并通过指示灯显示电量,此时LED警示灯不闪烁;
    驱动模块,用于升压再驱动LED警示灯闪烁;
    MCU控制器、储能模块、控制开关模块和驱动模块分别设置在底座(2)内。
  8. 如权利要求7所述的可折叠的警示三角架,其特征在于:
    所述储能模块包括储能电池、DCDC降压模块、超压保护模块、充电管 理模块和充电保护电路,电源经DCDC降压模块降压,然后通过超压保护模块后,给充电管理模块,再经充电保护电路后通过储能电池进行充电;
    所述控制开关模块包括开关K1、开关K2、霍尔感应模块和磁铁,霍尔感应模块设置在底座(2)内部,磁铁设置在支撑杆(3)上,展开支撑杆(3),磁铁移动,霍尔感应模块检测磁场发生变化,控制开关K1,充电电压控制开关K2;
    所述驱动模块包括DCDC升压模块,DCDC升压模块升压电路,并通过MCU控制器控制LED警示灯闪烁。
