Abstract

La présente invention concerne un procédé de fabrication d'un masque laryngé et le masque laryngé, comprenant les étapes de fabrication suivantes : fabrication d'un moule intégral (200) utilisé pour fabriquer un sac gonflable, dans lequel un gradin (202) est agencé sur le côté interne du moule (200) ; placement du moule (200) dans une suspension concentrée de PVC ; retrait du moule (200) et placement du moule dans une boîte chauffante, et chauffage du moule pour formage ; retrait d'un sac gonflable formé (20) et fixation d'un tuyau de guidage d'air (10) à une surface du gradin (202) ; formation d'une ouverture sur l'autre surface du gradin et retrait du moule ; et fermeture de l'ouverture. Le sac gonflable est fabriqué au moyen du moule intégral et ne comporte pas de ligne de jonction sur la surface externe de celui-ci, permettant ainsi de résoudre les problèmes d'inconfort pour les patients et les dommages à la gorge causés par un sac gonflable avec des lignes de jonction fabriqué au moyen d'un procédé de moulage par soufflage de l'art antérieur.
