本文中描述的各种技术可用于长期演进(Long Term Evolution,LTE)系统,以及其他此类通信系统。
本发明实施例中的用户设备,可以是无线终端,无线终端可以是指向用户提供语音和/或数据连通性的设备,具有无线连接功能的手持式设备、或连接到无线调制解调器的其他处理设备。无线终端可以经无线接入网(例如,RAN,Radio Access Network)与一个或多个核心网进行通信,无线终端可以是移动终端,如移动电话(或称为“蜂窝”电话)和具有移动终端的计算机,例如,可以是便携式、袖珍式、手持式、计算机内置的或者车载的移动装置,它们与无线接入网交换语言和/或数据。例如,个人通信业务(PCS,Personal Communication Service)电话、无绳电话、会话发起协议(SIP)话机、无线本地环路(WLL,Wireless Local Loop)站、个人数字助理(PDA,Personal Digital Assistant)等设备。无线终端也可以称为系统、订户单元(Subscriber Unit)、订户站(Subscriber Station),移动站(Mobile Station)、移动台(Mobile)、远程站(Remote Station)、接入点(Access Point)、远程终端(Remote Terminal)、接入终端(Access Terminal)、用户终端(User Terminal)、用户代理(User Agent)、用户设备(User Device)、或用户装备(User Equipment)。
基站(例如,接入点)可以是接入网中在空中接口上通过一个或多个扇区与无线终端通信的设备。基站可用于将收到的空中帧与IP分组进行相互转换,作为无线终端与接入网的其余部分之间的路由器,其中接入网的其余部分可包括网际协议(IP)网络。基站还可协调对空中接口的属性管理。例如,LTE中的演进型基站(evolutional Node B,NodeB或eNB或e-NodeB)。
另外,本文中术语“系统”和“网络”在本文中常被可互换使用。本文中术语“和/或”,仅仅是一种描述关联对象的关联关系, 表示可以存在三种关系,例如,A和/或B,可以表示:单独存在A,同时存在A和B,单独存在B这三种情况。另外,本文中字符“/”,一般表示前后关联对象是一种“或”的关系。
本发明实施例提供的寻呼消息发送方法及设备可以应用于LTE网络中,当MME开启聚合寻呼功能后,对用户设备寻呼的过程中。
以下通过具体实施例,对本发明提供的寻呼消息发送方法及设备进行详细说明:
实施例1
本发明实施例提供一种寻呼消息发送方法,应用于移动性管理实体(Mobility Management Entity,MME),如图1所示,包括:
S101、MME接收服务网关(Serving Gateway,SGW)发送的下行数据通知(Downlink Data Notification,DDN)消息。
其中,DDN消息中携带有用户设备的标识,DDN消息用于指示MME向用户设备的跟踪区列表(Tracking Area List,TA List)中的基站发送寻呼消息。
当网络侧出现对一用户设备的下行数据或者下行信令,且该用户设备未与网络侧建立无线连接链路时,SGW可以向MME发送DDN消息,指示MME向该用户设备的TA List中的基站发送寻呼消息。其中,本发明实施例中的基站可以为LTE中的NodeB或eNB或e-NodeB。其中,一个TA list包含1~16个跟踪区(Tracking Area,TA)。MME可以为每一个用户设备分配一个TA list,并将分配给用户设备的TA list发送给该用户设备,由该用户设备保存其TA list。
TA是LTE系统为用户设备的位置管理设立的概念,TA功能与3G系统的位置区(Location Area,LA)和路由区(Routing Area,RA)类似。通过TA信息核心网设备(如MME)能够获知处于空闲态的用户设备的位置,并且在有数据业务需求时,对该用户设备进行寻呼。
当寻呼信令较多时,MME会开启聚合寻呼功能,本发明实施例针对MME已经开启聚合寻呼功能的情况下实施。
S102、MME在开启聚合寻呼功能后,根据DDN消息,确定用户设备的优先级是否高于预设等级。
示例性的,在本发明实施例的一种应用场景中,DDN消息中携带有高优先级寻呼(High Priority Paging,HPP)指示,HPP指示用于指示用户设备的优先级高于预设等级。
MME在接收到携带有HPP指示的DDN消息后,则可以确定用户设备的优先级高于预设等级,则可以直接向该用户设备的TA List中的基站发送寻呼消息。
其中,HPP指示可以为SGW接收到MME发送的聚合寻呼指示后,添加至DDN消息的,MME可以在开启聚合寻呼功能后,向SGW发送聚合寻呼指示。
在本发明实施例的第二种应用场景中,DDN消息中未携带有HPP指示。
在第二种应用场景中,MME可以在接收到DDN消息后,根据DDN消息携带的用户设备的标识,获得用户设备的服务质量(Quality of Service,QoS)信息,然后根据用户设备的QoS信息,确定用户设备的优先级是否高于预设等级。
其中,用户设备的QoS信息包括:QoS等级标识(QoS Class Identifier,QCI)以及分配和保持优先权(Allocation/Retension priority,ARP)信息。
S103、若用户设备的优先级高于预设等级,MME则直接向基站发送寻呼消息。
其中,当用户设备的优先级高于预设等级,MME则不会对相应的寻呼消息进行聚合寻呼,而是直接向该用户设备的TA List中的基站发送寻呼消息。
本发明的实施例提供的寻呼消息发送方法,MME接收SGW发送的DDN消息,DDN消息中携带有用户设备的标识,DDN消息用于指示MME向用户设备的TA List中的基站发送寻呼消息;在开启聚合寻呼功能后,根据DDN消息,确定用户设备的优先级是否高于 预设等级;若用户设备的优先级高于预设等级,MME则直接向基站发送寻呼消息。
通过本方案,MME可以在用户设备的优先级高于预设等级时,直接向基站发送寻呼消息,不需要对该寻呼消息进行聚合寻呼,因此不会存在聚合时延,从而及时发送高优先级用户设备的寻呼消息,可以保证高优先级用户设备的业务体验。
实施例2
本发明实施例提供一种寻呼消息发送方法,应用于SGW,如图2所示,该寻呼消息发送方法包括:
S201、若SGW接收到MME发送的聚合寻呼指示,SGW在接收到下行报文后,获得接收下行报文的用户设备的QoS信息。
其中,聚合寻呼指示为MME开启聚合寻呼功能后,发送给SGW的。聚合寻呼指示用于表明MME将对寻呼消息进行聚合寻呼。
SGW在获知MME已开启聚合寻呼功能,将对寻呼消息进行聚合寻呼时;为了避免MME对所有寻呼消息均进行聚合寻呼,而影响部分优先级较高的用户设备的业务体验,可以在接收到下行报文后,获得接收下行报文的用户设备的QoS信息,然后根据QoS信息确定用户设备的优先级是否高于预设等级;并于用户设备的优先级高于预设等级时,向MME发送携带有HPP指示的DDN消息,以指示所述MME向用户设备的TA List中的基站直接发送寻呼消息,不需要进行聚合寻呼。
S202、若SGW根据用户设备QoS信息确定用户设备的优先级高于预设等级,则向MME发送携带有HPP指示的DDN消息。
其中,DDN消息用于指示MME向用户设备的TA List中的基站发送寻呼消息,HPP指示用于指示用户设备的优先级高于预设等级。
用户设备优先级可以通过用户在SGW实体中数据相应承载对应的Qos信息中的QCI参数来标定。
本发明的实施例提供的寻呼消息发送方法,SGW可以在接收到 MME发送的聚合寻呼指示后,若接收到下行报文,获得接收下行报文的用户设备的QoS信息;若SGW根据用户设备QoS信息确定用户设备的优先级高于预设等级,则向MME发送携带有HPP指示的DDN消息。
通过本方案,SGW可以在用户设备的优先级高于预设等级时,向MME发送携带有HPP指示的DDN消息,以指示MME直接向基站发送寻呼消息,不需要对该寻呼消息进行聚合寻呼,因此不会存在聚合时延,从而及时发送高优先级用户设备的寻呼消息,可以保证高优先级用户设备的业务体验。
实施例3
本发明实施例提供一种寻呼消息发送方法,可以应用于MME与SGW交互过程中的,如图3所示,该寻呼消息发送方法可以包括:
S301、MME在开启聚合寻呼功能后,向SGW发送聚合寻呼指示,聚合寻呼指示用于表明MME将对寻呼消息进行聚合寻呼。
S302、SGW在接收到下行报文后,获得接收下行报文的用户设备的QoS信息。
示例性的,SGW可以解析接收到的下行报文,以得到接收该下行报文的用户设备的地址或者标识,然后根据解析得到的用户设备的地址或者标识,获得该用户设备的QoS信息。
S303、SGW根据用户设备QoS信息确定用户设备的优先级是否高于预设等级。
需要说明的是,SGW根据用户设备QoS信息确定用户设备的优先级是否高于预设等级的具体方法可以参考上述实施例中的相关描述,本实施例这里不再赘述。
SGW在获知MME已开启聚合寻呼功能,将对寻呼消息进行聚合寻呼时;为了避免MME对所有寻呼消息均进行聚合寻呼,而影响部分优先级较高的用户设备的业务体验,可以在接收到下行报文后,确定用户设备的优先级是否高于预设等级;并于用户设备的优先级高于预设等级时,向MME发送携带有HPP指示的DDN消息, 以指示MME向用户设备的TA List中的基站直接发送寻呼消息,不需要进行聚合寻呼。
S304、若用户设备的优先级高于预设等级,SGW则向MME发送携带有HPP指示的DDN消息。
其中,DDN消息用于指示MME向所述用户设备的TA List中的基站发送寻呼消息,HPP指示用于指示用户设备的优先级高于预设等级。
进一步的,若SGW确定用户设备的优先级不高于预设等级,则可以向MME发送未携带有HPP指示的DDN消息。
S305、MME根据HPP指示,确定用户设备的优先级高于预设等级。
MME在接收到携带有HPP指示的DDN消息后,则可以确定用户设备的优先级高于预设等级。
S306、MME直接向用户设备的TA List中的基站发送寻呼消息。

S401、SGW在接收到下行报文后,向MME发送DDN消息。
其中,DDN消息中携带有用户设备的标识,DDN消息用于指示MME向用户设备的TA List中的基站发送寻呼消息。
S402、MME在开启聚合寻呼功能后,根据DDN消息携带的用户设备的标识,获得用户设备的QoS信息。
其中,用户设备的QoS信息包括:QCI以及ARP信息。
S403、MME根据用户设备的QoS信息,确定用户设备的优先级是否高于预设等级。

S404、若用户设备的优先级高于预设等级,MME则直接向用户设备的TA List中的基站发送寻呼消息。

S501、MME在开启聚合寻呼功能后,确定待发送消息的消息类型,待发送消息的消息类型用于指示该待发送消息为寻呼消息和或者非寻呼消息。
其中,待发送消息的消息头(如报文头)中包含该待发送消息的消息类型指示信息,MME可以通过解析消息头,确定待发送消息的消息类型。
S502、若待发送消息为非寻呼消息,MME则直接向基站发送该待发送消息。
需要说明的是,MME与基站(NodeB或eNB或e-NodeB)之间通过S1接口进行通信,即MME可以通过S1接口向基站发送非寻呼消息。
本发明实施例提供的寻呼消息发送方法,当MME通过S1接口向基站发送非寻呼消息时,该非寻呼消息也不需要进行聚合寻呼,即MME可以直接向基站发送非寻呼消息。这样可以保证非寻呼消息的及时传输,可以保证非寻呼业务的可靠性。
实施例6
本发明实施例提供一种MME,如图6所示,该MME包括:接收单元61、确定单元62和发送单元63。
接收单元61,用于接收服务网关SGW发送的下行数据通知DDN消息,所述DDN消息中携带有用户设备的标识,所述DDN消息用于指示所述MME向所述用户设备的跟踪区列表TA List中的基站发送寻呼消息。
确定单元62,用于在开启聚合寻呼功能后,根据所述接收单元 61接收的所述DDN消息,确定所述用户设备的优先级是否高于预设等级。

需要说明的是,本发明实施例提供的SGW中部分功能模块的具体描述可以参考本发明实施例第五方面中的对应内容,本实施例这里不再详细赘述。
本发明的实施例提供的SGW,可以在接收到MME发送的聚合寻呼指示后,若接收到下行报文,获得接收下行报文的用户设备的QoS信息;若SGW根据用户设备QoS信息确定用户设备的优先级高于预设等级,则向MME发送携带有HPP指示的DDN消息。
通过本方案,SGW可以在用户设备的优先级高于预设等级时,向MME发送携带有HPP指示的DDN消息,以指示MME直接向基站发送寻呼消息,不需要对该寻呼消息进行聚合寻呼,因此不会存在聚合时延,从而及时发送高优先级用户设备的寻呼消息,可以保证高优先级用户设备的业务体验。
实施例9
本发明实施例提供一种SGW,如图10所示,该SGW包括:接收器91、处理器92和发送器93,以及存储器94。其中,所述接收 器91、处理器92、发送器93和存储器94之间通过系统总线95连接并完成相互间的通信。所述处理器92可以指示所述接收器91和所述发送器93执行相关过程。
接收器91,用于接收到移动性管理实体MME发送的聚合寻呼指示;接收下行报文。
存储器94,用于存储一组程序代码。
处理器92,用于执行所述存储器94存储的程序代码,以在所述接收器91接收到所述聚合寻呼指示后,若所述接收单元接收到所述下行报文,则获得接收所述下行报文的用户设备的服务质量QoS信息;根据所述用户设备QoS信息确定所述用户设备的优先级是否高于预设等级;所述用户设备QoS信息包括:QoS等级标识QCI以及分配和保持优先权ARP信息。
发送器93,用于若所述处理器92确定所述用户设备的优先级高于所述预设等级,则向所述MME发送携带有高优先级寻呼HPP指示的下行数据通知DDN消息。
其中,所述聚合寻呼指示用于表明所述MME将对寻呼消息进行聚合寻呼。
所述DDN消息用于指示所述MME向所述用户设备的跟踪区列表TA List中的基站发送寻呼消息,所述HPP指示用于指示所述用户设备的优先级高于所述预设等级。
示例性的,所述处理器92可以是一个CPU,或者是ASIC,或者是被配置成实施本发明实施例的一个或多个集成电路。
所述接收器91和所述发送器93可以为所述SGW与其他设备进行通信的通信接口,例如可以为RF模块。
所述存储器94可以包括易失性存储器(英文:volatile memory),例如RAM;所述存储器94也可以包括NVM,例如ROM,快闪存储器(英文:flash memory),HDD或SSD;所述存储器94还可以包括上述种类的存储器的组合。
需要说明的是,本发明实施例提供的SGW中部分功能模块的 具体描述可以参考本发明实施例第六方面的对应内容,本实施例这里不再详细赘述。
本发明的实施例提供的SGW,可以在接收到MME发送的聚合寻呼指示后,若接收到下行报文,获得接收下行报文的用户设备的QoS信息;若SGW根据用户设备QoS信息确定用户设备的优先级高于预设等级,则向MME发送携带有HPP指示的DDN消息。
通过本方案,SGW可以在用户设备的优先级高于预设等级时,向MME发送携带有HPP指示的DDN消息,以指示MME直接向基站发送寻呼消息,不需要对该寻呼消息进行聚合寻呼,因此不会存在聚合时延,从而及时发送高优先级用户设备的寻呼消息,可以保证高优先级用户设备的业务体验。
通过以上的实施方式的描述,所属领域的技术人员可以清楚地了解到,为描述的方便和简洁,仅以上述各功能模块的划分进行举例说明,实际应用中,可以根据需要而将上述功能分配由不同的功能模块完成,即将装置的内部结构划分成不同的功能模块,以完成以上描述的全部或者部分功能。上述描述的系统,装置和单元的具体工作过程,可以参考前述方法实施例中的对应过程,在此不再赘述。
在本申请所提供的几个实施例中,应该理解到,所揭露的系统,装置和方法,可以通过其它的方式实现。例如,以上所描述的装置实施例仅仅是示意性的,例如,所述模块或单元的划分,仅仅为一种逻辑功能划分,实际实现时可以有另外的划分方式,例如多个单元或组件可以结合或者可以集成到另一个系统,或一些特征可以忽略,或不执行。另一点,所显示或讨论的相互之间的耦合或直接耦合或通信连接可以是通过一些接口,装置或单元的间接耦合或通信连接,可以是电性,机械或其它的形式。
所述作为分离部件说明的单元可以是或者也可以不是物理上分开的,作为单元显示的部件可以是或者也可以不是物理单元,即可以位于一个地方,或者也可以分布到多个网络单元上。可以根据实 际的需要选择其中的部分或者全部单元来实现本实施例方案的目的。
另外,在本发明各个实施例中的各功能单元可以集成在一个处理单元中,也可以是各个单元单独物理存在,也可以两个或两个以上单元集成在一个单元中。上述集成的单元既可以采用硬件的形式实现,也可以采用软件功能单元的形式实现。
所述集成的单元如果以软件功能单元的形式实现并作为独立的产品销售或使用时,可以存储在一个计算机可读取存储介质中。基于这样的理解,本发明的技术方案本质上或者说对现有技术做出贡献的部分或者该技术方案的全部或部分可以以软件产品的形式体现出来,该计算机软件产品存储在一个存储介质中,包括若干指令用以使得一台计算机设备(可以是个人计算机,服务器,或者网络设备等)或处理器(processor)执行本发明各个实施例所述方法的全部或部分步骤。而前述的存储介质包括:U盘、移动硬盘、只读存储器(ROM,Read-Only Memory)、随机存取存储器(RAM,Random Access Memory)、磁碟或者光盘等各种可以存储程序代码的介质。
以上所述,仅为本发明的具体实施方式,但本发明的保护范围并不局限于此,任何熟悉本技术领域的技术人员在本发明揭露的技术范围内,可轻易想到变化或替换,都应涵盖在本发明的保护范围之内。因此,本发明的保护范围应以所述权利要求的保护范围为准。

Claims (18)

  1. 一种寻呼消息发送方法,其特征在于,包括:
    移动性管理实体MME接收服务网关SGW发送的下行数据通知DDN消息,所述DDN消息中携带有用户设备的标识,所述DDN消息用于指示所述MME向所述用户设备的跟踪区列表TA List中的基站发送寻呼消息;
    所述MME在开启聚合寻呼功能后,根据所述DDN消息,确定所述用户设备的优先级是否高于预设等级;
    若所述用户设备的优先级高于所述预设等级,所述MME则直接向所述基站发送所述寻呼消息。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述DDN消息中还携带有高优先级寻呼HPP指示,所述HPP指示用于指示所述用户设备的优先级高于所述预设等级;
    所述MME在开启聚合寻呼功能后,根据所述DDN消息,确定所述用户设备的优先级是否高于预设等级,包括:
    所述MME判断所述DDN消息中是否携带有所述HPP指示;
    若所述DDN消息中携带有所述HPP指示,所述MME则确定所述用户设备的优先级高于所述预设等级。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的方法,其特征在于,在所述移动性管理实体MME接收服务网关SGW发送的下行数据通知DDN消息之前,所述方法还包括:
    所述MME在开启聚合寻呼功能后,向所述SGW发送聚合寻呼指示,所述聚合寻呼指示用于表明所述MME将对寻呼消息进行聚合寻呼。
  4. 根据权利要求2所述的方法,其特征在于,所述MME在开启聚合寻呼功能后,根据所述DDN消息,确定所述用户设备的优先级是否高于预设等级,包括:
    所述MME在开启所述聚合寻呼功能后,根据所述DDN消息携带的所述用户设备的标识,获得所述用户设备的服务质量QoS信息, 所述用户设备的QoS信息包括:QoS等级标识QCI以及分配和保持优先权ARP信息;
    所述MME根据所述用户设备的QoS信息,确定所述用户设备的优先级是否高于预设等级。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,还包括:
    所述MME在开启所述聚合寻呼功能后,直接向所述基站发送非寻呼消息;
    其中,所述MME对所述非寻呼消息不进行聚合寻呼。
  6. 一种移动性管理实体MME,其特征在于,包括:
    接收单元,用于接收服务网关SGW发送的下行数据通知DDN消息,所述DDN消息中携带有用户设备的标识,所述DDN消息用于指示所述MME向所述用户设备的跟踪区列表TA List中的基站发送寻呼消息;
    确定单元,用于在开启聚合寻呼功能后,根据所述接收单元接收的所述DDN消息,确定所述用户设备的优先级是否高于预设等级;
    发送单元,用于若所述确定单元确定所述用户设备的优先级高于所述预设等级,则直接向所述基站发送所述寻呼消息。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的MME,其特征在于,所述DDN消息中还携带有高优先级寻呼HPP指示,所述HPP指示用于指示所述用户设备的优先级高于所述预设等级;
    所述确定单元,具体用于:
    在开启所述聚合寻呼功能后,判断所述DDN消息中是否携带有所述HPP指示;
    若所述DDN消息中携带有所述HPP指示,则确定所述用户设备的优先级高于所述预设等级。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的MME,其特征在于,还包括:
    开启单元,用于开启聚合寻呼功能;
    所述发送单元,还用于在所述接收单元接收所述SGW发送的所述DDN消息之前,若所述开启单元开启所述聚合寻呼功能,则向所 述SGW发送聚合寻呼指示;
    所述聚合寻呼指示用于表明所述MME将对寻呼消息进行聚合寻呼。
  9. 根据权利要求7所述的MME,其特征在于,所述确定单元,具体用于:
    在开启所述聚合寻呼功能后,根据所述DDN消息携带的所述用户设备的标识,获得所述用户设备的服务质量QoS信息,所述用户设备的QoS信息包括:QoS等级标识QCI以及分配和保持优先权ARP信息;
    根据所述用户设备的QoS信息,确定所述用户设备的优先级是否高于预设等级。
  10. 根据权利要求6所述的MME,其特征在于,所述发送单元,还用于在开启所述聚合寻呼功能后,直接向所述基站发送非寻呼消息;
    其中,所述处理器对所述非寻呼消息不进行聚合寻呼。
  11. 一种移动性管理实体MME,其特征在于,包括:
    接收器,用于接收服务网关SGW发送的下行数据通知DDN消息,所述DDN消息中携带有用户设备的标识,所述DDN消息用于指示所述MME向所述用户设备的跟踪区列表TA List中的基站发送寻呼消息;
    存储器,用于存储一组程序代码;
    处理器,用于执行所述存储器存储的程序代码,以在开启聚合寻呼功能后,根据所述接收器接收的所述DDN消息,确定所述用户设备的优先级是否高于预设等级;
    发送器,用于若所述处理器确定所述用户设备的优先级高于所述预设等级,则直接向所述基站发送所述寻呼消息。
  12. 根据权利要求11所述的MME,其特征在于,所述DDN消息中还携带有高优先级寻呼HPP指示,所述HPP指示用于指示所述用户设备的优先级高于所述预设等级;
    所述处理器,具体用于:
    在开启所述聚合寻呼功能后,判断所述DDN消息中是否携带有所述HPP指示;
    若所述DDN消息中携带有所述HPP指示,则确定所述用户设备的优先级高于所述预设等级。
  13. 根据权利要求12所述的MME,其特征在于,所述处理器,还用于开启聚合寻呼功能;
    所述发送器,还用于在所述接收器接收所述SGW发送的所述DDN消息之前,若所述处理器开启所述聚合寻呼功能,则向所述SGW发送聚合寻呼指示,所述聚合寻呼指示用于表明所述MME将对寻呼消息进行聚合寻呼。
  14. 根据权利要求11所述的MME,其特征在于,所述处理器,具体用于:
    在开启所述聚合寻呼功能后,根据所述DDN消息携带的所述用户设备的标识,获得所述用户设备的服务质量QoS信息,所述用户设备的QoS信息包括:QoS等级标识QCI以及分配和保持优先权ARP信息;
    根据所述用户设备的QoS信息,确定所述用户设备的优先级是否高于预设等级。
  15. 根据权利要求11所述的MME,其特征在于,所述发送器,还用于在开启所述聚合寻呼功能后,直接向所述基站发送非寻呼消息;
    其中,所述处理器对所述非寻呼消息不进行聚合寻呼。
  16. 一种寻呼消息发送方法,其特征在于,若服务网关SGW接收到移动性管理实体MME发送的聚合寻呼指示,所述方法包括:
    所述SGW在接收到下行报文后,获得接收所述下行报文的用户设备的服务质量QoS信息,所述用户设备QoS信息包括:QoS等级标识QCI以及分配和保持优先权ARP信息;
    若所述SGW根据所述用户设备QoS信息确定所述用户设备的优 先级高于预设等级,则向所述MME发送携带有高优先级寻呼HPP指示的下行数据通知DDN消息;
    其中,所述聚合寻呼指示用于表明所述MME将对寻呼消息进行聚合寻呼;
    所述DDN消息用于指示所述MME向所述用户设备的跟踪区列表TA List中的基站发送寻呼消息,所述HPP指示用于指示所述用户设备的优先级高于所述预设等级。
  17. 一种服务网关SGW,其特征在于,包括:
    接收单元,用于接收到移动性管理实体MME发送的聚合寻呼指示;接收下行报文;
    获取单元,用于若所述接收单元接收到所述聚合寻呼指示,则在所述接收单元接收到所述下行报文后,获得接收所述下行报文的用户设备的服务质量QoS信息,所述用户设备QoS信息包括:QoS等级标识QCI以及分配和保持优先权ARP信息;
    确定单元,用于根据所述用户设备QoS信息确定所述用户设备的优先级是否高于预设等级;
    发送单元,用于若所述确定单元确定所述用户设备的优先级高于所述预设等级,则向所述MME发送携带有高优先级寻呼HPP指示的下行数据通知DDN消息;
    其中,所述聚合寻呼指示用于表明所述MME将对寻呼消息进行聚合寻呼;
    所述DDN消息用于指示所述MME向所述用户设备的跟踪区列表TA List中的基站发送寻呼消息,所述HPP指示用于指示所述用户设备的优先级高于所述预设等级。
  18. 一种服务网关SGW,其特征在于,包括:
    接收器,用于接收到移动性管理实体MME发送的聚合寻呼指示;接收下行报文;
    存储器,用于存储一组程序代码;
    处理器,用于执行所述存储器存储的程序代码,以在所述接收器 接收到所述聚合寻呼指示后,若所述接收单元接收到所述下行报文,则获得接收所述下行报文的用户设备的服务质量QoS信息;根据所述用户设备QoS信息确定所述用户设备的优先级是否高于预设等级;所述用户设备QoS信息包括:QoS等级标识QCI以及分配和保持优先权ARP信息;
    发送器,用于若所述处理器确定所述用户设备的优先级高于所述预设等级,则向所述MME发送携带有高优先级寻呼HPP指示的下行数据通知DDN消息;
    其中,所述聚合寻呼指示用于表明所述MME将对寻呼消息进行聚合寻呼;
    所述DDN消息用于指示所述MME向所述用户设备的跟踪区列表TA List中的基站发送寻呼消息,所述HPP指示用于指示所述用户设备的优先级高于所述预设等级。
