Description

DESCRIPTION
SLEEVE IRONING APPARATUS AND CLIP FOR HANGING THE APPARATUS ON THE IRONING TABLE
TECHNICAL FIELD The invention is related with a sleeve ironing apparatus which provides to quickly and easily iron the sleeves of top clothing such as sweaters, gowns and particularly shirts and an apparatus hanging clip which provides to easily hang such sleeve ironing apparatus on the ironing table. STATE OF THE ART
Owner of the invention has applied for patent on June11 , 2014 with the patent application No. TR 2014 06744. In the patent application, it is explained that this invention avoids difficulty and waste of time during ironing sleeves of the shirts after being washed and dried.
It is stated that the shirt sleeve ironing apparatus with patent application No. TR 2014 06744 which costs much cheaper and occupies less physical space solves the problem with the shirt sleeve ironing tables of the state of art which costs more expensive and occupies more physical space.
It is stated that the shirt sleeve ironing apparatus defined in the patent application No. TR 2014 06744 has a structure that is adjustable for ironing shirt sleeves with different sizes. In the patent with No. TR 2014 06744, this case is described as follows: "This adjustment mechanism which can be adjusted gradually according to sleeve size of the clothing can be achieved by the pressure adjustment plate between the top cover and bottom cover, the gab slots on it, the steel spring, the wire base and the left end gab and the right end gab with the size adjustment gabs". "With the pressure adjustment plate among inner components of the holding handle and the gab slots, movement of the left end gab in the left direction and the right end gab in the right direction provides adjustment gradually according to the size of sleeve. The adjustment for larger sizes can be made by manually pulling the armpit side wire in the right direction and the shoulder side wire in the left direction simultaneously. Movement of this adjustment mechanism is provided on the wire bedding. For the size reduction process, with the movement provided in the wire bedding, the right end gab and the left end gab placed in the gab slots on the pressure adjustment plate according to the size numbers are moved in opposite directions, united on the wire base, come back to back and the smallest shirt size is reached".
As is understood also from the foregoing description, in the apparatus explained in patent number TR 201 06744, after adjustment of desired size by simultaneous movement of the left end gab and the right end gab, the left end gab and the right end gab are fitted in the gab slot and the size adjusted is fixed. When the shirt sleeve is clad in the adjusted shirt sleeve ironing apparatus, the left end gab and/or the right end gab may get out of the gab slots due to the tension during ironing. The main reason for the left end gab and/or the right end gab to get out of the gab slots is that the gab slots have radius, so due to the tension force during ironing, the left end gab and/or the right end gab may easily get out of the gab slots with radius. This problem causes the ironing process to stop and the shirt sleeve ironing apparatus to be adjusted frequently during ironing. Open ends of the wires forming the socket slots of the apparatus explained in patent number TR 201406744 cause the problem of tearing the shirt sleeve by sticking while cladding to or removing from the shirt ironing apparatus.
While ironing other clothes such as skirts, there is no place on the ironing table to keep the shirt ironing apparatus explained in the patent number TR 2014 06744 used today. This case leads to problems in keeping the shirt ironing apparatus during ironing.
Since there is no size chart and body size numbers on state of the art, it is hard for the user to adjust the shirt ironing apparatus. DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
The invention eliminates the disadvantages described above. By the help of development in the invention, by the sleeve ironing apparatus in the shirt sleeve, the right size fixing gab on which the shoulder opening wire is mounted, can not get out of the right gab bearing due to the tensile force on the shirt sleeve. The right gab bearing is in the form of reverse gab and the right gab pushing spring continuously applies pressure on the size foot locking gab-2 through the right gab bearing in the form of reverse gab. So, the shoulder opening wire can not open during ironing. In the same way, the left size fixing gab on which the armpit opening wire is mounted, can not get out of the left gab bearing due to the tensile force on the shirt sleeve. The left gab bearing is in the form of reverse gab and the left gab pushing spring continuously applies pressure on the size foot locking gab-1 through the left gab bearing in the form of reverse gab. So, the armpit opening wire can not open during ironing. This development in the invention removes the problem of opening for the shoulder opening wire and armpit opening wire during ironing and makes the ironing process easier, fast and ergonomic. In the invention, the left rope clip female end section which closes the open part where the armpit opening wire is bended in a way to leave a portion open. By this way, the problem of tearing the shirt sleeve by sticking in the open part of bent section of armpit opening wire while cladding to or removing from the sleeve ironing apparatus.
In the invention, the right rope clip female end section which closes the open part where the shoulder opening wire is bended in a way to leave a portion open. By this way, the problem of tearing the shirt sleeve by sticking in the open part of bent section of armpit opening wire while cladding to or removing from the sleeve ironing apparatus.
In the invention, the apparatus hanging clip is developed for keeping the sleeve ironing apparatus on the ironing table when not in use. When not in use, the sleeve ironing apparatus is hung on the hanging surface on the apparatus hanging clip which is mounted on the ironing table edge. By this way, the problem for keeping the sleeve ironing apparatus during ironing is eliminated. By the help of the size chart on the sleeve ironing apparatus developed in the invention, also the right body size letters and left body size letters, the user is able to quickly and easily adjust the sleeve ironing apparatus according to the size of the shirt to be ironed.

DISCLOSURE OF THE INVENTION
The invention is a sleeve ironing apparatus and contains;
- Left gab slot (3a)
- Left gab bearing (11a) at the bottom of left gab slot (3a)
- Left size fixing gab (4a) on the left gab bearing (11a),
- Right gab slot (3b),
- Right gab bearing (11b) at the bottom of right gab slot (3b) facing the opposite direction of left gab bearing (11 a),
- Right size fixing gab (4b) on the right gab bearing (11b).
The left size letters (2a) are at the bottom of left gab bearing (11a). The right size letters (2b) are at the bottom of right gab bearing (11 b).
The invention includes the size chart (5) which comprises the left size letters (2a) and the right size letters (2b). The armpit opening wire (8) supported in the armpit opening wire bearing (18) is mounted on the left size fixing gab (4a).
The shoulder opening wire (7) supported in the shoulder opening wire bearing (19) is mounted on the right size fixing gab (4b).
The back pulling gab-1 (4a.3) is at the top the left size fixing gab (4a), size foot locking tab-1 (4a.1 ) at bottom left of the back pulling tab-1 (4a.3), holding lug-1 (4a.2) is at bottom right of the back pulling tab-1 (4a.3), wire holding bearing-1 (4a.5) is between size foot locking tab-1 (4a.1) and holding lug-1 (4a.2).

For using the sleeve ironing apparatus, firstly body size of the shirt to be ironed should be determined. Then the left gab pushing spring (13a) is compressed by holding the back pulling gab-1 (4a.3) and pulling the left size fixing gab (4a) in the direction of gab pulling direction-1 (4a.4). Then the left size fixing gab (4a) is brought on the appropriate shirt size within left body size letters (2a) on the size chart (5) and then the size foot locking gab-1 (4a.1 ) is fixed in the left gab bearing (11a) by enabling the left gab pushing spring (13a) to move by releasing the back pulling gab-1 (4a.3).
After the left size fixing gab (4a) is adjusted to size of the shirt to be ironed, the right size fixing gab (4b) should also adjusted to size of the left size fixing gab (4a).
The right gab pushing spring (13b) is compressed by holding the back pulling gab- 2 (4b.3) and pulling the right size fixing gab (4b) in the direction of gab pulling direction-2 (4b.4). Then the right size fixing gab (4b) is brought on the appropriate shirt size within right body size letters (2b) on the size chart (5) and then the size foot locking gab-2 (4b.1 ) is fixed in the right gab bearing (11 b) by enabling the right gab pushing spring (13b) to move by releasing the back pulling gab-2 (4b.3).
The operation above may be done by firstly adjusting the right size fixing gab (4b) to the desired size and then adjusting the left size fixing gab (4a) to the desired size. For ironing, the sleeve ironing apparatus is adjusted according to the shirt sleeve to be ironed and the shirt sleeve (16) is clad on the sleeve ironing apparatus, as explained above. As the left gab pushing spring ( 3a) provides continuous pressure on the size foot locking tab-1 (4a.1) through left gab bearing (11a) and the left gab bearing (11 a) is in the form of reverse gab, the tensile force on shirt sleeve (16) can not open the armpit opening wire (8). In the same way, as the right gab pushing spring (13b) provides continuous pressure on the size foot locking gab-2 (4b.1) through the right gab bearing (11 b) and the right gab bearing (11 b) is in the form of reverse gab in the opposite direction with the left gab bearing (11a), the tensile force on sleeve of the shirt can not open the shoulder opening wire (7).
If the sleeve ironing apparatus is desired to be adjusted to a larger body size, the left size fixing gab (4a) and the right size fixing gab (4b) should be moved towards size enlargement direction (6a).
If the sleeve ironing apparatus is desired to be adjusted to a smaller body size, the left size fixing gab (4a) and the right size fixing gab (4b) should be moved towards size reduction direction (6b). The left rope clip female (9.1a) is positioned on the part where the armpit opening wire (8) is bent. The left rope clip male (9.2a) is positioned on the left rope clip female (9.1a). The left rope clip female end (9.1 a.1) closes the open part where the armpit opening wire (8) is bended in a way to leave a portion open. By this way, the problem of tearing the shirt sleeve (16) by sticking in the open part of bent section of armpit opening wire (8) while cladding to or removing from the sleeve ironing apparatus. The right rope clip female (9.1b) is positioned on the part where the shoulder opening wire (7) is bent. The right rope clip male (9.2b) is positioned on the right rope clip female (9.1 b). The right rope clip female end (9.1 b.1 ) closes the open part where the shoulder opening wire (7) is bended in a way to leave a portion open. By this way, the problem of tearing the shirt sleeve (16) by sticking in the open part of bent section of shoulder opening wire (7) while cladding to or removing from the sleeve ironing apparatus.
Holding handle (1) consists of the top cover (1a) and the bottom cover (1b).
The shoulder opening wire (7) is positioned on the shoulder opening wire bearing (19) of the bottom cover (1b).
The armpit opening wire (8) is positioned on the armpit opening wire bearing (18) of the bottom cover (1b).
The right gab pulling rod (15b) of the shoulder opening wire (7) is mounted in the wire holding bearing-2 (4b.5). Then the right gab pushing spring (13b) is mounted on right gab pulling rod (15b) of the shoulder opening wire (7) and the right spring rear washer (14b) is mounted on the right gab pushing spring (13b) and the right spring rear washer (14b) is mounted on it. In the same way, the left gab pulling rod (15a) of the armpit opening wire (8) is mounted in the wire holding bearing-1 (4a.5). Then the left gab pushing spring (13a) is mounted on left gab pulling rod (15a) of the armpit opening wire (8) and the left spring rear washer (14a) is mounted on the left gab pushing spring (13a) and the left spring rear washer (14a) is mounted on it. At the end, top cover (1a) is mounted on the bottom cover (1 b).
The narrow woven wire (10) is made of high temperature resistant material.
The apparatus hanging clip (12) is developed to keep the sleeve ironing apparatus on the ironing table when not in use.
The apparatus hanging clip (12) enables the sleeve ironing apparatus to be hung on the ironing table and it includes the space (12.1 ) for hanging to ironing table edge (17) and the hanging surface (12.2) on which the sleeve ironing apparatus is hung.
When the sleeve ironing apparatus is not used, it is hung on the hanging surface (12.2) on the apparatus hanging clip (12) placed on the ironing table edge (17).
The shoulder opening wire (7) is made from stainless spring steel.
The armpit opening wire (8) is made from stainless spring steel.
As the sleeve ironing apparatus can be rotated easily in the shirt sleeve (16), the shirt sleeve (16) can be ironed without folding line between the shoulder opening wire (7) and the armpit opening wire (8).

Claims

1. The invention is a sleeve ironing apparatus is characterized with;
- Left gab slot (3a)
- Left gab bearing (11 a) at the bottom of left gab slot (3a)
- Left size fixing gab (4a) on the left gab bearing (11a),
- Right gab slot (3b),
- Right gab bearing ( 1b) at the bottom of right gab slot (3b) facing the opposite direction of left gab bearing (11a),
- Right size fixing gab (4b) on the right gab bearing (11 b).
2. The sleeve ironing apparatus mentioned in claim 1 is characterized with the left size letters (2a) at the bottom of left gab bearing ( 1a).
3. The sleeve ironing apparatus mentioned in claim 1 is characterized with the right size letters (2) at the bottom of right gab bearing (11 b).
4. The sleeve ironing apparatus mentioned in claim 1 is characterized with the left size fixing gab (4a) to which the armpit opening wire (8) supported in the armpit opening wire bearing (18) is mounted.
5. The sleeve ironing apparatus mentioned in claim 1 is characterized with the right size fixing gab (4b) to which the shoulder opening wire (7) supported in the shoulder opening wire bearing (19) is mounted.

The sleeve ironing apparatus mentioned in claim 1 is characterized with the left size fixing gab (4a) with back pulling gab-1 (4a.3) at the top, size foot locking tab-1 (4a.1) at bottom left of the back pulling tab-1 (4a.3), holding lug-1 (4a.2) at bottom right of the back pulling tab-1 (4a.3), wire holding bearing-1 (4a.5) between size foot locking tab-1 (4a.1) and holding lug-1 (4a.2).

The sleeve ironing apparatus mentioned in claim 1 is characterized with the right size fixing gab (4b) with back pulling gab-2 (4b.3) at the top, size foot locking tab-2 (4b.1 ) at bottom right of the back pulling tab-2 (4b.3), holding lug-2 (4b.2) at bottom left of the back pulling tab-2 (4b.3), wire holding bearing-2 (4b.5) between size foot locking tab-2 (4b.1) and holding lug-2 (4b.2).
8. The sleeve ironing apparatus mentioned in claim 1 is characterized with the back pulling tab-1 (4a.3) which compresses the left gab pushing spring (13a) when pulled in the direction of gab pulling direction-1 (4a.4).

The sleeve ironing apparatus mentioned in claim 1 is characterized with fixing the size foot locking gab-1 (4a.1 ) in the left gab bearing (11a) by compressing the left gab pushing spring (13a) by pulling the back pulling gab-1 (4a.3) in the direction of gab pulling direction-1 (4a.4), then bringing the left size fixing gab (4a) on the appropriate body size within left body size letters (2a) on the size chart (5) and then enabling the left gab pushing spring (13a) to move by releasing the back pulling gab-1 (4a.3).
10. The sleeve ironing apparatus mentioned in claim 1 is characterized with adjustment of right size fixing gab (4b) with the same size, after the left size fixing gab (4a) is adjusted to size of the shirt to be ironed.
11. The sleeve ironing apparatus mentioned in claim 1 is characterized with the back pulling tab-2 (4b.3) which compresses the right gab pushing spring (13b) when pulled in the direction of gab pulling direction-2 (4b.4).
12. The sleeve ironing apparatus mentioned in claim 1 is characterized with fixing the size foot locking gab-2 (4b.1 ) in the right gab bearing (11 b) by compressing the right gab pushing spring (13b) by pulling the back pulling gab-2 (4b.3) in the direction of gab pulling direction-2 (4b.4), then bringing the right size fixing gab (4b) on the appropriate body size within right body size letters (2b) on the size ruler (5) and then enabling the right gab pushing spring (13b) to move by releasing the back pulling gab-2 (4b.3).
13. The sleeve ironing apparatus mentioned in claim 1 is characterized with the left gab pushing spring (13a) which continuously pushes the size foot locking gab-1 (4a.1) through the left gab bearing (11a) and so, the tensile force on sleeve of the shirt can not open the armpit opening wire (8) due to the left gab bearing (11a) in the form of reverse gab.
14. The sleeve ironing apparatus mentioned in claim 1 is characterized with the left gab pushing spring (13a) which provides continuous pressure on the size foot locking tab-1 (4a.1 ) through left gab bearing (11a).
15. The sleeve ironing apparatus mentioned in claim 1 is characterized with the left gab bearing (11a) in the form of reverse gab.
16. The sleeve ironing apparatus mentioned in claim 1 is characterized with the right gab pushing spring (13b) which continuously pushes the size foot locking gab-
2 (4b.1) through the right gab bearing (11b) and so, the tensile force on sleeve of the shirt can not open the shoulder opening wire (7) due to the right gab bearing (11 b) in the form of reverse gab at opposite direction of the left gab bearing (11a).
17. The sleeve ironing apparatus mentioned in claim 1 is characterized with the right gab pushing spring (13b) which provides continuous pressure on the size foot locking tab-2 (4b.1) through right gab bearing (11b).
18. The sleeve ironing apparatus mentioned in claim 1 is characterized with the right gab bearing (11 b) in the form of reverse gab in the opposite direction with the left gab bearing (11a).
19. The sleeve ironing apparatus mentioned in claim 1 is characterized with the left rope clip female end (9.1 a.1) which closes the open part where the armpit opening wire (8) is bent in a way to leave a portion open.
20. The sleeve Ironing apparatus mentioned in claim 1 is characterized with the right rope clip female end (9.1 b.1 ) which closes the open part where the shoulder opening wire (7) is bent in a way to leave a portion open.
21. The sleeve ironing apparatus mentioned in claim 1 is characterized with the right gab pulling rod (15b) of the shoulder opening wire (7) mounted in the wire holding bearing-2 (4b.5).
22. The sleeve ironing apparatus mentioned in claim 1 is characterized with the left gab pulling rod (15a) of the armpit opening wire (8) mounted in the wire holding bearing-1 (4a.5).
23. The sleeve ironing apparatus mentioned in claim 1 is characterized with the right gab pushing spring (13b) mounted on right gab pulling rod (15b) of the shoulder opening wire (7) and the right spring rear washer (14b) mounted on the right gab pushing spring (13b).
24. The sleeve ironing apparatus mentioned in claim 1 is characterized with the left gab pushing spring (13a) mounted on left gab pulling rod (15a) of the armpit opening wire (8) and the left spring rear washer (14a) mounted on the left gab pushing spring (13a).
25. The sleeve ironing apparatus mentioned in claim 1 is characterized with the shoulder opening wire (7) made from stainless spring steel.
26. The sleeve ironing apparatus mentioned in claim 1 is characterized with the armpit opening wire (8) made from stainless spring steel.
27. The apparatus hanging clip (12) which allows the sleeve ironing apparatus to be hung on the ironing board is characterized with the space (12.1 ) for hanging to the ironing table edge (17) and the hanging surface (12.2) on which the sleeve ironing apparatus is hung.
