Definitions
- the present invention relates to a presented in the form of a set of parts hair treatment product comprising a plurality of ingredients, u. a. at least two preparation components for producing a multi-component preparation mixture.
- the preparation mixture is intended only immediately before the actual hair treatment of the individual components mixed and then applied.
- WO 2004/041020 A2 describes a product for hair color treatment, which comprises as a set of parts a plurality of product components which are accommodated within a box-like outer packaging and are presented to the consumer as a sales unit in this compact packaging format.
- the individual product components are arranged in at least one box-like insert, which in turn is accommodated in the outer packaging.
- the safe and orderly positioning of the individual product components in use not only ensures safe storage and transportability of the hair treatment product but also improves the user-friendly applicability of the product.
- the local hair treatment product comprises at least two initially separately prepared preparation components within separate bottles or tubes, which are only mixed immediately before the actual application on the hair to form a preparation mixture.
- the mixture of the two preparation components is usually carried out in the bottle which already holds one of the preparation components or in a separate mixing bowl.
- at least the second admixed preparation component must have low-viscosity or at least very readily flowable properties. Otherwise, the complete emptying of the container for the second admixed preparation component is not ensured, which adversely affects the mixing ratio of the ready-to-use preparation mixture.
- This disadvantageous aspect applies to both preparation components, provided that the mixture takes place in a separate mixing bowl.
- the local packaging system also includes a compilation of several product components which allow the mixture of a multi-component preparation mixture for hair application.
- the mixing of the preparation mixture takes place within a flexible bag, which already has a powdery decolorizing component contains.
- a crepe-shaped developer component of a tube and water is added to obtain the preparation mixture.
- the mixture is carried out in a flexible bag by manually kneading the bag.
- the ready-to-use preparation mixture from the bag is placed in a container which is also part of the entire packaging system.
- the disadvantage here is also the insufficient drainability of the tube for the developer cream. This is especially true for high-viscosity developer components and involves the risk of an undesirable deviation from the required mixing ratio between the individual components.
- the above-described packaging system includes a plurality of individual components.
- EP2087878 A1 discloses a method for hair coloring or bleaching using a two-component preparation mixture.
- the two low-viscosity preparation components are stored separately in separate bottle-shaped containers. Only immediately prior to use are the substantially liquid individual components in one of the two bottle-shaped containers mixed into the finished preparation mixture.
- the preparation mixture is dispensed from the bottle-shaped container by manual means via a corresponding applicator head, which converts the liquid preparation mixture into a hair dye or hair bleach foam.
- such manually operable foam dispensers only allow the use of low viscosity, substantially liquid preparation components, otherwise reliable foam generation can not be guaranteed. For such a foam dispenser thus inevitably results in only a limited range of application.
- the object of the invention is to provide a generic hair treatment product with several components for producing a multi-component preparation mixture, which overcomes the disadvantages of the prior art described above and combines an improved applicability and a simplified structure.
- the hair treatment product first comprises a first container for holding at least one first preparation component and at least one second container for holding at least one second preparation component in order to produce a preparation mixture for use from the preparation components.
- one of the containers is designed as a closable mixing bowl while the other container is not limited in its design or shape and thus may have any suitable shape.
- the mixing bowl has a beneficial dual function in this context. She serves in the closed state on the one hand as a storage container for the one preparation component. In this state, the mixing bowl is tightly closed, so that the one preparation component is kept safe and storage-stable until the time of application.
- the mixing bowl serves to mix the at least two preparation components to form a homogeneous preparation mixture, specifically in the internal volume of the mixing bowl.
- the first preparation component already held in the mixing bowl is added with at least one further preparation component and subsequently mixed with it by a suitable method or otherwise mixed.
- the mixing bowl according to the invention there are several advantages. First, by eliminating an additional storage container for the at least one preparation component advantageously packaging material can be saved. Furthermore, the preparation component stored in the mixing bowl can be used in its entirety for subsequent hair application.
- this is constructed as a set of parts with several components and comprises an outer packaging, which includes all components of the hair treatment product.
- this outer packaging which may be designed, for example, as a carton, box or other suitable storage container, the hair treatment product can be presented to the user in a compact form.
- this has an insert that at least partially absorbs the components of the hair treatment product.
- This results in a secure and storage-stable provision of the individual components of the hair treatment product.
- the product components are presented to the user in this way very user-friendly.
- the insert is preferably designed in a tray or tray shape and ideally has compartments, recesses or other receiving or fastening means for the individual product components. Basically also the use of multiple insert elements within the outer packaging of a hair treatment product according to the invention conceivable.
- Another useful embodiment of the hair treatment product is achieved in that the mixing bowl is tightly closed with the one preparation component in the phase until immediately before the application of the preparation mixture with a releasable closure element.
- the closure element closes off the mixing bowl, in particular, against liquid, gas and dust, so that the one preparation component can be stored reliably and long-term in the mixing bowl until it is actually used.
- Such a closure element can be re-closable or, alternatively, designed as a disposable element. Disposable elements are often less expensive and are therefore often preferred.
- the usual hair treatment products, especially hair bleach and hair dye products are usually designed as disposable applications, so that disposable closure elements are sufficient in this case.
- a closure element for example, a solid cover element or a flexible sealing film can be used.
- PE-coated foils are suitable as sealing foil.
- Other equivalent locking elements are also conceivable.
- the mixing bowl is integrally formed on the insert.
- the mixing bowl is an immediate part of the insert, so that in this way the packaging cost is further reduced.
- the insert comprises the trough-like mixing bowl, which is tightly closed with the closure element, and receiving or fixing means which fix the further constituents of the hair treatment product.
- other arrangements are possible.
- the insert consists of a suitable plastic material, which has the necessary barrier properties for the storage of the preparation component and is sufficiently inert to the preparation component, for. B. PET or PE.
- plastic is preferred due to its good processability and its flexibility to be able to produce almost any shape designs.
- recyclable plastic materials are used for the insert element.
- materials with comparable materials can be used, in particular also environmentally friendly or sustainable materials.
- a further embodiment of the hair treatment product is achieved in that the preparation mixture has a substantially flowable consistency, wherein at least one preparation component has a liquid content of 40-98%, which is sufficiently high to ensure homogeneous miscibility and or solubility of the first and second preparation compositions. component.
- the proportion of liquid according to the invention of at least one preparation component ensures that the preparation components can be mixed as homogeneously as possible.
- the individual preparation components may well have different states of aggregation. In this respect, mixtures of mixtures, solutions, mixtures, emulsions, suspensions, colloids and, if appropriate, also dispersions can result as preparation mixtures in the context of the invention, as long as these have virtually homogeneous properties.
- the at least one substantially liquid preparation component preferably has a viscosity in the range of 500-10000 mPas. Although viscosities of less than 500 mPas for the preparation component are also conceivable in principle, they are generally not as easy to use in practice because of their particularly liquid properties. Especially for hair treatment products therefore viscosities for the preparation components of more than 500 mPas be selected.
- a further alternative of the hair treatment product results from the fact that that preparation component which is not kept in the mixing bowl, is kept in a deformable and completely emptied container.
- a container is preferably designed as a bottle, crucible, sachet or tube.
- An essential aspect here is the complete emptying of this container in order to ensure the correct mixing ratio of the individual preparation components within the preparation mixture by full utilization of the corresponding preparation component.
- the hair treatment product is carried out as a hair coloration product, comprising a coloring component and a developer component.
- the developer component is kept within the mixing bowl.
- the hair treatment product according to the invention applied as a set of parts, may also comprise further constituents as required.
- auxiliary auxiliary agents such as an application brush / comb, disposable gloves or manual, are used.
- the hair treatment product according to the invention with its insert element can be used very flexibly in order to also accommodate such additional product constituents.
- Fig. 1 applied as a set of parts Haarcolorations.
- a hair treatment product 1 shown in the figures is embodied in the present case as a multicomponent hair coloring product 1 and comprises several constituents.
- the Haarcolorations apparatus 1 is shown without the surrounding Um- packaging, which basically also belongs to salable Haarcolorations apparatus 1 and absorbs the individual components in a compact manner in itself.
- the Haarcolorations apparatus 1 initially comprises a tray-shaped or bowl-shaped insert 2, which is arranged in the interior of the box-like outer packaging, not shown, and has compartment-like recesses 3, 13 or other fastening means to the individual components (4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9 ) of the Haarcolorations intervens 1 completely or at least to fix the majority and in a suitable form for the application.
- the insert 2 with the corresponding product components (4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9) is removed from the outer packaging (not shown) and provides the user with the product components (4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9 ) in a very user-friendly manner.
- the insert 2 has in its lower region a trough-shaped mixing bowl 4, in which a first preparation component 5, in this case the developer component 5, is held up.
- the mixing bowl 4 is integrally formed on the insert 2 and thus an integral part of which, resulting in a reduced packaging costs.
- the insert 2 is preferably made of a suitable plastic material together with the mixing bowl 4.
- a suitable closure element here a sealing film 6, sealed.
- the sealing film 6 and the mixing bowl 4 thus form a storage container for the developer component 5.
- the mixing bowl 4 as well as the sealing film 6 must consist of a suitable material which, on the one hand, has sufficient barrier properties and, on the other hand, is sufficiently inert to the stored contents.
- the sealing film 6 is coated with a PE or another suitable coating for this purpose.
- the provision of the first preparation component, here Colorationskomponente 5, directly in the mixing bowl 4 has the advantage that even highly viscous or difficult flowable preparation components can be used, which would otherwise be completely dispensed from a separate reservoir only with great difficulty.
- the hair coloring product 1 comprises at least one further preparation component 7, in the present exemplary embodiment a cololoration component 7, which is mixed together with the developer component 5 immediately before the actual product application to form a ready-to-use preparation mixture.
- the coloring component 7 is kept in a separate second container 8 and thus separated from the developer component 5 due to the chemical reactivity. The preparation of the preparation mixture only immediately before the product application thus ensures full functionality of the hair coloring product 1.
- the coloring component 7 is added from the second container 8 with the mixing bowl 4 open to the developer component 5 already present there, and mixed with this to form a mixture which is as homogeneous as possible.
- mixing bowl 4 This is preferably done by appropriate pivoting of the mixing bowl 4, possibly after re-closing the mixing bowl 4 with the sealing film 6, or by the aid of other mixing aids.
- mixing aid for example, an application brush 9 or the like this.
- Such an application brush 9, as shown in the figures, can not only be used for producing the preparation mixture, for example by stirring, but at the same time also for applying the finished preparation mixture to the hair.
- both the second container 8 and the application brush 9 are each fixed within the associated recesses 3, 13 within the insert element.
- the second container 8 is designed above all as a completely emptied container in order to guarantee due to the complete use of the contained amount of Colorationskomponente 7 and the desired mixing ratio of developer 5 and Colorationskomponente 7 within the preparation mixture.
- the container 8 is preferably designed as a deformable, in particular squeezable tube 8.
- a corresponding bottle design is conceivable.
- the application of the hair coloring product 1 shown above is made clearer.
- the application brush 9 and the tube-shaped container 8 with the Colorationskomponente 7 and possibly other additional components are removed from the insert 2 to expose the underlying with the sealing film 6 initially closed mixing bowl 4.
- the coloring component 7 can be added from the tube-shaped container 8 of the developer component 5 in the mixing bowl 4.
- developer and coloration components and, if appropriate, further additional preparation components are mixed with each other as homogeneously as possible.
- the resulting ready-coloration mixture can then be applied directly from the mixing bowl 4 out on the hair.
- the already mentioned application brush 9 or a comparable application aid is used for the application of the colorant mixture to the hair.
- the hair treatment product 1 according to the invention can optionally also other, not shown here explicitly, preparation components, for. As additives.
- hair treatment product 1 may optionally also comprise additional constituents or application aids (not shown here).
- additional constituents or application aids include, for example, an application comb or other application element for applying the preparation mixture to the hair, disposable gloves or a manual for the hair treatment product 1.
- the aim is to arrange as many as possible, if not all of these additional components within the insert 2 to in this way to achieve a compact as well as user-friendly packaging solution.
- the insert element 2 can be made very flexible in order to accommodate such additional product components.
- the hair treatment product 1 according to the invention is not limited to the embodiment of a hair coloration or hair-bleaching product 1 shown in the figures, but alternatively can also be reacted with other multi-component hair treatment compositions in accordance with the invention.
- the hair treatment product 1 it is advantageously possible to use preparation components with the same or also different physical state.
