Description

一种婴儿床的摇摆装置 技术领域
本发明涉及婴儿床技术领域,特别涉及一种婴儿床的摇摆装置。
背景技术
婴儿床是指给婴幼儿使用的床,其款式多种多样,功能和价格也是相差也很大,安全性和实用性始终是挑选婴儿床的首要原则。传统婴儿床的床身结构与普通的成人床相近,但是其底脚上装有弧形晃板,通过人工推动使婴儿床整体晃动以促使婴儿入睡,对于初为人父人母的现代年轻人而言,这样的看护方式既费时又费力。而且人工晃动的幅度和力度都不易控制,往往不能促进婴儿睡眠,反而产生反向的干扰作用,使人非常的苦恼。市面上的一些带自动摇晃功能的婴儿床,其结构设置还是不太合理,工作稳定性较差。因此,现有技术还有待于改进和发展。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于针对现有技术的缺陷和不足,提供一种结构紧凑、稳定灵活、有效提高婴儿睡眠舒适度的婴儿床的摇摆装置。
为实现上述目的,本发明采用以下技术方案:
本发明所述的一种婴儿床的摇摆装置,包括床架和床板,所述床架的中部设有向下凹陷的沉底腔,床板设于沉底腔的上端口,沉底腔内设有左右往复动作的摇摆机构,摇摆机构的动作部与床板配合连接;所述床板的前后两端分别通过连杆机构与床架连接。
进一步地,所述摇摆机构包括固定在床架底板上的驱动电机,驱动电机的输出轴上端设有转子,转子上设有与驱动电机输出轴呈偏心设置的拨杆;所述床板的底面上设有中空的基座,基座的下端口上设有适配罩,适配罩的 底板上开有直槽,拨杆的上端穿过直槽设于基座内。
进一步地,所述直槽的宽度与拨杆的直径匹配,直槽的长度大于拨杆偏心转动轨迹的直径。
进一步地,所述连杆机构包括铰链套筒、导向套筒和伸缩杆,导向套筒的一端连接在铰链套筒上与其呈“T”形结构,所述伸缩杆的一端活动穿设于导向套筒内,且伸缩杆的另一端与床架配合连接;所述两组铰链套筒分别与床板前后两端铰接。
本发明有益效果为:本发明结构合理,通过电机驱动的偏心拨杆转动,带动床板以连杆机构为中心的左右往复摆动,替代人工推动婴儿床,且提供稳定轻柔的晃动幅度,提供婴儿床的舒适度和用户体验;整体结构简洁,配置灵活,维护方便。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明作进一步的说明。
本发明所述的一种婴儿床的摇摆装置,包括床架1和床板2,所述床架1的中部设有向下凹陷的沉底腔11,床板2设于沉底腔11的上端口,沉底腔 11内设有左右往复动作的摇摆机构,摇摆机构的动作部与床板2配合连接;所述床板2的前后两端分别通过连杆机构3与床架1连接;所述床板2为中心向下凹陷的弧面结构,床板2可以在床架1上以两个连杆机构3连线为中心左右转动,而摇摆机构带动下床板2实现左右摇晃的动作,从而减少婴儿看护者消耗的精力和体力。
上述摇摆机构包括固定在床架1底板上的驱动电机41,驱动电机41的输出轴上端设有转子42,转子42上设有与驱动电机41输出轴呈偏心设置的拨杆43;所述床板2的底面上设有中空的基座21,基座21的下端口上设有适配罩22,适配罩22的底板上开有直槽23,拨杆43的上端穿过直槽23设于基座21内;拨杆43穿过直槽23与基座21组成配合关系,驱动电机41带动转子42转动,拨杆43以转子42为中心水平转动,拨杆43转过直槽23的纵向中心线时,拨杆43外缘与直槽23侧边抵触并带动基座21向一侧移动,而床板2通过两个连杆机构3与床架1为转动连接,此时床板2随基座21向一侧产生偏转,当拨杆43转过直槽23中心点时,床板2开始随拨杆43向另一侧偏转;通过拨杆43的往复转动实现床板2的左右晃动,进而实现哄婴儿入睡的摇床动作,减轻看护者的体力消耗;通过调节驱动电机41的转速可实现晃动的频率。
上述直槽23的宽度与拨杆43的直径匹配,直槽23的长度大于拨杆43偏心转动轨迹的直径,所述直槽23的宽度略大于拨杆43的直径,优选的直槽23内缘边上应装配具有弹性的耐磨护套,从而改善拨杆43转过床板2初始中点时的切换振动问题;优选的拨杆43上端穿过直槽23部分的长度,应大于床板2晃动弧度的弦高。
上述连杆机构3包括铰链套筒31、导向套筒32和伸缩杆33,导向套筒 32的一端连接在铰链套筒31上与其呈“T”形结构,所述伸缩杆33的一端活动穿设于导向套筒32内,且伸缩杆33的另一端与床架1配合连接;所述两组铰链套筒31分别与床板2前后两端铰接,导向套筒32与伸缩杆33配合使床板2在纵向上具有一定的活动余量,且该余量受导向套筒32和伸缩杆33的连接长度限制;导向套筒32与伸缩杆33具有轴向的转动配合,从而在床板2转动时为其提供转动支点。

  1. 一种婴儿床的摇摆装置,包括床架(1)和床板(2),其特征在于:所述床架(1)的中部设有向下凹陷的沉底腔(11),床板(2)设于沉底腔(11)的上端口,沉底腔(11)内设有左右往复动作的摇摆机构,摇摆机构的动作部与床板(2)配合连接;所述床板(2)的前后两端分别通过连杆机构(3)与床架(1)连接。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的婴儿床的摇摆装置,其特征在于:所述摇摆机构包括固定在床架(1)底板上的驱动电机(41),驱动电机(41)的输出轴上端设有转子(42),转子(42)上设有与驱动电机(41)输出轴呈偏心设置的拨杆(43);所述床板(2)的底面上设有中空的基座(21),基座(21)的下端口上设有适配罩(22),适配罩(22)的底板上开有直槽(23),拨杆(43)的上端穿过直槽(23)设于基座(21)内。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的婴儿床的摇摆装置,其特征在于:所述直槽(23)的宽度与拨杆(43)的直径匹配,直槽(23)的长度大于拨杆(43)偏心转动轨迹的直径。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的婴儿床的摇摆装置,其特征在于:所述连杆机构(3)包括铰链套筒(31)、导向套筒(32)和伸缩杆(33),导向套筒(32)的一端连接在铰链套筒(31)上与其呈“T”形结构,所述伸缩杆(33)的一端活动穿设于导向套筒(32)内,且伸缩杆(33)的另一端与床架(1)配合连接;所述两组铰链套筒(31)分别与床板(2)前后两端铰接。
