本申请要求在2015年08月11日提交中国专利局、申请号为201510491369.1、发明名称为“一种头机及自行车”的中国专利申请的优先权,其全部内容通过引用结合在本申请中。
技术领域
本发明涉及自行车技术领域,特别是涉及一种头机及自行车。
背景技术
自行车现在的使用价值已经不单单是作为交通工具,随着人们生活水平的不断提高,更需要绿色运动锻炼身体,而自行车作为主要的绿色运动锻炼工具,刚好响应了这一需求。
目前,人们在骑行过程中若需使用到电子设备,例如导航仪、Mp3等,可先将支架固定在自行车车把杆上,然后再将电子设备固定在支架上,以此实现电子设备在自行车上的安装固定。这种固定方式既不牢固也不美观,并且,由于电子设备与自行车之间无控制连接,因此也无法实现自行车的智能化控制。
发明内容
本发明提供了一种头机及自行车,以实现自行车的智能化控制,并使自行车的结构紧凑、美观。
本发明提供的头机,包括支架以及嵌装于所述支架的头机本体,所述支架连接于自行车的车把杆和自行车的车架之间。
优选的,所述支架具有套设于所述车把杆的第一安装孔以及通向所述第一安装孔的第一切口,所述第一切口的两侧通过紧固件紧固连接;
所述支架还具有套设于所述车架的第二安装孔以及通向所述第二安装孔的第二切口,所述第二切口的两侧通过紧固件紧固连接。
优选的,所述第二切口的两侧具有相对设置的耳板,所述相对设置的耳板通过紧固件紧固连接。
优选的,所述支架包括呈设定夹角的第一部分和第二部分,所述第一部 分连接所述车把杆,所述第二部分连接所述车架,所述头机本体嵌装于所述第一部分的上表面。
更优的,所述第二部分具有沿自行车的行进方向开设的减重孔。
具体的,所述头机本体包括由内侧至外侧依次设置的下壳、电路板及电池、上壳、显示屏和触摸屏,其中:
所述下壳与所述支架连接,所述上壳与所述下壳连接,所述电路板及电池位于所述下壳和上壳形成的容置空间内;所述显示屏和触摸屏设置于所述上壳的外侧表面。
优选的,所述上壳与所述支架的表面平滑过渡。
在本发明技术方案中,头机本体嵌装于支架上,头机作为连接车把杆和车架的连接件,该结构设计使得自行车的结构紧凑、美观;自行车增加了头机,可以通过操作头机屏幕进行音乐播放、导航、车辆管理等操作,从而有利于实现自行车的智能化控制。
本发明还提供了一种自行车,包括车架和车把杆,以及前述任一技术方案所述的头机。该自行车的结构紧凑、美观,并且操控较为智能化。

为使本发明实施例的目的、技术方案和优点更加清楚,下面将结合本发明实施例中的附图,对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有作出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
如图1至图5所示,本发明实施例提供的头机100,包括支架110以及嵌装于支架110的头机本体120,支架110连接于自行车的车把杆200和自行车的车架300之间。
支架110的具体形状不限,可结合自行车车把杆200和车架300的具体结构形状来进行设计。如图1所示,该实施例中,支架110包括呈设定夹角的第一部分116和第二部分117,第一部分116连接车把杆,第二部分117连接车架,头机本体120嵌装于第一部分116的上表面。支架110优选采用强度较高的金属材质或碳钢材质,由支架110连接车把杆和车架,结构强度可靠。
如图1和图3所示,第二部分117具有沿自行车的行进方向开设的减重 孔118。减重孔118可以减轻支架110的重量,从而减轻自行车的重量;此外,减重孔118沿自行车的行进方向开设,还可减小骑行时受到的阻力,使骑行更加省力、轻松。
支架110与车把杆和车架的具体连接结构不限,如图1、图3、图4和图5所示,支架100具有套设于车把杆200的第一安装孔111以及通向第一安装孔111的第一切口112,第一切口112的两侧通过紧固件(可采用螺钉,螺钉在图中未示出)紧固连接;支架110还具有套设于车架300的第二安装孔113以及通向第二安装孔113的第二切口114,第二切口114的两侧通过紧固件紧固连接。具体的,在第二切口114处,第二切口114的两侧具有相对设置的耳板115,相对设置的耳板115通过紧固件(可采用螺栓组件,图中未示出)紧固连接。通过该连接方式,支架110与车把杆200和车架300的连接可靠,组装非常便利,有利于提高组装效率;并且,该结构的头机与自行车融为一体,使得自行车的结构紧凑而美观。
头机本体120是实现自行车智能化功能的关键电子设备,可通过操作头机屏幕进行音乐播放、导航、车辆管理等操作,从而实现自行车的智能化控制。如图1所示,头机本体120包括由内侧至外侧依次设置的下壳121、电路板及电池122、上壳123、显示屏124和触摸屏125,其中:下壳121与支架110连接,上壳123与下壳121连接,电路板及电池122位于下壳121和上壳123形成的容置空间内;显示屏124和触摸屏125设置于上壳123的外侧表面。
在本发明的优选实施例中,如图2所示,上壳123与支架110的表面平滑过渡。这样可以使得头机100的外观更加美观,手感更佳。
在本发明上述各实施例的技术方案中,头机本体嵌装于支架上,头机作为连接车把杆和车架的连接件,该结构设计使得自行车的结构紧凑、美观;自行车增加了头机,可以通过操作头机屏幕进行音乐播放、导航、车辆管理等操作,从而有利于实现自行车的智能化控制。
可参照图4和图5所示,本发明实施例还提供了一种自行车,包括车架300和车把杆200,以及前述任一技术方案的头机100。该自行车的结构紧凑、美观,并且操控较为智能化,能够为用户带来极佳的体验效果。

Claims (8)

  1. 一种头机,其特征在于,包括支架以及嵌装于所述支架的头机本体,所述支架连接于自行车的车把杆和自行车的车架之间。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的头机,其特征在于,
    所述支架具有套设于所述车把杆的第一安装孔以及通向所述第一安装孔的第一切口,所述第一切口的两侧通过紧固件紧固连接;
    所述支架还具有套设于所述车架的第二安装孔以及通向所述第二安装孔的第二切口,所述第二切口的两侧通过紧固件紧固连接。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的头机,其特征在于,所述第二切口的两侧具有相对设置的耳板,所述相对设置的耳板通过紧固件紧固连接。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的头机,其特征在于,所述支架包括呈设定夹角的第一部分和第二部分,所述第一部分连接所述车把杆,所述第二部分连接所述车架,所述头机本体嵌装于所述第一部分的上表面。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的头机,其特征在于,所述第二部分具有沿自行车的行进方向开设的减重孔。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的头机,其特征在于,所述头机本体包括由内侧至外侧依次设置的下壳、电路板及电池、上壳、显示屏和触摸屏,其中:
    所述下壳与所述支架连接,所述上壳与所述下壳连接,所述电路板及电池位于所述下壳和上壳形成的容置空间内;所述显示屏和触摸屏设置于所述上壳的外侧表面。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的头机,其特征在于,所述上壳与所述支架的表面平滑过渡。
  8. 一种自行车,其特征在于,包括车架和车把杆,以及根据权利要求1~7任一项所述的头机。
