In such instances, there is a risk that the skewer gets dislocated and unexpectedly causes severe accidents which result in damage or injuries. In order to avoid such incidents the user must frequently check the thumb screw. However, this is difficult and unpleasant for the user as the thumb screw is generally hot.

  • An objective of the present invention is to provide a skewer assembly for use in a doner kebab apparatus which solves the aforementioned problems of the prior art in a cost effective way and which enables the user to reliably and safely adjust the skewer position.

Abstract

La présente invention concerne un ensemble brochette (1) destiné à être utilisé dans un appareil à döner kebab (2), comprenant un corps principal (5) et un brûleur à gaz à rayonnement (6). L'ensemble brochette (1) comprend une brochette verticale (7), une poignée (8) pour faire tourner la brochette (7), ladite poignée (8) comprenant un arbre (9) qui est fixé de manière amovible à la brochette (7) et un bras de support (10) pour soutenir l'arbre (9). Le bras de support (10) peut être monté sur le corps principal (5). L'ensemble brochette (1) selon la présente invention comprend un plateau (11) conçu pour soutenir l'extrémité inférieure (7b) de la brochette (7) ainsi que pour recueillir la graisse qui s'écoule et les tranches de viande.
