一种单元拼装式支脚构件,其由一铝型材制成的中空杆状单元(1)和多个铝型材制成的中空垫脚单元(2)组成,多个中空垫脚单元(2)均通过插接结构与中空杆状单元(1)连接;在中空杆状单元(1)上对应每个中空垫脚单元(2)穿设有定位销(5),该定位销(5)沿插槽(3)的槽口宽度方向设置,且穿过所述凸筋(4)和插槽(3)相嵌重合部分,从而将中空杆状单元(1)和中空垫脚单元(2)固定连接。该单元拼装式支脚构件结构优化,从生产工艺和材料投入两方面降低了成本,使产品在市场上更具竞争性。

Description

一种单元拼装式支脚构件 技术领域
本实用新型涉及货物运输和仓储的托盘,特别涉及托盘上的支脚构件。
背景技术
在货物的运输和仓储中,为了能用叉车搬运,托盘是必不可少的用具。
现有技术中,最常见的托盘从材质上分,有木质、塑料质以及铝质。木质托盘,最早出现,长期使用后易变形,甚至腐烂。塑料托盘,克服了木质易变形腐烂的缺点,但是其易老化寿命也不长,并且长期使用后其表面也易藏菌,卫生性仍不佳。
铝托盘是近年来才出现的,其使用寿命长、卫生性好,能用于运输食品等。现有具代表性的铝托盘结构,参见授权公告号为CN203473416U的实用新型专利,此专利公开的托盘结构包括承载部和支撑在承载部之下的支撑部,所述支撑部是由若干个相互平行的呈中空杆状的支脚构件组成,而承载部是由相互平行的与支脚构件垂直设置承载梁组成;所述支脚构件的底沿上设有用于进叉车臂的叉车槽。上述专利以及现市场上的托盘,可能是因为受其他铝产品譬如铝门窗的设计思维影响,人们都认为铝产品尽量采用一体化型材设计应该是省成本的,故而,在开发铝托盘的过程中都将支脚构件设计为一整根铝型材,而在铝型材的底沿上再切割出叉车槽,这么设计是也较为美观,但是在实际生产中,本案申请人发现:由于需要在型材上进行切割,切割过程中还必须进行去毛刺等工序,其制作工序复杂,生产效率低,也难于实现全自动化生产,生产成本较高;并且最主要的是还浪费材料,切割下的材料只能当废品回收,这导致了材料成本也较高。而如何优化结构,从生产工艺和材料投入两方面来降成本,一直是各托盘生产商着重考虑的问题。
发明内容
本实用新型目的是提供一种单元拼装式支脚构件,以解决现有技术存在的制作工艺成本和材料成本高的技术问题。
为达到上述目的,本实用新型采用的技术方案是:一种单元拼装式支脚构件,由一铝型材制成的中空杆状单元和多个铝型材制成的中空垫脚单元组成,所述多个中空垫脚单元相距布置于中空杆状单元之下,多个中空垫脚单元均通过插接结构与中空杆状单元连接;所述插接结构包括插槽以及凸筋,所述插槽沿中空杆状单元的长度方向设置,而凸筋与插槽对应相配;插槽和凸筋中,一者设在中空杆状单元的下底面上,而另一者设在中空垫脚单元的顶面上;并且,所述插槽朝向凸筋的槽口宽度小于凸筋的宽度,以使凸筋仅能沿插槽的长度方向嵌入插槽内,凸筋在上下方向上与插槽的所述槽口卡挡配合;
并且,在中空杆状单元上对应每个中空垫脚单元穿设有定位销,该定位销沿插槽的槽口宽 度方向设置,且穿过所述凸筋和插槽相嵌重合部分,从而将中空杆状单元和中空垫脚单元固定连接。
上述方案中,所述插槽设在中空杆状单元的下底面上,而凸筋设在中空垫脚单元的顶面上。
上述方案中,所述插槽的槽壁上向槽内翻折有卡边,该卡边的内沿再向上翻折有钩边;而所述凸筋的截面形状与插槽的截面形状相匹配。
上述方案中,所述“铝型材”是指加工方式为型材的铝材。
与现有技术对比,本实用新型具有以下优点:
1、由于本实用新型设计为中空杆状单元和中空垫脚单元拼装而成,中空杆状单元和中空垫脚单元均为铝型材,只要开模挤出成型,虽与现有技术相比需要多一套模具,但对于大批量生产开模投入并不高,却省却了现有技术的切割工序,使制作难度降低,使产品的制作工艺方面的成本下降;
2、由于本实用新型设计为中空杆状单元和中空垫脚单元拼装而成,省却了现有技术的切割工序,避免了材料浪费,使产品的材料投入方面的成本也下降;
3、由于本实用新型设计为中空杆状单元和中空垫脚单元拼装而成,具体中空杆状单元和中空垫脚单元是通过插接结构相连接,插槽结构结构简单,连接可靠性又高,装配方式快捷,便于实现全自动化生产;
4、由于本实用新型中的定位销是沿定位销沿插槽的槽口宽度方向设置,且穿过所述凸筋和插槽相嵌重合部分,定位销处承重性能好。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图及实施例对本实用新型作进一步描述:
实施例:如图1~图7所示:
一种单元拼装式支脚构件10,由一铝型材制成的中空杆状单元1和多个铝型材制成的中空垫脚单元2组成。图中是举例由一个中空杆状单元1和三个中空垫脚单元2组成,即在支脚构件形成两个叉车槽6。
参见图2-5所示,所述中空垫脚单元2相距布置于中空杆状单元1之下,每个中空垫脚单元2均通过插接结构与中空杆状单元1连接。具体插接结构为:插接结构包括插槽3以及凸筋4,所述插槽3沿中空杆状单元1的长度方向设置,而凸筋4与插槽3对应相配。插槽3和凸筋4中,一者设在中空杆状单元1的下底面上,而另一者设在中空垫脚单元2的顶面上。并且,所述插槽3朝向凸筋4的槽口宽度小于凸筋4的宽度,以使凸筋4仅能沿插槽3的长度方向嵌入插槽3内,凸筋4在上下方向上与插槽3的所述槽口卡挡配合。
参见图2-5所示,并且,在中空杆状单元1上对应每个中空垫脚单元2穿设有定位销5,该定位销5沿插槽3的槽口宽度方向设置,且穿过所述凸筋4和插槽3相嵌重合部分,从而将中空杆状单元1和中空垫脚单元2固定连接。
具体,见图2-5所示,所述插槽3设在中空杆状单元1的下底面上,而凸筋4设在中空垫脚单元2的顶面上。所述插槽3的槽壁上向槽内翻折有卡边12,该卡边12的内沿再向上翻折有钩边13。而所述凸筋4的截面形状与插槽3的截面形状相匹配。
本实施例结构中空杆状单元1和中空垫脚单元2均为铝型材,只要开模挤出成型,虽与现有技术相比需要多一套模具,但对于大批量生产开模投入并不高,却省却了现有技术的切割工序,使制作难度降低,使产品的制作工艺方面的成本下降;另一方面还避免了材料的浪费,使产品的材料投入方面的成本也下降。并且,中空杆状单元1和中空垫脚单元2是通过插接结构相连接,插槽结构结构简单,连接可靠性又高,装配方式快捷,便于实现全自动化生产。
本实施例在实际生产中还可有以下变化:
1、插槽3和凸筋4的位置可互换,即将凸筋4设在中空杆状单元1的下底面上,而将插槽3设在中空垫脚单元2的顶面上,这么设计也可达到基本的连接效果。
2、插槽3和凸筋4的截面形状,可有各种变化,如图6所示的梯形截面,或者是如图7所示的大于半圆的圆缺形截面,还可以是其他异形截面形状,并且,凸筋4的与插槽3的截面形状也不必完全相同,总得来说,只要满足“插槽3朝向凸筋4的槽口宽度小于凸筋4的宽度,以使凸筋4仅能沿插槽3的长度方向嵌入插槽3内,凸筋4在上下方向上与插槽3的所述槽口卡挡配合”的条件的形式都可运用。

  1. 一种单元拼装式支脚构件,其特征在于:由一铝型材制成的中空杆状单元(1)和多个铝型材制成的中空垫脚单元(2)组成,所述多个中空垫脚单元(2)相距布置于中空杆状单元(1)之下,多个中空垫脚单元(2)均通过插接结构与中空杆状单元(1)连接;
    所述插接结构包括插槽(3)以及凸筋(4),所述插槽(3)沿中空杆状单元(1)的长度方向设置,而凸筋(4)与插槽(3)对应相配;插槽(3)和凸筋(4)中,一者设在中空杆状单元(1)的下底面上,而另一者设在中空垫脚单元(2)的顶面上;并且,所述插槽(3)朝向凸筋(4)的槽口宽度小于凸筋(4)的宽度,以使凸筋(4)仅能沿插槽(3)的长度方向嵌入插槽(3)内,凸筋(4)在上下方向上与插槽(3)的所述槽口卡挡配合;并且,在中空杆状单元(1)上对应每个中空垫脚单元(2)穿设有定位销(5),该定位销(5)沿插槽(3)的槽口宽度方向设置,且穿过所述凸筋(4)和插槽(3)相嵌重合部分,从而将中空杆状单元(1)和中空垫脚单元(2)固定连接。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述单元拼装式支脚构件,其特征在于:所述插槽(3)设在中空杆状单元(1)的下底面上,而凸筋(4)设在中空垫脚单元(2)的顶面上。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述单元拼装式支脚构件,其特征在于:所述插槽(3)的槽壁上向槽内翻折有卡边(12),该卡边(12)的内沿再向上翻折有钩边(13);而所述凸筋(4)的截面形状与插槽(3)的截面形状相匹配。
