Description

SET TO HOLD DOCUMENTS IN FILE BINDER
The object of this invention is a set to hold documents in a file binder. The set includes favourably two profiled plates arranged at an angle against one another. Snapping documents in the binder is carried out in a moment by depressing with a finger in a centre of the device and holding it until it stops.
Known are the kits to hold documents in a binder with a little versatility, because it can be used only for binders of the same brand.
From the description of Polish Patent Number PL174594, known is a clamping unit to hold documents in a file cabinet. The device according to this patent consists of two small plates, flat or profiled in such a way that they are of a curved shape depended on a type of binder to which they are applied to. At the ends of both plates, there is a projecting segment, on the upper part of which small springs are inserted. These springs hold binder brochures or leaflets, because there is an edge to prevent the springs to be released in a situation, where it is not desirable. The springs should extend only when they are deformed manually by the operator, who may need to take out the leaflet or brochure from the file binder.
Korean description of Invention KR 1020080030440 reveals a ring binder mechanism having a sliding hinge plate that is provided to turn and open ring members automatically in sliding a first hinge plate to supporting analysability hinge plates to a housing not to make the hinge plates pass through the same plane in opening and closing the ring members. A ring binder mechanism for holding loose-leaf type pages is composed of a housing and first and second hinge plates supported by the housing to execute a pivotal motion. Ring members are installed on the hinge plate to move the hinge plate between closing and opening positions. Hook-shaped structure units formed at each free end of the ring members combine with the ring members in closing. The first hinge plate slides for the second hinge plate in the direction of a longitudinal axis of the housing to release the hook-shaped structure units and open the ring member. An actuator is installed at the housing to move the first hinge plate and release the hook-shaped structure units. A friction buffer unit is positioned between the hinge plates to assist a sliding motion of the first hinge plate for the second hinge plate.
Description of US Patent US5286128 presents a shield for a ring metal is provided having arcuate band sections at the locations of the rings and intermediate sections there between, the intermediate sections having a straight segmental cross section having a lower overhead clearance between the shield and the hinged leaves than the band sections. The hinged leaves abut the intermediate section before tab members formed on said hinged leaves can abut an underside of the band sections, thus upward dents are prevented on the shield. Additionally, the straight segmental configuration of the intermediate sections provides increased resiliency for opening and holding closed the rings of the ring metal.
Description of US Patent US6637968 presents a three-ring binder has an actuator crank which closes the rings against the bias of a leaf spring. The crank is turned by means of a lever having a roller thereon that engages a throw of the crank. The roller is arranged on the lever so that it goes past centre and locks the rings closed when the lever is fully depressed. Each of the throws of the crank may have its own actuating roller, in which case all the rollers are linked together so as to move in unison.
The set to hold documents in a file binder includes favourably two profiled plates arranged at an angle against one another. Unclamping of these elements has been provided with a leaf spring located between these two ones. Additionally, the first element is equipped with notches on the outer rounding openings and a locking closure of the file binder. The second element is equipped with a locking device of unbending the set and with locking openings to lock file binder closure. The whole has been axially coupled together with a pin on which triggers and latches have been put from both sides. The set is covered with a peak/button, by which the system is latched. On both ends rubber caps has been installed that provide the resistance on pins of the file binder when the device is latched.
The device according to this invention is a universal solution. It has a wide range of possibilities and applications as a set to hold documents in file binders of various types. It is favourably made of steel elements, which provide rigidity and stability of the structure. The invention presented here modifies considerably a standard solution in a significant way by introducing the multiple use with no opening of file binder latches.
The subject of this invention is illustrated in exemplary embodiments, where: Fig. 1 shows a top axonometric view of the set to hold documents in a file binder in an open position, Fig. 2 shows a bottom axonometric view of the set to hold documents in file binder in open position, Fig. 3 illustrates a cross-section of the set to hold documents in file binder in open position, Fig. 4 shows the elevation views of the set to hold documents in file binder in open position, Fig. 5 illustrates a cross-section of the set to hold documents in file binder in a closed position, Fig. 6 shows elevation views of the set to hold documents in file binder in closed position, Fig. 7 is a frontal view of the set to hold documents in file binder in closed position, Fig. 8 is a view of the set to hold documents in file binder in open position, Fig. 9 presents an axonometric view of the set to hold documents in file binder divided into the individual components, Fig. 10 presents an axonometric view of the clamped set to hold documents in file binder on its pins, Fig. 11 presents a top axonometric view of the set to hold documents in file binder in closed position, Fig. 12 presents a side view of the clamped set to hold documents in file binder on its pins, Fig.
The set to hold documents in a file binder includes favourably two profiled plates: first element [1] and second element [2] installed at an angle against one another. Unclamping of these elements has been provided with a leaf spring [4] located between these two elements in fixing blocks [12]. Additionally, the first element [1] is equipped with notches [11] on the outer rounding openings [10] and a locking closure of the file binder. The second element [2] is equipped with a locking device [9] of unbending the set and with locking openings [10] to lock file binder closure. The whole has been axially coupled together with a clasping pin [3], on which snapping triggers [5] and latches have been put from both sides. The set is covered with a peak/button [6], by which the system is latched. On both ends rubber caps [7] has been installed that provide the resistance on pins [13] of the file binder when the device is latched.
