Claims (9)
- 유체 유입구(111)와 유체 배출구(112)가 형성된 케이싱(110);상기 케이싱(110)의 내부에 수직한 구조로 설치되며, 유체 유입구(111)를 통해 유입되는 유체를 케이싱(110)의 내측 상단부로 안내하는 축(120);상기 축(120)을 중심으로 회전 가능한 구조를 갖도록 설치되며, 축(120)을 통해 케이싱(110)의 내측 상단부로 유동하는 유체를 분출하는 스탠튜브(130);상기 스탠튜브(130)와 함께 회전하면서 스탠튜브(130)로부터 분출되는 유체를 받아 여과하는 공간을 형성하도록 케이싱(110)의 내부에 설치되며, 여과된 유체를 케이싱(110)의 내부로 분사하는 노즐(141)이 형성된 로터(140); 및상기 스탠튜브(130)를 여러 겹으로 에워싸는 구조를 갖되, 겹과 겹의 사이가 이격된 구조를 갖도록 상기 로터(140)의 내부에 설치된 면재(151)와, 상기 면재(151)의 측면에 형성되어 겹과 겹의 사이로 유체가 유동할 수 있도록 겹과 겹을 이격시키되, 겹과 겹의 사이로 유동하는 불순물과 접촉하면서 불순물을 여과하는 필터층을 형성하는 다수개의 선재(152)로 이루어진 입체필터(150);를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 입체필터를 포함하는 원심필터.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,상기 면재(151)는, 두루마리 형태로 감긴 하나의 면재로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 입체필터를 포함하는 원심필터.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,상기 면재(151)는, 링구조를 가지며 서로 다른 크기를 갖는 다수개의 면재로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 입체필터를 포함하는 원심필터.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,상기 면재(151)는 위사와 경사가 교차되어 형성되는 직물재로서 다수개의 기공을 포함하는 다공성 매체로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 입체필터를 포함하는 원심필터.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,상기 면재(151)는 축(120)과 평행한 것을 특징으로 하는 입체필터를 포함하는 원심필터.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,상기 각각의 선재(152)는 갈고리 모양으로 형성되며, 갈고리 모양을 갖는 다수개의 선재(152)가 교차되면서 다수개의 기공이 형성된 필터층을 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 입체필터를 포함하는 원심필터.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,상기 각각의 선재(152)는 고리 모양으로 형성되며, 고리 모양을 갖는 다수개의 선재(152)가 교차되면서 다수개의 기공이 형성된 필터층을 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 입체필터를 포함하는 원심필터.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,상기 입체필터(150)는 벨크로테이프의 후크면 또는 루프면 중 어느 하나를 두루마리 형태로 감아 형성된 것을 특징으로 입체필터를 포함하는 원심필터.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,상기 입체필터(150)는 로터(140)와 스탠튜브(130)의 사이에 끼워져 로터(140)와 함께 회전하는 것을 특징으로 하는 입체필터를 포함하는 원심필터.
