Description

一种用于数据资源转移的方法与设备
本申请要求2015年07月27日递交的申请号为201510447761.6、发明名称为“一种用于数据资源转移的方法与设备”的中国专利申请的优先权,其全部内容通过引用结合在本申请中。
技术领域
本申请涉及计算机领域,尤其涉及一种用于数据资源转移的技术。
背景技术
科技的发展方便了人们的生活,我们已经越来越习惯于通过操作移动终端实现数据资源的转移,例如通过智能手机的应用程序转账汇款、交易虚拟币等,再例如用户从通信运营商处购买的上网流量、短信数量、通话时长等,可以根据个人意愿转移给其他用户使用。现有技术通过在应用界面的文本框中输入精确的数值,以转移上网流量30兆为例,用户直接在应用界面的文本框中输入“30”,然后点击“转移”字样的按钮来完成转赠数据资源的操作。这种操作方式显得比较单调,缺乏趣味性,而且必须输入精确的数值可能会增加部分用户犹豫的时间,影响用户体验。
发明内容
本申请要解决的技术问题是,如何简化用户在数据资源转移过程的操作过程,以降低操作难度,并增加操作的灵活性和趣味性、从而改善用户体验。
为解决上述技术问题,本申请提供了一种在转出用户设备端进行数据资源转移的方法,其中,所述方法包括:显示转出用户的当前数据资源量的信息;获取所述转出用户的操作指令;基于所述操作指令,显示数据资源转出的动态变化场景,所述数据资源转出的动态变化场景中包括转出数据资源的信息;基于所述操作指令,向网络设备发送转出数据资源的请求。
进一步地,所述显示转出用户的当前数据资源量的信息包括:用可流动液体物质或可流动固体物质模拟所述转出用户当前数据资源量。
进一步地,所述操作指令包括至少以下任一项:倾斜用户设备;晃动用户设备;在用户设备上进行点击或滑动操作。
进一步地,所述基于所述操作指令,显示数据资源转出的动态变化场景包括:当所述操作指令满足转出条件时,显示数据资源转出的动态变化场景,所述数据资源转出的动态变化场景中包括转出数据资源的信息。

与现有技术相比,在本申请的一个实施例中,转出用户设备显示转出用户的当前数据资源量的信息,并根据转出用户的操作指令显示数据资源转出的动态变化场景,转入用户设备显示转入用户的当前数据资源量的信息,并根据网络设备所发送的转入数据资源的请求显示数据资源转入的动态变化场景,将当前数据资源量的信息和转出数据资源的信息通过动态变化场景以直观可视的方式形象地展示给用户,提高用户的视觉感官体验,并简化用户在数据资源转移过程中的操作,降低操作难度,增加操作的灵活性和趣味性、从而改善用户体验。
进一步地,采用可流动液体物质或可流动固体物质模拟所述转出用户和所述转入用户的当前数据资源量,其中,所述可流动液体物质或可流动固体物质的形状和/或大小会随着用户的操作而相应地发生变化,进一步提高用户对操作的直观感受,提高操作的精确度,并且进一步增加操作的灵活性和趣味性,进而改善用户体验。

在步骤S83中,转出用户设备1基于所述操作指令,当所述操作指令满足转出条件时,显示数据资源转出的动态变化场景,所述数据资源转出的动态变化场景中包括转出 数据资源的信息。
在此,所述动态变化包括所述可流动液体物质或可流动固体物质的形状和/或大小的变化。
例如,假设模拟的是水,所述操作指令是转出用户模拟倒水的动作倾斜所述转出用户设备1,则所述转出用户设备1中的传感器(例如重力感应器)感应到所述转出用户的操作及其操作幅度,然后根据所述操作指令在所述转出用户设备1的显示屏幕上相应地展示倒水的动画及声音等。
在此,所述转出条件可以根据实际场景具体确定。接上例,例如,当用户倾斜所述转出用户设备1使模拟的水流至超过显示屏的右上角时,则所述操作指令满足转出条件,随即进行数据资源转出,即显示数据资源转出的动态变化场景。
还例如,假设模拟的是碎石子或者小方块,每一个碎石子或小方块代表一定量的数据资源,假设每一碎石子或小方块代表1兆的上网流量,那么转出用户每倾倒出一个碎石子或小方块即转出1兆流量。
再例如,采用可流动液体物质或可流动固体物质模拟的同时,在显示屏幕上具有一个可操作对象,例如按钮、可推动的活塞(例如注射器)等,当转出用户对所述可操作对象进行操作时,例如按下按钮,或点击并滑动活塞时,就会相应地发生数据资源的转出。

优选地,所述数据资源转入的动态变化场景还包括用于显示数据资源转入量的文字和/或数字。
在此,除了通过所述可流动液体物质或可流动固体物质显示数据资源转出的动态变化场景,还可以通过文字和/或数字的方式精确地向所述转出用户展示数据资源转出量,例如,以上网流量转出为例,上网流量转出过程中,转出用户设备1显示“-3MB”则表示上网流量转出量为3兆,并且在上网流量转出过程中,所述文字和/或数字根据转出量实时更新显示,从而在趣味性操作的基础上,同时也保证了操作的精确性,提升了用户体验。
在步骤S84中,转出用户设备1基于所述操作指令,向网络设备发送转出数据资源的请求。
具体地,所述转出数据资源的请求包括至少以下任一项:所述转出用户设备的账户信息(例如ID信息)、所述转出用户的数据资源转出量或转入用户设备的账户信息(例如ID信息)。
在此,根据所述操作指令可以确定数据资源的转入用户、数据资源的转出用户以及数据资源转出量。所述网络设备获取所述转出数据资源的请求后即可确定数据资源的转出用户、数据资源的转出量及数据资源的转入用户。
图9示出根据本申请另一个方面的一个实施例的一种在网络设备端进行数据资源转移的方法流程图。
该方法包括步骤S91和步骤S92。具体地,在步骤S91中,网络设备3基于转出用户设备所发送的转出数据资源的请求,向转入用户设备发送转入数据资源的请求;在步骤S92中,网络设备3更新所述转出用户设备的数据资源信息和所述转入用户设备的数据资源信息。
在此,所述网络设备3包括但不限于网络设备、或用户设备与网络设备通过网络相集成所构成的设备。其中,所述网络设备包括一种能够按照事先设定或存储的指令,自动进行数值计算和信息处理的电子设备,其硬件包括但不限于微处理器、专用集成电路(ASIC)、可编程门阵列(FPGA)、数字处理器(DSP)、嵌入式设备等。所述网络设备其包括但不限于计算机、网络主机、单个网络服务器、多个网络服务器集或多个服务器构成的云;在此,云由基于云计算(Cloud Computing)的大量计算机或网络服务器构成,其中,云计算是分布式计算的一种,由一群松散耦合的计算机集组成的一个虚拟超级计算机。所述网络包括但不限于互联网、广域网、城域网、局域网、VPN网络、无线自组织网络(Ad Hoc网络)等。优选地,网络设备3还可以是运行于所述网络设备、或用户设备与网络设备、或网络设备与触摸终端通过网络相集成所构成的设备上的脚本程序。当然,本领域技术人员应能理解上述网络设备3仅为举例,其他现有的或今后可能出现的网络设备3如可适用于本申请,也应包含在本申请保护范围以内,并在此以引用方式包含于此。

在步骤S92中,网络设备3更新所述转出用户设备的数据资源信息和所述转入用户设备的数据资源信息。
在此,所述转出用户设备的数据资源信息可以包括但不限于:所述转出用户设备的账户信息、所述转出用户的当前剩余数据资源量的信息和转移信息的相关历史记录(例如转出数据资源的次数、总量或转入用户设备的账户信息)等,所述转入用户设备的数据资源信息可以包括但不限于:所述转入用户设备的账户信息、所述转入用户的当前剩余数据资源量的信息和转移信息的相关历史记录(例如转入数据资源的次数、总量或转 出用户设备的账户信息)等。

在此,当所述转入用户接受所述转出用户转出的数据资源量,那么所述反馈信息可以包括但不限于:所述转入用户设备的确认接收数据资源的信息、所述转入用户设备接收数据资源的量、所述转入用户设备的账户信息以及所述转出用户设备的账户信息。所述网络设备3基于转出用户设备所发送的所述转出数据资源的请求和转入用户设备所发送的所述反馈信息可以更精准地更新所述转出用户设备的数据资源信息和所述转入用户设备的数据资源信息,降低错误更新的概率。
此外,当所述转入用户选择拒绝或部分接受所述转出用户转出的数据资源量,那么所述反馈信息可以包括但不限于:所述转入用户设备的拒绝接收数据资源的信息、所述转入用户设备拒绝接收数据资源的量、所述转入用户设备的账户信息以及所述转出用户设备的账户信息。所述网络设备3根据所述转出数据资源的请求中转出用户设备的数据资源转出量和所述反馈信息中转入用户设备拒绝接收数据资源的量,相应地更新所述转出用户设备的数据资源信息和所述转入用户设备的数据资源信息,将所述转入用户设备拒绝接收的数据资源转移回给转出用户设备。

在此,所述当前数据资源指的是转入用户当前所拥有的数据资源,例如用户从通信运营商处购买的上网流量、短信数量、通话时长等,还例如用户金融账户中的余额、所购买的虚拟币等。当然,数据资源并不限于此,其他现有的或今后可能出现的能够在用户设备之间进行转移的其他数据资源,如可适用于本申请,也应包含在本申请保护范围以内,并在此以引用方式包含于此。根据转入用户的实际使用情况和数据资源转移情况,所述当前数据资源量会相应地发生变化。所述转入用户设备2可以利用显示屏幕的部分或者全部显示区域显示转入用户的当前数据资源量的信息。
具体地,转入用户设备2可以采用可流动液体物质或可流动固体物质模拟所述转出用户当前数据资源量。
所述转入用户的当前数据资源的信息包括至少以下任一项:所述转入用户的当前数据资源的大小或当前数据资源占所述转入用户的总数据资源的比例。具体地,可以根据所述当前数据资源占所述转入用户的总数据资源的比例确定所述可流动液体物质或可流动固体物质占显示屏幕的面积比例。
例如,所述可流动液体物质可以是模拟的水、酒精、石油等,所述可流动固体物质可以是模拟的由沙粒、碎石子等形成的沙粒堆、碎石子堆等,还可以是圆形、球形、小方块等几何图形。同时,转入用户设备2还可以播放与所述可流动液体物质或可流动固体物质的动态变化相配合的声音,比如,若模拟的是水,则转入用户设备2可以根据资 源转入过程中水的动态变化,播放相应的水流动的声音。当然,本领域技术人员应能理解上述可流动液体物质或可流动固体物质仅为举例,其他现有的或今后可能出现的可流动液体物质或可流动固体物质如可适用于本申请,也应包含在本申请保护范围以内,并在此以引用方式包含于此。
在步骤S102中,转入用户设备2获取网络设备所发送的转入数据资源的请求。
在此,所述转入数据资源的请求可以包括:转出用户设备的账户信息以及数据资源转入量。
在步骤S103中,转入用户设备2基于所述转入数据资源的请求,显示数据资源转入的动态变化场景,所述数据资源转入的动态变化场景中包括转入数据资源的信息。具体地,所述数据资源转入的动态变化场景可以包括所述可流动液体物质或可流动固体物质的形状和/或大小的变化。
例如,假设模拟的是水,所述转入用户设备2的显示屏幕相当于盛水的容器,基于所述转入数据资源的请求,所述转入用户设备2显示水流入的画面。具体地,模拟的水可以以瀑布或雨滴的形式从屏幕上方流下,也可以以喷泉的形式从屏幕下方喷涌而出。
还例如,假设模拟的是碎石子或者小方块,每一个碎石子或小方块代表一定量的数据资源,假设每一碎石子或小方块代表1兆的上网流量,那么每有1兆流量转入,就有一个碎石子或小方块掉落进所述转入用户设备2的显示屏幕。
当然,本领域技术人员应能理解上述数据资源转入的动态变化场景仅为举例,其他现有的或今后可能出现的数据资源转入的动态变化场景如可适用于本申请,也应包含在本申请保护范围以内,并在此以引用方式包含于此。
优选地,所述数据资源转入的动态变化场景还包括用于显示数据资源转入量的包括文字和/或数字。
在此,除了通过所述可流动液体物质或可流动固体物质显示数据资源转入的动态变化场景,还可以通过文字和/或数字的方式精确地向所述转入用户展示数据资源转入量,例如,以上网流量转入为例,上网流量转入过程中,转入用户设备2显示“+3MB”则表示上网流量转入量为3兆,并且在上网流量转入过程中,所述文字和/或数字根据转入量实时更新显示,从而在趣味性操作的基础上,同时也保证了操作的精确性,提升了用户体验。
优选地,所述方法还可以包括:转入用户设备2向所述网络设备发送所述转入数据资源的请求的反馈信息,所述反馈信息包括所述转入用户是否接收所述转入数据资源的 信息或所述转入用户选择接收所述转入数据资源的全部或部分的信息。
在此,当所述转入用户接受所述转出用户设备转出的数据资源量,那么所述反馈信息可以包括但不限于:所述转入用户设备的确认接收数据资源的信息、所述转入用户设备接收数据资源的量、所述转入用户设备的账户信息以及所述转出用户设备的账户信息。所述网络设备获取所述反馈信息后,可以更精准地更新转出用户设备的数据资源信息和转入用户设备的数据资源信息,降低错误更新的概率。
此外,当所述转入用户选择拒绝或部分接受所述转出用户设备转出的数据资源量,那么所述反馈信息可以包括但不限于:所述转入用户设备的拒绝接收数据资源的信息、所述转入用户设备拒绝接收数据资源的量、所述转入用户设备的账户信息以及所述转出用户设备的账户信息。

在具体的应用场景中,以一个实施例中进行数据资源转移的方法为例,所述转出用户设备1和转入用户设备2对数据资源及数据资源的转移过程的展示如下:
图5示出根据本申请一优选场景的转出用户设备显示转出用户的当前数据资源量的 信息的示意图;图6示出根据本申请一优选场景的转出用户设备根据操作指令显示数据资源转出的动态变化场景的示意图;图7示出根据本申请一优选场景的转出用户设备1向转入用户设备2转移数据资源的过程示意图。结合图5~图7,所述转出用户设备1和所述转入用户设备2均采用模拟的水来显示转出用户的当前数据资源量的信息。具体地,如图5所示,所述转出用户设备1在显示屏幕中以水的形式模拟展示转出用户的当前数据资源量的信息。当转出用户倾斜所述转出用户设备1时,若倾斜角度不够大,如图6所示,则水的形状会随着倾斜操作发生变化,但并不会发生数据资源的转移。当显示屏幕中的水被倾倒超出到屏幕右上角时开始进行数据资源转出,所述转入用户设备2的显示屏幕显示模拟有水流入的场景,以展示数据资源的转入。并且,在所述转出用户设备1和所述转入用户设备2的显示屏幕中分别以文字和/或数字的形式精确地向用户展示数据资源转出量和转入量,例如图7中的“-3MB”和“+3MB”。
当然,本领域技术人员应能理解上述数据资源转移的场景仅为举例,其他现有的或今后可能出现的数据资源转移的方式如可适用于本申请,也应包含在本申请保护范围以内,并在此以引用方式包含于此。
与现有技术相比,在本申请的一个实施例中,转出用户设备显示转出用户的当前数据资源量的信息,并根据转出用户的操作指令显示数据资源转出的动态变化场景,转入用户设备显示转入用户的当前数据资源量的信息,并根据网络设备所发送的转入数据资源的请求显示数据资源转入的动态变化场景,将当前数据资源量的信息和转出数据资源的信息通过动态变化场景以直观可视的方式形象地展示给用户,提高用户的视觉感官体验,并简化用户在数据资源转移过程中的操作,降低操作难度,增加操作的灵活性和趣味性、从而改善用户体验。
进一步地,采用可流动液体物质或可流动固体物质模拟所述转出用户和所述转入用户的当前数据资源量,其中,所述可流动液体物质或可流动固体物质的形状和/或大小会随着用户的操作而相应地发生变化,进一步提高用户对操作的直观感受,提高操作的精确度,并且进一步增加操作的灵活性和趣味性,进而改善用户体验。
当然,本领域技术人员应能理解上述数据资源转移的场景仅为举例,其他现有的或今后可能出现的数据资源转移的方式如可适用于本申请,也应包含在本申请保护范围以内,并在此以引用方式包含于此。
此外,在本申请一个典型的配置中,终端、服务网络的设备和可信方均包括一个或多个处理器(CPU)、输入/输出接口、网络接口和内存。

  1. 一种在转出用户设备端进行数据资源转移的方法,其中,所述方法包括:
    显示转出用户的当前数据资源量的信息;
    获取所述转出用户的操作指令;
    基于所述操作指令,显示数据资源转出的动态变化场景,所述数据资源转出的动态变化场景中包括转出数据资源的信息;
    基于所述操作指令,向网络设备发送转出数据资源的请求。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,所述显示转出用户的当前数据资源量的信息包括:
    用可流动液体物质或可流动固体物质模拟所述转出用户当前数据资源量。
  3. 根据权利要求1或2所述的方法,其中,所述操作指令包括至少以下任一项:
    倾斜用户设备;
    晃动用户设备;
    在用户设备上进行点击或滑动操作。
  4. 根据权利要求1至3中任一项所述的方法,其中,所述基于所述操作指令,显示数据资源转出的动态变化场景包括:
    当所述操作指令满足转出条件时,显示数据资源转出的动态变化场景,所述数据资源转出的动态变化场景中包括转出数据资源的信息。

    基于转入用户设备所发送的所述转入数据资源的请求的反馈信息,更新所述转出用户设备的数据资源信息和所述转入用户设备的数据资源信息,所述反馈信息包括所述转入用户是否接收所述转入数据资源的信息或所述转入用户选择接收所述转入数据资源的全部或部分的信息。
  10. 一种在转入用户设备端进行数据资源转移的方法,其中,所述方法包括:
    显示转入用户的当前数据资源量的信息;
    获取网络设备所发送的转入数据资源的请求;
    基于所述转入数据资源的请求,显示数据资源转入的动态变化场景,所述数据资源转入的动态变化场景中包括转入数据资源的信息。

    指令获取装置,用于获取所述转出用户的操作指令;
    资源转出显示装置,用于基于所述操作指令,显示数据资源转出的动态变化场景,所述数据资源转出的动态变化场景中包括转出数据资源的信息;

    倾斜用户设备;
    晃动用户设备;
    在用户设备上进行点击或滑动操作。
  17. 根据权利要求14至16中任一项所述的转出用户设备,其中,所述资源转出显示装置用于:
    当所述操作指令满足转出条件时,显示数据资源转出的动态变化场景,所述数据资源转出的动态变化场景中包括转出数据资源的信息。
  18. 根据权利要求15至17中任一项所述的转出用户设备,其中,所述资源转出显示装置还用于:
    当所述操作指令不满足转出条件时,显示所述转出用户当前数据资源量的自身动态变化,所述自身动态变化包括用于模拟所述当前数据资源量的可流动液体物质或可流动固体物质依据所述操作指令而产生的动态变化。
  19. 根据权利要求14至18中任一项所述的转出用户设备,其中,所述数据资源转出的动态变化场景还包括用于显示数据资源转出量的文字和/或数字。
  20. 根据权利要求14至18中任一项所述的转出用户设备,其中,所述转出数据资源的请求包括至少以下任一项:
    所述转出用户的账户信息、所述转出用户的数据资源转出量或转入用户的账户信息。
  21. 一种用于数据资源转移的网络设备,其中,所述网络设备包括:
    转入请求发送装置,用于基于转出用户设备所发送的转出数据资源的请求,向转入用户设备发送转入数据资源的请求;
    信息更新装置,用于更新所述转出用户设备的数据资源信息和所述转入用户设备的数据资源信息。
  22. 根据权利要求21所述的网络设备,其中,所述信息更新装置还用于:
    基于转入用户设备所发送的所述转入数据资源的请求的反馈信息,更新所述转出用户设备的数据资源信息和所述转入用户设备的数据资源信息,所述反馈信息包括所述转入用户是否接收所述转入数据资源的信息或所述转入用户选择接收所述转入数据资源的全部或部分的信息。
  23. 一种用于数据资源转移的转入用户设备,其中,所述转入用户设备包括:
    转入用户数据资源量显示装置,用于显示转入用户的当前数据资源量的信息;
    转入请求获取装置,用于获取网络设备所发送的转入数据资源的请求;
    资源转入显示装置,用于基于所述转入数据资源的请求,显示数据资源转入的动态变化场景,所述数据资源转入的动态变化场景中包括转入数据资源的信息。
  24. 根据权利要求23所述的转入用户设备,其中,所述转入用户设备还包括:
    反馈信息发送装置,用于向所述网络设备发送所述转入数据资源的请求的反馈信息,所述反馈信息包括所述转入用户是否接收所述转入数据资源的信息或所述转入用户选择接收所述转入数据资源的全部或部分的信息。
  25. 根据权利要求23或24所述的转入用户设备,其中,所述转入用户数据资源量显示装置用于:
    用可流动液体物质或可流动固体物质模拟所述转入用户当前数据资源量。
  26. 根据权利要求23至25中任一项所述的转入用户设备,其中,所述数据资源转入的动态变化场景还包括用于显示数据资源转入量的文字和/或数字。
