为了方便用户操作,现有的在线售票系统一般都提供有在线选座的功能,以电影票的在线售票系统为例,当用户需要购买电影票时,用户可在系统所显示的座位示意图上选择自己所需要的座位,然后进行下单,当在线售票系统接收到用户所选择的座位信息后,便可以向第三方接口发送锁座请求以进行锁座,锁座成功后,由用户通过第三方平台进行支付。通常,为了保护情侣座位,防止恶意用户锁定分散座位,造成剩余座位不连续,对影院后续售票造成影响,影院对在线选座有比现场售票更苛刻的条件,一旦第三方接口确定用户所选座位不满足预设条件,即提示锁座失败。
技术问题
在对现有技术的研究和实践过程中,本发明的发明人发现,现有选座方案锁座的成功率较低,容易出现大量无效的锁座请求,而由于现场售票以及其它在线售票平台的售票均是同步的,因此,这些锁座请求会影响到其他售票平台用户的选座操作,降低其处理效率;而且,由于现有技术一般都会直接调用第三方接口来进行锁座,因此,这大量的无效锁座请求会大大增加第三方接口的压力,占用很多额外的资源和带宽,造成资源和带宽的浪费。
技术解决方案
本发明实施例提供一种在线售票系统中的数据处理方法和在线售票系统,不仅可以减少无效的锁座请求,提高锁座的成功率和处理效率,而且,可以降低第三方接口的压力,节约资源和带宽。
本发明实施例提供一种在线售票系统中的数据处理方法,包括:
接收用户的选择请求,所述选择请求携带用户选择的座位信息;
根据所述选择请求获取对应的第三方平台的过滤规则;
确定所述座位信息是否符合所述过滤规则;
若符合过滤规则,则向所述第三方平台发送锁座请求,以进行锁座;
若不符合过滤规则,则提示用户重新选择座位。
相应的,本发明实施例还提供一种在线售票系统,包括:
接收单元,用于接收用户的选择请求,所述选择请求携带用户选择的座位信息;
获取单元,用于根据所述选择请求获取对应的第三方平台的过滤规则;
判断单元,用于确定所述座位信息是否符合所述过滤规则;
发送单元,用于在判断单元确定符合过滤规则时,向所述第三方平台发送锁座请求,以进行锁座;
提示单元,用于在判断单元确定不符合过滤规则时,提示用户重新选择座位。
另外,本发明实施例还提供一种存储介质,其内存储有处理器可执行指令,所述处理器可执行指令用于执行如下操作:
接收用户的选择请求,所述选择请求携带用户选择的座位信息;
根据所述选择请求获取对应的第三方平台的过滤规则;
确定所述座位信息是否符合所述过滤规则;
若符合过滤规则,则向所述第三方平台发送锁座请求,以进行锁座;
若不符合过滤规则,则提示用户重新选择座位。
有益效果
本发明实施例在向第三方平台发送锁座请求之前,采用该第三方平台对应的过滤规则对用户选定座位预先进行过滤,提示用户选择合理的选座方案,从而大大降低无效的锁座请求的数量,提高锁座的成功率和处理效率,而且,由于无效锁座请求的数量大大减少了,所以,第三方平台锁座接口的压力也可以得到大大的缓解,可以节约资源和带宽;也就是说,采用该方案,不仅可以引导用户正确选座,帮助用户流畅购票,提高售票系统处理效率,而且,可以减少无效的锁座请求,提高锁座的成功率,以及节约资源和带宽。

本发明实施例提供一种在线售票系统中的数据处理方法和在线售票系统。
如图1a,当用户需要购票,比如电影票、火车票、机票或船票时,可以向相应的在线售票系统,比如电影票的在线售票系统发送选择请求,该在线售票系统接收到用户的选择请求后,根据该选择请求获取对应的第三方平台的过滤规则,并根据该过滤规则确定该选择请求中所携带的座位信息是否符合要求;若符合,则向该第三方平台发送锁座请求,以进行锁座,若不符合过滤规则,则提示用户重新选择座位。
以下将分别进行详细说明。
实施例一、
在本实施例中,将从在线售票系统的角度进行描述,该在线售票系统具体可以集成在服务器等设备中。该在线售票系统具体可以为电影票、火车票、机票或船票的在线售票系统等。
一种在线售票系统中的数据处理方法,包括:接收用户的选择请求,其中,该选择请求携带用户选择的座位信息;根据该选择请求获取对应的第三方平台的过滤规则;确定该座位信息是否符合该过滤规则;若符合过滤规则,则向该第三方平台发送锁座请求,以进行锁座;若不符合过滤规则,则提示用户重新选择座位。
如图1b所示,该在线售票系统中的数据处理方法的具体流程可以如下:
101、接收用户的选择请求,其中,该选择请求可以携带用户选择的座位信息等信息。
其中,接收用户的选择请求的方式可以有多种,例如,具体可以接收用户通过客户端发送的选择请求,或者,也可以接收用户通过在该在线售票系统所在的网站所显示的座位选择界面中所触发的选择请求,等等。即可选的,在接收用户的选择请求之前,该在线售票系统中的数据处理方法还可以包括:
获取座位图信息和已售票信息,根据该座位图信息和已售票信息生成座位选择界面,显示该座位选择界面,比如,将客户端显示该座位选择界面,或者,在相应的网站显示该座位选择界面,等等。
则此时,步骤“接收用户的选择请求”具体可以为:接收用户通过该座位选择界面触发的选择请求。
102、根据该选择请求获取对应的第三方平台的过滤规则。
比如,如果是购买A电影院的电影票的话,则向获取对应的A电影院的购票过滤规则,如果购买B电影院的电影票的话,则向获取对应的B电影院的购票过滤规则,等等。
其中,获取过滤规则的途径可以有多种,例如,可以根据该选择请求从预置的数据库中获取对应的第三方平台的过滤规则;或者,也可以根据该选择请求向对应的第三方平台发送过滤规则获取请求,并接收该第三方平台根据该过滤规则获取请求返回的过滤规则,等等。
其中,该过滤规则可以根据实际应用的需求进行设置,在此不再赘述。
103、确定该座位信息是否符合该过滤规则,若符合过滤规则,则执行步骤104,否则,若不符合过滤规则,则执行步骤105。
例如,以该过滤规则为:用户所选的每一行的座位之间不能存在单个空位为例,则具体可以如下:
(1)将该座位信息以行为单位进行分组,得到对应的数组。
即将用户所选的座位以行为单位,每一行作为一组数组,然后将座位信息分别存入对应的数组中。
(2)获取座位图信息和已售票信息。
例如,具体可以向第三方平台获取座位图信息和已售票信息,或者,也可以在预置的数据库中获取该座位图信息和已售票信息,等等。
需说明的,该数据库的数据需与第三方平台进行同步,在此不再赘述。
(3)根据该数组、座位图信息和已售票信息分别对每一个座位进行标识,得到标识后座位图信息;
例如,可以根据该数组、座位图信息和已售票信息分别将每一个座位标识为不可售座位、已售座位、用户选择座位和未选择座位等,得到标识后座位图信息。
其中,标示的方式可以多种,比如,可以用文字标示,比如可以用缩写字母来分别表示“不可售座位”、“已售座位”、“用户选择座位”和“未选择座位”等,或者用中文文字分别表示“不可售座位”、“已售座位”、“用户选择座位”和“未选择座位”,等等;或者,还可以用不同的颜色来标示,其中,每一种颜色分别表示“不可售座位”、“已售座位”、“用户选择座位”和“未选择座位”等,在此不再赘述。
(4)根据标识后座位图信息判断用户所选的每一行的座位之间是否存在有单个空位,存在单个空位,则确定该座位信息不符合过滤规则,否则,若不存在单个空位,则确定该座位信息符合过滤规则。
当然,也可以设置其他的过滤规则,比如,可以过滤规则为“用户所选的每一行的座位之间不能存在单个空位,且所选座位左侧和右侧不能有空位”等等,则此时,在确定用户所选的每一行的座位之间不存在单个空位之后,还需要判断所选座位左侧和右侧是否有空位,若有,则确定该座位信息不符合过滤规则,若没有,才确定该座位信息符合过滤规则,在此不再赘述。
其中,空位指的是除“不可售座位”和“已售座位”之外的未选择座位。
可选的,为了提高过滤的效果,在确定该座位信息是否符合该过滤规则之前,还可以先对座位信息进行一个初级过滤,即在确定该座位信息是否符合该过滤规则之前,该在线售票系统中的数据处理方法还可以包括:
确定该座位信息是否在预设的最小可选座位数和最大可选座位数之间,若是,才执行“确定该座位信息是否符合该过滤规则”的步骤(即步骤103),若否,则提示用户重新选择座位。
其中,最小可选座位数和最大可选座位数可以根据实际应用的需求进行设置,在此不再赘述。
104、在确定符合过滤规则时,向该第三方平台发送锁座请求,以进行锁座。
此后,第三方平台便可以根据该锁座请求作进一步处理,比如,可以确定是否通过该锁座请求,若通过,则进行锁座,并返回锁座成功响应,否则,若不通过,则返回锁座失败响应,等等,其中,锁座的具体操作可参见现有技术,在此不再赘述。
可选的,在线售票系统在向该第三方平台发送锁座请求,以进行锁座之后,还可以进行支付处理,即,在步骤“向该第三方平台发送锁座请求,以进行锁座”之后,该在线售票系统的数据处理方法还可以包括:
确定锁座成功时,生成支付选择界面;接收用户通过该支付选择界面输入的支付请求,其中,该支付请求可以包括支付途径和支付数额等信息;根据该支付途径向相应的支付平台转发该支付请求,以进行支付处理,在此不再赘述。
105、在确定不符合过滤规则时,提示用户重新选择座位。
可选的,还可以提示锁座失败的原因,比如,可以提示所选的座位之间存在单个空位,等等。

根据实施例一所描述的方法,以下将举例作进一步详细说明。
为了描述方便,在本实施例中,将以电影票的在线售票系统为例进行说明。
如图2a,一种在线售票系统中的数据处理方法,具体流程可以如下:
201、在线售票系统获取座位图信息和已售票信息,根据该座位图信息和已售票信息生成座位选择界面,并显示该座位选择界面。
例如,当用户需要购买A电影院的电影票时,便可以选择A电影院,选择需要观看的电影场次,并点击购买,则此时,在线售票系统便可以获取该A电影院中该电影场次所在放映厅的座位图信息,以及已售票信息,然后根据该座位图信息和已售票信息生成座位选择界面,并显示该座位选择界面。

202、在线售票系统接收用户通过该座位选择界面触发的选择请求,其中,该选择请求可以携带用户选择的座位信息等信息。
例如,还是以用户购买A电影院的电影票某电影场次为例,则此时,用户可以在在线售票系统所显示的座位选择界面中点击所需的座位的示意图,以触发选择请求,其中,该选择请求可以携带用户选择的座位信息等信息,比如,用户选择E排04和05座,参见图2b。
203、在线售票系统根据该选择请求获取对应的第三方平台,比如A电影院的购票过滤规则等。

例如,还是以用户购买A电影院的某电影场次为例,则此时,在线售票系统便可以获取该A电影院中该电影场次所在放映厅的座位图信息,以及已售票信息。

又例如,如果用户选择的是“E排03和04座”,由于与E排的已售座位“E排07和08”座之间存在两个座位“E排05和06”座,因此,可以确定该座位信息符合过滤规则,等等。
可选的,在提示用户重新选择座位时,还可以提示锁座失败的原因,比如,可以提示所选的座位之间存在单个空位,等等。
当然,也可以设置其他的过滤规则,比如,可以过滤规则为“用户所选的每一行的座位之间不能存在单个空位,且所选座位左侧和右侧不能有空位”等等,则此时,在确定用户所选的每一行的座位之间不存在单个空位之后,还需要判断所选座位左侧和右侧是否有空位,若有,则确定该座位信息不符合过滤规则,若没有,才确定该座位信息符合过滤规则,在此不再赘述。
209、在确定符合过滤规则时,向该第三方平台,比如该A电影院的售票系统发送锁座请求,以进行锁座。
此后,第三方平台便可以根据该锁座请求作进一步处理,比如,可以确定是否通过该锁座请求,若通过,则进行锁座,并返回锁座成功响应,否则,若不通过,则返回锁座失败响应,等等,其中,锁座的具体操作可参见现有技术,在此不再赘述。
可选的,在线售票系统在向该第三方平台发送锁座请求,以进行锁座之后,还可以进行支付处理,详见实施例一,在此不再赘述。

接收单元301,用于接收用户的选择请求,其中,该选择请求可以携带用户选择的座位信息等信息。
获取单元302,用于根据该选择请求获取对应的第三方平台的过滤规则。
比如,如果是购买A电影院的电影票的话,则获取单元302可以向获取对应的A电影院的购票过滤规则,如果购买B电影院的电影票的话,则可以向获取对应的B电影院的购票过滤规则,等等。

可选的,在线售票系统在向该第三方平台发送锁座请求,以进行锁座之后,还可以进行支付处理,即如图3b所示,该在线售票系统还可以包括支付单元307,如下:
支付单元307,用于确定锁座成功时,生成支付选择界面;接收用户通过该支付选择界面输入的支付请求,该支付请求包括支付途径和支付数额;根据该支付途径向相应的支付平台转发该支付请求,以进行支付处理。

    根据所述选择请求获取对应的第三方平台的过滤规则;
    确定所述座位信息是否符合所述过滤规则;
    若符合过滤规则,则向所述第三方平台发送锁座请求,以进行锁座;
    若不符合过滤规则,则提示用户重新选择座位。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述确定所述座位信息是否符合所述过滤规则之前,还包括:
    确定所述座位信息是否在预设的最小可选座位数和最大可选座位数之间;
    若是,则执行确定所述座位信息是否符合所述过滤规则的步骤;
    若否,则提示用户重新选择座位。
  3. 根据权利要求1或2所述的方法,其特征在于,所述确定所述座位信息是否符合所述过滤规则,包括:
    将所述座位信息以行为单位进行分组,得到对应的数组;
    获取座位图信息和已售票信息;
    根据所述数组、座位图信息和已售票信息分别对每一个座位进行标识,得到标识后座位图信息;
    根据标识后座位图信息判断用户所选的每一行的座位之间是否存在有单个空位;
    若存在单个空位,则确定所述座位信息不符合过滤规则;
    若不存在单个空位,则确定所述座位信息符合过滤规则。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的方法,其特征在于,所述根据所述数组、座位图信息和已售票信息分别对每一个座位进行标识,得到标识后座位图信息,包括:
    根据所述数组、座位图信息和已售票信息分别将每一个座位标识为不可售座位、已售座位、用户选择座位和未选择座位,得到标识后座位图信息。
  5. 根据权利要求1或2所述的方法,其特征在于,所述向所述第三方平台发送锁座请求,以进行锁座之后,还包括:
    确定锁座成功时,生成支付选择界面;
    接收用户通过所述支付选择界面输入的支付请求,所述支付请求包括支付途径和支付数额;
    根据所述支付途径向相应的支付平台转发所述支付请求,以进行支付处理。
  6. 根据权利要求1或2所述的方法,其特征在于,所述根据所述选择请求获取对应的第三方平台的过滤规则,包括:
    根据所述选择请求从预置的数据库中获取对应的第三方平台的过滤规则;或者,
    根据所述选择请求向对应的第三方平台发送过滤规则获取请求,接收所述第三方平台根据所述过滤规则获取请求返回的过滤规则。
  7. 根据权利要求1或2所述的方法,其特征在于,所述接收用户的选择请求之前,还包括:
    获取座位图信息和已售票信息;
    根据所述座位图信息和已售票信息生成座位选择界面;
    显示所述座位选择界面;
    所述接收用户的选择请求,包括:接收用户通过所述座位选择界面触发的选择请求。
  8. 一种在线售票系统,其特征在于,包括:
    接收单元,用于接收用户的选择请求,所述选择请求携带用户选择的座位信息;
    获取单元,用于根据所述选择请求获取对应的第三方平台的过滤规则;
    判断单元,用于确定所述座位信息是否符合所述过滤规则;
    发送单元,用于在判断单元确定符合过滤规则时,向所述第三方平台发送锁座请求,以进行锁座;
    提示单元,用于在判断单元确定不符合过滤规则时,提示用户重新选择座位。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的系统,其特征在于,还包括确定单元;
    所述确定单元,用于确定所述座位信息是否在预设的最小可选座位数和最大可选座位数之间;
    所述判断单元,具体用于在所述确定单元确定所述座位信息在预设的最小可选座位数和最大可选座位数之间时,确定所述座位信息是否符合所述过滤规则的操作;
    所述提示单元,还用于在所述确定单元确定所述座位信息不在预设的最小可选座位数和最大可选座位数之间时,提示用户重新选择座位。
  10. 根据权利要求8或9所述的系统,其特征在于,所述判断单元包括分组子单元、获取子单元、标识子单元和判断子单元;
    分组子单元,用于将所述座位信息以行为单位进行分组,得到对应的数组;
    获取子单元,用于获取座位图信息和已售票信息;
    标识子单元,用于根据所述数组、座位图信息和已售票信息分别对每一个座位进行标识,得到标识后座位图信息;
    判断子单元,用于根据标识后座位图信息判断用户所选的每一行的座位之间是否存在有单个空位;若存在单个空位,则确定所述座位信息不符合过滤规则;若不存在单个空位,则确定所述座位信息符合过滤规则。
  11. 根据权利要求10所述的系统,其特征在于,
    所述标识子单元,具体用于根据所述数组、座位图信息和已售票信息分别将每一个座位标识为不可售座位、已售座位、用户选择座位和未选择座位,得到标识后座位图信息。
  12. 根据权利要求8或9所述的系统,其特征在于,还包括支付单元;
    所述支付单元,用于确定锁座成功时,生成支付选择界面;接收用户通过所述支付选择界面输入的支付请求,所述支付请求包括支付途径和支付数额;根据所述支付途径向相应的支付平台转发所述支付请求,以进行支付处理。
  13. 根据权利要求8或9所述的系统,其特征在于,还包括生成单元;
    所述生成单元,用于获取座位图信息和已售票信息,根据所述座位图信息和已售票信息生成座位选择界面,显示所述座位选择界面;
    所述接收单元,具体用于接收用户通过所述座位选择界面触发的选择请求。
  14. 一种存储介质,其特征在于,其内存储有处理器可执行指令,所述处理器可执行指令用于执行如下操作:
    接收用户的选择请求,所述选择请求携带用户选择的座位信息;
    根据所述选择请求获取对应的第三方平台的过滤规则;
    确定所述座位信息是否符合所述过滤规则;
    若符合过滤规则,则向所述第三方平台发送锁座请求,以进行锁座;
    若不符合过滤规则,则提示用户重新选择座位。
