本申请基于申请号为201510450915.7、申请日为2015年07月28日的中国专利申请提出,并要求该中国专利申请的优先权,该中国专利申请的全部内容在此引入本申请作为参考。
技术领域
本公开实施例涉及通信技术领域,特别涉及一种陌生号码标记方法和装置。
背景技术
用户使用终端的过程中,用户可能会收到来自陌生号码的来电。因此需要向用户提示该陌生号码的相关信息,以免用户为了避免接到诈骗电话、推销电话等,选择不接听电话,而漏接可能是好友打来的电话。
发明内容
本公开实施例提供了一种陌生号码标记方法和装置。所述技术方案如下:
根据本公开实施例的第一方面,提供一种陌生号码标记方法,包括:
接收终端发送的携带有第一电话号码的信息获取请求,所述信息获取请求为所述终端在检测到与所述终端通信的通信对端的所述第一电话号码为陌生号码时发送的;
根据电话号码与社交账号之间的预设对应关系,查询与所述第一电话号码对应的第一社交账号;
检测所述第一社交账号是否是第二社交账号的好友账号,所述第二社交账号为与所述终端的第二电话号码对应的社交账号;
当所述第一社交账号是所述第二社交账号的好友账号时,获取所述第一社交账号的账号信息,将所述账号信息发送至所述终端,所述账号信息用于标记所述陌生号码。
可选地,所述第一社交账号包括至少两种社交应用体系下的账号,所述检测所述第一社交账号是否是第二社交账号的好友账号,包括:
对于每个第一社交账号,从所述第二社交账号中选择与所述第一社交账号属于同种社交应用体系的社交账号;
检测所述第一社交账号是否是选择得到的所述第二社交账号的好友账号。
可选地,若选择得到的所述第二社交账号有至少两个,所述检测所述第一社交账号是否是选择得到的所述第二社交账号的好友账号之前,所述方法还包括:
从选择得到的所述第二社交账号中选择所述终端使用频率最高的社交账号;
或者,
从选择得到的所述第二社交账号中选择所述终端最近一次登录的社交账号;
或者,
从选择得到的所述第二社交账号中选择默认社交应用体系下的社交账号。
可选地,所述获取所述第一社交账号的账号信息,包括:
从所述第二社交账号所对应的相关信息中获取所述第一社交账号所对应的备注信息;
和/或,
获取所述第一社交账号的账号名称、昵称和头像中的至少一种。
可选地,所述方法还包括:
接收所述通信对端发送的将所述第一社交账号的账号信息进行共享的共享指令;
将所述第一社交账号的账号信息的属性设置为允许共享,属性被设置为允许共享的第一社交账号的账号信息被允许共享至所述第一社交账号的好友账号所登录的终端。
根据本公开实施例的第二方面,提供一种陌生号码标记装置,包括:
请求接收模块,被配置为接收终端发送的携带有第一电话号码的信息获取请求,所述信息获取请求为所述终端在检测到与所述终端通信的通信对端的所述第一电话号码为陌生号码时发送的;
查询模块,被配置为根据电话号码与社交账号之间的预设对应关系,查询与所述第一电话号码对应的第一社交账号;
检测模块,被配置为检测所述查询模块查询到的所述第一社交账号是否是第二社交账号的好友账号,所述第二社交账号为与所述终端的第二电话号码对应的社交账号;
获取模块,被配置为在所述检测模块的检测结果为所述第一社交账号是所述第二社交账号的好友账号时,获取所述第一社交账号的账号信息;
发送模块,被配置为将所述获取模块获取到的所述账号信息发送至所述终端,所述账号信息用于标记所述陌生号码。
可选地,所述检测模块,包括:
第一选择子模块,被配置为在所述第一社交账号包括至少两种社交应用体系下的账号时,对于每个第一社交账号,从所述第二社交账号中选择与所述第一社交账号属于同种社交应用体系的社交账号;
检测子模块,被配置为检测所述第一社交账号是否是所述第一选择子模块选择得到的所述第二社交账号的好友账号。
可选地,所述检测模块还包括第二选择子模块;
所述第二选择子模块,被配置为:在所述第一选择子模块选择得到的所述第二社交账号有至少两个时,在所述检测子模块检测所述第一社交账号是否是选择得到的所述第二社交账号的好友账号之前,从选择得到的所述第二社交账号中选择所述终端使用频率最高的社交账号;或者,从选择得到的所述第二社交账号中选择所述终端最近一次登录的社交账号;或者,从选择得到的所述第二社交账号中选择默认社交应用体系下的社交账号。

其中,所述处理器被配置为:
接收终端发送的携带有第一电话号码的信息获取请求,所述信息获取请求为所述终端在检测到与所述终端通信的通信对端的所述第一电话号码为陌生号码时发送的;
根据电话号码与社交账号之间的预设对应关系,查询与所述第一电话号码对应的第一社交账号;
检测所述第一社交账号是否是第二社交账号的好友账号,所述第二社交账号为与所述终端的第二电话号码对应的社交账号;
当所述第一社交账号是所述第二社交账号的好友账号时,获取所述第一社交账号的账号信息,将所述账号信息发送至所述终端,所述账号信息用于标记所述陌生号码。
本公开的实施例提供的技术方案可以包括以下有益效果:
在终端与电话号码为陌生号码的通信对端通信时,通过查询通信对端的第一电话号码所对应的第一社交账号,并在第一社交账号是终端的第二电话号码所对应的第二社交账号的好友账号时,将第一社交账号的账号信息反馈给终端,终端利用该账号信息标记该陌生号码;使得用户可以判别该陌生号码是哪位通信好友的号码;达到了用户可以通过陌生号码所对应的第一社交账号的账号信息来判别通信好友的效果。
应当理解的是,以上的一般描述和后文的细节描述仅是示例性的,并不能限制本公开。

图1是根据部分示例性实施例示出的一种陌生号码标记方法所涉及的实施环境的示意图。如图1所示,该实施环境可以包括终端110、通信对端120和服务器130。
终端110和通信对端120为互相通信的两个终端。比如,终端110和通信对端120可以为手机。且,终端110可以通过无线网络与服务器130连接。
服务器130可以是一台或者多台服务器,也可以是一个云计算中心。换句话说,服务器130可以由一台服务器实现;也可以由多台服务器组合实现;或者,服务器130可以是一整片服务集群所形成的虚拟计算平台。
图2是根据一示例性实施例示出的一种陌生号码标记方法的流程图,本实施例以该陌生号码标记方法应用于图1所示的实施环境中的服务器130中来举例说明。如图2所示,该陌生号码标记方法可以包括以下步骤。
在步骤201中,接收终端发送的携带有第一电话号码的信息获取请求,信息获取请求为终端在检测到与终端通信的通信对端的第一电话号码为陌生号码时发送的。
在步骤202中,根据电话号码与社交账号之间的预设对应关系,查询与第一电话号码对应的第一社交账号。
在步骤203中,检测第一社交账号是否是第二社交账号的好友账号,第二社交账号为与终端的第二电话号码对应的社交账号。
在步骤204中,若第一社交账号是第二社交账号的好友账号,则获取第一社交账号的账号信息,将账号信息返回至终端,账号信息用于触发终端利用账号信息标记陌生号码。
综上所述,本公开实施例中提供的陌生号码标记方法,在终端与电话号码为陌生号码的通信对端通信时,通过查询通信对端的第一电话号码所对应的第一社交账号,并在第一社交账号是终端的第二电话号码所对应的第二社交账号的好友账号时,将第一社交账号的账号信息反馈给终端,终端利用该账号信息标记该陌生号码;解决了相关技术中终端通过陌生号码的类别标记陌生号码时,用户仍然无法判别该陌生号码是哪位通信好友的号码的问题;达到了用户可以通过陌生号码所对应的第一社交账号的账号信息来判别通信好友的效果。
图3A是根据一示例性实施例示出的一种陌生号码标记方法的流程图,本实施例以该陌生号码标记方法应用于图1所示的实施环境中的服务器130中来举例说明。如图3A所示,该陌生号码标记方法可以包括以下步骤。
在步骤301中,接收终端发送的携带有第一电话号码的信息获取请求,信息获取请求为终端在检测到与终端通信的通信对端的第一电话号码为陌生号码时发送的。
在终端与通信对端通信时,终端可以检测通讯录中是否存储有通信对 端的第一电话号码。可选地,终端可以检测本地通讯录中是否存储有该第一电话号码;或者,检测云端通讯录中是否存储有该第一电话号码;或者,同时检测本地通讯录和云端通讯录中是否存储有该第一电话号码。在一实施例中,当本地通讯录中或云端通讯录中没有存储有该第一电话号码时,该第一电话号码为陌生号码。在另一实施例中,当本地通讯录中和云端通讯录中均没有存储有该第一电话号码时,该第一电话号码为陌生号码。
在服务器的检测结果为通讯录中未存储有该第一电话号码,也即该第一电话号码为陌生号码时,终端可以发送携带有该第一电话号码的信息获取请求至服务器。相应的,服务器可以接收到该终端发送的携带有该第一电话号码的信息获取请求。
而在服务器的检测结果为通讯录中存储有该第一电话号码时,终端可以通过通讯录中存储的该第一电话号码的联系人信息来标记该第一电话号码,此时流程结束。
本实施例中终端与通信对端之间的通信可以包括:终端发起的与通信对端之间的通信;或者,终端响应的通信对端发起的通信。上述所说的通信可以为电话或者短信。
在步骤302中,根据电话号码与社交账号之间的预设对应关系,查询与第一电话号码对应的第一社交账号。
服务器接收到信息获取请求之后,服务器可以根据存储的电话号码与社交账号之间的预设对应关系,查询与信息获取请求中的第一电话号码对应的第一社交账号。
可选地,与第一电话号码对应的第一社交账号可以有一个,也可以有至少两个。且在第一社交账号有至少两个时,该至少两个第一社交账号可以是同一社交应用体系下的账号,也可以是不同社交应用体系下的账号。其中,同一社交应用体系下的各个社交账号所对应的社交应用客户端共用 同一个社交应用服务器。比如,共用米聊服务器的至少两个米聊客户端所对应的米聊账号即属于同一个社交应用体系下的两个账号;而由于米聊和微博分别使用两个不同的服务器,所以米聊和微博则属于不同社交应用体系下的两个账号。
比如,以第一社交账号有两个,且两个第一社交账号为不同社交应用体系下的账号为例,该第一社交账号可以为微博账号和米聊账号。
可选地,服务器获取电话号码与社交账号之间的预设对应关系的获取方式可以包括如下两种可能的实现方式:
第一种,服务器接收各个终端发送的终端的电话号码与社交账号之间的对应关系,将接收到的各个对应关系存储为预设对应关系。
用户可以将自己的电话号码与社交应用中的社交账号进行绑定,并将该绑定关系主动存储至服务器中。相应的,服务器可以存储各个用户的终端发送的电话号码与社交账号的对应关系。
第二种,服务器接入社交应用的社交服务器,从社交服务器中获取电话号码与社交账号之间的对应关系,存储获取到的对应关系。
可选地,在服务器具有访问社交服务器的访问权限时,服务器还可以从各个社交服务器中获取电话号码与社交账号之间的对应关系,保存获取到的对应关系。
需要说明的是,服务器还可以通过其他方式来获取该预设对应关系,本实施例对此并不做限定。
在步骤303中,若第一社交账号包括至少两种社交应用体系下的账号,对于每个第一社交账号,从第二社交账号中选择与第一社交账号属于同种社交应用体系的社交账号。
其中,第二社交账号为与终端的第二电话号码对应的社交账号。
与步骤302类似的是,服务器可以根据电话号码与社交账号之间的预 设对应关系,查询与终端的第二电话号码对应的第二社交账号。并且,在服务器查询到的第一社交账号有至少两个时,对于每个第一社交账号,服务器可以从第二社交账号中选择与第一社交账号属于同种社交应用体系的社交账号。
比如,以其中一个第一社交账号为微博账号为例,服务器可以从第二社交账号中选择微博账号。
需要说明的是,本步骤为可选步骤,若步骤302中查询到的第一社交账号为一个,则服务器可以直接执行步骤304,也即检测第一社交账号是否是第二社交账号的好友账号。
在步骤304中,检测第一社交账号是否是选择得到的第二社交账号的好友账号。
对于选择的每个第二社交账号,服务器可以获取该第二社交账号所对应的好友关系链,检测对应的第一社交账号是否是获取到的好友关系链中的好友账号。
可选地,服务器可以从第一社交账号所对应的社交应用服务器中查询该第二社交账号的好友关系链。当然,服务器还可以从终端中获取该第二社交账号的好友关系链,本实施例对此并不做限定。并且,示例的,由于终端与通信对端通话时,终端与服务器之间的连接可能会断开,所以服务器可以优先从社交应用服务器中查询该第二社交账号的好友关系链。
在步骤305中,若第一社交账号是第二社交账号的好友账号,则获取第一社交账号的账号信息,将账号信息返回至终端,账号信息用于触发终端利用账号信息标记陌生号码。
如果服务器的检测结果为第一社交账号是第二社交账号的好友账号,则服务器可以获取该第一社交账号的账号信息,并将获取到的账号信息返回至终端。相应的,终端可以接收到服务器返回的账号信息,并通过接收 到的账号信息标记陌生号码。示例的,账号信息用于触发终端利用该账号信息标记陌生号码。
反之,若服务器的检测结果为第一社交账号不是第二社交账号的好友账号,则服务器结束本次流程。或者,服务器查询第一电话号码所属的类别,将查询到的类别反馈至终端,终端通过接收到的类别对第一电话号码进行标记。
可选地,服务器获取第一社交账号的账号信息的步骤可以包括如下两种可能的实现方式中的至少一种:
第一种,从第二社交账号所对应的相关信息中获取第一社交账号所对应的备注信息。
可选地,服务器可以接入社交应用服务器,从社交应用服务器中获取第二社交账号所对应的相关信息,然后从相关信息中获取第一社交账号所对应的备注信息。其中,第二社交账号所对应的相关信息中至少包括备注信息。可选地,服务器可以发送查询请求至社交应用服务器,该查询请求用于请求查询第一社交账号在第二社交账号中所对应的备注信息。应用服务器接收到该查询请求之后,从存储的信息中查询该第一社交账号在第二社交账号中所对应的备注信息,并将查询到的备注信息返回至服务器。相应的,服务器接收社交应用服务器返回的第一社交账号所对应的备注信息。可选地,该查询请求还可以请求查询第二社交账号的各个好友账号的备注信息,此时,服务器在接收到社交应用服务器返回的各个好友账号的备注信息之后,从各个好友账号的备注信息中选择第一社交账号所对应的备注信息。
可选地,服务器还可以发送查询请求至终端,该查询请求用于请求查询第一社交账号在第二社交账号中所对应的备注信息。终端接收到查询请求后,从终端安装的第二社交账号所对应的社交应用客户端中获取第一社 交账号的备注信息。
上述只是以通过上述两种方式获取第一社交账号在第二社交账号中所对应的备注信息来举例说明。可选地,服务器还可以通过其他获取方式来获取该备注信息,本实施例对此并不做限定。
第二种,获取第一社交账号的账号名称、昵称和头像中的至少一种。
以第一社交账号的账号信息为第一社交账号在第二社交账号中的备注信息和第一社交账号的头像为例,请参考图3B,终端接收到服务器返回的备注信息之后,终端可以使用接收到的头像作为来电头像,并使用接收到的备注信息来标记第一电话号码。
综上所述,本公开实施例中提供的陌生号码标记方法,在终端与电话号码为陌生号码的通信对端通信时,通过查询通信对端的第一电话号码所对应的第一社交账号,并在第一社交账号是终端的第二电话号码所对应的第二社交账号的好友账号时,将第一社交账号的账号信息反馈给终端,终端利用该账号信息标记该陌生号码;解决了相关技术中终端通过陌生号码的类别标记陌生号码时,用户仍然无法判别该陌生号码是哪位通信好友的号码的问题;达到了用户可以通过陌生号码所对应的第一社交账号的账号信息来判别通信好友的效果。
需要补充说明的一点是:在步骤303中,若服务器选择得到的第二社交账号有至少两个,则在执行步骤304之前,服务器还可以执行如下步骤:
(1)、从选择得到的第二社交账号中选择终端使用频率最高的社交账号。
终端使用社交账号的频率越高,说明用户对该社交账号中的各个好友账号的账号信息越熟悉,所以为了使得终端利用第一社交账号的账号信息对第一电话标记之后,用户可以方便的根据账号信息来获知当前是与哪位好友通信,进而提高用户的用户体验,服务器可以选择各个第二社交账号 中终端使用频率最高的社交账号。
(2)、从选择得到的第二社交账号中选择终端最近一次登录的社交账号。
类似的,服务器还可以从各个第二社交账号中选择终端最近一次登录的社交账号。
(3)、从选择得到的第二社交账号中选择默认社交应用体系下的社交账号。
当然,服务器还可以选择默认社交应用体系下的社交账号。比如,默认选择米聊账号。
需要补充说明的第二点是,请参考图3C,该陌生号码标记方法还包括:
在步骤306中,接收通信对端发送的将第一社交账号的账号信息进行共享的共享指令。
为了保证第一社交账号的账号信息的安全,通信对端的用户可以设置是否将第一社交账号的账号信息共享至好友账号所登录的终端。
可选地,在通信对端发送将第一社交账号的账号信息进行共享的共享指令至服务器时,服务器可以接收到该通信对端发送的共享指令。
在步骤307中,将第一社交账号的账号信息的属性设置为允许共享,属性被设置为允许共享的第一社交账号的账号信息被允许共享至第一社交账号的好友账号所登录的终端。
在服务器接收到共享指令之后,服务器可以将第一社交账号的账户信息的属性设置为允许共享。其中,属性被设置为允许共享的第一社交账号的账号信息被允许共享至第一社交账号的好友账号所登录的终端,属性未被设置为允许共享的第一社交账号的账号信息不允许共享至第一社交账号的好友账号所登录的终端。
相应的,服务器获取第一社交账号的账号信息时,服务器还可以先检 测该账号信息的属性是否已经被设置为允许共享;若已经被设置为允许共享,则服务器获取该账号信息;反之,则服务器获取不到该账号信息。当然,在未被设置为允许共享时,服务器也可以获取到该账号信息,只是拒绝将该账号信息反馈至终端,本实施例对此并不做限定。
通过在接收到共享指令之后将第一社交账号的账号信息设置为允许共享,也即该账号信息被允许共享至第一社交账号的好友账号所登录的终端,而未被设置为允许共享的账号信息将不会被反馈至对应的终端,保证了第一社交账号的账号信息的信息安全,保证了用户的隐私,提高了用户体验。
下述为本公开装置实施例,可以用于执行本公开方法实施例。对于本公开装置实施例中未披露的细节,请参照本公开方法实施例。
图4是根据一示例性实施例示出的一种陌生号码标记装置的框图,本实施例以信息验证装置应用于图1所示实施环境中的服务器130中来举例说明。如图4所示,该陌生号码标记装置可以包括但不限于:请求接收模块401、查询模块402、检测模块403、获取模块404和发送模块405。
请求接收模块401,被配置为接收终端发送的携带有第一电话号码的信息获取请求,所述信息获取请求为所述终端在检测到与所述终端通信的通信对端的所述第一电话号码为陌生号码时发送的;
查询模块402,被配置为根据电话号码与社交账号之间的预设对应关系,查询与所述第一电话号码对应的第一社交账号;
检测模块403,被配置为检测所述查询模块402查询到的所述第一社交账号是否是第二社交账号的好友账号,所述第二社交账号为与所述终端的第二电话号码对应的社交账号;
获取模块404,被配置为在所述检测模块403的检测结果为所述第一社交账号是所述第二社交账号的好友账号时,获取所述第一社交账号的账号信息;
发送模块405,被配置为将所述获取模块404获取到的所述账号信息发送至所述终端,所述账号信息用于标记所述陌生号码。
综上所述,本公开实施例中提供的陌生号码标记装置,在终端与电话号码为陌生号码的通信对端通信时,通过查询通信对端的第一电话号码所对应的第一社交账号,并在第一社交账号是终端的第二电话号码所对应的第二社交账号的好友账号时,将第一社交账号的账号信息反馈给终端,终端利用该账号信息标记该陌生号码;解决了相关技术中终端通过陌生号码的类别标记陌生号码时,用户仍然无法判别该陌生号码是哪位通信好友的号码的问题;达到了用户可以通过陌生号码所对应的第一社交账号的账号信息来判别通信好友的效果。
图5是根据一示例性实施例示出的一种陌生号码标记装置的框图,本实施例以信息验证装置应用于图1所示实施环境中的服务器130中来举例说明。如图5所示,该陌生号码标记装置可以包括但不限于:请求接收模块501、查询模块502、检测模块503、获取模块504和发送模块505。
请求接收模块501,被配置为接收终端发送的携带有第一电话号码的信息获取请求,所述信息获取请求为所述终端在检测到与所述终端通信的通信对端的所述第一电话号码为陌生号码时发送的;
查询模块502,被配置为根据电话号码与社交账号之间的预设对应关系,查询与所述第一电话号码对应的第一社交账号;
检测模块503,被配置为检测所述查询模块502查询到的所述第一社交账号是否是第二社交账号的好友账号,所述第二社交账号为与所述终端的第二电话号码对应的社交账号;
获取模块504,被配置为在所述检测模块503的检测结果为所述第一社交账号是所述第二社交账号的好友账号时,获取所述第一社交账号的账号信息;
发送模块505,被配置为将所述获取模块504获取到的所述账号信息返回至所述终端,所述账号信息用于触发所述终端利用所述账号信息标记所述陌生号码。
可选地,所述检测模块503,包括:
第一选择子模块503a,被配置为在所述第一社交账号包括至少两种社交应用体系下的账号时,对于每个第一社交账号,从所述第二社交账号中选择与所述第一社交账号属于同种社交应用体系的社交账号;
检测子模块503b,被配置为检测所述第一社交账号是否是所述第一选择子模块503a选择得到的所述第二社交账号的好友账号。
可选地,所述检测模块503还包括第二选择子模块503c;
所述第二选择子模块503c,被配置为:在所述第一选择子模块503a选择得到的所述第二社交账号有至少两个时,在所述检测子模块503b检测所述第一社交账号是否是选择得到的所述第二社交账号的好友账号之前,从选择得到的所述第二社交账号中选择所述终端使用频率最高的社交账号;或者,从选择得到的所述第二社交账号中选择所述终端最近一次登录的社交账号;或者,从选择得到的所述第二社交账号中选择默认社交应用体系下的社交账号。
可选地,所述获取模块504,还被配置为:
从所述第二社交账号所对应的相关信息中获取所述第一社交账号所对应的备注信息;
和/或,
获取所述第一社交账号的账号名称、昵称和头像中的至少一种。
可选地,所述装置还包括:
指令接收模块506,被配置为接收所述通信对端发送的将所述第一社交账号的账号信息进行共享的共享指令;
设置模块507,被配置为将所述第一社交账号的账号信息的属性设置为允许共享,属性被设置为允许共享的第一社交账号的账号信息被允许共享至所述第一社交账号的好友账号所登录的终端。
综上所述,本公开实施例中提供的陌生号码标记装置,在终端与电话号码为陌生号码的通信对端通信时,通过查询通信对端的第一电话号码所对应的第一社交账号,并在第一社交账号是终端的第二电话号码所对应的第二社交账号的好友账号时,将第一社交账号的账号信息反馈给终端,终端利用该账号信息标记该陌生号码;解决了相关技术中终端通过陌生号码的类别标记陌生号码时,用户仍然无法判别该陌生号码是哪位通信好友的号码的问题;达到了用户可以通过陌生号码所对应的第一社交账号的账号信息来判别通信好友的效果。
通过在接收到共享指令之后将第一社交账号的账号信息设置为允许共享,也即该账号信息被允许共享至第一社交账号的好友账号所登录的终端,而未被设置为允许共享的账号信息将不会被反馈至对应的终端,保证了第一社交账号的账号信息的信息安全,保证了用户的隐私,提高了用户体验。
关于上述实施例中的装置,其中各个模块执行操作的具体方式已经在有关该方法的实施例中进行了详细描述,此处将不做详细阐述说明。
图6是根据一示例性实施例示出的一种用于标记陌生号码的装置600的框图。例如,装置600可以被提供为一服务器。参照图6,装置600包括处理组件622,其进一步包括一个或多个处理器,以及由存储器632所代表的存储器资源,配置为存储可由处理部件622执行的指令,例如应用程序。存储器632中存储的应用程序可以包括一个或一个以上的每一个对应于一组指令的模块。此外,处理组件622被配置为执行指令,以执行上述陌生号码标记方法。
装置600还可以包括一个电源组件626被配置为执行装置600的电源 管理,一个有线或无线网络接口650被配置为将装置600连接到网络,和一个输入输出(I/O)接口658。装置600可以操作基于存储在存储器632的操作系统,例如Windows ServerTM,Mac OS XTM,UnixTM,LinuxTM,FreeBSDTM或类似。
应当理解的是,本发明并不局限于上面已经描述并在附图中示出的精确结构,并且可以在不脱离其范围进行各种修改和改变。本发明的范围仅由所附的权利要求来限制。
工业实用性
在终端与电话号码为陌生号码的通信对端通信时,通过查询通信对端的第一电话号码所对应的第一社交账号,并在第一社交账号是终端的第二电话号码所对应的第二社交账号的好友账号时,将第一社交账号的账号信息反馈给终端,终端利用该账号信息标记该陌生号码;使得用户可以判别该陌生号码是哪位通信好友的号码;达到了用户可以通过陌生号码所对应的第一社交账号的账号信息来判别通信好友的效果。

Claims (11)

  1. 一种陌生号码标记方法,包括:
    接收终端发送的携带有第一电话号码的信息获取请求,所述信息获取请求为所述终端在检测到与所述终端通信的通信对端的所述第一电话号码为陌生号码时发送的;
    根据电话号码与社交账号之间的预设对应关系,查询与所述第一电话号码对应的第一社交账号;
    检测所述第一社交账号是否是第二社交账号的好友账号,所述第二社交账号为与所述终端的第二电话号码对应的社交账号;
    当所述第一社交账号是所述第二社交账号的好友账号时,获取所述第一社交账号的账号信息,将所述账号信息发送至所述终端,所述账号信息用于标记所述陌生号码。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中,所述第一社交账号包括至少两种社交应用体系下的账号,所述检测所述第一社交账号是否是第二社交账号的好友账号,包括:
    对于每个第一社交账号,从所述第二社交账号中选择与所述第一社交账号属于同种社交应用体系的社交账号;
    检测所述第一社交账号是否是选择得到的所述第二社交账号的好友账号。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的方法,其中,若选择得到的所述第二社交账号有至少两个,所述检测所述第一社交账号是否是选择得到的所述第二社交账号的好友账号之前,所述方法还包括:
    从选择得到的所述第二社交账号中选择所述终端使用频率最高的社交账号;
    或者,
    从选择得到的所述第二社交账号中选择所述终端最近一次登录的社交账号;
    或者,
    从选择得到的所述第二社交账号中选择默认社交应用体系下的社交账号。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中,所述获取所述第一社交账号的账号信息,包括:
    从所述第二社交账号所对应的相关信息中获取所述第一社交账号所对应的备注信息;
    和/或,
    获取所述第一社交账号的账号名称、昵称和头像中的至少一种。
  5. 根据权利要求1至4任一所述的方法,其中,所述方法还包括:
    接收所述通信对端发送的将所述第一社交账号的账号信息进行共享的共享指令;
    将所述第一社交账号的账号信息的属性设置为允许共享,属性被设置为允许共享的第一社交账号的账号信息被允许共享至所述第一社交账号的好友账号所登录的终端。
  6. 一种陌生号码标记装置,包括:
    请求接收模块,被配置为接收终端发送的携带有第一电话号码的信息获取请求,所述信息获取请求为所述终端在检测到与所述终端通信的通信对端的所述第一电话号码为陌生号码时发送的;
    查询模块,被配置为根据电话号码与社交账号之间的预设对应关系,查询与所述第一电话号码对应的第一社交账号;
    检测模块,被配置为检测所述查询模块查询到的所述第一社交账号是否是第二社交账号的好友账号,所述第二社交账号为与所述终端的第二电 话号码对应的社交账号;
    获取模块,被配置为在所述检测模块的检测结果为所述第一社交账号是所述第二社交账号的好友账号时,获取所述第一社交账号的账号信息;
    发送模块,被配置为将所述获取模块获取到的所述账号信息发送至所述终端,所述账号信息用于标记所述陌生号码。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的装置,其中,所述检测模块,包括:
    第一选择子模块,被配置为在所述第一社交账号包括至少两种社交应用体系下的账号时,对于每个第一社交账号,从所述第二社交账号中选择与所述第一社交账号属于同种社交应用体系的社交账号;
    检测子模块,被配置为检测所述第一社交账号是否是所述第一选择子模块选择得到的所述第二社交账号的好友账号。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的装置,其中,所述检测模块还包括第二选择子模块;
    所述第二选择子模块,被配置为:在所述第一选择子模块选择得到的所述第二社交账号有至少两个时,在所述检测子模块检测所述第一社交账号是否是选择得到的所述第二社交账号的好友账号之前,从选择得到的所述第二社交账号中选择所述终端使用频率最高的社交账号;或者,从选择得到的所述第二社交账号中选择所述终端最近一次登录的社交账号;或者,从选择得到的所述第二社交账号中选择默认社交应用体系下的社交账号。
  9. 根据权利要求6所述的装置,其中,所述获取模块,还被配置为:
    从所述第二社交账号所对应的相关信息中获取所述第一社交账号所对应的备注信息;
    和/或,
    获取所述第一社交账号的账号名称、昵称和头像中的至少一种。
  10. 根据权利要求6至9任一所述的装置,其中,所述装置还包括:
    指令接收模块,被配置为接收所述通信对端发送的将所述第一社交账号的账号信息进行共享的共享指令;
    设置模块,被配置为将所述第一社交账号的账号信息的属性设置为允许共享,属性被设置为允许共享的第一社交账号的账号信息被允许共享至所述第一社交账号的好友账号所登录的终端。
  11. 一种陌生号码标记装置,包括:
    处理器;
    配置为存储处理器可执行指令的存储器;
    其中,所述处理器被配置为:
    接收终端发送的携带有第一电话号码的信息获取请求,所述信息获取请求为所述终端在检测到与所述终端通信的通信对端的所述第一电话号码为陌生号码时发送的;
    根据电话号码与社交账号之间的预设对应关系,查询与所述第一电话号码对应的第一社交账号;
    检测所述第一社交账号是否是第二社交账号的好友账号,所述第二社交账号为与所述终端的第二电话号码对应的社交账号;
    在所述第一社交账号是所述第二社交账号的好友账号时,获取所述第一社交账号的账号信息,将所述账号信息发送至所述终端,所述账号信息用于标记所述陌生号码。
