Abstract
一种对待测应用进行测评的方法与设备。测评设备通过获取能够指示用户对待测应用的情绪连续变化的用户情绪信息(S1),生成对所述待测应用的测评信息(S2)。上述测评方法,从用户交互角度展示用户对所述待测应用的体验感受,使得测评多元化、个性化,增加了用户所获取的信息内容,提高了用户获取信息的效率,改善了用户体验。
Description
本申请以一中国专利申请作为优先权申请,该中国专利申请的申请日为2015年7月29日,申请号为201510456937.4,发明名称为“一种对待测应用进行测评的方法与设备”。
本发明涉及计算机应用技术领域,尤其涉及一种对待测应用进行测评的技术。
当前对各类应用进行测评时,通常由测评人员对应用进行测试后,通过对应用界面进行截图或对应用性能进行技术分析后出具测评报告。这种测评方式角度单一,通常仅从应用角度进行分析,尤其是关注应用界面或应用性能等常见维度,因此无法全面反映应用的特点,特别是缺少应用与用户交互时用户的使用体验,无法体现应用的交互性能,对用户的吸引力不强。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种对待测应用进行测评的方法与设备。
根据本发明的一个方面,提供了一种对待测应用进行测评的方法,其中,该方法包括:

与现有技术相比,本发明通过获取能够指示用户对待测应用的情绪连续变化的用户情绪信息,生成对所述待测应用的测评信息,从而提出了一种新的测评方法,从用户交互角度展示用户对所述待测应用的体验感受,使得测评多元化、个性化,增加了用户所获取的信息内容,提高了用户获取信息的效率,改善了用户体验。
而且,本发明还可以根据用户的一个或多个操作相关信息,来确定用户情绪信息;从而能够自动获取所述用户情绪信息,提高了测试的处理效率,使得所获取的用户情绪信息更加准确,最终改善用户体验。
而且,本发明还可以获取与待测应用的应用场景相对应的一个或多个初始用户情绪信息,然后根据所述初始用户情绪信息,结合所述应用场景,生成一个或多个用户情绪信息;从而根据多个独立的初始用户情绪信息,生成在特定应用场景下的连续的用户情绪信息,这种方式使得所生成的用户情绪信息更有针对性,增加了用户所获取的信息内容,提高了用户获取信息的效率,改善了用户体验。
而且,本发明还可以根据所述用户情绪信息,以可视化视图的形式,生成对所述待测应用的测评信息;从而使得所生成的测评信息更加直观,提高了用户对测评信息的兴趣度并吸引用户的关注,进一步提高了用户获取信息的效率,改善了用户体验。
而且,本发明还可以获取与所述用户情绪信息相对应的一个或多个情绪触发信息,并根据所述用户情绪信息,结合与所述用户情绪信息相对应的情绪触发信息,生成对所述待测应用的测评信息;从而使得所生成的测评信息中的内容更加丰富,增加了用户所获取的信息内容,提高了用户获取信息的效率,改善了用户体验。
而且,本发明还可以根据所述测评信息,结合所述待测应用的应用用户的当前操作信息,向所述应用用户发送测评提示信息;进一步地,还可以根据所述一个或多个所述测评信息,生成优选测评信息后,根据

需要说明的是,所述用户设备、网络设备和网络等仅为举例,其他现有的或今后可能出现的计算机设备或网络如可适用于本发明,也应包含在本发明保护范围以内,并以引用方式包含于此。

具体地,所述获取装置1通过直接与测试所述待测应用的用户相交互,例如获取用户通过点击、触摸、语音等方式所输入的用户情绪信息,或者例如通过对所述用户进行监测等方式,根据监测所得到的用户状态,确定与所述用户状态相对应的一个或多个用户情绪信息;或者,所述获取装置1可以与能够提供所述用户情绪信息的第三方设备相交互,以直接获取所述用户情绪信息。

其中,所述用户情绪信息包括但不限于任意一种表现形式,如文字(“无聊”、“昏昏欲睡”、“赏心悦目”、“激动人心”等),数字(如利用数值形式表示当前的情绪程度,数值越低则情绪越低落,数值越高则情绪越高涨),图表(如以曲线表示的情绪变化信息等)。
在此,本领域技术人员应能理解,所获取的一个或多个用户情绪信息可以对应于单个用户,也可分别对应于多个用户。上述用户情绪信息均对应于所述待测应用。
例如,所述获取装置1通过直接与所述用户交互,获取用户通过文字输入的方式所输入的情绪信息,即“昏昏欲睡”,“赏心悦目”等,将上述情绪信息以及输入时间相关联,并将上述多个情绪信息按时间顺序进行串联,以形成能够指示用户对所述待测应用的情绪连续变化的用户情绪信息;或者,例如,所述获取装置1通过与其他第三方设备相交互,获取其他第三方设备所提供的、以表格形式展现的用户情绪信息,所述表格中包括用户在测试所述待测应用时所对应的具体事件以及与该事件的不同阶段所对应的情绪数值。
所述生成装置2根据所述用户情绪信息,生成对所述待测应用的测评信息。

优选地,所述生成装置2可以根据所述用户情绪信息,以可视化视图的形式,生成对所述待测应用的测评信息。

操作所对应的目标。例如,若用户一直对某一操作对象进行操作,则表示该操作对象很有趣味,则用户对该操作对象的用户情绪信息相对较高;若用户频繁更改操作对象,则表示每个操作对象的吸引力不强,则用户对每个操作对象的用户情绪信息相对较低。
-所述用户的操作频次信息:在此,所述操作频次信息即为用户在预定时间阈值内的操作次数或用户在测试所述待测应用时的总的操作次数信息等。例如,若用户操作频次很高,则表示对所述待测应用或所述待测应用的当前待测内容兴趣很高,则用户的情绪信息相对较高;反之,则表示所述待测应用或所述待测应用的当前待测场景或这一时间内没有可吸引用户的内容,用户的情绪信息相对较低。
-所述用户的一项或多项生理特征信息:在此,所述生理特征信息包括但不限于心跳、血压、体表温度、瞳孔大小等。所述生理特征信息可利用可监控人体变化的各类测量仪获得,或基于用户的自我监控,由用户通过输入等方式获得。若用户的生理特征信息显示用户正处于兴奋状态,则表示用户情绪信息较高,如心跳加快、体表温度升高等;反之则表示用户的情绪信息较低。在此,可基于医学标准或通过对该用户的长期监测来生成所述生理特征信息与用户情绪信息的关联关系,从而生理特征信息的不同数值或数值变化可用来表征该用户的情绪信息。
优选地,在步骤S1中,所述测评设备可以获取一个或多个初始用户情绪信息,其中,所述初始用户情绪信息与所述待测应用的一个或多个应用场景相对应;根据所述初始用户情绪信息,结合所述应用场景,生成一个或多个用户情绪信息,其中,所述用户情绪信息指示用户对所述待测应用的情绪连续变化。
具体地,在步骤S1中,所述测评设备通过直接与测试所述待测应用的用户相交互,例如获取用户通过点击、触摸、语音等方式所输入的初始用户情绪信息,或者例如通过对所述用户进行监测等方式,根据监测所得到的用户状态,确定与所述用户状态相对应的一个或多个初始用户情绪信息;或者,在步骤S1中,所述测评设备可以与能够提供所述初始用户情绪信息的第三方设备相交互,以直接获取所述初始

其中,所述初始用户情绪信息仅为单独的、与应用场景相关联的用户情绪信息,即每个初始用户情绪信息都包括一个指示该初始用户情绪信息的数值或状态,以及与所述初始用户情绪信息相对应的应用场景。
其中,所述应用场景包括但不限于时间场景、事件场景、模块场景等;如按照时间划分场景,将从起始时间5小时以内算作一个场景;或按照事件划分场景,如将某个任务作为一个场景;或按照模块划分场景,将该待测应用的某一待测模块作为一个场景等。在此,所述初始用户情绪信息不仅对应于该应用场景,而且进一步地,还可以与该应用场景中的某一具体时间点或事件进程点等相对应。
然后,在步骤S1中,所述测评设备可根据所述一个或多个初始用户情绪信息,结合所述应用场景,通过按照时间顺序、事件进程顺序、操作顺序等,将所述多个初始用户情绪信息生成用户在所述应用场景下的用户情绪信息,其中,所述用户情绪信息指示用户对所述待测应用的情绪连续变化。
优选地,在步骤S2中,所述测评设备可以根据所述用户情绪信息,以可视化视图的形式,生成对所述待测应用的测评信息。
具体地,在步骤S2中,所述测评设备可根据所述用户情绪信息,将所述用户情绪信息以静态视图或动态视图进行展现,从而以可视化视图的形式,生成对所述待测应用的测评信息。
例如,直接将所述用户情绪信息以横纵坐标的形式进行展现,从而生成一张静态视图(如图5所示),或按照时间进程或事件进程依次展现所述用户情绪信息的动态视图。
更优选地,若所述可视化视图以横纵坐标的形式进行展现,则所述可视化视图的纵坐标对应于所述用户情绪信息,所述可视化视图的横坐标对应于所述用户在测试所述待测应用时的一个或多个维度。其中,所述维度包括但不限于时间、场景、任务进度、特定活动等。如图5则以时间为维度作为该视图的横坐标。
更优选地,所述维度与所述待测应用的一个或多个应用场景相对
应。即每个可视化视图的维度均对应于某一应用场景,如该应用场景的时间、该应用场景的任务进度等。例如,若有多个所述用户情绪信息,且不同的用户情绪信息对应于不同场景,则可基于所述用户情绪信息生成多个可视化视图,从而将所述多个可视化视图来作为所述待测应用的测评信息。
更优选地,当用户点击所述视图时,可以与所述视图进行交互,如查看视图上每个曲线或点的具体内容(包括但不限于时间、情绪信息、其他信息等),或者,更优选地,还可以与所述视图进行其他交互,如发表评论、分享等。
优选地,所述方法还包括步骤S4(未示出),其中,在步骤S4中,所述测评设备根据所述测评信息,结合所述待测应用的应用用户的当前操作信息,向所述应用用户发送测评提示信息。
具体地,在步骤S4中,所述测评设备根据所述待测应用的应用用户的当前操作信息,确定所述应用用户当前所处的待测应用的应用操作进度,然后通过将所述应用操作进度与所述测评信息进行匹配,将与所述当前操作信息相对应的、在所述测评信息中的当前用户情绪信息和/或后续可能的用户情绪信息提供给所述应用用户,以作为所述测评提示信息。

- 根据权利要求19所述的测评设备,其中,所述提示装置用于:-根据一个或多个所述测评信息,生成优选测评信息;-根据所述优选测评信息,结合所述待测应用的应用用户的操作信 息,向所述应用用户发送测评提示信息。
- 一种计算机可读存储介质,所述计算机可读存储介质包括计算机指令,当所述计算机指令被执行时,如权利要求1至10中任一项所述的方法被执行。
- 一种计算机程序产品,当所述计算机程序产品被执行时,如权利要求1至10中任一项所述的方法被执行。
- 一种计算机设备,所述计算机设备包括存储器和处理器,所述存储器中存储有计算机指令,所述处理器被配置来通过执行所述计算机指令以执行如权利要求1至10中任一项所述的方法。
