目前,面板业界对液晶面板的包装方式有多种,有以吸塑盘为主体的、有以注塑箱为主体的、有以发泡类产品为主体的;液晶面板(liquid crystal panel)有两种形式,业界分别对其定义为Cell和Open Cell,Cell是由两玻璃基板夹设液晶密封组装形成的液晶盒,外观与普通的薄片玻璃无异,Open Cell(液晶面板)在Cell的基础上配置各类接口,以便外接信号源等,但Open Cell不包含液晶模组(LCM,liquid crystal module)中的背光、框架等元件。通常,Open Cell会通过一种柔性片连接一片以上的PCB板,这种柔性片被称为COF(Chip-on-Film,膜片上芯片封装),其中间布满线路,起到Open Cell与PCB板间的信号桥梁作用。Open Cell一般是平放入托盘中,托盘的定位装置对Open Cell四周进行定位。为了节省资源,在包装液晶面板时,一般采用堆叠的方式摆放液晶面板,即将多个面板堆叠后放入托盘内,通过托盘内的分设的卡槽卡持所述PCB板与液晶面板。然而,由于PCB表面上设置不同高度尺寸的电子元件,在多个PCB堆叠的时候会产生高度落差,容易使COF产生翘曲或者弯折而损伤COF。从而影响液晶面板品质。
发明内容
本发明提供一种有效降低柔性连接片产生弯曲的机率的液晶面板组件。
还有必要提供一种液晶面板组件包装托盘。
为了实现上述目的,本发明实施方式提供如下技术方案:
本发明提供一种液晶面板组件,所述液晶面板组件包括液晶面板、连接线路板及电路板,所述连接线路板电连接于所述液晶面板一侧,所述连接线路板远离所述液晶面板的一端设有第一插接件,所述电路板上相对所述第一插接件设有第二插接件,所述第一插接件与第二插接件插接,使所述电路板电性连接所述连接线路板。
其中,所述第一插接件为设有导电端子的插头,所述第二插接件为插接口;或者,所述第二插接件为设有导电端子的插头,所述第一插接件为插接口。
其中,所述连接线路板为柔性线路板。
其中,所述连接线路板与所述第一插接件通过点胶方式固定连接。
其中,所述连接线路板与所述液晶面板通过点胶方式固定连接。
其中,所述第一插接件重量在所述连接线路板的承重范围内。
本发明提供一种液晶面板包装组件,其包括液晶面板组件及托盘,所述液晶面板组件包括液晶面板、连接线路板及电路板,所述连接线路板电连接于所述液晶面板一侧,所述连接线路板远离所述液晶面板的一端设有第一插接件,所述电路板上相对所述第一插接件设有第二插接件,所述第一插接件与第二插接件插接,使所述电路板电性连接所述连接线路板;所述托盘包括收容液晶面板的第一收容槽、收容连接线路板的第二收容槽及插槽,所述第二收容槽位于第一收容槽一侧且与所述第一收容槽贯通,所述插槽设于第二收容槽一侧,所述电路板插于所述插槽内。
其中,所述插槽与第一收容槽之间设有缺口。
其中,所述第一收容槽侧壁内表面为粗糙面,所述第一收容槽侧壁上设有扣手位。
其中,所述第一插接件为设有导电端子的插头,所述第二插接件为插接口;或者,所述第二插接件为设有导电端子的插头,所述第一插接件为插接口。
本发明的所述液晶面板组件的液晶面板与所述电路板通过插接方式连接,避免在叠加堆积时,由于电路板上的电子元件高低尺寸不同而损坏所述连接线路板,保证所述液晶面板与电路板的连接性能。

图2是图1所述的液晶面板组件的放大示意图。
图3是本发明的液晶面板包装组件的托盘的示意图。
图4是图3所述的托盘装有图1所述的液晶面板组件的示意图。
具体实施方式
下面将结合本发明实施方式中的附图,对本发明实施方式中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述。
请参阅图1与图2,本发明的较佳实施例提供了一种液晶面板组件,所述液晶面板组件包括液晶面板10、连接线路板13及电路板15。所述连接线路板13电连接于所述液晶面板10一侧,所述连接线路板13远离所述液晶面板10的一端设有第一插接件131。所述电路板15上相对所述第一插接件131设有第二插接件151,所述第一插接件131与第二插接件151插接,使所述电路板15电性连接所述连接线路板13。
本实施例中,所述液晶面板为矩形板体。所述连接线路板13为柔性线路板。所述连接线路板13一端插入所述液晶面板10内部与液晶面板内线路电性连接。本实施例中,所述连接线路板13与所述液晶面板10通过点胶方式固定连接。
进一步的,所述第一插接件131为设有导电端子的插头,所述第二插接件151为插接口;或者,所述第二插接件151为设有导电端子的插头,所述第一插接件131为插接口。本实施例中,第一插接件131为设有导电端子的插头,其设有插接头132,所述导电端子设于插接头外侧。所述第二插接件151为插接口。
进一步的,所述连接线路板13与所述第一插接件131通过点胶方式固定 连接。所述第一插接件131重量在所述连接线路板13的承重范围内。具体的,当所述液晶面板10与所述连接线路板13位于同一平面,且无承载结构承载所述连接线路板13时,所述连接线路板13的硬度足够支撑所述第一插接件131重量的拉扯,不会因为第一插接件131的重力而弯曲变形。所述第一插接件131体积小于所述电路板15,且由比较轻的材料制成。
进一步的,所述电路板15为矩形板体,其一表面上设有数个电子元件153,所述电子元件的大小高低尺寸不同。
本发明的所述液晶面板组件的液晶面板与所述电路板通过插接方式连接,避免在叠加堆积时,由于电路板上的电子元件高低尺寸不同而损坏所述连接线路板,保证所述液晶面板与电路板的连接性能。
请参阅图3与4,本发明提供一种液晶面板包装组件,其包括液晶面板组件及托盘20。所述托盘20包括收容液晶面板10的第一收容槽22、收容连接线路板13的第二收容槽23及插槽24。所述第二收容槽23位于第一收容槽22一侧且与所述第一收容槽22贯通,所述插槽24设于第二收容槽23一侧,所述电路板15插于所述插槽24内。
本实施例中,所述托盘20为矩形,其由塑料、纸板等材质制成。所述托盘20包括表面21。所述第一收容槽22为矩形凹槽,其凹设于所述表面21中部。多个所述液晶面板10叠加收容于所述第一收容槽22内。进一步的,所述第一收容槽22侧壁221内表面为粗糙面,便于稳固所述液晶面板10。所述第一收容槽22侧壁221上设有扣手位222。所述扣手位222便于取放所述液晶面板10于所述第一收容槽22内。所述第二收容槽23设于所述表面21上位于第一收容槽22一侧中部位置。所述连接线路板13收容于所述第二收容槽23内。
本实施例中,所述插槽24为两个,分别位于所述第二收容槽23两侧的表面21上。进一步的,所述插槽24与第一收容槽22之间设有缺口241。多个所述电路板15竖直插于所述插槽24内,所述缺口241便于取放所述电路板15。
本发明所述液晶面板包装组件在承载所述液晶面板组件时,将液晶面板组件的液晶面板10、连接线路板13及电路板15分开放置,避免在多个液晶面 板组件叠加放置时,压弯所述连接线路板,保证液晶面板组件在搬运过程中的安全性,进而保证液晶面板组件的品质。
以上所述是本发明的优选实施方式,应当指出,对于本技术领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明原理的前提下,还可以做出若干改进和润饰,这些改进和润饰也视为本发明的保护范围。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种液晶面板组件,其中,所述液晶面板组件包括液晶面板、连接线路板及电路板,所述连接线路板电连接于所述液晶面板一侧,所述连接线路板远离所述液晶面板的一端设有第一插接件,所述电路板上相对所述第一插接件设有第二插接件,所述第一插接件与第二插接件插接,使所述电路板电性连接所述连接线路板。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的液晶面板组件,其中,所述第一插接件为设有导电端子的插头,所述第二插接件为插接口;或者,所述第二插接件为设有导电端子的插头,所述第一插接件为插接口。
  3. 如权利要求1所述的液晶面板组件,其中,所述连接线路板为柔性线路板。
  4. 如权利要求1所述的液晶面板组件,其中,所述连接线路板与所述第一插接件通过点胶方式固定连接。
  5. 如权利要求1所述的液晶面板组件,其中,所述连接线路板与所述液晶面板通过点胶方式固定连接。
  6. 如权利要求1所述的液晶面板组件,其中,所述第一插接件重量在所述连接线路板的承重范围内。
  7. 一种液晶面板包装组件,其包括液晶面板组件及托盘,其中,所述液晶面板组件包括液晶面板、连接线路板及电路板,所述连接线路板电连接于所述液晶面板一侧,所述连接线路板远离所述液晶面板的一端设有第一插接件,所述电路板上相对所述第一插接件设有第二插接件,所述第一插接件与第二插接件插接,使所述电路板电性连接所述连接线路板;所述托盘包括收容液晶面板的第一收容槽、收容连接线路板的第二收容槽及插槽,所述第二收容槽位于第一收容槽一侧且与所述第一收容槽贯通,所述插槽设于第二收容槽一侧,所述电路板插于所述插槽内。
  8. 如权利要求7所述的液晶面板包装组件,其中,所述插槽与第一收容槽之间设有缺口。
  9. 如权利要求7所述的液晶面板包装组件,其中,所述第一收容槽侧壁内 表面为粗糙面,所述第一收容槽侧壁上设有扣手位。
  10. 如权利要求7所述的液晶面板包装组件,其中,所述第一插接件为设有导电端子的插头,所述第二插接件为插接口;或者,所述第二插接件为设有导电端子的插头,所述第一插接件为插接口。
