Description

一种提神醒脑的头巾及其制备方法 技术领域
本发明涉及服装服饰领域，具体涉及的是一种提神醒脑的头巾及其制备方法。
背景技术
随着人民生活水平的不断提高，越来越多的人选择外出旅游，特别是在孩子放暑假期间，但是暑假期间正是我们国家最炎热的季节。在很多情况下，出现了晒伤中暑的情况。
目前市面有些具有遮阳防暑作用的丝质、纯棉、化纤质地的头巾，但是这些头巾透气性和吸汗的效果不好，时间久了闷热难耐。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服现有技术存在的以上问题，提供一种提神醒脑的头巾及其制备方法，对人体具有良好的提神清脑的作用。
为实现上述技术目的，达到上述技术效果，本发明通过以下技术方案实现：
一种提神醒脑的头巾，包括清凉香薰层和冰凉层，所述冰凉层设置在所述清凉香薰层的两侧，所述清凉香薰层和所述冰凉层通过边缘线合为一体，所述冰凉层由Coolmax纤维编织而成，所述清凉香薰层由香薰面料纤维编织而成.
一种如权利要求1所述的提神醒脑的头巾的制备方法，包括以下步骤：
步骤1)制备清凉香薰精华缓释微胶囊，将柠檬油、薄荷油、乳香和橙皮油混合均匀成功能性溶液，再与明胶溶液相混合，通过搅拌机搅拌均匀后低温固化，制得清凉香薰精华缓释微胶囊；
步骤2)将步骤1制得的香薰精华缓释微胶囊和纤维素黏胶纺丝液混合均匀；
步骤3)将纤维浸入步骤2制得的溶液中，得到清凉香薰纤维；
步骤4)将Coolmax纤维设置在清凉香薰纤维的中间，再通过线将边缘缝纫成一体。
作为优化的，所述步骤1中柠檬油、薄荷油、乳香和橙皮油的重量份数如下：柠檬油15-25份、薄荷油50-55份、乳香5-6份和橙皮油10-15份。
作为优化的，柠檬油、薄荷油、乳香和橙皮油的重量份数如下：柠檬油15份、薄荷油50份、乳香5份和橙皮油12份。
作为优化的，所述功能性溶液与所述明胶溶液按重量份数计：功能性溶液4-5份、明胶溶液1-2份。
作为优化的，所述步骤2中的香薰精华缓释微胶囊和纤维素黏胶纺丝液按重量份数计： 香薰精华缓释微胶囊1-2份、纤维素黏胶纺丝液7-9份。
作为优化的，所述步骤1中搅拌机的搅拌速度为100转/分钟，搅拌时间为5分钟。
作为优化的，所述步骤1中低温固化的温度为0-10℃。
本发明的有益效果是:
本发明通过选用吸湿导湿功能的Coolmax纤维和香薰面料纤维的结合，使得头巾具有良好的导湿性，能将人体所产生的汗水迅速排出，导湿效果良好；
香薰面料纤维通过将纤维浸入功能性溶液中，使得面料具有多功能性，薄荷能保持头巾具有清凉效果，保证一定的清醒，防止中暑；柠檬油具有清净、解热、清凉的效果；橙皮油有温和的镇静作用，能消除头痛。
具体实施方式
下面将结合实施例，来详细说明本发明。
实施例1
一种提神醒脑的头巾的制备方法，包括以下步骤：
步骤1)取柠檬油15份、薄荷油50份、乳香5份和橙皮油10份混合均匀成功能性溶液，将4份的功能性溶液与1份明胶溶液相混合，通过搅拌机以100转/分钟的速度搅拌5分钟后，再置于0℃下低温固化，制得清凉香薰精华缓释微胶囊；
步骤2)将1份的香薰精华缓释微胶囊和7份的纤维素黏胶纺丝液混合均匀；
步骤3)将纤维浸入步骤2制得的溶液中，得到清凉香薰纤维；
步骤4)将Coolmax纤维作为冰凉层，设置在两层清凉香薰纤维的中间，再通过线将边缘缝纫成一体，制得头巾。
实施例2
一种提神醒脑的头巾的制备方法，包括以下步骤：
步骤1)取柠檬油15份、薄荷油50份、乳香5份和橙皮油12份混合均匀成功能性溶液，将4份的功能性溶液与2份明胶溶液相混合，通过搅拌机以100转/分钟的速度搅拌5分钟后，再置于5℃下低温固化，制得清凉香薰精华缓释微胶囊；
步骤2)将1份的香薰精华缓释微胶囊和8份的纤维素黏胶纺丝液混合均匀；
步骤3)将纤维浸入步骤2制得的溶液中，得到清凉香薰纤维；
步骤4)将Coolmax纤维作为冰凉层，设置在两层清凉香薰纤维的中间，再通过线将边缘缝纫成一体，制得头巾。
实施例3
一种提神醒脑的头巾的制备方法，包括以下步骤：
步骤1)取柠檬油25份、薄荷油55份、乳香6份和橙皮油15份混合均匀成功能性溶液，将5份的功能性溶液与2份明胶溶液相混合，通过搅拌机以100转/分钟的速度搅拌5分钟后，再置于10℃下低温固化，制得清凉香薰精华缓释微胶囊；
步骤2)将2份的香薰精华缓释微胶囊和9份的纤维素黏胶纺丝液混合均匀；
步骤3)将纤维浸入步骤2制得的溶液中，得到清凉香薰纤维；
步骤4)将Coolmax纤维作为冰凉层，设置在两层清凉香薰纤维的中间，再通过线将边缘缝纫成一体，制得头巾。

  2. 一种如权利要求1所述的提神醒脑的头巾的制备方法，其特征在于，包括以下步骤：
    步骤1)制备清凉香薰精华缓释微胶囊，将柠檬油、薄荷油、乳香和橙皮油混合均匀成功能性溶液，再与明胶溶液相混合，通过搅拌机搅拌均匀后低温固化，制得清凉香薰精华缓释微胶囊；
    步骤2)将步骤1制得的香薰精华缓释微胶囊和纤维素黏胶纺丝液混合均匀；
    步骤3)将纤维浸入步骤2制得的溶液中，得到清凉香薰纤维；
    步骤4)将Coolmax纤维设置在清凉香薰纤维的中间，再通过线将边缘缝纫成一体，制得头巾。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的提神醒脑的头巾的制备方法，其特征在于：所述步骤1中柠檬油、薄荷油、乳香和橙皮油按重量份数计：柠檬油15-25份、薄荷油50-55份、乳香5-6份和橙皮油10-15份。
  4. 根据权利要求2所述的提神醒脑的头巾的制备方法，其特征在于：所述功能性溶液与所述明胶溶液按重量份数计：功能性溶液4-5份、明胶溶液1-2份。
  5. 根据权利要求2所述的提神醒脑的头巾的制备方法，其特征在于：所述步骤2中的香薰精华缓释微胶囊和纤维素黏胶纺丝液按重量份数计：香薰精华缓释微胶囊1-2份、纤维素黏胶纺丝液7-9份。
  6. 根据权利要求2所述的提神醒脑的头巾的制备方法，其特征在于：所述步骤1中搅拌机的搅拌速度为100转/分钟，搅拌时间为5分钟
  7. 根据权利要求2所述的提神醒脑的头巾的制备方法，其特征在于：所述步骤1中低温固化的温度为0-10℃。
