Definitions
- the present invention relates to a waterproof sheet for wound protection.
- a band-aid waterproof band is used to prevent water and bacteria from penetrating into the wound or surgery.
- the conventional waterproof band is made of a general band-aid structure in the form of using synthetic vinyl waterproofing only on the outer surface. Therefore, when contacted with water, the adhesive force of the adhesive portion is weakened well off the wound, and after use, the adhesive of the band sticks to the skin, causing irritation. On the other hand, in the case of a product with a strong adhesive force is a product that is irritating to the skin when it is removed from the wound after use.
- the gauze part covers the wound part, water penetrates to the gauze part of the band, so that the waterproof is not properly performed.
- the gauze of the band covers the wound part and it is not known whether it is waterproof.
- a wound protection waterproof sheet capable of completely covering the trauma site due to the wound or surgery of the patient to prevent the penetration of water and bacteria and to prevent infection or damage thereby.
- the silicone material is directly attached to the skin, thereby providing a wound protection waterproof sheet having enhanced adhesion and less irritation upon detachment.
- a waterproof sheet for protecting a wound that does not adhere to the skin at all when detachable can be provided.
- a reusable waterproof sheet for wound protection can be provided.
- the body 13 having a thickness; It is attached to the upper portion of the main body 13, and includes a sheet 11 of a transparent material that can prevent the passage of moisture; and includes an opening is formed in the main body 13, the sheet 11 to cover the opening Attached, at least a portion of the lower portion of the main body 13 is made of an adhesive material, there may be provided a waterproof sheet for protecting the wound.
- the adhesive material may be made of at least one material of silicone and polyolefin gel.
- the cover 15 detachably attached to the lower portion of the main body 13; may further include.
- the recess may be formed spaced apart from the outer peripheral portion of the lower portion of the main body 13 by a predetermined interval.
- At least one incision may be formed on the outer circumference.
- the silicone material directly adheres to the skin, thereby enhancing adhesion and less irritation during desorption, and by using a polyolefin gel as an adhesive, it may not adhere to the skin at the time of desorption, even when applied to curved parts of the body. It does not fall easily and can be reused.

- the waterproof sheet 10 for protecting a wound may include a main body 13, a sheet 11, and a cover 15.
- the body 13 may have a shape having a thickness, for example, a donut shape or a quadrangular shape, and the shape is illustrative and not limited thereto.
- a detachable cover 15 is attached to one side of the main body 13.
- the cover 15 is removed from the main body 13 and corresponds to a part directly touching the skin (hereinafter, referred to as a 'lower body').
- the transparent sheet 11 is attached to the surface opposite to the surface on which the cover 15 is attached in the main body 13 (hereinafter referred to as 'the upper part of the main body').
- the main body 13 is provided with an opening-in this embodiment, an opening is formed in the center of the main body 13-and is joined in such a manner that the sheet 11 surrounds the opening.
- the material of the main body 13 is preferably elastic and adhesive, such as silicone or polyolefin gel, but this is illustrative and is not limited thereto.
- the sheet 11 is attached to the upper portion of the main body 13, and is formed to a size that completely covers the main body 13 and the openings formed in a part of the main body 13 to prevent water from passing through and visually determine whether it is waterproof. You can check.
- the sheet 11 is made of a transparent soft material, for example, a material such as PVC vinyl, in order to secure a view, but is not limited thereto.
- the opening is attached to the wound site by attaching a gauze or band to the wound site when the waterproof sheet for wound protection according to an embodiment of the present invention is attached to the wound site. It can be placed on the treated state to preserve the treated state and can be attached accurately while visually confirming whether the wound is protected.
- the pressure is not applied to the wound, and thus the wound may be protected without irritation even after removing the waterproofing sheet for protecting the wound according to an embodiment of the present invention after use.
- Cover 15 is to protect the adhesion of the lower body 13 is removable.
- FIGS. 2A and 2B are views for explaining a waterproof sheet for protecting a wound according to another embodiment of the present invention.
- the main body 23 may include a recess 27 and a convex portion 29a and 29b at a lower portion of the main body.
- a plurality of convex portions spaced a predetermined distance from the outer peripheral portion of the main body 23 may be formed below the main body 23.
- the first convex portion 29b is formed near the outer circumferential portion of the main body 23, and the second convex portion 29a is spaced apart from the first convex portion 29b toward the center portion. Is formed. Therefore, a predetermined space, that is, a recess 27 is formed between the first convex portion 29b and the second convex portion 29a.
- FIG 3 is a view for explaining a waterproof sheet for protecting a wound according to another embodiment of the present invention.
- the bodies 13 and 23 may include one or more cutouts 31.
- the embodiment of FIG. 3 differs in that it further includes a cutout 31.
- the embodiment of FIG. 3 will be described based on differences.
- four cutouts 31 are formed at a part of the outer circumferential portion of the main body 13 and 23, thus attaching the waterproof sheet for protecting a wound according to an embodiment of the present invention to a human body.
- the number of cutouts may be one, two, three or five or more as an example.
- FIG. 3 is implemented by a method of forming a cutout in the embodiment of FIG. 1A
- the embodiment of FIG. 3A may also be implemented by a method of forming a cutout in the embodiment of FIG. 2A. That is, the embodiment of FIG. 2A can be configured by modifying the outer peripheral portion of the main body 23 to include a plurality of cutouts.
