所述的监护子系统10包括,但不仅限于,监护启动模块101、设备识别模块102、信息获取模块103以及通讯模块104。本实施例所称的模块101-104是指一种能够被监护终端设备1的微处理器14所执行并且能够完成固定功能的一系列计算机程序指令段,其存储在所述监护终端设备11的存储器13中。
所述的通讯端口11为一种具有远程无线通讯功能的无线通讯接口,例如支持GSM、GPRS、CDMAWCDMA、CDMA、TD-SCDMA以及WiMAX等通讯技术的无线通讯接口。所述的GPS定位装置12可以是一种GPS定位系统或其它具有定位功能的GPS定位设备,用于精确定位出被监护婴幼儿的地理位置信息,包括婴幼儿当前所在的纬度信息和经度信息。所述的存储器13可以为一种只读存储器ROM,电可擦写存储器EEPROM、或者快闪存储器FLASH等。所述的微处理器14可以为一种微控制器(MCU)、数据处理芯片、或者具有数据处理功能的信息处理单元。
所述的监护启动模块101用于当所述通讯端口11接收到设置在监护端的远程遥控器2发出的设备配对号ID2时,启动设置在婴幼儿端的监护终端设备1进入工作模式。在本实施例中,当监护者发现被监护的婴幼儿丢失时,该监护者可以通过远程遥控器2发送设备配对号ID2至监护终端设备1上。在监护终端设备1没有接收到远程遥控器2发送的设备配对号ID2情况下,监护终端设备1一直处于一种休眠状态。当监护终端设备1处于休眠状态下,所述通讯端口11始终处于信号监测状态实时扫描监护终端设备1周边的信号,而监护终端设备1处于一种低辐射、低功耗的非工作模式。
所述的设备识别模块102用于判断接收到的远程遥控器2的设备识别号ID2与所述监护终端设备1的设备识别号ID1是否匹配。在本实施例中,所述监护终端设备1的设备识别号ID1存储在所述存储器12中。当监护终端设备1接收到所述远程遥控器2的设备识别号ID2时,设备识别模块102从所述存储器13中读取监护终端设备1的设备识别号ID1,并将所述监护终端设备1的设备识别号ID1与远程遥控器2的设备识别号ID2进行比较来判断两者是否匹配。
所述的信息获取模块103用于当所述远程遥控器2的设备识别号ID2与监护终端设备1的设备识别号ID1相匹配时,启动GPS定位装置12精确定位出婴幼儿的地理位置信息,包括婴幼儿当前所在的纬度信息和经度信息。
所述的通讯模块104用于将所述婴幼儿的地理位置信息通过通讯网路3发送至远程遥控器2上寻求监护者救助,以供监护者在第一时间内掌握到婴幼儿的具体位置。
当所述远程遥控器2的设备识别号ID2与监护终端设备1的设备识别号ID1不匹配时,所述的监护启动模块101还用于产生休眠指令使监护终端设备1处于休眠状态。
如图3所示,是本发明设置于监护者端的远程遥控器2优选实施例的结构示意图。在本优选实施例中,所述的远程遥控器2包括,但不仅限于,报警子系统20、启动按钮21、通讯接口22、显示屏幕23、报警按钮24、存储单元25以及控制芯片26。所述的启动按钮21、通讯接口22、显示屏幕23、报警按钮24和存储单元25分别电气连接至控制芯片26上,并能通过控制芯片26与所述报警子系统20进行信息交互。
所述的报警子系统20包括,但不仅限于,信息接收模块201、报警模块202、以及认亲模块203。本实施例所称的模块201-203是指一种能够被远程遥控器2的控制芯片26所执行并且能够完成固定功能的一系列计算机程序指令段,其存储在远程遥控器2的存储单元25中。所述存储单元25可以为一种只读存储器ROM,电可擦写存储器EEPROM、或者快闪存储器FLASH等。所述控制芯片26可以为一种微控制器或者其它就有数据处理功能的信息处理单元。
所述信息接收模块201用于通过通讯接口22接收监护终端设备1发送处的地理位置信息,并将显示所述地理位置信息即时显示在显示屏幕23上,以供监护者在第一时间内掌握婴幼儿的具体位置。监护者也可以根据显示屏幕23所显示的地理位置信息来确认被监护的婴幼儿是否安全。当婴幼儿处于不安全状况并需要求救警方时,监护者按下所述报警按钮24向警方报警。
所述报警模块202用于当所述报警按钮24被按下时,产生一个包含婴幼儿地理位置信息的报警信息,并通过通讯接口22将所述报警信息发送至警方的监控中心平台进行报警。当警方接收到报警信息时,可以根据报警信息知道婴幼儿的准确地理位置,从而在第一时间内布置警力赶赴相应的地理位置去解救丢失的婴幼儿。
所述认亲模块203根据监护终端设备1的设备识别号ID1与安装在监护者端的远程遥控器2的设备配对号ID2产生被成功解救的婴幼儿认亲请求单,并将该婴幼儿认亲请求单发送至警方的监控中心平台向警方请求被解救婴幼儿认亲。在本实施例中,由于安装在婴幼儿端的监护终端设备1的设备识别号ID1与安装在监护者端的远程遥控器2的设备配对号ID2是互相匹配并且一一对应。因此,当丢失的婴幼儿被成功解救后,警方可以根据所述婴幼儿认亲请求单使监护者与被解救婴幼儿在第一时间内认亲,从而使丢失的婴幼儿重新回到监护者的怀抱。
为实现本发明上述目的,本发明还提供了一种婴幼儿监护方法,用于防止婴幼儿丢失的。
如图4所示,是本发明婴幼儿监护方法第一优选实施例的流程图。在第一优选实施例中,所述的用于婴幼儿监护方法应用于设置在婴幼儿端的监护终端设备1中,该方法包括步骤S11至步骤S15,其能够在婴幼儿丢失的第一时间内精确定位到被监护婴幼儿的具体位置,使得监护者在第一时间内掌握到被监护婴幼儿的具体位置。
步骤S11,通过监护终端设备1的通讯端口11接收远程遥控器2发出的设备配对号ID2,并启动所述监护终端设备1进入工作模式;
当监护终端设备1的通讯端口11接收到设置婴幼儿端的远程遥控器2发出的设备配对号ID2时,监护启动模块101启动监护终端设备1进入工作模式。在本实施例中,当监护者发现被监护的婴幼儿丢失时,该监护者可以通过远程遥控器2发送设备配对号ID2至监护终端设备1上。
步骤S12,判断远程遥控器2的设备识别号ID2与所述监护终端设备1的设备识别号ID1是否匹配;
具体地,设备识别模块102判断接收到的远程遥控器2的设备识别号ID2与所述监护终端设备1的设备识别号ID1是否匹配。在本实施例中,当监护终端设备1接收到所述远程遥控器2的设备识别号ID2时,设备识别模块102从所述存储器13中读取监护终端设备1的设备识别号ID1,并将所述监护终端设备1的设备识别号ID1与远程遥控器2的设备识别号ID2进行比较来判断两者是否匹配。若所述远程遥控器2的设备识别号ID2与监护终端设备1的设备识别号ID1相匹配,流程执行步骤S13;若所述远程遥控器2的设备识别号ID2与监护终端设备1的设备识别号ID1不匹配,流程执行步骤S15。
步骤S13,启动GPS定位装置13精确定位出婴幼儿的地理位置信息;
具体地,信息获取模块103启动GPS定位装置13精确定位出婴幼儿的地理位置信息,包括婴幼儿当前所在的纬度信息和经度信息。
步骤S14,将所述婴幼儿的地理位置信息通过通讯网路3发送至远程遥控器2上寻求监护者救助;
具体地,通讯模块104将所述婴幼儿的地理位置信息通过通讯网路3发送至远程遥控器2上寻求监护者救助,以供监护者在第一时间内掌握到婴幼儿的具体位置。由此,监护者可以根据所述包含有所述婴幼儿的地理位置信息来确认被监护儿童是否安全,例如确认被婴幼儿是否走失、被拐卖或被绑架。当婴幼儿处于不安全状况(例如被拐卖或被绑架)下,监护者也可以自行决定是否向警方报警寻求帮助。
步骤S15,产生休眠指令使监护终端设备1处于休眠状态;
具体地,监护启动模块101产生休眠指令使监护终端设备1处于休眠状态。在本实施例中,当监护终端设备1处于休眠状态下,该监护终端设备1处于一种低辐射、低功耗的非工作模式。
如图5所示,是本发明婴幼儿监护方法第二优选实施例的流程图。在第二优选实中,所述婴幼儿监护方法还应用在设置于监护端的远程遥控器2中。该婴幼儿监护方法除了包括与图4所示的第一优选实施例的全部方法步骤(即步骤S11至步骤S15)之外,在步骤S14之后还包括步骤S21至步骤S25。当婴幼儿被丢失时,该方法能够方便监护者在第一时间内向警方报警,并帮助监护者与被解救婴幼儿在第一时间内实现认亲。
步骤S21,接收监护终端设备1发送的地理位置信息,并将所述地理位置信息显示在远程遥控器2的显示屏幕22上;
具体地,信息接收模块201通过所述通讯接口21接收监护终端设备1发送的地理位置信息,并将所述地理位置信息显示在远程遥控器2的显示屏幕22上。
步骤S22,根据所述地理位置信息判断是否需要向警方报警;
具体地,报警模块202根据所述地理位置信息判断是否需要向警方报警。在本实施例中,预先设置一个用于监控婴幼儿的监控范围,并存储在远程遥控器2的存储单元25中。当婴幼儿的具体位置超过预设的监控范围时,报警模块202确定需要向警方报警,并提示监护者按下报警按钮24进行报警。此外,监护者也可以自行根据所述婴幼儿的地理位置信息来确认被监护婴幼儿是需要向警方报警,例如确认被婴幼儿是否走失、被拐卖或被绑架。当婴幼儿处于不安全状况(例如被拐卖或被绑架)下,监护者可以自行决定是否向警方报警寻求帮助。若需要向警方报警,流程执行步骤S23;若不需要向警方报警,流程结束。
步骤S23,当所述远程遥控器2的报警按钮24被监护者按下时,产生一个包含婴幼儿地理位置信息的报警信息;
具体地,当所述远程遥控器2的报警按钮24被监护者按下时,报警模块202产生一个包含婴幼儿地理位置信息的报警信息。
步骤S24,通过所述通讯接口22发送至警方的监控中心平台进行报警;
具体地,报警模块202将所述报警信息通过所述通讯接口22发送至警方的监控中心平台进行报警。当警方接收到报警信息时,可以根据报警信息知道婴幼儿的准确地理位置,从而在第一时间内布置警力赶赴相应的地理位置去解救丢失的婴幼儿。
步骤S25,根据监护终端设备1的设备识别号ID1与远程遥控器2的设备配对号ID2产生婴幼儿认亲请求单;
具体地,认亲模块203根据监护终端设备1的设备识别号ID1与安装在监护者端的远程遥控器2的设备配对号ID2产生被成功解救的婴幼儿认亲请求单,并将该婴幼儿认亲请求单发送至警方的监控中心平台向警方请求被解救婴幼儿认亲。在本实施例中,由于安装在婴幼儿端的监护终端设备1的设备识别号ID1与安装在监护者端的远程遥控器2的设备配对号ID2是互相匹配并且一一对应,因此当丢失的婴幼儿被成功解救后,警方可以根据所述婴幼儿认亲请求单使监护者与被解救婴幼儿在第一时间内认亲,从而使丢失的婴幼儿重新回到监护者的怀抱。
以上仅为本发明的优选实施例,并非因此限制本发明的专利范围,凡是利用本发明说明书及附图内容所作的等效结构或等效功能变换,或直接或间接运用在其他相关的技术领域,均同理包括在本发明的专利保护范围内。

Claims (14)

  1. 一种婴幼儿监护方法,其特征在于,该方法包括步骤:
    当设置在婴幼儿端的监护终端设备接收到设置在监护者端的远程遥控器发出的设备配对号时,启动所述监护终端设备进入工作模式;
    判断所述远程遥控器的设备配对号与监护终端设备的设备识别号是否匹配;
    当所述远程遥控器的设备配对号与监护终端设备的设备识别号相匹配时,启动监护终端设备的GPS定位单元定位婴幼儿的地理位置信息;以及
    将所述婴幼儿的地理位置信息通过无线网路发送至所述远程遥控器供监护者在第一时间内掌握婴幼儿的具体位置。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的婴幼儿监护方法,其特征在于,该方法还包括步骤:
    通过所述远程遥控器的通讯接口接收监护终端设备发送的地理位置信息,并将所述地理位置信息即时显示在远程遥控器的显示屏幕上;
    当所述远程遥控器的报警按钮被监护者按下时,产生一个包含婴幼儿地理位置信息的报警信息;以及
    将所述报警信息通过所述远程遥控器的通讯接口发送至警方的监控中心平台进行报警。
  3. 如权利要求1所述的婴幼儿监护方法,其特征在于,该方法还包括步骤:
    根据所述监护终端设备的设备识别号与所述远程遥控器的设备配对号产生被成功解救的婴幼儿认亲请求单;以及
    将所述婴幼儿认亲请求单发送至警方的监控中心平台向警方请求被解救婴幼儿认亲。
  4. 如权利要求1所述的婴幼儿监护方法,其特征在于,该方法还包括步骤:
    当所述远程遥控器的设备配对号与监护终端设备的设备识别号不匹配时,产生休眠指令使监护终端设备处于休眠状态。
  5. 如权利要求4所述的婴幼儿监护方法,其特征在于,该方法还包括步骤:
    通过所述远程遥控器的通讯接口接收监护终端设备发送的地理位置信息,并将所述地理位置信息即时显示在远程遥控器的显示屏幕上;
    当所述远程遥控器的报警按钮被监护者按下时,产生一个包含婴幼儿地理位置信息的报警信息;以及
    将所述报警信息通过所述远程遥控器的通讯接口发送至警方的监控中心平台进行报警。
  6. 如权利要求4所述的婴幼儿监护方法,其特征在于,该方法还包括步骤:
    根据所述监护终端设备的设备识别号与所述远程遥控器的设备配对号产生被成功解救的婴幼儿认亲请求单;以及
    将所述婴幼儿认亲请求单发送至警方的监控中心平台向警方请求被解救婴幼儿认亲。
  7. 如权利要求6所述的婴幼儿监护方法,其特征在于,所述监护终端设备的设备识别号与所述远程遥控器的设备配对号互相匹配并且一一对应。
  8. 一种婴幼儿监护系统,其特征在于,该系统包括:
    监护启动模块,用于当设置在婴幼儿端的监护终端设备接收到设置在监护者端的远程遥控器发出的设备配对号时,启动所述监护终端设备进入工作模式;
    设备识别模块,用于判断所述远程遥控器的设备配对号与监护终端设备的设备识别号是否匹配,当所述远程遥控器的设备配对号与监护终端设备的设备识别号相匹配时,启动监护终端设备的GPS定位单元定位婴幼儿的地理位置信息;以及
    通讯模块,用于将所述婴幼儿的地理位置信息通过无线网路发送至所述远程遥控器供监护者在第一时间内掌握婴幼儿的具体位置。
  9. 如权利要求8所述的婴幼儿监护系统,其特征在于,该系统还包括:
    信息接收模块,用于通过所述远程遥控器的通讯接口接收监护终端设备发送的地理位置信息,并将所述地理位置信息即时显示在远程遥控器的显示屏幕上;以及
    报警模块,用于当所述远程遥控器的报警按钮被监护者按下时,产生一个包含婴幼儿地理位置信息的报警信息,以及将所述报警信息通过所述远程遥控器的通讯接口发送至警方的监控中心平台进行报警。
  10. 如权利要求8所述的婴幼儿监护系统,其特征在于,该系统还包括:
    认亲模块,用于根据所述监护终端设备的设备识别号与所述远程遥控器的设备配对号产生被成功解救的婴幼儿认亲请求单,以及将所述婴幼儿认亲请求单发送至警方的监控中心平台向警方请求被解救婴幼儿认亲。
  11. 如权利要求8所述的婴幼儿监护系统,其特征在于,所述的监护启动模块还用于当所述远程遥控器的设备配对号与监护终端设备的设备识别号不匹配时,产生休眠指令使监护终端设备处于休眠状态。
  12. 如权利要求11所述的婴幼儿监护系统,其特征在于,该系统还包括:
    信息接收模块,用于通过所述远程遥控器的通讯接口接收监护终端设备发送的地理位置信息,并将所述地理位置信息即时显示在远程遥控器的显示屏幕上;以及
    报警模块,用于当所述远程遥控器的报警按钮被监护者按下时,产生一个包含婴幼儿地理位置信息的报警信息,以及将所述报警信息通过所述远程遥控器的通讯接口发送至警方的监控中心平台进行报警。
  13. 如权利要求11所述的婴幼儿监护系统,其特征在于,该系统还包括:
    认亲模块,用于根据所述监护终端设备的设备识别号与所述远程遥控器的设备配对号产生被成功解救的婴幼儿认亲请求单,以及将所述婴幼儿认亲请求单发送至警方的监控中心平台向警方请求被解救婴幼儿认亲。
  14. 如权利要求13所述的婴幼儿监护系统,其特征在于,所述监护终端设备的设备识别号与所述远程遥控器的设备配对号互相匹配并且一一对应。
