通讯连接器母头 技术领域
本实用新型涉及通讯连接器的技术领域,尤其涉及一种通讯连接器母头。
背景技术
随着各种电器的快速发展和普及,如电视、计算机等,其早已成为人们工作、生活中信息传递的重要工具之一,并与人们的日常生活密不可分。人们对工作质量和生活质量的要求也随着社会的发展而逐渐提高,例如电视、计算机的显示器由原来的玻璃材质显像管制作,现已发展为盛行的液晶显示屏,其体积更小、厚度更薄,携带方便。
目前,与液晶显示器相连接的接头(即公头),为即插即拔,该接头虽然能够与外部母头进行连接及信号传输,但是,由于该接头没有与外部母座进行紧密连接的功能,如此,在长期的使用过程中,多次插拔使得其容易产生松脱问题,进而出现接触不良等现象,这样使得通讯信号流失而影响通讯质量。而外部母头中的负极弹片比正极弹片和信号弹片的接触寿命低,在多次插拔之后,也会出现接触不良等现象,从而使通讯信号流失或中断,进而影响通讯质量。
技术问题
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种通讯连接器母头,旨在解决现有技术中,通讯连接器母头与通讯连接器公头之间连接易松脱而导致接触不良的问题。
技术解决方案
本实用新型实施例提供了一种通讯连接器母头,用于连接通讯连接器公头,所述通讯连接器母头包括胶壳、内弹片、外弹片以及母端子;所述内弹片、所述外弹片及所述母端子均插设于所述胶壳中,且所述外弹片围绕于所述内弹片,所述内弹片围绕于所述母端子;所述外弹片的侧壁上设置有与其一体成型的锁定片,所述锁定片用以与所述通讯连接器公头的避位槽配合卡接形成锁定。
进一步地,所述内弹片包括本体,设置于所述本体的一端且相对分布的二第一弹片,以及设置于所述本体两侧的第一伸出端和第二伸出端。
进一步地,所述第一伸出端上开设有一缺口。
进一步地,所述第二伸出端上开设有一焊线杯。
进一步地,所述外弹片包括连接臂,设置于所述连接臂两端的第二弹片和第三弹片,所述锁定片倾斜设置于所述第二弹片的外壁上。
进一步地,所述第二弹片的顶部开设有圆孔。
有益效果
基于上述技术方案,本实用新型实施例提出的通讯连接器母头,通过在外弹片的侧壁上设置一锁定片,且该锁定片与外弹片一体成型,如此,使得公母头插接时,该通讯连接器母头的锁定片与通讯连接器公头的避位槽能够配合卡接形成锁定,如此,使得公母头插接后能够保持连接稳定,从而避免了公母头对插后接触不良的问题,进而提高了通讯信号的稳定性。

以下结合具体实施例对本实用新型的实现进行详细的描述。
如图1至图10所示,本实用新型实施例提出了一种通讯连接器母头,其用于连接通讯连接器公头(附图中未画出)。该通讯连接器母头可包括胶壳1、内弹片2、外弹片3以及母端子4,这里,内弹片2为正极,外弹片3为负极,母端子4为信号端;具体地,内弹片2、外弹片3及母端子4均为金属件,三者均插设在胶壳1中,其中,母端子4插设在胶壳1的中心处,内弹片2围绕在母端子4的外围,同时,外弹片3围绕于内弹片2,且该外弹片3与内弹片2之间存在局部间隔交错;另外,外弹片3一侧的侧壁上设置有锁定片30,该锁定片30与外弹片3一体成型为一体件,当该通讯连接器母头与通讯连接器公头插接时,通讯连接器母头的锁定片30将卡入通讯连接器公头的避位槽(附图中未画出)中形成卡接锁定,如此,使得该通讯连接器母头和通讯连接器公头之间不能轻易晃动,从而加强了摇摆测试中的公母连接的稳定性。
本实用新型实施例提出的通讯连接器母头,具有如下特点:
本实用新型实施例通过在上述胶壳1中插设内弹片2和外弹片3以及母端子4,并将母端子4置于胶壳1中心处,内弹片2围绕在母端子4外围,外弹片3围绕于内弹片2,如此,有效地缩小了该通讯连接器母头的整体体积,有效地将其占用空间缩到最小,从而使其能够位于产品中心;并且,通过在外弹片3的侧壁上设置适配于通讯连接器公头的避位槽的锁定片30,使得该通讯连接器母头与通讯连接器公头对插时,锁定片30与避位槽配合形成卡接锁定,这样,通过锁定片30与避位槽的配合,使得该通讯连接器母头与通讯连接器公头之间的连接更加稳定,同时,该通讯连接器母头的外弹片3和锁定片30为一体成型的一体件,这样,通过一体成型形成有两个接触点,如此,使得通讯信号更稳定,从而避免了公母对插后接触不良的问题。

在本实用新型的实施例中,上述外弹片3可包括连接臂31、第二弹片32和第三弹片33,其中,连接臂31优选为一异形连接片,第二弹片32和第三弹片33分别连接在连接臂31的左右两端,当外弹片3和上述内弹片2插设于上述胶壳1中时,外弹片3的连接臂31与内弹片2的第一伸出端23间隔交错,同时,连接臂31从第一伸出端23的缺口230中穿过,且两者之间具有间隙。另外,上述锁定片30设置在第二弹片32的外壁上,且该锁定片30由该第二弹片32的外壁上向斜下方倾斜伸出,如此,该锁定片30与第二弹片32一体化形成有两个接触点,即锁定片30外侧壁上的一个接触点,以及第二弹片32内侧壁上的一个接触点,这两个接触点使得公母对插后的通讯信号更加稳定,避免了公母对插后的接触不良。当然,根据实际情况和具体需求,在本实用新型其他实施例中,上述外弹片3还可为其他的结构形式,此处不作唯一限定。
在本实用新型的实施例中,上述第二弹片32顶部开设有多个圆孔320。通过在第二弹片32顶部开设圆孔320,使得该第二弹片32顶部的吃锡性能更加优异,如此,使得焊接更加稳定,从而有效地减少了焊接过程中的不良问题,减小了因焊接问题引起的信号流失,从而提高了信号传输质量。当然,根据实际情况和具体需求,在本实用新型的其他实施例中,还可通过其他方式减少焊接过程中的不良问题以提高了信号传输质量,此处不作唯一限定。
